"Frou!" A furfrou had ran away from a lady who seemed to tried to groom it perfectly.
"Wait, Please! Hm." A lady said being worried for her own Pokemon.
"..." The lady felt nervous as she seemed upset then she shook her head, got up and chased after the Furfrou!
"Ha!" Bonnie said staring at a fountain.
"Bonnie?" Clemont called to his little sister.
"Hm, Coming!" Bonnie said as she went right to the group.
"You're going to get lost if you keep wandering off." Clemont said, reminding her own little sister.
"I'm fine!" Bonnie said as she was alright when she came to the group.
"Oh..." Clemont sighed as he was concerned after his little sister, Bonnie is someone to watch out for to him.
"Hmm? Ahhh!" Bonnie said as she noticed a new pokemon that looked different.
"Aww.. It looks so darn cute!" Alex said as he loved the new Pokemon seeing it's design.
"Wow, I've never seen that Pokemon before." Ash said as he looked at the new poodle like Pokemon with amazement, he was shocked too see one up close
"That is a furfrou." Clemont explained on what it was.
"Huh? Furfrou?" Ash said as he was going to pull out the Pokedex, Alex did the same also.
"Furfrou. The Poodle Pokemon: Furfrou were assigned the task of protecting kings who ruled the Kalos Region in ancient times." Ash and Alex's Pokedex read out. But it was showing a different picture than the ones they actually saw.
"It looks different from the one in the Pokedex." Ash said as he put down the Pokedex as he was confused on the two different Furfrou's right now.
"It probably went to a groomer!" Serena explained, wondering why it was being different.
"So a groomer eh? Maybe Pikachu can have a funny hairstyle of his own one day." Alex said as he looked at Pikachu, somewhat knowing about a Pokemon groomer.
"Hey! Not cool! I like the way I am!" Pikachu said as he was mad at Alex.
"Not really." Alex said as he thought Pikachu looked bland being normal.
"Grr!" Pikachu growled as he gritted his teeth.
"Easy, Buddy. Here's only joking." Ash said as he tried to calm Pikachu down, Clemont looked at Alex.
"Hey, Alex. Off topic question but I need to ask you something." Clemont said, asking Alex about a question.
"Hmm, What's that?" Alex said being confused, what was clemont gonna say?
"Why do you hear Pokémon speaking to you?" Clemont questioned as Alex sighed.
"Okay, So weird and stupid illogical story incoming. All I remembered was first landing in sinnoh at a young age, grew up hearing Pokemon as if they are humans instead of what they are usually saying their name. Like Dedenne for example. Can you come to me?" Alex said as all he remembered his landing and his strange power before looking at Dedenne.
"Sure, Alex." Dedenne said walking up to alex.
"Now, Ask me a question." Alex said as Dedenne asked a question.
"Why are your eyes blue?" Dedenne questioned as Bonnie was confused.
"What did he say?" Bonnie said to Alex as Alex looked at her.
"He said 'Why are your eyes blue?' is what he said." Alex said as he repeated what Dedenne said to Bonnie.
"Dedenne, is that true?" Bonnie questioned as Dedenne nodded.
"Yes!" Dedenne said with a surprise tone about the repeat.
"Dedenne said 'Yes!'" Alex said as everyone was shocked and amazed besides ash.
"Ooooh!" Bonnie said in awe as Clemont was more amazed.
"That's incredible, your like a Pokemon Human translator!" Clemont said, being amazed on Alex's new powers to hear Pokémon like powers.
"Yeah. But from me too all of you lot. Try your best to keep it a secret! Okay!?" Alex said as he pleaded to them about being safe.
"Huh? Why is that?" Serena questioned as Alex sighed.
"I don't want Kalos to think i'm going insane and they send me to a mental hospital!" Alex said being in frustration and arrogance.
"Huh, wait. What were we saying before?" Serena said as they were wondering what they would say.
"Something about a groomer or something?" Alex said as he mentioned about a Pokemon groomer.
"Oh yeah! There's a really famous Pokemon groomer in this town! Look at this!" Serena said as she showed them a Pokemon Groomer place in Lumiose City.
"'Pokemon groomer?'" Ash said as he looked at the GPS.
"They're like hairdressers for Pokemon. In the world of Pokemon groomers, he's a superstar!" Serena said as she saw somebody
"Ooh. Cool man." Alex said as he saw the person as Serena began to ponder.
"Wish I could meet him... Ah!" Serena said as she began to think of meeting him and daydreamed.
"Yeah. I wish I could meet him too!" Bonnie said as she was chiming in on Serena's side. Bonnie was heading back to the group when.
"Grraah!" Furfrou cried out as it leaped from the bushes.
"Huh?" Bonnie said as she saw it's shadow and nearly hit her, she fell down. Scraping her knees.
"Wha-?" The group said as they all saw Bonnie who was startled by the Furfrou coming out of nowhere.
"Bonnie!" Clemont exclaimed as he hurried to his little sister's aid.
"Hey! Are you okay?" Ash asked as he hurried over too.
"That's not good!" Pikachu said on Ash's shoulder.
"Hm, Oh! I'm so sorry! That Furfrou's with me!" The lady said as she looked out from the bushes and noticed what had happened, hurrying to where Furfrou was.
"I'm sorry." Furfrou apologized as it showed a sad face.
"Oh no! You scraped your knees." The lady said as she noticed Bonnie injured her knees.
"Don't worry about me! I'm just fine!" Bonnie said as she was trying to brush it off like nothing happened.

EPISODE 9: Grooming Furfrou! (Ash)
EPISODE 9: Furfrou's Style of Fur! (Alex)
"That should do it." Clemont said as he put bandages on Bonnie's knees where the scrapes were originally.
"Dedenne, How are you doing?" Bonnie said as she opened her bag, seeing Dedenne inside.
"I'm doing fine!" Dedenne said, being alright inside the bag.
As The Kalos League continues to inspire Ash and Alex together on every step of the way. Our heroes are now on route to the second gym battle challenge in Cyllage City gym.
"I'm so sorry, really." The lady apologized once again. She felt ashamed on what Furfrou did to our heroes.
"It's alright. We get startled sometimes too." Alex said, as they felt like it wasn't a big deal.
"Don't worry! I'm fine!" Bonnie said as she was alright from the pain.
"Bonnie means it." Clemont calmly said as he sighed of relief.
"Now this is like the furfrou in the pokedex." Ash said as he recongized the Furfrou from before.
"Furfrou still hasn't been groomed yet. I'm Jessica." Jessica said as she then introduced herself.
"Nice to meet you, Jessica. It's Alex." Alex said as he bowed in front of Jessica.
"My name's Ash, this is Pikachu." Ash said as he introduced himself.
"Hello." Pikachu said, happy too see Jessica.
"I'm Serena." Serena said, introducing herself now.
"My name's Bonnie. And this is my big brother." Bonnie said as she introduced herself then gave the honors to Clemont.
"I'm Clemont." Clemont said as Bonnie gasped slightly with sudden.
"Ah! Jessica's a keeper!" Bonnie exclaimed with a light-bulb on her head as she made her own idea.
"Huh?! Again!?" Alex exclaimed as Bonnie got on her knees and propsed an idea to Jessica.
"I mean, please take care of my brother!" Bonnie said as she made her idea.
"Huh?" Jessica confusingly said as Clemont's Aipom arm grabbed Bonnie.
"Bonnie, stop! I told you not to do that again! So embarassing..." Clemont exclaimed, wanting her to stop.
"I hope you'll think about it, please Jessica? Hm..." Bonnie said as she made her choice, hoping Jessica would join in.
"Uh.. oh, dear." Jessica said as she sweatdropped.
"Think about what?" Serena asked, what was Bonnie doing for all this?
"I can't look after my brother forever! So it's my job to look for a dependable wife for him!" Bonnie explained as she wanted to make a wife for Clemont, steam coming out of her nostrils with determination.
"Oh..." Clemont sighed, this was one of Bonnie's things she do.
"You see, I'm studying to be a Pokemon Groomer." Jessica said as he furfrou was taking a walk with the group.
"Wow! Are you going to groom your furfrou?" Serena exclaimed, seeing if Jessica would be a groomer.
"I really wanted to, but every time I try to do anything with its fur. It runs off." Jessica said as she explained what she tried doing with Furfrou that time.
"Huh. It might be worried." Alex said as he felt bad for furfrou.
"I only tried to brush it a bit earlier and thats when it ran away." Jessica said as she lost it when she attempted to brush it, maybe it was worried.
"I get it now." Ash said as he understood whats going on.
"Furfrou are very intelligent, and know exactly what they want. They won't listen to a trainer until they see that person as their partner." Jessica explained as she knew that Furfou don't seem intelligent for her, waiting to attach to Furfrou.
"So does that mean Furfrou doesn't see you as it's real trainer yet?" Bonnie asked, spelling out the truth.
"Hey, Bonnie!" Clemont said, scolded her little sister.
"I'm sorry." Bonnie apologized as Jessica got down to Bonnie.
"It's okay, Bonnie. You've got it exactly right." Jessica said as she wasn't offended.
"Now I wanna see how Pokemon groomers style furfrou even more!" Serena said as she more excited to see what Jessica can do.
"I do too! I do too!" Bonnie said as Clemont sighed, with Alex's backpack being held.
"Why not see where I work? To make up for the scraped knees." Jessica said as she made an offer to bonnie.
"But first, I wanna try something." Alex said, wanting to do something first before going.
"What would it be you need?" Clemont asked as everyone looked at Alex.
"Say. Jessica. Has there been any clothing change stores here?" Alex said as Jessica looked at him.
"Yes. I think right around there." Jessica said as she pointed to a clothing store with change rooms.
"Thank you, hold on guys!" Alex said as he grabbed his backpack from Clemont and hurried inside.
"What is Alex going to do?" Ash asked as they were wondering what alex was doing.
"I don't know. But we'll have to see." Clemont said as he was confused.
"You know, I wonder if you would want your own Furfrou Ash." Bonnie asked, wondering if Ash would want his own pokemon.
"No. It might be fun to use but I still think it's gonna be some effort to take." Ash said as he wanted to catch his own Pokemon.
"I didn't know you want your own Pokemon to catch." Serena said, she didn't know ash wanted to catch his own type of Pokemon.
"Yeah. It's on the ones I befriend. How about you Jessica?" Ash asked, then he asked Jessica.
"Furfrou is my Pokemon I take care of, so it means a lot to me. I wonder if Alex is-" Jessica said as Alex interrupted them suddenly.
"Hey guys. I think I am ready. What do you think?" Alex said as he looked similar to ash with his Kalos Clothing, but his jacket was black with white lines. The Shirt was white without the logo. No gloves, no hat, black pants and red and white shoes with the same eyes, his hair style resembles a gallade without the helmet. He got a total upgrade from his clothing than he got from his old appearance.
"Wow! You got an upgrade!" Ash said as the group clapped with Alex's new appearance.
"Hah, Yeah. It's from my girlfriend in hoenn before I set off my journey to Kalos. She did pick the right clothing. The upgrade is golden! I got to give her a thanks after this journey!" Alex said as he loved his new upgrade in style.
"It feels like you've been groomed with Furfrou!" Serena said as she felt like Ash got changed.
"Yeah. Feels good. Alright, let's move!" Alex said as he pointed ahead.
Pokemon Groomer Place: A Few Minutes Later
"This is the grooming salon where I'm being trained." Jessica said as they all arrived at the grooming place.
"We've seen this before, remember?" Ash said as he knew about the picture from Serena's guidebook.
Inside the Grooming Salon
"Oh!" Serena said as Jessica opened the door as they saw the interior of the grooming place.
"So cute! And very cool!" Alex said as he loved the new Furfrou styles.
"Hey, look! That's the guy we saw in Serena's travel guide!" Ash said as he saw the same person.
"Wow! Talk about an unbelievable coincidence." Clemont exclaimed, pushing up his glasses.
"It's him!" Serena said as she blushed, excited to see him.
"Huh?" The boss said as he was looking at the group, unexpected to see guests.
"Hello!" Alex said as the boss came to the door and greeted Jessica.
"Jessica! Are you finished giving your Furfrou a walk?" The boss asked, he was curious.
"Sherman, I'd like to introduce you to Clemont, Alex and Ash. And Bonnie and Serena." Jessica introduced who the boss' name was to the group.
"I saw an article about you in the guidebook! You're a grooming superstar! It's such an honor to meet you!" Serena said as she was happy to see Sherman, someone she adored very.
"I do think 'Superstar' is a bit of an exaggeration." Sherman said as Alex walked up to Sherman.
"Um, Mister Sherman. I want to ask you something." Alex questioned, Sherman listened well.
"What would that be?" Sherman asked, what did Alex need?
"Mister Sherman, do you know any of these people that are my family?" Alex asked as he showed Sherman a picture, the same ones before.
"Not that I would know of. Sorry." Sherman said as Alex nodded and took the picture back.
"Huh? Look at all those scissors!" Serena said as she saw the scissors Sherman held.
"They're all very interested in learning about Pokemon groomers." Jessica said as she walked to Serena, explaining it.
"Well, in that case, why don't you fill them in?" Sherman said as he offered Jessica an idea.
"Sure!" Jessica said as she accepted the deal.
"Ha.." Bonnie said as she walked in with the group, the furfrou jumped down and licked Sherman happily.
"Whoa." Alex said as looked over the place.
"Look at all the berries." Bonnie said as she noticed many different berries.
"You noticed, well, Bonnie, there's a lot more to grooming Pokemon than simply grooming their fur." Jessica said as she knew there was more than grooming.
"The berries are a key in this case?" Alex said as he wondered if the berries helped. Jessica nodded.
"Yes, We each give Pokemon a thorough health exam. You can tell if a Pokemon is eating well simply by feeling it's fur. So the amount of fur that gets cut depends on how healthy it is." Jessica said as she explained the details of grooming.
"So that's why the berries help. In case of it's fur." Alex said as the berries had a part with it's fur.
"You have to know all about that, too?" Serena asked, Jessica nodded. She had a lot to learn.
"Learning about nutrition is a must! For example: we reccomend a Rawst or a Lum Berry for when a Pokemon's not feeling well. And see? A tamato berry can help stimulate their appetite." Jessica said as she grabbed a Rawst Berry, then showed a Lum berry and then showed a Tamato berry and explained with the berries in her head.
"Aahh.." Ash said as he was feeling burned from his memory in his head.
"Wow!" Serena exclaimed, she was intrigued now.
"So berries help in ways for Pokemon and appetites." Alex said as he began to make it in his head togetjer.
"I feel like my head's going to explode..." Ash moaned as his eyes were swirled up.
"Aw geez..." Pikachu groaned to Ash.
"It's not that hard if you got a solid memory. Like me." Alex said as he smirked, he had a strong memory unlike Ash. Serena noticed the different shampoos and conditioners.
"We also have ten different types of shampoo and conditioner to choose from. Depending on the fur quality of the client." Jessica explained as Alex noticed as well.
"That's incredible." Serena said, being amazed.
"So you have to memorize berries, and soaps... my head is gonna be a bit mix matched from it." Alex said as he began to hold his head.
"Take a look at the scissors and combs we use." Jessica said as she showed them the Scissors and Combs they used.
"Whoah! That is a lot." Alex said as he saw all the tools for Furfrou grooming.
"Each custom made for whatever style we're doing." Jessica said as she showed the scissors for all the furfrous.
"Dedenne, look at them all!" Bonnie said as she let dedenne see the scissors.
"That's cool!" Dedenne exclaimed, liking what he saw.
"That reminds me!" Sherman said as he had a finger up in realization.
"Hmm?" The group said as they looked at Sherman, what was he talking about now?
"I just finished up with two more clients. Would you all like to have a little peek?" Sherman said as he wanted them to see the Furfrous.
"Sure!" The group said as they like the deal.
"Jessica, please bring the Furfrou in." Sherman asked which Jessica smiled.
"Right!" Jessica said as she walked to a door.
"..." Jessica opened the door as two more furfrou came in the room, they wore a blue style kind and another one wore some red style kind of groom. The group were amazed by the dazzling two furfrous!
"Wow, they've got so much style!" Serena said as Ash pulled out his pokedex.
"Furfrou: The Poodle Pokemon." The Pokedex said as Ash shut it off again.
"So they're both Furfrou as well?" Ash asked, they were the same Pokemon.
"They don't look like the same kind of Pokemon at all." Bonnie said as she wasn't believing that Furfrou were the same but different styles.
"You can say that again..." Clemont said as he chimed with his little sister.
"So there is types of groomed style Furfrou's. I love them!" Alex said as he was loving them, stars in his eyes.
"They're both just so elegant!" Serena said as she loved them.
"I wanna style my Furfrou like that. I just hope it'll let me someday." Jessica said as she wanted to style a Furfrou like the others.
"Of course, you'll be able to style furfrou! Oh, this is all so dreamy." Serena said as she began to dream about grooming a pokemon.
"She's right, jessica, It's important to be confident! it is true her Furfrou is quite stubborn, though." Sherman said as he knew Jessica's Furfrou was different.
"Hmm. And then..." Alex added on, wanting to know what Sherman would say.
"It won't let her groom it at all." Sherman said.
"Yeah, that's what she told us." Ash explained as he looked at Sherman.
"It is my wish that Jessica's and Furfrou's hearts will become one someday. but still, there's no need to rush thing." Sherman said as he made his own wish.
"As they say. Patience is a virtue." Alex said as Jessica did understand slowly.
"Huh... I guess." Jessica said as Sherman had an idea.
"Hmm, Wait!" Sherman sighed before an idea struck his head.
"What is it?" Alex said as he looked confused.
"Is this your first time in the city?" Sherman asked Ash and Alex.
"Yeah!" Ash said.
"Yes." Alex said with a nod.
"I have an idea. Why don't you show them around on your lunch break, Jessica?" Sherman offered, maybe this will help their bond.
"Great!" Jessica exclaimed, wanting this idea to work.
"..." Soon Jessica began taking the group around the town, explaining a bit about the town a little bit.
"There's a spot with a beautiful view just up the street a little bit." Jessica said as she was showing the view up ahead.
"Awesome! I can't wait to see it!" Serena said as she was more eager to see it.
"Why hello there, Pikachu." Jessie's voice said as Ash heard it.
"Hmm?" Ash said as he turned his head.
"How would you like to be a furshionisita?" James offered as Ash looked at the strange trio.
"Sparkly." Jessie said as she flashed her glasses.
"Spangly." James said, being flashy too.
"Twinkly." Meowth said being flashy.
"Glittery." James said as his arm necklaces glittered.
"Snip, Snip." Jessie said as she played some scissors.
"Uh.." Ash said as the group saw what ash was looking at.
"Come on, Ash. Let's move." Alex said as Ash was still standing around.
"This is none other than superstar hair stylist extraordinarie Jessally!" James said as he introduced them to a fake Jessie name.
"Hold on. Jessally?" Serena asked, who was that?
"Yes! Winner of the crown for best makeup! And the gold medal for styling!" James said as he pulled out a crown, putting it on Jessie's head along with a medal.
"And the golden scissors award for hair design!" Meowth said as he gave a trophy.
"And other accolades too numerous to mention!" James said as confetti was coming out.
"Success for me is a piece of designer cake!" Jessie said as Jessica began to question herself.
"Why haven't I heard any of those?" Jessica said outloud as James continued on.
"A top hairstylist. Jessally has now become a Pokemon groomer!" James said, making Jessie look good.
"That's right. Why not take a look at my creations?" Jessie asked, she was more curious now.
"..." Once they were inside, lights were dim. James had a microphone.
"Watch Jessally transform the most unsightly Pokemon and enjoy the Wobbuffet transformation!" James said as he was making an announcement.
"..." Wobbuffet came out, walked and did a post as he was in a pirate costume. Then back into the curtain.
"Presenting. The Curly top!" James said as he presented Wobbuffet with a funny hairstyle.
"..." Wobbuffet had a curly hairstyle with some style of clothes.
"And feast your eyes on this! 'The Fear-ican!'" James said as he presented the next hair clothing.
"..." Wobbuffet had a Fearow part on his head.
"The chic fringe look!" James said as he showed Wobbuffet dressed up as a girl.
"They're all kind of boring." Serena groaned, they looked uninteresting to her.
"The curly top was cute!" Bonnie said as Alex felt uncomfortable with some of them.
"The Fear-ican looked like he was in some kind of rock band." Alex said as he thought it was weird. Jessie walked up to Serena.
"And that's only the tip of the styling iceberg. Get ready for the main act!" Jessie said as she leaned down and got them ready.
"The Wob-bouffant!" James announced, in the dress of bouffalant.
"The haunting silky smile look!" James said as Wobuffet as a creepy hex girl.
"The flowing perm." James said as another Wobbuffet was dressed more.
"And rich girl ringlet cults!" James said as Wobuffet was dressed like a rich girl playing tennis.
"We are the last word in styling!" Jessie said as she made her word on it.
"Hm, that wasn't so bad." Serena said as Alex still felt not comfortable.
"I'll pass." Alex said, passing on the act.
"When it comes to styling sass, I'm the top of the class!" Jessie said as she claimed to be the best.
"You there, Pikachu. Care to experience a small sample of my grooming magic?" Jessie asked to Pikachu, Pikachu sweatdropped.
"Uh, No thanks." Pikachu denied the offer.
"I think Pikachu looks fine just like this." Ash said as he learned from Pikachu.
"Aww..!" Bonnie moaned as Ash made a slight chuckle.
"Ha-ha..." Ash said lightly laughing.
"Serena, how about Fennekin? I know it's already a cutie pie but maybe some styling will make it an even cuter pie!" Bonnie said as she made bubble thoughts of Fennekin's new hair style.
"That sounds like a good idea! Come out, Fennekin." Serena said as she let Fennekin out.
"Huh? Fennekin?" Alex said, seeing the Fox Pokemon.
"Yeah. How would you like to do some styling on my fennekin?" Serena asked, Jessie was unamused.
"Uh, we want Pikachu." Jessie said, as Alex glared at her.
"And he said no." Alex said as James came to jessie and hatched a plan.
"This is the chance to catch a Kalos Region Pokemon!" James whispered to Jessie as they had to make the plan work.
"I accept! My grooming skills are second to none! I'll happily style your fennekin!" Jessie said as she accepted Fennekin instead.
"Okay, thanks!" Serena said as they suddenly being pushed out.
"Hey. What is going on?" Alex said as they were all pushed out.
"Jessally performs her magic in private, so please come back in a hour." James said, wanting to lie.
"But I wanted to watch her perform her magic!" Serena said being curious.
"Uh-uh-uh." James said as he wagged his finger.
"What do you mean? You said it." Alex said, knowing James was keeping his word.
"Jessally's grooming magic is an industry secret so it stays, hush-hush!" James said as he lied more.
"But it will only take an hour, well worth the time to create Fennekin fashion." Jessie said, making it an hour.
"Hm, Okay. See you in an hour." Serena said as they all left.
"..." Our group continued on with Jessica's break on the walk through town.
"I really wanted to watch how Jessally styles Fennekin." Serena said, being disappointed that she would not witness Fennekin being groomed.
"I'm sure you did." Jessica said as Ash noticed something.
"Huh?" Ash said as he noticed someone ahead. Officer Jenny!
"Wait, that's..." Alex said as he noticed her.
"It's officer jenny!" Ash said as the officer put up a poster.
"Huh?" Officer Jenny said as she turned to see the group.
"Thank you for all your help during the Rhyhorn race!" Serena thanked the Officer, Jenny seemed confused.
"You must be talking about my second cousin.." Officer Jenny said as Alex suddenly felt a realization.
"Oh right, the officer jennies and nurse joys are all the same and in cousins." Alex said as that was true, clemont was confused.
"How come..?" Clemont asked but Alex hushed him.
"I've been in this situation before, Clemont." Alex said as he was there before.
"Here is a picture of me, when I was a cadet attending the officer jenny training academy." Officer Jenny said as she pulled out a picture showing the same Officer Jenny's to the group.
"Wow. There certainly are a lot of you." Serena said, seeing the multiple officer jennys in the photo.
"I knew it." Ash said as he was there before.
"Now, if you don't mind. There's something I'd like to ask you." Officer Jenny asked, as she got back on topic.
"We're all listening..." Alex said as Clemont was wondering what was going on.
"What's that?" Clemont asked, Officer jenny then began to ask.
"Have you seen any con-artists?" Officer Jenny asked, the group was confused.
"Con-artists?" Serena said as they didn't know what she was talking about.
"That's right. There's a woman who claims to be a famous Pokemon Groomer but once she gets a Pokemon, she and her gang vanish!" Officer Jenny said, making it a serious story.
"Waah!?" Serena cried out.
"Wait, What? Isn't that some story?" Alex said as he was confused on the officer's story.
"Tell us more!" Ash asked.
"It's a group of four, who likes to dress up really flamboyantly. Two wear flashy glasses." Officer Jenny said as it was the same ones disguised in the photos.
"WAIT A SECOND!" Alex shouted, that was when they realized.
"It's them!" Serena said as they knew what was going on.
"Huh?" Officer Jenny said as she was wondering if they met them.
"I knew it was the right call for me to deny them." Alex said as Ash and Serena looked at each other.
"Fennekin's in trouble!" Serena said as the group hurried back to the same fake grooming store.
"..." The store was empty and knocked over stuff as it was lights off with nobody inside.
"I guess we're too late." Clemont said as they might've lost them.
"Are you sure this is where you met them?" Officer Jenny asked, this was the location after all.
"Yeah." Serena said as she was certain they met them here.
"Hmm." Furfrou said as it was sniffing on the floor.
"Uh. Furfrou. Isn't that... er..." Alex asked as he looked on Furfrou's doing.
"Hey, Furfrou. Are you picking up on their scent?" Jessica asked as Furfrou stopped sniffing.
"I know where." Furfrou said as he began to leave.
"Furfrou! Wait for me!" Jessica exclaimed as she followed her Furfrou.
"Huh?" The group said, seeing Jessica and Furfrou leave.
"Jessica? What's going on?" Alex asked but Jessica had left, ignoring what he said.
"Quick! We've got to follow those two!" Ash said, knowin this could help or not.
"It's in the bag. Fennekin's our premier Kalos collection Pokemon!" Meowth said as they had Serena's fennekin and Pokeballs in the bag.
"One of many, I'm sure! It's time for plan number two!" James enjoyed himself as they needed one more.
"Of course, by that mean catch Pikachu!" Jessie said as Furfrou came along without them noticing.
"..." Furfrou's scent managed to lead to Team Rocket, causing to touch meowth's tail.
"Huh...?" Meowth said as he felt the sniffing.
"Wah! What's that called?!" Meowth cried out before seeing the Furfrou.
"A Furfrou!" James explained, why did it come to them?
"Ooh, Let's catch that!" Jessie said, wanting to add more to the pile.
"Furfrou!" Ash called out as Team Rocket saw them.
"Found them!" Furfrou said as Pidgey landed on his head.
"Right here!" Pidgey said as he waved for them.
"Don't let them get away!" Serena said, not wanting them to get away.
"Hey! Give Fennekin back!" Ash demanded as the group came.
"Hmph." Team rocket said as they threw away their disguise and did their motto.
"Team Rocket!" Serena said as Officer Jenny ask them.
"Return the Pokemon you stole!" Officer Jenny demanded, knowing things could go any way.
"If you want them, you'll have to get 'em!" Meowth said, wanting them to get them back.
"Manetric, let's go!" Officer Jenny said as she threw a Pokeball out.
"Grraawwrrk!" Manectric growled as Serena was surprised to see a Pokemon like that.
"Manectric?" Serena said as she was surprised and pulled out the Pokedex.
"Hey, I've seen one of those before!" Alex said as he knew that Pokemon.
"Manectric: The Discharge Pokemon. Manectric collects electricity from the air creating a thundercloud above it's head. It's mane gives off a strong electric current." The Pokedex read, Seeing Manectric's electricity.
"Amazing." Serena said as James got ready himself.
"Inkay! Gangway!" James said as he got Inkay ready for battle.
"Brroah." Inkay said being on the battlefield.
"Use Thunderbolt!" Officer Jenny commanded.
"Thundderbollt!" Manectric said as he fired off a thunderbolt.
"Dodge it!" James said as Inkay began to move out of the way.
"Brroahh!" Inkay said as he dodged thunderbolt like nothing.
"Now, Tackle!" James said, wanting to strike back.
"Grrrraah... Tackle!" Inkay said as he dodged before coming in with a tackle.
"Manectric, Quick attack!" Officer Jenny
"Grrraaahh!" Manectric said as he was pushed back before charging in with quick attack.
"Hhofff!" Inkay said in pain from quick attack.
"Use Psybeam!" James commanded for Psybeam.
"Pssybeam!" Inkay said as it hit it's Psybeam on Manectric.
"Urrraaghh.. Hraahh!" Manectric moaned as he was confused.
"Wah!" The group cried, avoiding Manectric's confused electricity discharge move.
"WHOAH, WOAH. AAAAAH!" Pidgey said as he attempted to dodge before getting shocked hard, Alex returned him.
"Manectric! Gah!" Officer Jenny cried out before being struck by one.
"Officer Jenny!" Clemont said as he came to check on her.
"Are you okay?" Alex asked as Officer Jenny was okay from her own Pokemon's attack.
"Yeah..." Officer Jenny said as she got up.
"Psybeams effect is causing it to be confused!" Clemont said as Psybeam had it's effects.
"Return!" Officer Jenny said as she returned her Manectric to it's Pokeball. Ash then stepped up.
"Leave them to me." Ash said, taking charge.
"Let's do this, Pikachu. Use Quick Attack!" Ash commanded, using Quick attack.
"Quick Attack!" Pikachu said as he charged in quick attack.
"Hmph, Spphh!" Inkay said as he dodged quick attack before covering Pikachu with Ink.
"Ack! What, I can't see.." Pikachu exclaimed, he was covered in ink.
"No! Pikachu! Are you okay?" Serena cried out, Pikachu was blinded.
"There's got to be something we can do to help out." Bonnie said as she didn't know what to do.
"You're somewhat of a trainer, Bonnie. You can't forgot." Alex said, knowing Bonnie can command a move.
"Ah, Dedenne-" Bonnie said as she opened her bag.
"Zzzz..." Dedenne slept as Bonnie felt hopeless.
"Oh... Clemont, Help them!" Bonnie moaned as she turned to Clemont.
"Right..." Clemont said as he got out bunnelby but Ash stopped him.
"It's okay, Clemont." Ash said as he wanted to do this.
"What?" Alex asked, what was Ash doing?
"We can still battle, right Pikachu?" Ash asked to his partner.
"Yeah." Pikachu said as his eyes were closed.
"Finish this with Tackle!" James commanded.
"Hrrraahh, Hrrnnggh..." Inkay said as he charged in with a tackle.
"Pikachu! Jump and dodge it!" Ash said, suddenly making Pikachu make moves.
"Okay! Hurmph!" Pikachu said as he jumped and missed tackle.
"Brah!" Inkay moaned in pain.
"Psybeam, let's go!" James said, making his next move.
"Pikachu, on the ground and roll!" Ash said as Pikachu listened with his ears.
"Psssybbeeeam!" Inkay said as he fired off psybeam.
"Nggarrgghh..." Pikachu said as he was rolling on the ground, avoiding the Psybeam.
"Incredible. Ash is being the eye's of... Pikachu." Alex said as he was seeing how Ash was being in the eyes of Pikachu.
"There's more, Alex. Turn around and use thunderbolt!" Ash said as he eyed at Alex, then he made another move.
"Ungh.. Thunderbollt!" Pikachu said as he fired a thunderbolt to Inkay.
"Spectacular!" Clemont said, being amazed.
"Now, your turn! Wobbuffet." Jessie said, making Wobbuffet to go.
"Mirror Coat!" Wobbuffet said as he deflected thunderbolt.
"Pikachu, jump and dodge!" Ash commanded to Pikachu.
"Hhnnaaagghh!" Pikachu said as he dodged the counter-attack.
"Aim behind you and use Iron Tail!" Ash said, continuing his eyesight of Pikachu.
"Iron... tail!" Pikachu said as he swung his tail.
"Dodge it!" Jessie said. Wobbuffet dodged.
"Hmm. Pikachu, stay put and use thunderbolt!" Ash thought as he saw something and planned it.
"Wait, what?!" Alex asked, what was he doing?
"Okay. Thunderrrbollt!" Pikachu said as he fired thunderbolt.
"Wobbuffet! You know what to do!" Jessie said.
"Mirror Coaat!" Wobbuffet said as he used Mirror Coat again.
"Pikachu, jump up!" Ash said, making the move.
"Nnaggh!" Pikachu said as he jumped, seeing the thunderbolt to come to Inkay.
"GAAAAH!" Inkay cried out as he was hit.
"Huh?!" Jessie and James cried out, how did they get caught in that situation?
"Ash and Pikachu are awesome..." Jessica said, seeing how they were working together.
"I know they work hard together but.. this is amazing." Alex said as he was amazed on the skills of Ash.
"I can't believe that Ash is acting as Pikachu's eyes while the battle goes on." Jessica said, seeing how they worked together by being each other.
"I used to be surprised at this kind of stuff, too. But now, I know this is something only they can pull off." Clemont said as they knew this would be one thing they can do together.
"Because they trust each other." Bonnie said, knowing how strong the bond was.
"Trust each other?" Jessica said looking at Clemont and Bonnie. What did they mean? She pondered.
"If maybe a Mega Pikachu can exist. Ash can go further than before." Alex said, wondering if Mega Pikachu exists.
Flashback
"Won't you please let me at least brush you? See, I promise I won't cut your fur..." Jessica asked to Furfrou, being slightly shy.
"..." Furfrou looked at her, he seemed worrysome.
"Please? May I?" Jessica asked politely as Furfrou was still shy.
"Frou..." Furfrou denied it even more.
"I know you'll love it. I... huh..." Jessica said as Furfrou fled, she sighed.

"Jessica?" Alex said as Jessica snapped out of it.
"Huh?" Jessica said as she looked onward.
"Use Tackle!" James said, using Tackle again.
"Jump to the right and dodge it!" Ash said as he was being in Pikachu's eyes again.
"Grragh!" Inkay said as he tried to attack again but pikachu moved over.
"..." Jessie managed to sneak over with a cage electric inside the Cube as Jessica watched Ash battle them.
"In the meantime, I think I'll catch us another Pokemon." Jessie said as Alex noticed Jessie and threw Dunsparce's Pokeball.
"Hey! Dunsparce!" Alex said as he threw it, calling him out.
"Hey! Look out!" Furfrou said as Dunsparce was surrounded by a cage from the cube.
"Dunsparce!" Alex cried out as Furfrou saw what was happening and charged at the cage.
"Grraagghh! Aggh!" Furfrou said as he charged where Dunsparce was trapped and bit the electric cage, sending him back.
"Well, We've had quite a haul today!" Jessie said as Wobbuffet exclaimed, Furfrou looked at Dunsparce then at Jessica.
"You got to help me." Furfrou said as he looked at Jessica.
"Oh... Furfrou." Jessica said, touching Furfrou.
"Dunsparce. Jessica. Come on. Ngh..." Furfrou said as he was being shocked still from the cage.
"My poor furfrou." Jessica said, feeling like she wouldn't do it, Furfrou got up and looked at her.
"..." Jessica remembered how she would accept Furfrou from Sherman and how she fed it, giving it walks but it tried to dismiss it as she wasn't getting bonded but they did over time.
"I can't be alone." Furfrou asked as Jessica watched.
"Buhhh.. Uaahhh!" Dunsparce said as he was being shocked some more with Alex unable to do anything.
"My furfrou... COME ON FURFROU! LET'S HELP DUNSPARCE!" Jessica said as she and Furfrou were now determined and shouted.
"..." Jessica grabbed the cage while Furfrou bit it, hoping to free Dunsparce to break him free. But they only shocked themselves.
"Jessica! Furfrou! You'll hurt yourselves!" Serena exclaimed as Jessica got up, looking at Furfrou.
"No, Furfrou! We need to help Dunsparce!" Jessica said as Furfrou nodded, and tried to slowly take it easy.
"Oh... Clemont!" Bonnie said as she was worried now, then she looked at Clemont.
"Bunnelby, come out and help us!" Clemont said as he summoned Bunnelby.
"Alright, Bunnelby use Mud Shot and destroy that cage!" Clemont said as he wanted to do Mud shot which he fired.
"Wobbuffet!" Jessie said as Wobbuffet got in the way.
"Not so.. fast!" Wobbuffet said as he fired off a reversal.
"Alright, Use Dig!" Clemont said as Bunnelby needed to get out of the way.
"Brrrr!" Bunnelby said as he dug himself in the ground and avoided Mud shot sent back.
"Huh? Whuh? Where?" Wobbuffet said as he looked left and right.
"TAKE THIS!" Bunnelby said as he hit from underneath.
"Grraaghh!" Wobbuffet said in pain.
"Pikachu, use thunderbolt! Straight ahead!" Ash said, continuing the eyes of Pikachu.
"Thunderrrbolllt!" Pikachu said as he fired a thunderbolt dead on.
"Oh no-" Inkay said as he got hit by a blank thunderbolt.
"Dunsparce! Graahh!" Alex cried out as he tried to grab a stick, hitting the cage
"Ah... Alex..! Why you... TAKE THIS!" Jessica said as she managed to grab a wooden stick which was the size of a baseball bat and she whacked it at the cage. She did it once, twice, three times. She and Furfrou looked at each other.
"Together. Ready?" Furfrou said as Jessica nodded.
"Right. Hrraaghhh!" Jessica said as they both charged at cage.
"Grraaahhh!" Furfrou cried out as they worked together against the cage.
"..." Both Jessica and Furfrou attacked the cage, breaking it open and freeing Dunsparce from his cage.
"Thank you." Dunsparce said looking at Jessica and Furfrou.
"Are you okay?" Furfrou asked as Dunsparce smiled.
"Huh?" Jessie said as the cube suddenly exploded in front of her.
"Oh.. Dunsparce. Thank you." Alex said as he hugged Dunsparce and thanked Jessica.
"Yeah.. Furfrou. You're okay." Jessica said as she hugged Furfrou for working together.
"Let me wipe off that icky ink off you. You're all clean." Bonnie said as she wiped off the ink.
"Much better!" Pikachu said feeling better.
"..." Team Rocket coughed as the smoke died down, the group stared at them. Looking mad.
"Dunsparce hurt. You tried to take Serena's fennekin. I think it's safe to say you should taste some medicene." Alex said as he was mad at Team Rocket for stealing and hurting other Pokemon.
"Hrrrgg..." Furfrou and Dunsparce angrily growled as they wanted payback now.
"Hey, do you want to have a battle with them?" Jessica said to Furfrou.
"Yeah." Furfrou said, being mad.
"I've got it! Use Charge Beam!" Jessica said as she commanded for a Charge Beam.
"Dunsparce, Ancient Power!" Alex said, wanting a more powerful move than Rollout.
"Grraaghh! Charge Beaam!" Furfrou said as it fired off an Electric Beam.
"ANCIENT POWER!" Dunsparce said as he fired Rocks in anger.
"..." The mix of charge beam with Ancient Power sent a rocky electric bolt toward Team Rocket which they freaked out before it hit and sent them flying.
"We're blasting off again!" Team Rocket cried out as the were sent blasting off once more.
"..." The bag that was with the stolen Pokeballs was dropped by team rocket.
"Gaaah. Pbpbpbpbpb! Serena!" Fennekin said as it popped out before shaking herself and noticed Serena.
"Oh, thank goodness! You're alright!" Serena said as Fennekin was in her arms.
"Nice. We worked on that real hard, didn't we?" Alex said as they knew they fought hard.
"Totally!" Dunsparce said in delight as Officer Jenny grabbed the bag of stolen Pokeballs.
"I'll return all of these stolen Poke Balls to their trainers. Thank you, Ash and everyone." Officer Jenny said as she explained and thanked everyone for their heroic moments.
"No prob!" Ash said, glad they could help.
"Yeah, Return now. Dunsparce." Alex said as he returned Dunsparce safely.
"Hey, Clemont? Didn't we just see Furfrou listen to jessica?" Bonnie said as she looked at Clemont.
"Yeah, You're right." Ash said as they realized, Jessica did something.
"Oh. Thank you." Alex said as he looked at Jessica and thanked her.
"It wasn't just Furfrou. I needed to help to. It was needed." Jessica said as she wanted to help so much.
"Maybe that means Furfrou's starting to see you as it's partner now!" Clemont said as he knew Jessica and Furfrou were working together.
"I'm sure of it!" Serena said, making sure she is confident.
"Mm-hm." Clemont and Ash said together.
"Oh, Furfrou... Will you finally let me style you now?" Jessica asked her Furfrou if she could style him.
"Yes!" Furfrou said, Jessica smiled happily.
"Ah.. Furfrou!" Jessica said as she was happy that Furfrou would finally do it.
"First, let's get you all brushed." Jessica said as she began to slowly brush.
"Alright." Furfrou said as Jessica was happy.
"..." Jessica began to softly brush Furfrou as she was smiling that she was carefully letting Furfrou do her work.
"Look at that big smile. Such confidence! What a welcome sight." Sherman said as he saw Jessica was smiling and happy.
"She's loved her Pokemon than ever before." Alex said as he knew Jessica would love to help groom her Furfrou.
"Seeing Jessica and Furfrou look so happy is so nice." Serena said, seeing their confidence.
"..." Jessica continued to brush as she saw Furfrou's fur and determined how healthy it truly was suddenly.
"It looks like you're at the peak of health!" Jessica said as she knew what Furfrou's fur was now.
"..." Jessica began to brush, shower and gave it conditioner and shampoo on the Furfrou as she was taking good care of it very well. She then dried it and began to work on it very carefully as she was sweating a little bit, hoping to take good care of Furfrou.
"Aha!" The group said as they saw the new Furfrou style.
"It looks so cute!" Alex said as he loved it.
"..." Jessica's new furfrou style was unlike others, instead of red or blue, it was a pink hearted kind of color. Being different unlike other colors.
"So.. what do you think?" Jessica asked, what did they all think?
"Like i said, cute. I love that you worked hard on it!" Alex said, repeating his words.
"Beautiful!" Bonnie said seeing Jessica's new Furfrou style.
"And such style!" Serena added with bonnie's word.
"True perfection!" Sherman said, loving Jessica's bond.
"Thank you so much!" Jessica bowed happily
"Thank you!" Furfrou said happily to Sherman.
"Thanks to you, too. I owe so much to every one of you." Jessica said as she thanked everyone for her work.
"Mm-mm. It's because you connected with Furfrou's heart!" Serena said as they were growing together.
"I'm going to make the bond between Furfrou and me grow deeper and deeper and groom as much as I possibly can. Someday, I'll be a famous groomer!" Jessica
"And when you are, can you style my Fennekin?" Serena said as she asked.
"Of course!" Jessica said happily.
Outside Groomer Place: Dusk
"Take care!" Sherman said as he was letting them say their goodbyes.
"Next time you travel this way, please stop by!" Jessica said as she waved to the group.
"Okay! Goodbye!" Ash said, saying their goodbyes.
"Goodbye!" Pikachu called to Jessica.
"Take good care of Furfrou! And keep making new styles for Pokemon!" Alex said as he wanted Jessica to do more styles for Pokemon.
"It must be nice to have something you can be really passionate about." Serena said as she was glad Jessica could do something for her passion.
"Huh? What'd you say?" Ash said, looking at Serena.
"Oh, Nothing. I can't wait to get to Lumiose City!" Serena said, brushing it off as she was excited for Lumiose City next stage.
"Race you there!" Alex said as the three of them headed on.
"Huh.." Clemont said as he was worried now.
"Huh?" Bonnie confusingly looked the same way that Clemont did, what was going between their minds?
Jessica has forged a real bond with Furfrou from rescuing Dunsparce. As they grow to be a Pokemon groomer together. Now, our heroes are back on the road again on their way to Lumiose City! As the journey continues!
