Chapter 1:Roxy meets Ladybug
"Are you ready,Roxy?"Tecna asked me
"Yes,professor Tecna,I'll show you I can be a Winx"
"We trust you and the rest of the girls"Tecna told me,I was going in a mission to Paris,there was some unusual activity there,other students and I were going into different missions to prove we can be the next Winx,suddenly a thought crossed my head
"I don't speak french,how am I going to understand people in France?"
"Don't worry,I'm installing this high-tech chip on your neck,they will understand you as you were speaking french and you will understand them as if they were speaking english"
"That's so cool"I said, smiling.
"Break a leg"said professor Musa,who was also here in Alfea.
"You can go now,"said headmistress was nobody else in the room beside the 4 of us.
I said goodbye and flew towards Paris,I was very nervous because this was my first mission and I really wanted to be a Winx,the other girls were going towards other planets to prove they could be Winx too,they were Ariel,fairy of the dragon flame,Rose,fairy of nature,Cecilia,fairy of technology,Uma,fairy of water,Luna,fairy of the sun and Melody,fairy of music.I was the only one whose power did not match the original Winx.
I arrived in Paris and saw lots of buildings on fire or destroyed.I also saw a blue-haired girl wearing a ladybug costume. She was next to a blonde-haired boy wearing a cat costume.
This girl wearing the ladybug costume has an object I couldn't see very well on her hands.
"Miraculous Ladybug!"she shouted and all the buildings were restored in seconds,she and the boy ran in opposite directions,I decided to follow her,she had to be very powerful.
I flew near her,being careful not to be seeing. Some minutes later this blue-haired girl stopped at a bakery and her ladybug costume disappeared. She was now wearing a gray jacket,a white t-shirt and pink trousers.
"Ah,who are you?!"she shouted suddenly seeing me.
"Tikki,somebody saw me"
"Who 's Tikki?I'm Roxy,I'm a fairy"
"Are you another one of Hawk Moth's victims?"
"I don't know what you're talking about,I'm a fairy from Alfea"
She entered the bakery running and I followed her,she began throwing bags of flour at me.
"Get away from here,and don't tell anyone who I am,"she shouted.
"Please stop,I don't even know your name,I'm a fairy as I told you,I'm here on a mission"
"I'm Marinette,come here"she said and I followed her to what appeared to be her bedroom.
There were a lot of posters of a blonde guy
"What I nice looking guy"I said
"This is Adrien,my boyfriend"she said frowning
"Oh,I'm sorry"
"Tell me what is Alfea,your mission or whatever you said"she asked me
"Oh,I'm Roxy and the Winx send me on a mission here,because they detected unusual activity,I saw you and your increible powers,how did you fix those buildings so quickly?"
"That was the Miraculous Ladybug,I'm a superhero here in Paris,I'm Ladybug and together with Cat Noir we fight the crime here,I don't know about the Winz or your mission but we are in charge here"she said ,she was walking from one corner of the room to another.
"It is Winx and they are the best fairies in the Magic World,I want to be a Winx so I need to complete this mission"I said getting a little angry
"To complete the mission?That would mean to defeat Hawk Moth,I guess,we'd been trying for years"
My heart sank,how could I defeat this Hawk Moth guy if this superheroe capable of fixing things in seconds couldn't.
We kept chatting,she told me about her life in Paris as a superhero and asked me to protect her identity,I told her about Winx and the Magic World.
"So…what if you lend me your earrings,maybe I could…?"
"No,I am Ladybug"I heard some voices downstairs
"It's my parents"Marinette said
"Don't worry,I'll go away".
I flew away from the bakery,'I have
to find out who Hawk Moth is'I thought.
I saw some pigeons and have an idea
"Pigeons,can you hear me?,I can talk to animals"
"Ladybug save us!"they shouted and flew away,I followed her
"No,I'm a fairy,don't worry,"
"A fairy?"one of the pigeons asked
"Yeah,I'm here on a mission,do you know who Hawk Moth is"
"No,we don't know"they answered
"I know"one of the pigeons said
"Who is he?I need to defeat him to become a Winx"
"If Ladybug couldn't defeat him,you…"
"Just tell me who he is"I said,people were in the streets looking up towards us
"Is she a fairy?"asked a boy who was wearing a blue t-shirt
"Is she talking to pigeons?"asked a blonde girl,she was wearing a yellow t-shirt
"Is she akumatized?"asked another blonde girl wearing a pink t-shirt.
I think those were Marinette's friends.
"I saw Hawk Moth de-transforming once,I couldn't tell anyone 'cause I'm a pigeon but now you can talk to me"
"Yeah,I'll defeat him"I assured the pigeon
"His name is Gabriel Agreste".
I couldn't believe it,Marinette had told me that Gabriel Agreste was her boyfriend's father.
The people in the streets were taking pictures and recording videos of me,so I flew away from them.
'Ok,Roxy,now you have to go to Gabriel Agreste's mansion and take away his,what was it called?Miraculous' I thought.
I was approaching Gabriel's mansion when some ice hit me.
"What was that?"I asked
"It is me,Icy Junior."A young girl I knew very well was floating in midair behind me,she was wearing a light blue dress,I turned around.
"Icy Junior,the daughter of Icy,why are you here?"
"I'm here to avenge my mother,the Winx will fall"she said and attacked me with some more ice
"Pigeons,attack her!"I shouted and an army of pigeons went towards her.
People in the street were looking at us fighting,Ladybug and Cat Noir arrived some seconds later.
"I will make you fail,"said Icy Junior, laughing.
I asked the pigeons to attack her again,down in the streets Hawk Moth had appeared,I had to tell everybody what I knew so I flew towards people.
"Listen,I'm Roxy,I'm a fairy from Alfea,I was sent here on a mission"
"Wait…do fairies exist?"asked the boy with the blue t-shirt
"Yes,what's your name?"
"I'm Nino"
"So,you are not akumatized?I'm Alya by the way"
"No,I'm not"
"I told you I have nothing to do with this"said Hawk Moth
"Come here to fight me"said Icy Junior
"Listen Roxy,we don't want more problems here,we have enough with this guy"said Cat Noir pointing at Hawk Moth.
"Cat Noir is right,you should go back to your planet,dimension or whatever"said Ladybug,Icy Junior attacked me again.
I flew a little higher and said:
"I need to tell you something really important",I noticed Hawk Moth had gone away,maybe he was trying to akumatized Icy Junior,Ladybug told me it could make victims more powerful by exploiting their negative emotions.
"I can speak to animals and a pigeon told me…"
"Wow,that's so cool,"said a girl wearing a pink t-shirt.
"Don't listen to her,her power is ridiculous,utterly ridiculous"said the girl with the yellow t-shirt.
"My power isn't ridiculous!"I shouted
"Yes,it is,"the girl replied.
"The important thing that I have to tell you is that I know who Hawk Moth is"
People gasped and began murmuring
"He 's Gabriel Agreste"I revealed.
