It's Saturday.

Maya woke up near lunchtime. Her parents were out. She grabbed some water, mixed it with vodka, and drank it. While waiting for it to kick in, she felt bored and went to stream YouTube videos to the living room TV.

As she was watching some anime review, she felt someone poking her next to the couch. She looked to her left. It was Mymy. She had a bottle of wine in her hand.

"Hey, Maya!", Mymy said, soft-spokenly. "Take this."

She then handed the bottle to Maya.

"Mymy...?", Said Maya, very confused.

"Do you like it, Maya?"

"Well, yes, but... why are you giving me this?"

"Well, Maya... I know that you did not have food poisoning that day. The sounds coming out of your stall were way too obvious to tell."

Maya became visibly concerned.

"However, since I'm not purely selfish, I decided to give you a little help. I figured that you'd like some wine, so I decided to give you this bottle."

"Oh, wow, Mymy... Thank you so much! But, wait, how did you obtain this?"

"Well, Maya... I also caught you and Vera having some... 'deals' in the parking lot."

Maya gasped.

"Were you spying on me?", Asked Maya in a mix of disbelief and anger.

"No, Maya, no I wasn't! It was an accident, I swear!", Replied Mymy, very deceptively.

"If you say so..."

"Not to mention, I recently confronted her about this, and I managed to strike a deal with her."

"Wait, what?"

"Indeed, Maya, we managed to have a little agreement over this whole bootlegging thing. Essentially, she's still going to sell you some of her stuff, but, at the same time, I decided to start brewing some alcohol myself to sell it to ya!"

"You're making your own drinks?"

"Yes, Maya! And, by buying them from me, you'll be helping both me and Vera out. What do you say?"

Maya then thought for a bit.

"Wait, just so I know that this is real... can you show me the drinks you're making?"

"Sure thing, Maya! Follow me!"

Then Mymy took Maya to the guest room and opened the bathroom door.

"Here they are!", Mymy said as she moved the containers closer to Maya and opened them up. "This right here is vodka." She then pointed to the container to Maya's right. "And this one is a special recipe of mine using stroopwafels!" She points to the other container.

"Oh, wow! I can't wait to have a taste of both, but especially the stroopwafel one!", Maya said before giggling.

"Haha, you can be sure that this is going to be some quality stuff!", Assured Mymy. "We just have to wait a few more days and it'll be ready to be sold!"

"Well, once again, thank you a lot! You simply have no idea how much this means to me, Mymy!"

"It's no problem, Maya! But anyway, wanna play some volleyball outside?"

"Sure thing!"

"Alright, let's go!"

Then, Mymy closed the containers, locked the bathroom door, and, before going outside, she opened up her phone and started texting Vera.

"She's in on it", Mymy typed.

"Good. We'll be discussing prices when your drinks are done brewing.", Replied Vera.

Then, Maya and Mymy spent some time playing volleyball together in the backyard. Maya didn't play very well due to her being drunk, but still managed to beat Mymy at it. Overall, it was a fun experience.

Later in the day, Maya's parents came back with their lunch, and everyone loved it. The three sisters then spent the entire afternoon and night doing all sorts of things together. Maya got to know both Mymy and Coco better, and vice-versa. It was a very good thing for all three sisters, but especially for Maya, as she finally felt like she understood her sisters, and like her sisters now understand her. She also finally began to enjoy family bonding again after several years of purposefully staying away from them. It was all very liberating to Maya, and she could only thank alcohol for allowing all of this to happen.
