Flight to Toronto
"Mom please!"
"Don't move Gabriel!"
The hairdo was taking forever.
Annabella was combing Gabriel's hair more carefully than usual.
"Mom, we are going to miss our flight!"
"Don't worry about that!"
Gabriel wondered why his mom was so obsessed with his hair?
"You are going to travel far away, you have to be perfect! You are my best son, you are going to spend many days in Canada so you may meet a beautiful girl!"
"Come on mom, I don't like to girls!"
"Are you sure? Remember Angela and Ippolita?"
"They poked my arm!"
Annabella laughed for a while.
"As a woman I can say that was a sign of appreciation! You like to girls! I wonder if your brother…"
In fact Gabriel was different from his twin brother Daniel. Unlike him, Danny was suffering of hair loss and he gaining some weight due his sedentary life.
"Mom, I'm ready! Our taxi is here!" Danny said coming to the bathroom.
"Just a moment!"
Annabella left the bathroom and came back with a small box.
"Here, take this!"
"What is it?" Gabriel asked.
"It's your dad's present for your birthday. It arrived yesterday!"
The kids grabbed the box and opened it.
It was a brand new camera.
"Wow, it's awesome!" Danny said surprised.
"Yes, take it with you I'm sure you're going to take some beautifuk pictures of Canada!"
"Sure mom!" Gabriel said.
"All right, let's go now!"
After some minutes they arrived to Bari's airport.
Going to the airport as traveller made Gabriel have a strange sensation.
"Attention passengers: the plane to Canada will be flying in 10 minutes at gate three!" the female announcer said from the speakers.
Gabriel and Danny were speechless.
"Mom?" Danny said.
"Yes?"
"Are you sure are you going to be ok without us?"
"Yeah, will we miss you?"
Their mom Annabella stayed quiet for a while.
"Danny, Gabriel, come here!"
Soon Annabella hugged her two kids.
"Listen, I'll be ok. You want to see me happy? Then go to Canada, enjoy your vacation with your uncle and I'll be ok! I'll stay here to assist your father at the hospital! I promise I'll send you a letter everytime something new is happening! Unfortunately I can't use an email and phone calls are expensive from Italy to Canada!"

"You'd better go now!" Annabella said.
"Goodbye mom!" the two kids said.
"Goodbye!"
Annabella stayed to the airport till their plane took off.
