"See you later. Uzumaki-sama." Says a Guard as all them would say their goodbyes knowing he's going to school and will be back later.
Naruto waved goodbye and left the building. AsShiranui turned to her workers.
"All right. Everyone get back to work. Time is money." She would say in a business tone. With everyone nodding and doing their work. She knows Naruto is safe on the other side of Konoha. Which is not the slums but rather where the clan districts and Hokage tower and Shinobi academy is located at.
The Ruined Leaf. Is located in the east of Konoha. A large area that is the slums and very backwater Flooded with drugs. Whores, brothels, black markets, prostitutes. Crime and murder. And any other unspeakable things. This area is somewhat lawless. No Anbu or Shinobi wouldn't even dare set foot in this area.
The Shinobi Council and Civilian council declares that area run down and have wrapped it in red tape. To keep the Hokage from cleaning it or restoring it.
Originally the civilian council was formerly in control of the Ruined Leaf before Shiranui Came along. As she came their to grow her empire they lost control of it because of the influence. Shiranui had over that area.
Some tried to regain control of it from her. But lost in the process. She had some of them killed in secret sending her loyal soldiers and assassins to get rid of them. While those who did not want to be on her receiving end submitted to her to let her keep control of it. As she blackmailed them and made threats to have their families or loved ones killed.
Because The Ruined Leaf is hers. She's technically Queen of that area and no one is going to take it from her not even that old Hokage is going to stop her.
But as said. She knows Naruto is safe on the other side of the leaf village. Because she has spies and soldiers there in the Shadows keeping an eye on him and to protect him from mobs.
His attackers had been killed in the shadows by her soldiers.
Ah yes. We never explained Shiranui Allies and soldiers under her command.
The UESF Aka the Under Eden Security Force. Which is somewhat a Commando/ paramilitary unit led by Major Motoko Kusanagi, Machiko Tsuge. General Gyozen. Commander Char Azanable. akane yoshiro and Captain Norris Packard.
Aishwarya Lai. A Demon and seductress. She is in charge of the Crimson Tower and Chaos Arena that has been built in the ruined Leaf. She is the eyes and ears for Shiranui
Carla Cromwell. She controls a spy network and the Taimanin's that she sends out under Shiranui orders. She is a Vampire.
The Taimanin's They are all former female ninjas that serve both Shiranui and now serve Naruto and will sleep with Naruto someday when he's in the mood. But their main goal is to kill their targets that are given to them, that is a threat to Shiranui rule. Here in the Ruined Leaf. That includes Konoha Shinobi and other Shinobi from other countries. Asagi Igawa is the commander or Captain of all Taimanins. Who are all soldiers of Shiranui's empire.
Shirainui Mizuki was once a Taimanin and former ninja. But she was turned into a Succubus. A Succubus Queen with unimaginable power. As she became a Succubus she convinced her former comrades to join her in her power and ascension to greatness.
Her other Allies:
The Hell Knights. Seven powerful women that are led by Ingrid. Who is the commander of that group they are Shiranui's secondary bodyguards and Soldiers in her empire.
Astaroth the Mistress of flames who takes control of the banks and weapon shops here in the Ruined Leaf. That also includes some of the black markets. She takes over when Shiranui goes to meetings. To hold things down at Under Eden.
The Serins another group of women that is led by Oboro and are gladiators in the Chaos arena.
Yuyami like with Astaroth. Has control over some of banks. But she takes control of the general area of Konoha banks that's not in the ruined leaf. She she makes sure the money goes through Shiranui's company, brothels, strip clubs. The chaos arena and much more and she too has a seat on the council in Mizuki's court.
Kiryu Mikoto and Emily Simmons both are engineers and mechanical specialists and scientists. They are smuggling technology in the ruined leaf and constructed a underground facility that's underneath Under Eden. Making machines, weapons and so on to empower Shiranui's criminal empire.
Annerose Vajra. The Mercenary and head detective of her own organization. Like all of otherShiranui's Allies she's fiercely loyal to her empire and will carry out who to destroy by the order of her Queen.
The Dark Elves.
The Abyssal Fleet. Who are a Navy Fleet. And are allied with Mizuki.
Shiranui has more Allies though. As she is secretly planning on how to bring Konoha the leaf village to its knees. She knows there are powerful strong Kunoichi's in the village that could be brought over to her side. Her and Naruto's sexual empire will rise.
She is willing to share Naruto with her subordinates. Since with the kind of cock he has can break any woman to the point that they can't feel their legs.

True Enough Naruto was at the school paying no one no mind as he looks at his teachers to prepare for the Genin Exams.
"All right! Naruto you're up!" Iruka called out. As the scarred man told him the first test was a kunai and shiriken toss test at a training dummy.
"Bet the deadlast is going to miss"Thought half the class with the exception of Shikamaru, Choji and Hinata.
Naruto grinned walking up and grabbed a handful of kunai and glanced at the dummy.
"No more holding back."Naruto thought with a grin. And tosses all the kunai in his hands with great speed and accuracy on the training dummy on its vital areas.
This made several jaws drop at what they saw. He didn't miss?!
Even Iruka and Mizuki were gobsmacked at what they saw.
"What the hell!? Am I seeing things or did he actually hit the targets this time?!"Thought Mizuki who blinked in shock
Naruto turned to Iruka
"So?" He asked
"You did well Naruto. I'm impressed that you didn't miss" Iruka Says with the class suddenly shaking their heads. Naruto only did that out of dumb luck he won't be able to master the clone Jutsu since that was his biggest failure or can beat anyone in taijutsu.
"Taijutsu! Naruto and Kiba!" Iruka called out.
"Yeah! I'll put this deadlast in his place!" Kiba says with a arrogant grin he would definitely impress Hinata by beating Naruto.
The two would get in a circle. Kiba got in his familiar family's taijutsu stance with Naruto taking a different stance a shaolin stance.
"Ready to lose, loser?" Kiba asked with a grin fully confident that he can beat Naruto.
"Let me ask you Kiba. Are youready?"Naruto asks back with Kiba snorting
"Ha! As if I will lose to you!" Kiba say
"Ready Fight!" Iruka called out
Kiba dashed at Naruto fast swiping his claws wildly at Naruto who was dodging smoothly and swiftly which seemed to piss off kiba.
"Hold Still!" Kiba growled in frustration not able to land a hit on Naruto. With the others not believing this.
"Too Slow." Naruto commented who ducked Kiba's claw swipe and delivered a shaolin fist punch in Kiba's gut that it sent him out of the ring.
Those who saw this dropped their jaws with their eyes threatening to pop out. Naruto Beat Kiba!
Even Sasuke was in shock.
Hinata blushed seeing Naruto beat Kiba.
"Winner by Knockout Naruto!" Iruka declared.
"What the hell is going on!?"Thought Mizuki with disbelief he thought Naruto was a deadlast!
He thought wrong.
"Good job Naruto.. all there is left is the clone Jutsu test."
"Shadowclone Jutsu!" Naruto says creating several copies of himself which shocked the whole class.
"Well I'm amazed. You actually did it Naruto! You passed!" Iruka says giving Naruto his headband as Naruto proudly took it as the class couldn't believe their eyes. What happened to the weak deadlast? The class clown?! Who is this person!? This wasn't like Naruto at all to pass.
Naruto smiled at their shocked, mortified expressions.
Mizuki was seething on the inside. This is not Naruto! Wasn't Naruto supposed to be an idiot!
( Later that night)
Naruto is on his way home to Shirainui's penthouse knowing she's waiting for him.
As he was on his way he spotted a figure holding a scroll of some sorts. As he got a closer look he saw who it was. It was Mizuki his Sensei.
Naruto decided to follow him.
"At last! The forbidden scroll is mine! And will be delivered to my master! Orochimaru!" Mizuki declared.
"Orochimaru? Isn't he a traitor?" Naruto says with Mizuki turning to him in shock. How did the brat find him!
"You! So you intend to stop me demon brat?" Mizuki Snarled.
"Mizuki!" Yelled another voice. As both turned and saw Iruka coming
"Surrender and hand over the Scroll! And you broke the third's law!" Iruka says with Mizuki sneering at him.
"As if careless! Don't you hate him? Hate him for taking away your parents?" Mizuki says with Naruto looking at Iruka's direction
"That's not true! I don't hate Naruto at all!" Iruka shot back
"Tsk Tsk so your a demon lover now?" Mizuki would say in clear disgust
"So I look like a demon?" Naruto asks with a hidden grin.
"Yeah! You are! You hold the nine tails!" Mizuki declared while Naruto raised a eyebrow and then suddenly laughed getting surprised reactions from both men. Why is he laughing
"That's very funny Mizuki. You see I already know what I am. And you my friend are about to die?" Naruto says with a glint In his eyes
"What are you talking about?" Mizuki says and his answer came right to him. A woman in a rubber figure and mask held a katana sword appeared out of thin air and before anyone could do anything the woman in clad rubber swinged her sword Beheading Mizuki.
Naruto grinned he knew who this was.
Iruka looked shocked by this stranger.
"Who are you?" Iruka asks
"Good Work. Rinko-Chan." Naruto says with a grin as Iruka frowned Naruto knows this woman?
"Naruto what's going on? Who is she? And how do you know-" Iruka says but suddenly Froze
Naruto's eyes turned red and outstretched his hand in Iruka's direction as Iruka fallen into a trance of some sorts.
Naruto flared power from his hand and manipulated Iruka's memories. Erasing what He saw here and manipulated it into just him stopping Mizuki and killing him.
"Take the forbidden scroll. We are taking it to Shirainui-Chan." Naruto says with Rinko now grabbing the large scroll.
Naruto grabbed a kunai from Mizuki's dead body and henged it into the forbidden Scroll and gave it to Iruka who was still in a trance like state.
"Your the hero. You stopped Mizuki from stealing the forbidden scroll. Go report this to your Hokage." Naruto commanded Iruka who nodded silently and did as told. Both Naruto and Rinko left heading back to the Ruined leaf and under eden along with taking the forbidden scroll.
