Chapter 1: Samurai Warriors

Hey everyone I'm back with a new story and with the help of my friend kival737101, he and I came up with a new story that combines Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy and Disney into the high-speed world of Yugioh 5Ds. I used the starting element from Twilight Blader. I hope you like what I have planned. Please Review and Enjoy.

It had been a year since Sora had stopped Master Xehanort's plans and saved everyone from the darkness, and things were getting peaceful and many were enjoying it, but in Twilight Town, one former nobody was sitting on the clock tower eating a Sea Salt Ice cream, this was Roxas, Sora's Nobody.

While Roxas had enjoyed the peace and quiet, he couldn't help but feel the old itch for adventure and excitement.

Lea and Isa had gone back to Radiant Garden their home while Xion had gone to Destiny Islands to enjoy the sea.

Finishing his ice cream, Roxas looks out at the sunset and sighs.

"Been a year already. Maybe it's time to start looking for something to do." Roxas said standing up and started walking through the streets where a small stand was set up.

"Hello there young man." An elderly voice said getting his attention.

Turning around Roxas saw an old man running the small stand of trinkets.

"Hi there." Roxas said not sure what was going on.

"Would you like to have a look around at my wares? Maybe something will interest you?" He asks.

Looking down Roxas saw a bunch of antiques and old boring stuff.

"Uh thanks but I don't think you have anything I want." Roxas said.

"I see it in your eyes, you want adventure, don't you?" The old man asks surprising him.

"How did you?" Roxas asks.

"But your Keyblade won't be of much help in this one. For this world, you'll need this." The old man pulls out a briefcase and opens it to reveal a strange gray device with white and black checkerboard patterns on it with 5 slots and what looked like multiple decks of cards surrounding it.

"What is that?" Roxas asks.

"It's called a Duel Disk and this item has been used to fight many great battles using the various cards inside this case. But to use it you need a deck, lucky for you I have many to choose from." The old man said gesturing to them.

Roxas eyes the cards seeing each one was unique and different until his eyes stopped to one deck. Reaching for it Roxas looks at the first card to see a blue and white dragon on it. "Clear Wing Synchro Dragon?"

"That's a good one, take this and you will be taken on an adventure unlike anything you've ever imagined, but I warn you the challenges you face will be much different than what you're used to. Interested?" The old man asks holding out the duel disk.

Roxas looks to the old man and slowly nods.

"Best of luck." The old man said attaching the duel disk to his left arm and placed Clear Wing on it causing a bright light to engulf Roxas blinding him.

When Roxas started to wake up he saw he was laying on the ground in what looked like the worst part of town.

"Ugh what happened?" Roxas groans picking himself up. Looking around he saw tech and garbage all over the place, rundown buildings, broken things everywhere and the people didn't look much better. "What is this place?"

Walking down a street Roxas, saw what looked like the first part of a bridge. Looking in the direction of it he saw it looked like it was supposed to connect to a much nicer looking city across the ocean.

"Looks like got the bad start in this life and last." Roxas said when he heard a crashing noise.

"Hey! Give that back you little thief!" Roxas turns to see a kid a few years younger than him with long curly brown hair, a hat and ragged clothes. This was Rally.

"Leave me alone!" Rally yells as a thug with black hair and ragged clothes ran after him when Rally spotted Roxas with his duel disk and quickly ran behind him. "Please! Please save me!"

"Whoa what's going on?" Roxas asks when the Thug stopped in front of him. "Look I don't want any trouble."

"Then tell your little friend to give me back what he stole!" The thug points.

"You heard him, give it back." Roxas urged.

"No, someone really needs it. Please, I'm begging you." Rally said putting his hands together.

"Look is there anyway we can get you to look the other way?" Roxas asks when the thug noticed his disk.

"That's a pretty cool duel disk, how about we settle this with a duel? I win I get that and everything he stole. You win you both go free." The Thug said.

"Uh duel?" Roxas asks confused. "What's that?"

"You don't know how to duel? But you have a deck and duel disk!" Rally said causing the thug to laugh.

"Oh this is gonna be too easy. Alright to help you out, the kid can tell you the rules as we go. Follow me, we don't wanna be spotted by Sector Security." The Thug said leading them into an empty building.

"Uh what's your name?" Rally asks.

"Roxas."

"Well Roxas I'm Rally, to make things quick you have to use those cards to beat his cards. You start a duel with 4000 lifepoints and you win by getting your opponent's life points to zero." Rally explains.

"Sounds easy enough." Roxas said.

"I'll help you more as you go but try not to lose." Rally said as the Thug puts on his own duel disk and activated it. "Well turn it on."

"Oh right." Roxas said turning on his disk.

Roxas: 4000

Thug: 4000

"Since you're new let me show you how it's done." The thug drew. "I summon Mezuki in attack mode!" Appearing on his field was a muscular bull monster with a large axe in his hand appeared.

Mezuki: 1700/ 800

"What the?! Where did that come from?" Roxas asks never seeing something like that in his life.

"That's a duel monster. That's what your deck is full of." Rally explained.

"Oh this is gonna be too easy. I place one card facedown and end my turn." The thug smirk as a card appeared behind Mezuki.

"Okay it's your turn so you can draw a card and if you have a monster with more points than that you can destroy it." Rally said.

"Uh okay." Roxas looks at his hand noticed one that stood out. "I summon Six Samurai Zanji." Roxas said as on his field a samurai in orange armor and a spear appeared on his side.

Six Samurai Zanji: 1800/ 1300

'He's like the Samurai nobodys I used to have.' Roxas thought before looking to Rally who gestures for him to attack. "Zanji attack."

Nodding Zanji leaps in the air and stabs Mezuki through the chest destroying it.

Roxas: 4000

Thug: 3900

"Yes." Roxas pumps his fist getting the first strike.

"Don't get too cocky kid." The thug drew. "I play my facedown Call of the Haunted to bring back an old friend." Rising out of the ground Mezuki roars.

"But I destroyed that card." Roxas said.

"Yeah but his Trap card allowed him to bring it back. In a duel you can use spells and traps to help defeat your opponent." Rally said.

"You're telling me this now?" Roxas groans.

"Hey it's your fault for having a deck and not knowing how to use it!" Rally said.

"Well it's your fault for stealing." Roxas snaps.

"As funny as this is I have a duel to win. I summon Plague Wolf in attack mode!" Appearing on the field was an oozing black dog.

Plague Wolf: 1000/1000

"And now I activate his special ability which allows me to double his points for this turn!"

Plague Wolf: 2000/ 1000

"Uh oh. Roxas brace yourself." Rally gulps.

"Plague Wolf rip his Samurai apart with Death Fang!" Plauge Wolf leaped at Zanji biting his arm causing Zanji to scream as he was destroyed.

Roxas: 3800

Thug: 3900

"Now Mezuki attack!" Mezuki leaps at Roxas and slashes him with his axe knocking him to the ground.

Roxas: 2100

Thug: 3900

"Roxas? You okay?" Rally asks as Roxas picks himself up.

"I've been hit worse, by much bigger and uglier things than that." Roxas groans as Plague Wolf was destroyed thanks to its effect. "Alright I think I'm getting this game." Roxas drew before closely examining his cards. "This might work. I play Six Samurai United, now whenever I summon a monster with Six Samurai in its name I get a counter, like my Six Samurai Yaichi!" Roxas said as a blue armored samurai with a bow appeared.

Yaichi: 1300/ 800

"You really are new, you should have put that card in defense mode." The thug mocks.

"Look I may not know much about this game, but I'm familiar with Samurai and when one shows up another is never too far behind. I play Grandmaster of the Six Samurai!" Roxas said as an eldery samurai appeared next to Yaichi.

Grandmaster of the Six Samurai: 2100/ 800

"What? How did you summon twice in one turn?" The Thug gasps.

"Grandmaster can be summoned to the field as long as I have a Six Samurai on my field. Now knock that demon back to the graveyard!" Roxas said as Grandmaster slashes Mezuki.

Roxas: 2100

Thug: 3500

"Now let's see how you like it! Yaichi!" Roxas said as Yaichi fires an arrow piercing him in the chest making him drop to his knees.

Roxas: 2100

Thug: 2200

"And I'll place one card facedown and end my turn." Roxas said. 'This is like battling Heartless, you just gotta read your opponent's moves and counter them.'

"Wow he's pretty good. Not as good as Yusei though." Rally said impressed.

"You just got lucky. I activate my Mezuki's ability, by removing him from play I can summon my Plague Wolf back from the graveyard." The Thug said as the black wolf appeared. "But he won't be around for long as I sacrifice him to summon Lich Lord, King of the Underworld!" Appearing on the field was a skeleton in red robes and a staff.

Lich Lord: 2400/ 1200

"Next I activate Foolish Burial to send one card from my deck to the graveyard. And now I play Premature Burial! By paying 800 points I can summon the card I just discarded. Say hello to my Vampire Lord!" Appearing next to his reaper was a scary looking Vampire.

Vampire Lord: 2000/ 1500

Roxas: 2100

Thug: 1400

"Now Lich destroy his Grandmaster!" Spinning his staff Lich blasts Grandmaster to pieces.

Roxas: 1800

Thug: 1400

"Now Vampire Lord rip his Yaichi to pieces!"

Vampire Lord flew in and slashes Yaichi destroying him.

Roxas: 1100

Thug: 1400

"And thanks to his ability you have to send one monster from your deck to the grave." Roxas opens his deck and sending one to the grave.

"Laugh it up by I have a trap. Shien's Scheme! When a Six Samurai is destroyed I can summon up to two from my hand. Meet Six Samurai Irou!" Roxas said as a purplearmored samurai appeared.

Irou: 1700/ 1200

"I end my turn."

"Come on Roxas." Rally prayed as Roxas drew. "Next I activate my Six Samurai United, by removing two counters I get to draw another card. And now I activate Lighting Blade which boosts Irou's attack by 800!"

Irou: 2500/ 1200

"Destroy his Lich!" Swinging his sword Irou slays the skeleton destroying it.

Roxas: 1100

Thug: 1300

"And I end my turn with one facedown." Roxas said.

The thug drew a card and grins. "Well kid you've been mildly entertaining but it's time to finish this. I sacrifice Vampire Lord in order to summon the Red Eyes Zombie Dragon!" Darkness surrounds Vampire Lord as a decaying version of the Red Eyes Black Dragon appeared.

Red Eyes Zombie Dragon: 2400/ 2000

"Oh man that thing is creepy." Rally gulps.

"I least Irou is stronger than that thing." Roxas said.

"Not for long because I activate Mystical Space Typhoon which destroys Lightning Blade. Now Red Eyes destroy his Samurai!"

As the dragon launched his attack a smirk appears on Roxas's face. "Sorry but I activate Draining Shield!" Everyone gasps as a barrier absorbs the attack. "This was battle was wearing me out and I decided to get some of my energy back. Thanks for playing such a powerful card."

Roxas: 3500

Thug: 1300

"My turn." Roxas drew when he noticed an interesting card. "Huh? Uh hey Rally can I ask you something?"

"What's up?" Rally asks walking over.

"Will this help?" Roxas asks showing him the card he just drew causing Rally to smile.

"Oh yeah, play it." Rally nods.

"Hey you can't do that!" The thug said.

"You said Rally could help show me how while we dueled. If you have anyone to blame it's yourself for allowing this. I play the tuner monster Kagemusha of the Six Samurai!" Roxas said as a yellowish-green armored samurai appeared.

Kagemusha: 400/ 1800

"A tuner?! How did you get one of those?!"

"A gift." Roxas smirks. "I tune Kagemusha with Irou!" Kagemusha turned into two rings as 4 stars came from Irou. "I synchro summon Mighty Warrior!" A bright light appears and from it a muscular warrior with a large mechanical right arm appeared.

Mighty Warrior: 2200/ 2000

"And to think I was worried for nothing. You just used the last card in your hand and chose a monster that can't win!" The thug laughs.

"Wrong. I've got one card left." Roxas said pointing to his Six Samurai United card. "And by removing 2 more Bushido Counters I can draw one more card." Roxas looks at his deck and took a deep breath. Whether he won or lost would depend on what he drew right here and now, drawing his cards Roxas turned it over and grins. "Go Fusion Sword Mursame Blade!"

A glowing sword appears in front of Mighty Warrior and he grabs it with his giant right arm and his attack points went up.

Mighty Warrior: 3000/ 2000

"3000?!" Rally smiles.

"Mighty Warrior finish this! Steel Hand Crusher!" Mighty Warrior pulls his fist back and punches Red Eyes Zombie Dragon in the face. "And you know what the best part is? When Mighty Warrior destroys a monster half of its attack points come out of your life points."

Eyes widening Red Eyes Zombie Dragon flies back towards its duelist and crashes down on top of him making him fall to the ground.

Roxas: 3500

Thug: 0000

"See ya." Roxas said walking away.

Rally looks to Roxas and smiles. "See ya." Rally sticks his tongue out at the thug before running after him.

As Roxas was walking down the street, Rally was right behind.

"I can't believe that was your first-time dueling, you were awesome. How'd you pick up on how to fight back?" Rally asks.

"I'm a fast learner." Roxas shrugs.

"Well thanks a lot Roxas how can I thank you for helping me back there?" Rally asks.

"How about you stop stealing?" Roxas rolls his eyes.

"You clearly are new to Satellite. Here, you have to do anything you can to get by." Rally said.

'That's what this place is called?' Roxas thought when he noticed the sun was setting. "Hey uh you got anywhere I can stay for a little bit?"

"Now that I can do." Rally smiles.

On an abandoned track, 3 guys were in a handmade shack watching something on the computer. One was a guy with a blue bandanna, a slightly chubby guy with brown hair, and a guy with purple hair and glasses. These were Blitz, Tank and Nervin some of Rally's friends.

"Yusei's getting pretty fast." Tank said.

"Yeah but not fast enough." Blitz said when Rally walks in.

"Hey guys!" Rally reaching into his pocket and pulls out a part. "Check it out, a Balancer. This should help Yusei."

"Wait a minute, this looks kinda used, did you take this from someone?" Nervin asks causing Rally to gulp.

"Rally what would have happened if the guy caught you?" Tank asks.

"He almost did until I showed up." The three of the look to see Roxas walk in.

"Hey Rally who's the new guy?" Blitz asks.

"This is Roxas, and he's a duelist too." Rally said when they heard an engine. "It's Yusei."

Roxas looks down the track to see a red motorcycle pull up nearby and a figure took off the helmet to reveal a guy about a year older than him with spiky black hair, this was Yusei Fudo.

"Uh hey." Roxas said as Yusei looked at him.

"Hey." Yusei narrows his eyes when Rally and the other three walk out.

"Guys I want you all to meet Roxas, I got into some trouble and he saved me." Rally said and instantly a smile formed on Yusei's face.

"Thanks Roxas, good to know there are some more decent people out there." Yusei said as Blitz clapped him on the back.

"You have the guts to help Rally you can't be that bad." Blitz smiles.

"So Roxas where you from?" Tank asks.

"Kinda far away but I was forced to leave." Roxas said and instantly they all assumed the same thing.

"Well Roxas we won't force ya to leave. You can hang with us." Nervin said.

"We look out for each other." Yusei said when he noticed his duel disk as Rally and the other led Roxas inside. 'Maybe he can help me.'
