Welcome to this display of too much time and imagination.

I had an idea once. Was it a good one? No clue. Am I confident in my ability to turn my thoughts into something anyone will willingly read? Not really but here we are.

The premise is simple enough. Stick two worlds together, hit mix for about five minutes and then pour. The first part will be getting the two to mix. Sure we could go with. "And then character X got hit by a truck and woke up in X.'' or any other variation of it. But... I figure let's go full Rune Goldberg on this and try to get the reason to be a bit more than just dumping one character into another world. If it's worth doing it's worth doing right and I think I can get these two to mesh up a little bit. I think... It starts on Sera so don't expect any of the RWBY stuff for the beginning.

Let's meet the victims of my butchery.

On my left. We have the Gears of war universe. They've got nearly a hundred consecutive years of conflict in their recent history, guns with Chainsaws attached, near future tech level and the ability to create orbital weapons.

To my right. We have the RWBY universe. For the last 80 decades or so at relative peace, shape-shifting weapons, Magitek and... nothing that quite matches orbital weapons. They have Zwei who might be able to take a Hammer strike... he has been set on fire and used as a projectile.

Both have their similarity and both have differences. Whilst the story will be changed there is only so much that can be done. Some things will appear nearly identical to how they appear in the original story. Others will be altered sometimes drastically. Some events cannot be prevented, others will come out of place. Old allies may become new foes and those who once found themselves opposed may be driven to align.

I figured that would make a good start for a story. If you've read this far and are willing or crazy enough to try and stomach the horror within go ahead but be warned. This will get unpleasant at times. Sure RWBY has dark points but I'm mixing in a series whose signature weapon is a gun with a chainsaw attachment and can be described as "Military horror."

I've given this a few checks but my grammar, prose and spelling have been bad for years. If you spot something, call it out and let's get it fixed.

So with that out of the way. I have the codes and let's break a leg.
