After doing everything the right way in the first timeline, Frisk was compelled to do the genocide route for what they felt were "good" reasons. In doing so, they have broken utterly and become something new. Something absolutely devoted to Sans, and not remotely sane. Now they are striving to fix everything and find their path forward. What if there wasn't AUs but instead they were all personalities in Sans's multiple personality disorder? A Remake of "Maybe Love's Not so Bad". After a Year on the surface, Frisk begins to have dreams of a Lost Soul, wanting to leave their imprisonment. Frisk must ultimately make a choice and show the 1st fallen that love's not so bad after all. All's not what it seems on the surface though, shadows rise, and a forgotten past comes to the surface with them.

December 25, 2015 Mysterious black briars destroyed the whole of Ebott. Every inhabitant was lost except for a pair of brothers. Not long after, a tragedy claimed the younger one. Since then, the sole survivor did everything he could to prevent the calamity from spreading further.
