Forget.

This Lisanna was supposed to do after her apparent death, after ending up in another dimension.

A dimension that denied the splendor of magic, a dimension that favored violence and wickedness.

She should have to forget her past, her previous life, her beloved that smiled naively.

She should have to forget her beloved Natsu.

She should have to forget everything and start over, a new life.

But she couldn't, because fairies don't forget.

Although the expectations of being saved from there were zero, she didn't give up, she continued to hope.

Her love promised that he would always save her and she knew that he would not forget her.

That promise wasn't a lie because he found her and saved her.

Some time had passed since that day and now she was lying on his bed, her short snow-white hair disheveled on the pillow.

"I was afraid that we would never see each other again, you know? That you would forget about me." She admitted softly, a pang of guilt piercing her chest.

Her beloved approached her and with his thumb he wiped away the tear that was ruining her beautiful face.

"Forgetting you is the only thing I've never been able to do."

Their lips touched, in a desperate search for love.

Fairies don't forget, above all they don't forget to love.

Notes:

I've been wanting to write a Nali story for a long time, Lisanna is amazing and I'm sad to see her often ignored in the series or treated unfairly by some members of the fandom. I hope you enjoyed this story!
