APPEARANCE

Pandora has a sweet, innocent appearance, which makes people consider her extremely pretty. She has calf-length rosy pink hair that she styles differently with black hair accessories. Pandora has large, sharp, slightly slanted eyes that are ruby red, along with fangs and pointed ears that have two sets of piercings on each ear. She is pretty slender, and her innocent appearance makes her appear weak, along with her porcelain skin tone, which is a perfect disguise. Pandora has a rose tattoo on her left ribcage she got after being exiled as a way of acting out.

Pandora wears three-piece pants suits as she finds them practical, though she wears high heels giving her powerful kicks an extra deadly threat. Pandora wears suits or smart-looking outfits as she feels it shows her importance, and she likes to show her power. When Pandora was lower in the ranks of the Marines, the pinkette would wear the typical uniform though Parker wore high-heeled boots, the heels coated in Seastone. Once Pandora left the Marines, she found she enjoyed relaxing her clothes a little more; though the pinkette still likes to look professional, she keeps her heels coated in Seastone.

PERSONALITY

Pandora is a sly person, always having a cunning motive and plan that she uses her strategic mind to accomplish with hard work and stubbornness. The money-maker uses her high intelligence for her own benefit. Still, if she sees your value as a friend, she will protect them with everything Pandora has, showing only those closest to her how caring and lovable she can be. Pandora's ex-fiancee always cut her down for her sarcastic and witty remarks along with her smug smirks and the playful glint in her eye, though her new crewmates all love her funny jokes and honest words. Her crewmates adore her calm and methodical mind that always supports their crazy-minded Captain and her firm words to their enemy in defence of them.

RELATIONSHIPS

Penelope Parker: Pandora and her mother are not as close, seeing as Penelope is a rather cold woman, seeing only power and money as the only thing that matters, though she has a small soft spot for her youngest child and daughter, Persophone.

Warren Parker: Pandora and her father are closer than most of her family; he takes pride in his daughter, seeing her as the next Lady of Iron Island, but her being the secondborn was always a problem, and after the incident in the past that caused her exile she no longer has any chance of taking the title.

Perseus 'Perci' Parker: Pandora and her older brother are stubborn, both at war with each other but would do anything for each other, though Pandora worries for her soft-hearted brother next in line for the title. Perseus loves his sisters and promises Pandora to look out for their younger sister, seeing the danger the world can cause to a sweet and innocent girl.

Persophone 'Percy' Parker: Pandora and her younger sister are the closest of the whole family; Persophone looks up to her older sister, wishing she could leave the island and her mother's tight grip. The sisters write to each other in secret under their mother's nose.

Marines: Pandora was taken into the Marines after her exile from her home and gave her another; she trained for a time at Marineford and was assigned an accountant when they saw her keen eye for making money and numbers. After discovering some irregularities, she felt betrayed and left, feeling hurt to the people she was closest to and even her superiors, who she looked up to and planned to destroy.

Smoker: Pandora and Smoker, once they met, weren't too sure of each other and soon warmed up to each other and began dating. Later, Smoker proposed, but after she left the Marines, it hurt Smoker, turning his love for the woman into hate and betrayal.

Straw Hat Crew: Pandora loves her new crew, finding a sister in Nami as they spend time thinking about money and how to make more money. Pandora finds the others all a laugh to be around, though she and Zoro aren't too sure of each other, as the First Mate doesn't yet trust her. Sanji fell in love at first sight with the woman when they first met in Loguetown and follows her around most time, and she compliments him on his cooking, saying it's the best she's ever had. Sanji is entirely whipped by Pandora, who denies the playboy his advances, wishing he'd not flirt with other women.

ABILITIES AND POWERS

Physical Abilities

Strength: Pandora has trained from a young age along with her siblings, her parents wanting strong children that can defend themselves. Pandora is relatively strong for a petite woman, almost inhuman, as she uses her Devil Fruit abilities for her advantage.

Speed and Agility: Pandora uses her petite frame and main limbs hollow, making her highly flexible as she exercises most days (torturing Sanji), and she's fast. She sometimes uses her Hybrid Form to make her faster.

The 5 Senses: Pandora has keen senses; her eyes allow her to see more precise than an average human as she mainly uses her bird sight. She has a better sense of odour, able to smell everything within a mile of herself; she can get overwhelmed with some smells and finds comfort in Sanji's scent. Pandora's sense of touch is the same as most people's; the pinkette doesn't like people touching her, valuing her personal space. She can taste most things as she eats, having a high taste level due to her bird-like abilities, which helps with her toxin immunity. Pandora can hear rather well, picking up whispers within a few miles thanks to her Devil Fruit, sensing danger from afar.

Durability: Pandora's training in the Marines has made her high durable in a fight; she can hold her own as she takes hits from those she's fighting. Though after the battle, she may complain a little from the pain after the adrenaline has worn off.

Endurance: Pandora can endure a high level of pain though there is a limit which impressed her teacher when she was training at Marineford.

Accuracy: Pandora being a master marksman at a young time in her training in the Marines, can shoot a branch of a tree from 900 m away with perfect aim. She prefers long-range attacks as she has an excellent shot, but up close, Pandora has to think quick though she always hits her mark.

Toxin Immunity: Pandora has a high immunity from toxins thanks to her stomach acid, which is more robust than humans; she's able to digest foods easily, making her a pretty healthy person even if exposed to some diseases.

Devil Fruit

As a child living in Iron Town with her family, her ancestors acquired Devil Fruits for the Parker family. Currently, her father, Warren Parker, has the Hebi Hebi no Mi: Model: Python. Pandora's mother, Penelope Parter, inherited the Hebi Hebi no Mi: Model: Viper. Her older brother, Perseus Parker, acquired the Uma Uma no Mi: Model Unicorn, the first to find a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit. Her younger sister, Persophone Parker, finds the Uta Uta no Mi. The Parker family take after mythical monsters from story books, giving them the nicknames they acquired over the years.

Human Form: Pandora's original human form, which she had before eating her Devil Fruit, is still more substantial than a human thanks to her natural physical abilities and attributes, which far surpass the physical power of a typical human. Pandora, even in her human form, has the characteristics of a vulture with her senses, strong stomach acid and hollow bones; she can even communicate with other birds.

Hybrid Form: Pandora combines the attributes of her Vulture Form; she can transform parts of her limbs, like her legs, into that of a vulture's leg and talons she uses for attacks. She can also change her arms into those of wings and can fly, avoiding injuries and making powerful strikes or strong gusts of wind that can push her opponents away. Pandora sometimes forms a beak for peeking; she once used it in a fight, peeking her enemy's eye out.

Beast Form: In Pandora's complete Vulture form, she mainly uses this to disguise herself and to fly away from a fight with speed and agility she can't in her hybrid form and get through smaller gaps.

Haki

Pandora learned about Haki when she lived in Iron Town and began training when she moved to Marineford.

Observational Haki: Which grants users a sixth sense of the world around them and limited precognitive abilities. Users of this Haki can sense people's presence, strength, emotions, and intentions. Pandora has excellent control of this Haki, though people and herself believe it is her Devil Fruit abilities. She can sense those around her for miles, even how strong they are and their emotions coming off on them in waves and the intentions they have towards her.

Armament Haki: This allows the user to use their own spiritual energy as armour to defend against attacks, as well as make their own attacks more potent. People can apply the Armament to a section of their body, over their entire body, and even spread it over their weapons. Pandora is on an average level; she has to focus hard on coating parts of her body; if she loses focus, it may disappear.

Conquering Haki: This grants the user the ability to overpower the will of others. It results in victims being mentally overwhelmed by the user, with particularly weak-willed foes instantly losing conciseness. Conquering Haki is a rare form that only one in several million people are born with the ability to use. Pandora, unfortunately, does not possess this Haki; none of her family can use Conquers Haki.

Weapons

Twin pistols: Pandora prefers the twin pistols that she keeps on her person under her blazer; she has excellent accuracy, having never missed a shot after she trained in the Marines.

Knuckle dusters: Pandora hates to depend on her Devil Fruit abilities and uses her knuckle dusters for close combat.

Giant Chain: Pandora uses a giant chain for long-range attacks, using her agility and flexibility to use advanced movements to disarm and beat her opponents.

Skills

Master Combatant: Pandora, having been trained in Marineford by many people, has versatile combat skills; she mainly disarms people, not using deadly force.

Master Marksman: Pandora excels in long-range shooting with great accuracy and aim, though in close combat, she often uses her twin pistols to aid her fighting skills.

Navigation: Pandora has excellent navigation skills and often uses her animal instincts and Haki to move around in human and bird form.

Gambling: Pandora loves to gamble; she mainly plays poker with some of the other officers in Loguetown and casino games; she often wins due to her calm face when she plays, though Pandora doesn't cheat, saying she's got great good luck.

Financials: Pandora is excellent with money; she can calculate inside her head, even high numbers, and she can tell the value of priceless artefacts due to having to auction some in the past. Pandora counts money daily and keeps a strict log of every berry; she keeps detailed notes on the items she sells.

Negotiation: Pandora is a good negotiator; she can get more than the item is worth, at least twice as much as it may be worth and knowing what its real value is, she can't be conned.
