Gennai and Ryo stood in front of a large main screen. Takato stood off to the left behind them, Jeri and Henry to the right..
All of them waiting as they were connected to "46'\". They all felt anxious, not knowing what to expect. The screen was fuzzy still, Ryo could only see a silhouette so he spoke up.
"Who is this?" He asked. He heard a familiar voice call his name, 'Ruki, He breathed a sigh of relief as Takato, Henry, and Jeri spoke to her. Then Gennai. They all told each other what they'd been through.
As they started discussing what the next step should be, there was a commotion on Ruki's end, but before Ryo could ask what happened, their own problem appeared.
Interrupting, the hologram looked at Gennai and said, "facility Zzzz requesting operator verification. 3.2% match, low reliability rate operator, some functions will not be available." It told him.
"I...what?" Gennai asked blankly staring at him. "Are you...what?" He questioned confidently confused.
"As lead controller, you must verify and approve or deny the operator." He told them.
"I, uh, I guess, verify? Or I approve?" He said, lacking confidence in his response.
However, "acknowledged," the computer accepted his answer and turned off again.
"Hey wait, can we contact them? Can they join the call?" Ryo questioned before his attention left for a moment, he heard someone say "Wisemon?!" 'Who's Wisemon?' He thought.
"Do you think we should?" Henry asked.
"Connecting to facility Zzzz." It simply stated.
"Well, we have no choice now, what kind of name is Zzzz." Takato questioned.
The main screen showing Ruki and the other, shrank as another image began to appear.
"Hello?" A soft but stern voice spoke, they still couldn't quite see, the picture was dark and fuzzy still.
"Who is this?" Gennai asked, not quite recognizing the voice, but knowing it was familiar.
"This is Hida Iori. Yoroshiku ne." The shadow bowed as Gennai instantly was relieved.
"Iori!" He said happily as the picture finally cleared.
"Gennai?" He asked.
"What?!" They heard Miyako's unmistakable voice.
Takato was in absolute awe, "dude it's more of them!" He said giddily after he elbowed Henry.
"This is impossible, what is going on?" Henry said in disbelief.

A book flooped out from Miyuki's bag. Everyone turned away from the screen.
"Wisemon!" Daisuke knew what it was.
"What the heck is a Wisemon?" Mabel questioned with a curiously crinkled face. Then her and Dipper were in awe as the book that flew from Miyuki, landed on the floor and wildly began flipping pages. Everyone watched.
It then fired a bright light up in the air, slowly it took shape.
The Hooded robes became defined, his shrouded face still covered. You could finally see his expression. -
The Doctor and River grinned, both intrigued, watching, listening.
"You have done well, I have been watching. You have brought everyone together."
Daisuke's attention was diverted as he heard Gennai yell something, 'did he just say Iori?'
"We don't have everyone, um...sir, some are still separated. But we're able to travel now and we're looking for them. And for Bugendaimon." Hikari told the entity factually. A little wide eyed while she did.
Daisuke was brought back to their conversation as Takeru leaned over and whispered, "she asked a good question, who is Wisemon?"
"He-" Daisuke started.
"I am Wisemon. I record all, I exist in all realms. I can see into and walk through all realities, one with myself in all of them. And you," he looked at Hikari, "are separated only by reality. You all occupy the exact same digital coordinates in space, the others are just in different realities." With that said he looked at the screen and snapped. The screen with Gennai, Ryo and the others, shrank, and another screen appeared.
"Iori!" Hikari shouted spotting him.

..Zzzz
Iori stood there, Miyako not far. Ken, Taichi and the others off to the side. David and Rose were at a console off in the back.
As the screen distortedly appeared he heard a voice ask, "who is this?"
He answered, "this is Hida Iori. Yoroshiku ne."
Which was happily replied to, "Iori!" He knew the voice immediately.
"Gennai?" He questioned, follow up by Miyako asking, "what?" She jumped into view.
"We got your message, but it was almost impossible to get in here." Ken told him standing with the others still, arms folded.
"Yea, we were purged!" Taichi said.
"It was scary inside and outside here!" Mimi said confidently.
"She's right." Yamato said, "and thanks for the warning by the way." He said.
"I'm really sorry, the others said they ran into problems too, but we just walked in, I had no idea." Gennai said sorrowfully.
"Wait, did you say others? Did you find-" Taichi was interrupted as their screen, with Gennai on it, shrank and a second feed fuzzily appeared.
"Iori!" He couldn't quite see before he heard Hikari happily shout his name, he looked over to Taichi as he spoke up.
"Hikari, you're ok!" Taichi was relieved, you could hear it in his voice.
"Big brother! I missed you!" The picture cleared as the others walked over. "Takeru and Joe are here too! We found Daisuke! And Ruki! And made some new friends! We even came across Meiko, Catherine, and Michael!" She said.
"That's great," Taichi said smiling, "it's about time things worked out for us. And what about Koushiro? We went home and he wasn't there but he'd been telling people to investigate the anomalies haphazardly." He asked, remembering his friend, and the man who almost shot them over his missing daughter.
Hikari's face turned sad, she looked at Takeru then over to Joe and Daisuke.
She wanted to tell him, but she couldn't find the words.
"Tai." Joe started.
"What's wrong?" Taichi knew, the way he used his name, he knew it was something bad. "What happened?"
"We tried..." Daisuke started sadly.
"But it was too late before we even got there, Bugendaimon was there when we walked in, he...he...," Hikari said, her voice cracking some.
"Koushiro's last effort was to open a gate and save us. Daisuke, Takuma, and Kaito arrived just in time to push Bugendaimon back enough for us to escape or we all would be..." Takeru said, holding Hikari, her tears flowed freely.
Taichi couldn't speak, his eyes distant, full of tears. "No...that's not... it can't be..."
"I'm sorry Taichi..." Joe told him, "we were too late. We couldn't do anything..."
"Koushiro is gone?" Mimi felt a devastating pain in her heart. "He can't be." Her eyes welled up. Everyone connected was quiet. They all took a moment to mourn their friend.
"He can't be gone." Sora said. Yamato squeezed her hand as he closed his eyes, took a breathe and fought back his own tears.
They all hurt, they felt heartbreak and anger. Or vengeance. Except Hikari, she felt just sad, but the light inside her hoped he could find peace, she couldn't be angry. Not yet.
As the digidestined processed their loss, the Doctor looked at the Wisemon, "you said you see all the realities?" He questioned, skeptically, garnering attention from Gennai and Ryo.
"Who are they?" Gennai asked.
The Doctor looked over after realizing it was him being addressed.
"Oh, right, I'm the Doctor. And I think they said this is Wisemon."
"Doctor who?" Ryo questioned.
David and Rose were off in the back when they overheard, David almost chocked on a drink, both locking wide eyes. Rose's head tilted slightly, "no bloody way." She said in disbelief.
"It can't be," David said. They both jumped up and took off to the screen.
"Doctor?!" Rose said running up excitedly. David just as curious as Rose but much less enthusiastic about his love still longing for the real thing. Her entire aura changed when she found out he was here. His human heart hurt.
"I know that voice." The Doctor said, he was brought to a dead stop, "impossible," the shock apparent on his face. He slowly turned to see her smiling back at him, tears building in her eyes.
"It is you..." she said quietly.
"Rose..." He said, both hearts sank. So long since he saw those eyes. They still melted him.
River heard him, "Rose Tyler?!" She said looking at the girl. "I can't believe it!"
"Rose, how... you..." his eyes caught David. All the digidestined watched like it was a daytime soap.
"There's tw-" Daisuke started before Ruki smacked him. "Itai! That hurt."
"Shut up, we can see." She said, watching with anticipation.
"Doctor is that really you? You look..." Rose didn't finish.
"Oh what, older? Just because there are more face lines you think I'm older?" He protested laughing with closed eyes and a hand on his head. Sweat dripping from his forehead.
Rose didn't buy it. She just cocked her head and made a look.
"... how long has it been Doctor?" She asked.
His face grew sad, he looked down before he sighed and looked back at her. "I lost count." He shrugged.
"Oh come on, no you didn't. How long?" She pressed him.
He refused, he stood quietly a moment before he finally let out a frustrated grunt, " I don't know, ok, that was three or four faces ago, this face is new again!" He decided he needed to think about the situation. "I've got to get some fresh air." He finally said before he darted off screen, without any acknowledgment to Rose at all.
Rose protested, "wait!" But he was already off exploring the facility.
"He has done alot to get past you. I think it's difficult for him to finally see you again..." River told her.
"...I figured... Wait, who are you?" Rose asked.
"I..." She thought for a minute. "I am just a friend traveling with him one last time. But I've known him a long time. Since shortly after... you." She said. Rose looked at her curiously, before finally letting go and looking to where he left the screen.
"He said three or four..." Rose trailed off.
"He's had three other faces since you've seen him like this. He says it's a new face, but last time we spoke, he said he lost count over 2000 years." River told
Rose's head jumped back to look at her, "no, 1100 years?"
River looked amazed as well, "he was awfully young the first time I met that face... The last time... It's hard to explain..." She couldn't finish.
"I missed so much." Rose said sadly, David put a hand on her back, she jumped. Then instantly felt awful. She saw the look on his face. "I'm so sorry I didn't mean it like-" she started.
"I get it, I've always been a copy." He said. Trying to accept his fate.
"No!" She grabbed him, looked him in the eyes, "you're not a copy." She kissed him deeply, "you're my heart and soul." Her eyes melted him.
The Doctor hadn't gone far, he stood right outside the door listening, his gut wrenched hearing her say it to him. But he sighed and swallowed his hearts, "she's got him, that was the plan, don't get involved... hah don't get involved he says," both hearts fluttered at the thought of her. "Fat lot of good it does saying it..." He grumbled and finally walked back in to the others, "we have an infinite multiverse to save, we don't have time to dawdle. Now, what about your Tardis?" The Doctor asked.
"We were sucked in this...pocket universe, I can't feel her, so-" David said.
"Right, she can't find us. Same here. This pocket universe they call the Digital World, there has to be a way for her to get here." The Doctor said. Everyone watched them quietly talk to themselves. It was only a little weird.
"Maybe we could try to signal one of them." David said optimistically.
"Yes! Wait, no, if she isn't in trouble and empty she won't be looking." The Doctor started happy, but sighed in irritation by the end, almost in unison with David.
Rose quietly muttered to Sora and Mimi, "it's almost creepy." She said and laughed with them.

..Adventure-verse
..??
"What do you mean don't touch?!" A feminine but strong voice growled in anger.
"Emergency protocol has been activa-" David clone hologram started.
"Grrrr I don't care! The humans have been gone too long, you won't let me out, so take me to them! Otherwise I'll do it myself or I'll let myself out!" She growled, extending her claws and bearing her fangs.
"Error. Unable to locate." The "clone" told her.
"Arrrgh, see?! Just let me drive this stupid thing!" Renamon slammed her fists down on the console.
The hologram disappeared and the lights shut off.
"Shit!" She slammed them down again.
The lights all turned back on, Renamon looked left slowly, then to her right. The emergency protocol hologram was gone, apparently.
She looked back up and asked. "Now can we go to where I need to go? It's not in the real world!" The engines fired, the strange noise filler her ears as they disappeared together.

..
The hooded figure walked through a dark forest away from his Mechanorimon.
Blip.
He pulled the black digivice, verified direction, quickly put it away, and continued on. He eventually reached a densely covered thicket in front of a huge cliff-face. He slowly looked up to the cliff's edge, then right.
He held up his left arm, energy crackled before firing and leveling everything in its path to nothing.
His right arm raised, energy crackled, the same results, leveled as far as the eye could see.
Now with the entire cliff-face cleared, there was a rather conspicuous blue rock a few hundred feet away in the middle of the cliff.
"Hmm." His aura crackled, he fired another shot of energy this time forward towards the cliff.
The door wasn't fazed.
Three more shorts fired.
Once the smoke cleared, the silhouette of door emerged. Unfazed.
"Grrrrr." The hooded figure then fired a barrage of energy "bullets" at the door. But still nothing.
"Fine, play hard to get. I'm used to that." The dark hooded figure growled and turned on heel.

Wisemon cleared his throat loudly, commanding attention from everyone.
No one had noticed a book falling off the shelf in two more universes. Nor the light, but he moved in unison in all three universes.
"We mustn't waste time. I record the past, I guide the present, and I protect the future. Of every universe. Both good and bad, must stay in balance. The scales have been tipped drastically. The future I protect is in jeopardy, it's become dark and cloudy. Unknown. You have done well to get here but this is just a step. You are on the path of Bugendaimon's defeat, the weapons within grasp..."
"Then what's the problem?" Ruki bluntly asked, interrupting the Digimon.
"The future is still unknown, even after all your efforts. I am afraid you will all need to be prepared." He told them.
"Prepared for what?" Taichi questioned.
"I...am uncertain. But take extra caution." He told them. "You will need to find the old man. These ancient people have hidden a device called the surf board, in each facility. Find it and find each other. You must have three. Then you can use them together to get to a universe much further away than all the others. To the old man. He's been to every single universe. 100's if not 1000's of times. His help with be invaluable, you will not find the answers without his map. But, he won't be easy to persuade." He told them.
"How do we find the-?" Daisuke started to asked.
"Good luck!" He said and instantly disappeared without any further explanation.
Daisuke sighed, irritated, "...surf board. Ya know, what good is he, really? He literally has done nothing but make me mad. Too damn happy... Little shit." He grumbled.
"First it was the endless mind, now we chase the "old man", what's next?" Joe asked.
"Oh why not? It's the only lead and he seemed to be a smart little bugger." The Doctor said with a smile.
"I mean, he's right, what choice do we have?" Taichi asked on screen.
"Right, so, everyone, look for a...device. Hidden... somewhere. Shit. Daisuke's right, this is a needle in a haystack, everything here looks like an advanced device. Where do we start?" Ruki said.
"Well I think there's only one person qualified to answer that here." The Doctor said confidently. Stanford eyed him curiously.
David thought, 'how is he more qualified than me? Wait. Is this jealousy?' He stopped and looked at Rose who smiled big, 'this is new... how... human.' David smiled back.
She then ruined it by looking back and whispering, "I can't believe it's him!"
Mabel and Dipper were wide eyed, absorbing, watching as the Doctor looked up, "computer?"
The light flashed and the hologram appeared next to him.
"How may I be of assistance?" It asked.
"We are looking for a surf board." He said.
"I'm sorry that information is only available to operators." It said. The Doctor looked over to Ruki, who echoed the Doctor.
"We're looking for something called a surf board?" She said in a questioning voice.
"The Subsonic Untethered Reality Portal Hijacker Board is this way." The hologram began to walked away.
"Ohhhh surf with a ph." Rose giggled.
"Everyone, asked your computers, find your surph board and we'll meet back here and reconnect." The Doctor said.
Everyone agreed, the connection terminated and the screens went dark in each reality.

"They're gone, hurry this is our chance!" Catherine growled.
"I know I know, I'm working on it." Michael said, typing away.
A light flashed beside him. He jumped when it asked, "are you lost?"
"What? No go away, I'm fine." He said angrily.
"Allies are not generally allowed to use the main computer. I'll have to ask- hey what are you-?"
..
..In another hallway.
..
Daisuke, Ruki, and the Doctor were close behind the hologram. Everyone else walked along shortly after that. The hologram stopped and looked like it was processing, no one took note as he continued along. But a few seconds later he stopped again.
"Warn- in...g..." the light suddenly drained like a dead battery and the hologram disappeared as well as the lighting. The Doctor heard the ventilation shut down too.
Daisuke sighed, "well f-"
