Generations stories were told of a demonic Fox that raised havoc, and carnage throughout the elemental nations.
During the days of the Sage of Six Paths an evil spirit was born, many speculate he was born from hatred of men, without a name the creature wrecked havoc and destroyed villages and nations to just see despair on humans faces.
"Kurama" the old sage named the demonic spirit. Despite the many chances the sage gave Kurama he still wouldn't learn, before the great sage's death, he used the last bit of his chakra and separated the Fox chakra into 9 tails.
Being unable to kill the Fox, he simply sealed his power by his massive tails, sealing his spirit inside a massive jar leaving it towards his son's, Indra and Ashura to look after it, as peace within the elemental nations passed for a thousand years.
Kurama's Rebirth
During this time period, clans would fight in order to gain territory and money. Many children were thrown into war, meeting their premature death.
However there were two clans that were most dominant, Senju and Uchiha.
The Senju led by Hashirama, and the Uchiha led by Madara. Both would be in constant war with each other, the biggest war took place in "Kusagakure no Sato' .
Reason for this war was because of the rumored jar containing Kurama was in this land, Hashirama who wanted to keep Kurama sealed vs Madara who felt he had the power to suppress the ancient entity.
The legendary battle between Hashirama and Madara led to Kurama rebirth, as he awakened only to be weakened due to the Sage, he escaped into hiding.
Valley of the end
Madara and Hashirama, peace between the Senju and Uchiha clan which created the birth of the first shinobi village Konoha.
This battle will be legendary because of the efforts of Madara and Hashirama teaming up to face Kurama who came out of hiding.
Regaining nine of his tails, Kurama threatened the new world of shinobi by summoning 'Nine Masked Beast' which caused the death of many civilians and shinobi in the process.
But once again he would be defeated, Hashirama unable to seal him away into a jar, developed a new sealing jutsu, thanks to the leader of the Uzumaki clan. His wife Mito Uzumaki.
She used her body as the medium to seal away Kurama. In the end they had won, not without a cost.
Madara lost his life in the process, sacrificing his life in order for the seal to work. Many years later three statues of these legendary figures would be made.
2nd-3rd Great Ninja War Era
Throughout the decades, the Uzumaki clan were made to be hosts of the 'Curse Fox' due to their genetic makeup, Uzumaki bodies were proven to be able to contain Kurama, and moments of weakness occurred during childbirth or old age.
Kushina Uzumaki, she became the next host for the Kyuubi. Mito chose to make her the next host due to her abnormal chakra despite the Uzumaki already having enormous chakra.
During this time period, there have already been 3 great ninja wars. The 2nd great ninja world was triggered due to the land of Whirlpools having the curse of Kurama, but with Konoha and Sand village defending the Uzumaki from a large- scale attack, most of the remaining members now live in the Land of Fire and Wind.
While the 3rd great ninja war happened for political and resources gain, thanks for the effort of Minato, and his team in Kannabi bridge, and Kushina with her clan the Uzumaki from stopping the forces of the Cloud from invading the Temple of the Leaf Daimyo, earning her the nickname 'Konoha's Devil'.
Minato, who became the 4th hokage shortly after the war, married Kushina in the process.
October 10th, Kushina would give birth to Naruto, with only few members in the Uzumaki clan, and the elders in Konoha knowing, set up a sacred barrier for her to give birth.
Dangers of Kushina giving birth while hosting the spirit of Kurama, it was going to be top priority for her seal to be redone immediately giving birth to her son.
But unknown to them things went wrong, causing Kurama to narrowly escape.
However thanks to the interferences, Kushina didn't have enough chakra to keep Kurama in her body as the kyuubi was too powerful to contain.
Minato, damaged from his previous fight, had enough chakra to perform the Reaper Death Seal.
Placing Naruto in the ritual, he separated Kurama from Kushina, placing the ninetails into their son.
Saying their goodbyes, Kushina and Minato died with a smile on their face knowing that their son is safe.
Current Era
"So this is the brat you want me to look after?" Woman with blonde pigtails said, observing the kid.
Hiruzen smoked his pipe, nodding his head. "Not only you Tsuande, Jiraiya too."
Tsunade's eyes lit up with a small blush at the mention of her teammate. "So, what is the boy's name?"
"Naruto Uzumaki."
This is the start of the tale of Naruto Uzumaki, Cursed Fox.
Thank you to all who read the first chapter, this was more of a brief history/summary, I've been wanting to get this first chapter out so sorry if I made some errors. The inspiration of this story is Sukuna and Kurama part 1, I'm planning to have this plot completely AU with original arcs so hope you are all ready to enjoy the ride with me.
