Chapter 9: Time to fight

Issei stared at the clock in his bedroom with uneasiness. This was going to be his first real battle since saving Asia. The time for the rating game was drawing near. Issei turned his head when Asia knocked on the door.

"Come in, Asia." Asia walked in his room and sat down next to him and hugged his arm.

"Asia, what's wrong?"

"Well it's just that we're about to go into a big battle and I'm very nervous." Issei looked at Asia with sympathy and understanding.

"I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous. I mean, this is Buchou's freedom we're talking about here." Issei closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "But, Buchou has been so kind to us and I won't turn my back on her. I may not be the strongest of us but I swear I'll always protect you and every single one of our friends." Asia blushed at his declaration and she looked at him with admiration in her eyes.

"Then can I stay by your side from now on, Issei-san?"

"Of course, we'll always be together." Issei and Asia smiled at each other. Their moment was put to an end when Issei's alarm rang. Issei got up and turned his alarm off, a look of determination settling on his face.

"Let's go, Asia."

"Right."

When Issei stepped into the clubroom he could no doubt sense the tension in the room. Rias was sitting behind her desk sipping on some tea with a calm expression on face. Akeno was also standing next to her drinking some tea as well. Over on the couches, Kiba was checking his sword and Koneko was fixing her gloves. Issei said nothing as he and Asia sat down next to Kiba. He looked at the calm and collected form of his King.

'Even in a time like this, Buchou still remains composed.' He thought. Everyone was deathly silent. They were under a lot of pressure right now. Soon they would go into battle for their president's future. Issei gripped his pants leg to stop his hand from trembling. At that moment a white light appeared in the clubroom. A magic circle appeared on the floor which soon revealed Grayfia appeared.

"There are a few minutes until the rating game begins. Once the game starts, you will be relocated to the battlefield using the magic circle." Grayfia said. Issei tilted his head in question.

"Battlefield?"

"It's an alternate space that's created just for the rating game. It's not real per say so we'll be able to do whatever we want." Akeno explained. Issei nodded his head in understanding.

"The battle will also be relayed to both of the houses with the house of Sitri assisting. Please keep in mind that this battle will also be watched by the Great Devil Lucifer-Sama as well." Grayfia continued.

Rias's eyes lowered in slight annoyance. "Oh, so Onii-Sama is watching too?"

"Huh? Buchou, you have an older sibling?" Issei asked.

"Yep, Buchou's older brother is the Great Devil himself, SirZechs Lucifer. He took the title of the last Great Devil who we lost in the war." Kiba said. Issei looked at Rias in amazement.

"So that's how Buchou became the heiress to the House of Gremory." Asia noted. Rias nodded in confirmation.

"It is almost time for the rating game, is everyone ready?" Grayfia asked. The annoyed look on Rias's face was replaced with a smile.

"No, we're still waiting for someone." The rest of the peerage looked at her in question.

"Buchou, all of us are here, who are we waiting for?" Issei voiced the question on everyone's mind. Rias didn't have to answer him because as soon as he finished his question the door opened and someone walked in. Rias smiled at the person.

"Am I late?" Everyone except for Rias and Grayfia looked towards the door and their eyes widened slightly as the person walked through.

"Nope, you're just in time Naruto." The now named Naruto nodded his head at Rias. He was wearing his signature jacket but the mesh shirt and the orange pants were missing, switched out with black sweatpants and a black t-shirt as well as his sandals. The rest of the peerage looked at him in surprise before sending smiles his way. Even Akeno had a grateful look on her face. Naruto looked at each of them before nodding. Before more could be said, Grayfia caught everyone's attention.

"The time for the rating game is upon you, it is time to go." Rias nodded her head and got out of her seat and walked towards the spot where the magic circle was supposed to appear, with her peerage following behind her. Naruto was standing behind everyone scratching his head in confusion.

"So, how does this…whatever we're doing work?" He questioned. Everyone looked at him in slight surprise before realization spread on their faces.

Naruto was completely clueless when it came to magic.

He didn't get an answer because a red magic circle appeared below their feet.

"I promise I'll explain it all to you after all of this is over, Naruto." Rias said as she disappeared. Akeno let out a teasing giggle before facing him.

"If you had stopped being so stubborn earlier, you wouldn't look like a sad lost puppy, Fishcake-san." Her giggles increased as the last thing she saw before she disappeared was Naruto's scowl and his middle finger. Even now she had to get a shot in at him. As everyone else disappeared Naruto took a deep breath before letting it out. His first real battle since his fight with Pain.

"Let's get this over with." He said as he disappeared. When he reappeared, he shivered slightly, his insides felt a little weird. As he focused, Naruto found himself standing exactly where he was before.

Issei looked around in confusion. "Uh, guys we're still in the clubroom, did the spell even work." Naruto was asking the same question in his head. He was honestly expecting something like that chunin exams arena or something similar to it.

"Everyone, I am Grayfia, servant of the House of Gremory, have been tasked with overseeing the rating game between Lady Rias and Riser-Sama. For the battlefield I took the opinions of both parties and recreated a replica of the school Lady Rias attends in the human world, Kuoh academy."

After hearing the word "replica", Naruto looked out of the window of the clubhouse and saw that the sky was completely different from your normal blue and some parts of it looked a bit distorted. Naruto looked around and saw that everything else from the school was there as well, every last detail. He had to say, this would've been a perfect Sharingan genjutsu if not for the sky. Issei gave a whistle as he also looked outside.

"Wow, devil abilities are really amazing, aren't they?" He said in awe. He was knocked out of his state of awe when Grayfia's voice came through again.

"Both peerages have been transferred to their home bases. Lady Rias, your base of operations is the Occult Research Club Room, in the old schoolhouse, Riser-Sama's base will be in the teacher's lounge in the main schoolhouse. Promotion will become available for each of the pawns once they make their way into each other's bases."

Issei smiled as he pounded his fist into his other palm. "If what she says is true, then all I need to do is get into the main schoolhouse and I can be promoted to queen." After all that training Buchou put him through, he was gonna make sure that her faith in him didn't go unrewarded.

"That's easier said than done. He's gonna have people defending the main schoolhouse to keep you out, so if you plan on getting to that schoolhouse you're gonna have to force your way through." Naruto chided. "The same can be said for him, he's gonna be sending people your way too so it would be wise to set some traps up for them."

"Damn, I guess you're right." Issei looked at Rias as she handed him a small red orb. "What's this Buchou?"

"It's a communicator, with these we'll be able to talk to each other while we're on the battlefield." Issei nodded his head as he put the communicator in his hand. The others put the communicators in their ear as well. Rias walked back to her desk and pulled out a map of the school. "Since the enemy base is the new schoolhouse, cutting through the grounds would be the quickest way to get there but the risk is too high, it's in plain sight from the main schoolhouse."

"What about using the track field near the rear. Would that work, Buchou?" Issei asked.

"It's not a bad plan, but it is one that Riser is probably expecting. He would set up several knights or rooks who have the best mobility near the club house building." Akeno nodded her head in agreement.

"It's quite the standard play, but it's a strong one." Her serious tone surprised Naruto a bit. The only tone he's ever heard from the woman was always a teasing one. He guessed even she can drop the playful act with things such as this.

"Buchou, how about we take the gymnasium near to it? It's close to our base and will also serve as a distraction to the other side." Rias nodded her head at Kiba's suggestion.

"The gym is like the center of the chess board, being first to take the middle ground could give us an advantage strategically. Alright since it's indoors the rook is better equipped for this than the knight. Yuuto, Koneko, Like Naruto suggested, go set up some traps in the woods for a defensive line."

"Fighting seems really hard." Asia said. Issei nodded his head in agreement. He looked around and saw that everyone had a calm or serious expression on their face. How could they calm at a time like this? They are fighting for Buchou's freedom here.

Naruto scoffed quietly. If they found this hard they wouldn't last a day in the Elemental Nations. Compared to the missions the shinobi deal with on a daily basis this was nothing more than a sparring match between genin. He supposed that's to be expected though, these guys weren't like him, They weren't trained to fight at a young age. He could tell that just by looking at them.

Rias turned her head to her Queen. "Akeno after they are done, cast some illusion magic around the woods, we can't have them advancing should the traps not work."

"Hai, Buchou." Akeno bowed to Rias before she, Kiba and Koneko left the room to do their assigned tasks.

"Asia, you should stay with Rias, as the healer if you go down then you guys can't bounce back from injuries." Naruto said. Issei and Rias agreed with his statement. Naruto walked towards the window and opened it up, about to jump out but Rias called out to him.

"Where are you going?"

"I'll attack on another front. You said that he'll have people surrounding the main schoolhouse right? Then that's where I'm headed." Rias shook her head in protest.

"No, that's too risky, Naruto. Just stick to the plan."

"I know you don't have a plan for me, Rias. On top of that I've never fought with you and all so I don't have any synergy with any of you and now isn't the time to experiment. We would only get in each other's way, it's best if I work alone."

"Naruto wait-" Whatever she was going to say was cut short as Naruto jumped out of the window. Rias groaned in irritation before shaking her head. "That boy…"

Issei put a hand on her shoulder to calm her down. Rias let out a sigh as she felt her irritation leave her. She gave her Pawn a soft smile. "Thank you, Issei."

Issei blushed and started scratching the back of his head nervously. "T-That's why I'm here." He stopped his nervousness and took on a slightly calm expression. "Do you want me to follow him, Buchou?"

"No, like Asia you are a critical part to this battle if we're gonna pull this one out. Go with Koneko to secure the gym."

"Hai, Buchou I won't let you down."

"I know you won't, Issei."

Issei felt a tug on his right sleeve and he looked to see Asia. "Hm?"

"Please, be careful Issei-san." Issei just smiled and hugged the worried girl, making her blush.

"Of course, Asia I'll be careful." After letting her go, Issei nodded his head at the two girls and left to catch up with Koneko.

As Naruto ran towards the main schoolhouse he couldn't help but think of Kakashi-sensei shaking his head in disappointment at his actions. They were his comrades now, that he knew. Permanently, the very back of his mind thought but he shoved the thought out of his mind. These guys were beginners, if what he's been hearing was right, there's no way these guys can pull this out. He wasn't gonna fight this battle for them but he could damn sure give them a boost.

Naruto soon found himself in the middle of a track field. He looked around the area and a couple of ways away he spotted the main schoolhouse. 'That was a bit easy.' As he started to run towards it a cloud of dust kicked up out of nowhere. Naruto stopped his running and put up his guard.

"To go straight into the middle of enemy territory, I must say he's either extremely brave or very foolish." A voice called out within the dust.

"It's more than likely the latter rather than the former." Another voice said. As the dust cleared, Naruto found himself surrounded by women from all sides. He would smile at this had it not been for the fact that all of these women here no doubt have the intention to harm him. Naruto resisted the urge to sigh.

He just knew he got here a bit too easy.

"We've made it." Issei and Koneko were standing in front of the school gymnasium. Kiba had broken off from them a couple of minutes ago to get in position of the ambush set for some of the members of Riser's peerage. As they walked in Issei whistled at the interior.

"This is an exact replica of our actual gym." The building was relatively dim but because of him being a devil he could see just fine. As they hid behind the curtains the gym lights turned on.

"There's no point in hiding, we know you're there, servants of Gremory!"

"Damn looks like there's no point in hiding, Koneko-chan." The pair came out of hiding and confronted their enemy head on. There were four girls facing our duo.

"Hm, The rook and the pawn." One of the girls said. The girls each took their turns introducing themselves.

"Three pawns and one rook, and the rook is pretty good." Koneko noted.

"How good are we talking here?"

"Maybe queen-level battle power."

"Hmph well that sucks, doesn't matter though, we still have to fight." Issei said as he summoned his boosted gear.

BOOST

"Issei-senpai, I'll take on the rook, you can deal with the pawns. Worst case scenario, just run away."

"You don't need to worry about me, Koneko-chan. I've been working on something that might be able to beat them." Koneko tilted her head in curiosity but before she could question it their opponents came at them. Koneko dodged a flying kick from the rook wearing an outfit that really resembled Chun-Li. As Issei ran to confront the three pawns the battle between the rooks had begun.

"Take you apart~! Take you apart~!"

"How can two little girls sound so bloodthirsty!?" Issei said as he ran across the room. He was being chased by two girls who were…lacking in the height area, even more so than Koneko. The two girls looked to be twins. The duo had turquoise hair, which were tied on opposite sides by a yellow ribbon and blue eyes. Oh and they also have matching chainsaws.

Because of course they do

As Issei was running the third pawn tried to cut him off. This girl had light blue hair and was done up with four ponytails, two up and two down. She swung her staff across Issei's head but he managed to slide under it.

"Hold still~!"

"We just wanna rip you to pieces~!" Issei looked up to see the twins coming down on him from above, chainsaws ready to slice and dice.

Oh right he almost forgot about the chainsaw wielding midgets. He suppressed a yelp as the twins swiped at him. Seriously, what was wrong with these two girls!? Issei turned and saw an opening in between the two girls and he took it. When he got behind them, instead of attacking them like he probably should've, he…well.

SMACK

He smacked the twins on the ass

Issei put a hand on his chin in a thinking motion. "Hmm, quite soft and a little on the firm side. Still could use some more growth though…"

"Pervert!" The two blushing girls said in harmony. Issei ignored them though.

"Perhaps in the future the feeling would be different. Too bad their oppai hasn't-GAH!" Issei was interrupted by the blue haired pawn's staff smacking him in the head, sending him to the nearest wall.

"Creep."

Over by the two rooks who had momentarily stopped fighting. "Is he always like that?" The Chun-Li lookalike asked. Koneko could only nod silently. "I feel for you sister." She said with sympathy.

The girls resumed fighting as the girl threw a roundhouse at Koneko's head. Koneko ducked under the kick and grabbed the leg before tossing her away. She didn't give her opponent any time to recover however as she came running at her. The Chun-Li lookalike tried to kick at her head but Koneko blocked it before sweeping her other leg and hitting her with a back kick before tossing her into the wall with her rook strength.

Xuelan struggled a little bit to get out of the hole Koneko made with her body, She managed to lift herself up before saying. "How are you so strong?"

Koneko cracked her knuckles "Don't mess with Buchou."

Issei was dealing with his own problems as he frantically dodged the pair of chainsaws trying to cut his head off his shoulders.

"Hold still you little creep!" The twins said. The two girls he smacked earlier dropped their crazy glee and now are just trying to kill him. One of the chainsaws had gotten dangerously close so he had to remove his blazer sleeve. Oh and he also had a fresh cut.

Cause that's wonderful

BOOST

Oh and he just got another boost. Neat.

Issei's eyes widened as he saw Mira's staff coming for his head. Issei jumped over the girl to avoid getting smacked in the head again. Mira spun her staff around and tried to hit Issei again but he side stepped it and grabbed the staff before pulling her in and palm striking her in the chest area, pushing her back.

He clenched his hand twice as he thought about the feeling of the girl's boobs in his hand. He wished his hand could've stayed there longer but hey, he was in a fight and he'll take what he can get. As the girls lined up with each other, Issei looked over at Koneko to see that she had her opponent in a submission hold.

"Just as expected from Koneko-chan, she didn't even need my help. Well I guess it's time to wrap this up too."

BOOST

EXPLOSION

Issei striked a pose and spread out his wings as a red aura surrounded him. "This is it, you girls are finished now!"

"There's no way we can lose to this boy." One of the twins said

"We won't be able to face Riser-Sama if we don't." The other twin said.

Issei let out a laugh. "It's time for me to showcase my newest attack!" Issei striked another pose. "Take this!" Issei held up his gauntlet hand,

"Dress…Break!" and snapped his fingers.

There was a ripping noise that sounded like clothes tearing. The sound was followed up by three cries of the girls Issei was fighting as their clothes were ripped to shreds. The girls dropped to the floor to cover their privates.

Issei pulled in his wings and let out a victorious laugh. None of the girls had boob sizes to rival the likes of Akeno or Rias but he wasn't going to complain. As far as he was concerned, boob size doesn't matter, boob is boob.

"Ha ha ha, How about that huh!? I've been working on that technique all week, and I came up with that name just now actually!" Issei started using his hands in a grabbing motion. "I used all of my magical power to strip girls completely naked, pretty cool huh?"

If looks could kill Issei would be a pile of ashes right now because the three naked girls sent a heated glare at him. Their faces looked riper than a fresh tomato. Issei held a victory pose with both hands in the air. Happy tears threatened to leak out. 'Asia, I did it! You were right Naruto, I'm not worthless!' Up in the heavens of another world a white haired toad sage pervert was laughing gloriously.

Koneko had a deadpan expression on her face as she stared at the scene happening right in front of her. "I have lost any respect for you."

Xuelan, despite her current predicament, nodded in agreement. "Once again I feel for you sister."

Issei almost fell down. "K-Koneko-chan, don't be like that!" He whined

"Koneko, Issei, what's your status?"

At the sound of his president's voice, Issei stopped his inner monologue and put two fingers to his ear. "Hey Buchou, Koneko-chan and I are all right, we're doing just fine." Issei looked at Koneko with a perverted look. Shueran had gotten her with a good kick earlier, ripping up some of her outfit, revealing a little bit of boob. Well what little bit she had anyway, but he wasn't complaining.

"Good, because Akeno's preparations are complete." The rook and the pawn looked at each other and nodded, it was time for them to leave.

"Right Buchou, we're on our way out." Issei said before he and Koneko went to run out of the gym.

"Come back and fight, you creep!" One of the twins yelled

"We're not finished with you!" Mira followed up.

The two Gremory servants ignored the angry shouts of the defeated opposition, no point in humoring already downed opponents. As soon as the two cleared out from the gymnasium, a thunder cloud appeared along with a magic circle. A yellow lightning bolt appeared from the magic circle and darted straight down.

Issei let out a non-manly scream as he and Koneko jumped just out of the blast radius. Issei looked up in awe and shock at Akeno, who was floating above them waiting for the two to get out, at the destruction her attack caused. It completely annihilated the gymnasium and all the people in it.

"Three of Riser-Sama's pawns and two of his rooks have retired." Grayfia's voice rang out from above for all to hear. Akeno let out a giggle and licked her fingers as a blush took her face at the destruction. Issei whistled at the sight. Wait, two rooks? He could've sworn there was only one rook in there.

"Akeno-senpai's nickname is the 'Priestess Of Thunder'. Those who know of her name are said to know it very well." Koneko informed him. From that day forward Issei vowed to never get on Akeno's bad side. That vow wouldn't stop him from trying to see her boobs though, not one bit.

"Issei, Koneko, I want you two to rendezvous with Yuuto and meet up with Naruto." Rias's voice came through loud and clear.

"Naruto-senpai?" Koneko questioned.

Issei let out a small groan. "That blond-haired punk went off on his own to the main schoolhouse and ignored Buchou's orders." Near the main schoolhouse, Naruto rolled his eyes at Issei's comment. He'll get him for that one. Issei heard Rias let out a sigh on the other end.

"Unfortunately yes, so go give him some backup."

"Of course Buchou." Issei held out his hand for Koneko but she snatched her hand away.

"Don't touch me." Koneko started walking away from him as he stumbled after her.

"W-Wait Koneko-chan! I would never use it on an ally!"

"Don't care." As Koneko was walking away from him, a purple magic descended on her. Koneko's eyes widened.

BANG

Issei was blown back from the explosion and landed on his back. He groaned in pain before sitting up, panicking. "KONEKO-CHAN!"

Naruto dodged under a right hook that was thrown from one of the girls attacking him. This girl had light brown hair with red highlights in it. She wore a black leather jacket with matching jeans. Her jacket was a little open, revealing her rather large chest. The girl followed up her right hook by throwing a kick towards his head. Naruto blocked said kick but due to the woman's rook strength, the force pushed him away a bit.

"I haven't been able to land a good blow at all, it looks like Rias Gremory has trained you well." To her surprise Naruto actually chuckled a bit before running back at her.

"You wanna know something?" Naruto said as he threw several punches which she barely blocked, his last punch broke her card then he threw a hard kick to her head knocking her away and sliding across the ground. "I trained Rias, not the other way around." Naruto took a kunai out of his pouch and turned around to block the incoming sword before kicking the other girl back.

Ravel watched the scene with a critical eye. 'He shouldn't have been able to see Karlamine coming let alone perfectly block her swing like that. Is he Lady Rias's other knight? He doesn't exactly fight like one.' Ravel continued watching as Naruto and Isabela clashed with each other.

"I gotta ask, is that thing attached to your face or are you hiding a cool battle scar?" Naruto asked, letting his curiosity take over. The enemy rook let out a small chuckle as she decided to humor him.

"It's just a mask." She answered.

"Hm, and Drill Bit over there? Why is she just standing around like an idiot?" Naruto tilted his head in Ravel's direction. Now fishing for information, using curiosity as a mask. Hey he's still a ninja you know, information is crucial, even in the middle of battle. Not recognizing this, the rook answered his question.

"You'd do well to watch your tongue. But, She's not really fighting." The rook said with a bit of frustration lacing her voice at not being able to land a solid blow on our whiskered-face ninja. "She's taking part in this as a bishop but she's more of a spectator than anything."

"If she's spectating then why the hell is she on the battlefield?"

"The lady is Ravel Phoenix. She is a household Devil. But she is also Riser-Sama's sister. As well as a strategist." Naruto perked up at this information.

"His sister?" Naruto looked over at Ravel to see her sending a very heated glare his way, fitting. Naruto looked back at Isabela with a small smirk. "Yeah I can see it, they're both idiots." Isabela scowled at Naruto and came charging at him.

"You watch your mouth!" The rook threw a series of punches and kicks, all of which he dodged. Naruto jumped back to get some distance but she chased him down. Giving a battle cry, Isabela cocked her fist back and threw a heavy punch. Isabela finally landed a punch on Naruto's cheek but to her surprise, Naruto barely moved. Naruto turned his head to look at the surprised woman and he put four fingers to the middle of her chest. The smirk was replaced with a look of utter seriousness.

"I gotta hand it to you, you're pretty good but not good thanks for the info."

"Wha-" The rook didn't get to finish her word as she felt a very painful feeling in her chest. That painful feeling being Naruto's fist. The enemy rook let out a scream as she was sent rocketing away from where she struck Naruto. Ravel and the other members of Riser's peerage watched in shock as their rook went sliding across the ground before disappearing. At the same time they heard an explosion from afar.

"He-He took out Isabela with one punch!" Ravel exclaimed.

"No way!" Karlamine said.

Naruto pulled down his fist as he released a breath. He had to admit that the punch stung a little and his punch felt a little weaker than he wanted it to be. Seems he had yet to knock the rest of that rust off it seems. Naruto also chose to ignore how his fingers felt between the soft mounds that was Isabela's chest.

Yep definitely ignoring it.

"Three of Riser-Sama's pawns and two of his rooks have retired." Naruto looked up at the sound of Grayfia's voice. Ravel grit her teeth at the announcement as well.

'Three pawns and two rooks, Lady Rias is pulling out all the stops in this one. It doesn't matter though.' Ravel thought.

BANG

The ground shook as a loud explosion was heard. Ravel started laughing mockingly at Naruto. To her irritation, Her mocking got no reaction out of him as he ignored her and put two fingers to his ear and spoke into the communicator he received earlier.

"What the hell was that!?"

"The Bomb Queen just ambushed Issei and Koneko."Akeno's voice responded to his question.

"The what?"

"Yubelluna, My brother's queen is known as the 'Bomb Queen', Just as Lady Rias's is known as the 'Priestess Of Thunder'." Ravel answered. Naruto looked at her with a look of pure confusion.

"The what of what?" Ravel almost face planted into the ground.

"Wha-how clueless are you!?" She exclaimed.

'This is my first day honestly.' Naruto thought. Thankfully he didn't have to answer the girl because Grayfia's voice cut through again.

"The of Riser-Sama's pawns have retired"

If Ravel was one to curse she would've, so instead she snapped her fingers. 'They're thinning out our numbers, normally I wouldn't be worried but with him…' Ravel now looked at Naruto with a newfound weariness. 'He's going to be troublesome if he stays in this match.' Ravel thought.

"Hey Naruto!" Ravel turned her head to see three people running up to the blond haired boy. Well two were running while one was being carried.

Naruto turned his head to look at Issei, Kiba and a half naked Koneko. The latter being carried by Kiba. "Is she okay?" Koneko looked like hell. There were bruises, scratches and burn marks everywhere and there was a trail of blood going down her head. Naruto inwardly frowned at this. It didn't matter what world he was in, He never liked seeing his comrades hurt.

"No, the douchebag's queen got her pretty good." Issei said through gritted teeth.

"I…can..still fight." Koneko managed to groan out. To everyone's surprise Naruto took off his jacket and covered Koneko's modesty.

"I'm sure you can, but for now rest up. I heard you fighting through the communicator, you did good, Koneko." He said in a voice that held a little pride. Like a teacher praising their student. Koneko slightly blushed at the praise but you couldn't really tell because of her injured state.

Naruto discreetly looked around at the remaining girls of Riser's peerage slowly creeping closer to surround them. There was no doubt he could handle them all, He has fought way worse than this , Even for his very first mission as a ninja. But his comrades though… Kiba looked relatively fine, but with him carrying Koneko, he wouldn't be able to fight. Issei looked roughed up too, he was missing a sleeve and there were some blood patches, cuts and burn marks on him.

Naruto looked at his new teammates. "Hold your breath." He quietly warned.

"Huh? What'd you-" Issei didn't get to finish as Naruto took a smoke pellet out of his pouch and threw it down on the ground and a cloud of smoke surrounded the three. Naruto put a hand on the two boys and used the shunshin technique to get out of the immediate area.

The group reappeared in one of the forest areas. Issei started coughing to get the smoke out of his lungs. "Damn it, warn a guy before you do something like that." He wheezed out.

"I did."

"Naruto, how did we get here so fast? Are you Buchou's other knight?" Kiba questioned as he set Koneko down against a tree, softly as to not irritate her wounds further. Naruto just shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't know chess that well, I don't know what piece she used on me."

"Said…you were…weird." Koneko choked out. Naruto suppressed a smirk, even while injured she had a remark. Thankfully for Naruto, he was spared any more questions as Rias's voice came through the communicator.

"Yuuto, Issei, Naruto can you hear me?"

"Loud and clear Buchou." Kiba answered.

"I'm going to launch a sneak attack on Riser, I want you three to give me some cover."

"A sneak attack? But wouldn't Naruto be more fit for that? I mean he does seem to be good at sneaking." Issei countered.

"Issei-san does have a point, Buchou." Kiba agreed. Naruto has snuck up on them a number of times in the few weeks they have known him.

"No." Naruto said. Kiba, Issei and Koneko looked at him in confusion, waiting for an explanation. "That guy, Riser was it? He's the reason why Rias is in this situation so it's only right if she gets herself out." As much as he disliked Riser, he isn't his battle to fight, it's Rias's.

"Naruto's right, at first I was going to have Akeno recover her strength but with Riser throwing his queen at us, I have no choice."At the mention of Riser's queen, the area shook with background explosions and lighting attacks, signifying the battle between the two queen pieces. "I know the risk that comes with a king leaving their base but he's most likely not expecting it." Naruto wanted to make a sassy comment about her doing the exact same thing he did but kept his mouth shut.

"The Phoenix's body may be immortal but his mind and heart are not. We can't kill him but we can definitely render him unable to fight."

"We understand, Buchou." Kiba said.

"I'll drop off Asia to you so she can heal Koneko. If we hit him hard enough we can win this match. I'm going to personally break Riser's heart myself!"

Issei let out a confident smile "With Buchou's orders, let the members of the Occult Research Club…" Issei held out a fist and Kiba and even Koneko collided with it.

"Go wild!" Kiba finished. There was one person missing that left the group chant incomplete. The two boys and the girl looked at Naruto expectantly.

"No."

"Come on, Naruto." Issei said

"No."

"Don't leave us hanging." Kiba joined in.

"No."

"Just…join.. Naruto-senpai." Naruto looked at three before giving a weak sound of protest. Giving in with a sigh, Naruto stretched out his fist and collided with the other three. The three boys broke away from Koneko and ran right back into the battle.

Kiba ran out and clashed swords with one of the knights while Issei took on the remaining pawns.

"I've always wanted to fight another knight." Kiba said.

"Like your teammate, I question your sanity fighting us head on like this." The girl said. The young lady had light brown hair and green eyes. She wears a set of silver armor that seems to be a mix between a Japanese samurai and a European knight. She also wears a headband that goes across her hair and forehead. The two knights broke their clash only to clash again.

"Fortunately, like you I've been looking forward to fighting a fellow knight." Kiba smiled at her before breaking their clash and slicing at her. Karlamine parried his slice before clashing with each other with impressive speeds.

BOOST

Nearby, Issei dodged a punch from one of Riser's other pawns. This girl seemed to be a part of another set of twins. This twin had red eyes and blue hair which she had tied back into a ponytail. As soon as he managed to dodge that punch, the other twin came and kicked him in the stomach. This twin had blue eyes and red hair which she tied back into a braid. Both twins had light brown cat ears as well.

BOOST

Issei was sent reeling back from the blow. The twins didn't give him any time to rest as they pounced after him. Issei tried to hit one of them out of the air but she used his hand as a springboard and jumped over him and the other came and punched him across his face while he was staggered. The twins beat him back and forth, giving him no time and space to react.

BOOST

That was his third time powering up, Issei's body ached from the beating he just took but he's had worse, seriously one of Naruto's punches hurt way more than that entire beat down. To his luck, one of the twins overextended their punch and thanks to his training with Naruto and Koneko, he was able to act accordingly. Issei grabbed the twins arm and threw her into her sister, allowing him to jump back and gain some space.

Issei took a few breaths and wiped the sweat from his brow. "These girls just don't let up." Issei groaned and ducked under a blast of magic another girl threw at him. This girl was wearing a purple kimono and had her tied on opposite ends. "What's a guy gotta do to get a five second break?" The two cat-like girls came pouncing at him again, each letting out a 'nya'.

He would've found the verbal tic a little cute if the two girls weren't tryna bash his skull in. Issei blocked one of their axe kicks with his gauntlet, making a loud 'CLANG' sound. He pushed her back and ducked under a large sword that was swung at his head, cutting a few strands of hair.

BOOST

'Those boosts sure are taking their sweet time.'

Ravel watched the fighting unfolding before her eyes with skepticism. There were two missing from the group earlier. She saw that the small white haired girl was injured so she was pretty sure that had something to do with it. She studied the boys fighting her teammates. Sure that blond haired boy was kinda cute but like Karlamine he was a sword fanatic. The brown haired one didn't look like much at all.

Ravel let out a very disappointed sigh. "I must say Lady Rias, you have poor taste in men." As soon as she finished her sentence, five kunais came flying at her. Since she wasn't paying attention she only managed to dodge two of them and the other three stabbed her in her arms and shoulders. She also wasn't expecting to be on the receiving end of a hook kick from Naruto.

Shaking her head to make the stars go away, Ravel pulled the kunais of her arms and shoulders to let her arms heal, leaving healthy skin where the kunais were. Naruto raised an eyebrow at this, Rias wasn't kidding about these guys. Ravel scowled at Naruto. "What do you think you're doing!?"

"Fighting you."

"Didn't you hear Isabela? I'm not fighting!" Naruto shook his head in disapproval at the girl's statement.

"If you're not gonna fight, stay off the battlefield, besides in a real battle the enemy doesn't care if you're a bystander or not." His tone was stern but it held no ill will. Ravel tilted her head in confusion.

"What're you talking about? This is a real battle." Naruto shook his head once more as his eyes took on a hollow look.

"No… it's not." He said quietly. However, due to Ravel's enhanced hearing, she heard him. His tone made her frown in confusion. She didn't get to think about it more as Naruto came running at her. Naruto threw a fake left which caused her to flinch which left her to get hit by a right hook from Naruto. Naruto didn't give her any time to recover as he hit her with a flying kick sending her rolling across the ground.

Of course, all of the damage he inflicted on her healed, but that didn't mean those punches and kicks didn't hurt. Since it seems to be close range he excels at, Ravel responded by spreading out her wings of fire and taking to the sky. Naruto looked at the girl in the sky and clicked his tongue. If he had to be honest, those fire wings were a little cool…Ok they were very cool but he wasn't gonna tell the enemy that.

Ravel shot a blast of fire at him, keeping him from following her up there, intent on keeping him at a distance. Well Naruto couldn't follow her even if he wanted to, He didn't know if he even had wings let alone be able to fly. Plus he really didn't want to think about his new status as a devil. Naruto dived away from the blast of fire that was shot at him. He could feel the heat and it was pretty hot.

How was he gonna get her down from there?

He didn't have time to think of an answer because Ravel shot more blasts of fire at him. Naruto dodged the onslaught of fire, as he was dodging, he saw Rias out of the corner of his eye. She was sneaking behind Ravel towards the main schoolhouse. Naruto threw some kunai to keep Ravel's attention on him.

His attempt was successful as she didn't turn around, allowing Rias to slip by her but she did manage to keep dodging his kunais. He really needed to get her down from there. Naruto debated on using shadow clones but these guys knew nothing about shinobi and he wanted to keep it that way. So that meant no sage mode, Rasengan, Rasenshuriken or any of his other techniques. He inwardly sighed.

He misses being able to just swing and not give a damn.

His internal debate was ended though as a big chunk of a rock was hurled at and hit Ravel, bringing her down to the ground. Naruto looked over at the culprit to see a semi healed Koneko in front of Asia. Naruto wanted to laugh because the sight of Koneko in his jacket that was way too big for her was honestly very goofy.

Koneko nodded her head at him and he returned it. Koneko ran over to aid Issei in his fight against the three pawns. Taking advantage of the opening Koneko gave him, Naruto rushed towards the dazed Phoenix.

Ravel barely had time to get up before she was on the receiving end of an elbow. Knocking her back, Naruto ran up to her again before hitting her with a flurry of punches. Midway through, he changed his flurry of punches into a flurry of kicks. Naruto ended his combination by hitting her with a side kick.

Ravel groaned as her wounds slowly healed. As she got up to her feet, Naruto dashed at her, ready to end it. Naruto was soon in front of her and threw one last punch.

She flinched.

Naruto stopped.

After a few seconds of not feeling anything, Ravel slowly opened her eyes to see Naruto's fist in front of her. Naruto pulled back his fist and shook his head disapprovingly. "See?"

"Wha-What?"

"Not everyone is going to allow you to watch a fight." Naruto said in what he now dubbed his 'teacher voice'. "You were completely unprepared for my attacks" He didn't know why he was telling her this. Maybe because they weren't actually enemies. Or maybe because she was acting like a spoiled brat. Yeah that's gotta be it. "Next time, don't come to the battlefield if you aren't prepared to fight." Naruto turned around and started to walk away but Ravel wasn't having it.

"Hey! Come back and finish this!" Naruto stopped walking as he thought about what to say. He wanted to say something cool, something that would stick with her. Naruto took a few more seconds to think before a light bulb went off above his head. He remembers back in Konoha, Sasuke would always say these words after fighting with him and it never failed to rile him up.

So, in the most Sasuke-esque voice he could use, Naruto turned his head slightly. "You aren't worth the effort." Naruto ran off to his teammates' fights, almost missing Ravel's screech of 'WHAT!?'

Issei blocked a kick with his gauntlet, he was still fighting the twins but he was having an easier time than before, with Koneko helping out, he was fighting two pawns instead of four. Issei dodged a left hook and kicked one of the twins away.

BOOST

Issei grinned, that's his tenth time powering up. He thought it'd be good to take both of these pawns out with one shot but he can't seem to pin them both down. The twin with the red hair tried to hit him with a jab but he parried it and palm striked her in her chest.

"Eat this, my new signature move!" Issei snapped his fingers "Dress Break!" For the second time a ripping sound was heard and clothing was shredded to pieces. Issei's nose started bleeding and he had a massive perverted grin on his face staring at the nude cat girl. "Saving to memory, saving to memory, save complete! Here goes!"

Issei held out his gauntlet and a small red ball of magic appeared in his hand. "Here, try my other technique!

EXPLOSION

"Dragon shot!" Issei punched the small ball and a large red blast exploded from it and engulfed the red haired cat girl. Said girl let out a scream as she disappeared.

"One of Riser-Sama's pawns has retired."

"Rii!" Her twin sister yelled out. She turned to Issei, fangs bared. "How dare you take her out with such a crude technique!" Koneko stopped her fighting and nodded her head in agreement

"Issei-senpai is a dumb pervert." Issei turned to Koneko and stomped in indignation.

"Oi! Don't go switching up on me, Koneko-chan!"

"Disgusting, that technique is a threat to all women." Karlamine also stopped her fighting with Kiba to comment on Issei's technique. Kiba bowed his head apologetically.

"It is very crude. I'm sorry for my teammate's pervertedness." Issei flipped Kiba off.

"Screw you, Kiba! And don't apologize to the enemy!" Issei looked over to see Naruto staring at the scene in complete silence. "Naruto! Did you see that? What do you think?" All heads turned to face the blond, waiting for an answer. Why did all the fighting stop over something so stupid? Naruto asked himself. Honestly, he knew he wasn't gonna get an answer.

Naruto scratched the back of his head while looking away. "Well it's…uh.. it's effective at least." Naruto went for a neutral standpoint. He couldn't take the majorities side because that would make him a huge hypocrite and he couldn't side with Issei either because he didn't wanna be seen as a pervert. God knows he had enough of that back in the Elemental Nations. Sakura was constantly on his case for littlest of things. And most of it wasn't even his fault!

His answer seemed to please Issei as he smiled at him. "At least you're not saying anything bad about it. I worked day and night on this technique!"

"That doesn't mean it's any good!" The blue haired twin yelled. Naruto let out a sigh that was a mix between exasperated and nostalgic. It didn't matter what world they were in or what age they were.

Perverts are gonna pervert.

Yubelluna was sent crashing down to the ground as she was hit by one of Akeno's lightning bolts. Her body made a small crater when she hit the ground. She groaned as she stood up in her spot. Both queens were pretty banged up, they had scratches everywhere and torn up clothes.

"I-I knew you were strong, Priestess of Thunder, but I didn't think you'd be this strong" Yubelluna wiped off some of the blood from her mouth. "But you've used up most of your magic."

"You don't need to concern yourself with that Bomb Queen, once you've retired I'll recover." To her concern, Yubelluna let out a small chuckle.

"You don't understand, there is no chance of you winning. Lady Rias will become part of the House of Phoenix." Yubelluna pulled out a vial of liquid. "You've fallen right into my trap."

Akeno's eyes narrowed.

An explosion at the top of the main schoolhouse caught everyone's attention away from Issei's perverted attack. Both peerages looked up to see Rias and Riser flying above the building. Rias threw a blast of destruction at Riser's leg which he didn't bother to block or dodge. Riser's leg immediately healed as they both descended onto the roof, putting away their wings.

"You knew I was coming to attack you, didn't you, Riser?" The man in question let out an arrogant chuckle before speaking.

"I am quite experienced, My dear Rias. You however, are but a mere virgin." Riser shot a blast of fire at Rias, she blocked his attack with a magic barrier. "Honestly, could you make this a bit more entertaining? This is our foreplay after all."

"You're as vulgar as ever!" Rias exclaimed as she shot another blast of magic at him. Riser countered by throwing his own blast of flames. The two attacks collided and caused a decently sized explosion on top of the schoolhouse.

"Buchou!" Issei screamed. He was about to run to her aid but the blue haired cat girl got in his way and smacked him with a side kick, sending him to the ground. Issei slammed his fist on the ground and turned to face her. "Damn it, get out of my way!"

"Buchou is fine, Issei." Kiba told him as he clashed once again with Karlamine. "She's strong, and she wouldn't have left us here to fight if she didn't believe in us!" Kiba broke his clash with the girl and slammed his hand into the ground "Sword Birth!" A bunch of swords came out of the ground and almost caught Karlamine but she jumped away at the last second.

"Just focus on your fight." Koneko said as leapt over the swing of Riser's other knight. She then slid under a blast of magic Riser's bishop shot at her. Koneko ran up to the bishop and did a spinning hook kick, knocking her on the floor.

Issei clenched his fist as he got up slowly. "That's right, Buchou is strong and she trained us, her servants." Issei ran up to the remaining twin and hit her with a left hook, leaving a nice mark on her face. "I don't need to worry about Buchou, we'll take all of you down so she can be free!" Issei lifted his gauntlet hand into the sky "Respond to me, Boosted Gear!"

DRAGON BOOSTER SECOND LIBERATION

Issei's gem glowed as a large green aura engulfed him, pushing back the members of Riser's peerage and forcing Kiba and Koneko to anchor to the ground. Naruto used his hands to keep the dust away from his eyes. 'That boosted gear of his is some really powerful stuff.' He thought.

Inside the aura, Issei's gauntlet changed, it expanded, sporting a second green gem and holes with spikes. Issei looked at his gauntlet and smiled.

He knew what he had to do.

When the aura dispersed everyone saw Issei standing with his head down. Issei's head shot up with a confident smile plastered on his face. "Kiba! Koneko-chan! Unleash your powers!" He yelled. Kiba and Koneko stared at Issei for a second before nodding their heads. Issei pointed his gauntlet at them.

"We'll take all of you down! BOOSTED GEAR GIFT!"

TRANSFER

A green beam shot out from Issei's hand and went towards Koneko and Kiba. The knight and rook were engulfed by the beam. They both felt power coursing through them as Issei's power was being transferred over. After the beam dispersed, Koneko who was next to Kiba raised her fist to slam it into the ground.

Naruto, already having experienced what happens when a power type hits the ground, jumped a good bit away from the area. Issei seemed to take his lead as he ran to Asia and picked her up before spreading his wings and taking flight.

CRACK

The ground caved beneath the force of Koneko's fist. Large pieces of the ground were lifted into the air as a large crater formed around Koneko and Kiba. If Naruto had to compare the damage, it was a bit less than what Sakura did when they fought Kakashi-sensei. Ravel was quick enough to fly out of harm's way but the rest of her teammates weren't so lucky. The girl-made earthquake caused them to lose their footing and fall into the crater. they tried to fly out but larger pieces of the earth fell around them, effectively trapping them in.

"Now it's my turn. Sword Birth!" Kiba slammed his hand into the ground and the area that Koneko just broke was crowded with swords that came up from the ground. True to his power boost, the amount of swords that came up from the ground were much more than he could normally produce. So much so that Naruto had to jump again to avoid getting stabbed.

"Hey! Watch it!"

"Sorry Naruto!" Kiba apologized. The girls who were trapped by Koneko's devastating ground attack were suddenly stabbed by Kiba's swords. Due to the combined forces of Koneko, Kiba, and Issei the rest of Riser's peerage disappeared from the battle field.

"One of Riser-Sama's pawns, two of his knights, and one of his bishops, retired."

Issei and Asia landed on the ground that wasn't destroyed. Asia started to heal him when they came down. "Thanks Asia."

"You've been fighting so hard for Buchou so she can be free, this is the least I can do." Issei smiled at her.

"With you here healing our injuries, we can definitely win this thi-"

BANG

"Lady Rias's one queen, retired"

Issei's blood ran cold as he heard the words from Grayfia. Issei's eyes widened and he whipped his head towards where Akeno and Yubelluna were fighting. Everyone else from Rias's peerage including Rias herself followed him as they watched Akeno fall and disappear from the battlefield.

"Akeno…no." Rias said in horror. Instead of bragging like he usually would, Riser wanted to make a point to Rias so he took advantage of Akeno's defeat and shot a blast of fire at the unsuspecting rook and knight. The blast was fast and furious leaving no time for them to dodge.

"KONEKO-CHAN, KIBA!" Issei yelled.

Issei watched as Koneko and Kiba were both hit by the Phoenix's attack. Naruto gritted his teeth. Damnit, how could he forget about Akeno? Naruto wanted to punch himself, she may have irritated him throughout the weeks he'd known her but she was his comrade now, and now he lost three of them.

"One of Lady Rias's rooks and one of her knights retired."

"Take." Riser said. Rias whipped her head at him in anger and shot a blast of her power at his face. The attack hit dead on but he got back up immediately as his wound healed, laughing as it did so. "Don't you understand Rias? You have no hope of winning, Give up!"

"Never!"

"Buchou-" Issei started but he was cut off when a purple magic circle surrounded him and Asia. His eyes widened, After almost being hit by it once before, Issei knew what this was. It was thanks to Naruto's training that saved him and Koneko from an early knock out, but without promotion and the beating he took earlier, he wasn't sure if he could take this attack. He was also worried about Asia's safety. He knew she couldn't take an attack like this, so he covered her body with his own and closed his eyes, willing to take full force of the attack.

Naruto, being able to see Yubelluna's attack coming, reacted. Not wanting his teammates to get ambushed for the third time in a row, Naruto used the shunshin technique to get closer and the substitution jutsu to switch places with Issei and Asia, getting them both out of harm's way. "Aw this is gonna suck-"

BANG

"Issei! Asia!" Rias yelled, not seeing Naruto switch with them at the last second. Ravel however, watched the spot that Naruto was previously in which was now suddenly occupied by Issei and Asia. She tilted her head in confusion. What just happened? She was sure Yubelluna put that circle around those two.

Issei opened his eyes after not feeling any pain. He and Asia looked at each other in confusion before looking around at their surroundings. They weren't in the spot they were just in literally a second ago. While he was glad he and Asia were fine, he wondered. If they didn't get hit, then who did?

Issei looked around the area to see if anything could give him a clue. As he looked around, he noticed that his only other teammate besides Asia that was still in the match was missing. Issei's eyes widened as he put two and two together.

"Naruto!" He called out. Rias turned her head at the sound of his voice. Actually everyone besides Ravel turned their heads to him. Riser frowned, how did he get over there? He guessed it didn't matter, as long as another one of his Rias's servants were taken out of the fight. As he waited for Grayfia's voice, he frowned again when she didn't announce Naruto's retirement.

Everyone's eyes widened when the dust cleared away and there was a lone figure standing in the middle of it. It was Naruto.

Who was unharmed.

Ok not completely, his black shirt was missing and there were scratches everywhere and his hair was disheveled. But other than that he was completely fine. Naruto let out a breath before cracking his neck on each side.

"Well, that sucked. Are you both ok?" Naruto asked as he turned his head to look at Issei and Asia. Issei stared at him in awe before shaking his head.

"Us!? What about you!?" Issei exclaimed, completely bewildered. It wasn't just Issei that was bewildered, just about everyone there was bewildered.

Ravel narrowed her eyes on the boy. 'Yubelluna is the strongest of us next to my brother, to be able to tank an attack from her head on, who is this guy?'

Rias's mind was full of questions. Did the piece she used on him enhance him that much, Or was it something else? This boy has been a mystery since she met him. One she is starting to want to solve. Before she could dive deeper, Riser's voice broke through her thoughts.

"I guess your servants are stronger than I gave them credit for." He said. Riser's voice was still confident, but that arrogance was no longer there, something Rias picked up on.

"Scared you're gonna lose, Riser?"

"Hmph of course not my dear." Riser threw another blast of fire at her which she blocked with another barrier.

"We've got to get to Buchou." Issei told Naruto.

"Yeah, but I don't think that girl up there is gonna just let us." Naruto tilted his head upwards where Yubelluna and Ravel were flying. Ravel in particular was glaring daggers into him.

Apparently she was still mad.

"She doesn't seem to like you very much." Issei commented

"Yeah I got that. Listen up Issei. I'll buy you some time, you and Asia need to get to Rias."

"Are you sure you can take her on by yourself? She took out Akeno-san." Naruto just nodded his head in confirmation.

"Don't worry about me, you need to focus on helping Rias, she can't last much longer on the defensive." Issei looked up at the school building and sure enough, Naruto was right, Rias was getting pushed back by Riser's onslaught of flames.

Issei looked like he wanted to stay and help but he knew Naruto was right. If Buchou went down, all of this was for nothing. Issei reluctantly nodded his head.

Naruto saw green out the corner of his eye and he looked to see Asia healing his wounds. Naruto nodded his head to the girl in thanks, which she responded by smiling at him. After she was done healing his small wounds, Issei grabbed her hand.

"Let's go save Buchou, Asia!" Asia nodded her head eagerly as Issei and her started to run towards the battle between Rias and Riser. Yubelluna tried to intercept them but was stopped by a kunai whizzing past her cheek. Yubelluna looked towards the culprit to see Naruto staring her down.

Or up I guess.

"Stand back Lady Ravel, I'll finish this up quickly." Ravel shot her brother's queen a serious look, one that surprised Yubelluna.

"Be cautious Yubelluna, he is…unexpectedly strong" Slightly taken aback by the bishop's seriousness, Yubelluna nodded her head slowly. Maybe Yubelluna could take out this guy, but if tanking Yubelluna's earlier attack wasn't a fluke, then they might be in trouble. Ravel thought

Naruto ran and jumped to punch her out of the air but she dodged to the side. As he landed a purple magic circle appeared around him. Already knowing what this meant, Naruto used his landing to jump to the side to avoid the explosion that came shortly after. Naruto inwardly groaned as he had to dodge two more explosions. He was seriously at a disadvantage here. She was flying and he was still stuck on the ground and it was obvious that Yubelluna wasn't coming down anytime soon. He dodged another explosion.

He was really starting to reconsider not using shadow clones.

Thanks to Naruto's diversion, Issei and Asia were able to make it to the main schoolhouse in record time. As they stepped through the doors, Issei sucked in a breath then let it out.

"Promotion, I need the power of the queen." Issei felt the power of the queen piece flow through him. He closed his eyes and sucked in one more breath and let it out. Issei opened his eyes, determination burning within them. "Let's go, Asia!" Issei and Asia started running up the steps towards the roof. When they got up there, Rias was still on the defensive as Riser continued to pressure her. Issei looked over to Asia and grabbed her shoulders.

"Asia, I need you to go heal Buchou." Asia nodded her head at his request and started to run up the roof to her. Issei glared at the unsuspecting Riser and a small red ball of magic appeared in the palm of his gauntlet hand. "Take this you chicken head bastard. Dragon shot!" The attack shot out towards Riser, catching his attention. Unfortunately the attack didn't hit Riser as he spread his flame wings and took flight but it did stop his assault on Rias.

Issei clicked his tongue. "Damn, I was hoping it would hit him."

"Issei, Asia." A tiring Rias said. She soon felt the green glow of Twilight Healing as Asia kneeled next to her and started healing her wounds. Her clothes were battered and ripped in places like the chest area, exposing one of her breasts.

"Buchou! We're here for you!" Issei exclaimed. Rias smiled at her pawn and bishop. She then noticed that her new servant was missing.

"Where's Naruto?"

"Uhhhh…" Issei started but he was cut off as an explosion was heard in the distance. Rias looked over to see Yubelluna flying around Naruto trying to blow him up but to no avail. He was using the debris and swords from Kiba and Koneko's combined attack as cover from Yubelluna's onslaught.

Riser let out a laugh "Letting your servant fight my queen alone?" Riser shook his head in disappointment "Not wise my dear Rias."

"Naruto can handle himself, you bastard!" Issei yelled. Riser glared at Issei.

"Watch your tone when talking to your superiors, Low-Class!"

"To hell with that! You force Buchou into this crap, you hurt Koneko-chan and Kiba, and then you mock all of us! I'm taking you down! BOOST!"

BOOST

Issei flew up to Riser and tried to punch him but Riser grabbed his hand. Riser held an arrogant smirk as he pulled Issei closer to him.

"You'll have to do better than that, lower class devil!" Riser knee'd Issei in the gut and then kicked him down to the floor.

"Issei!" Rias exclaimed in worry.

"I'm fine, Buchou. A hit like that isn't gonna take me down. You trained me after all." Issei flew right back up to Riser to engage him once more. Riser tried to punch him this time but Issei was able to react this time and dodged to the side before hitting him with a backhand strike. Due to his promotion, he hit harder than normal. Riser recovered however, and threw a blast of fire at him. Issei dodged to the side but hissed when the fire came near him.

They don't call them Phoenix for nothing because man that was hot!

Issei flew to Riser and kicked him in the face before hitting him with another haymaker, sending him back a bit. Riser however flew right back to Issei and kneed him in the stomach before blasting him back with fire.

"Why don't you just give up? If your master couldn't beat me, what chance do you have, pawn?"

"I may not be good with swords, I may not have talent with magic, nor am I crazy strong. and I don't even have a healing power." Kiba, Akeno, Koneko and Asia appeared in his mind. "But someone told me once that I wasn't worthless." Naruto, his recent teacher and somewhat friend appeared in his mind. "And I've come too far to prove him wrong. There's no way I can back out now! Not with Buchou and Asia watching me!"

Rias and Asia smiled at Issei's declaration but Riser however scowled. "Well then, let's see how you fare when they're not watching you!" Yelled Riser as he shot a blast of fire at Rias and Asia. Asia's eyes widened and Rias threw up a barrier to protect them from the incoming blast. That didn't stop Issei from flying as he could and throwing himself into the blast's trajectory.

BOOM

"Issei-san!"

"Issei!"

Naruto looked over to the main schoolhouse as he heard the explosion from afar. He needed to get over there but this girl on his heels at every turn was making it very difficult. Naruto jumped to the side and did a roll to avoid yet another explosion from the Bomb Queen. He really couldn't do much from the ground while she was up there in the air. He was hiding behind a big chunk of rock. The ground blew up next to him and Naruto covered his face to stop the debris.

Ok that does it. Screw not using shadow clones.

Naruto looked around the area for anything that could help him get her out of the air. He spotted one of the many swords that were stuck in the ground. Naruto looked between the busty queen and the swords before smirking.

Uzumaki has an idea.

Now all he needed to put his plan into action was another explosion, which should be pretty easy considering that she seemed hell bent on blowing him to smithereens.

Oh but of course the lady finally cooled down on the bombs right when he needed one.

Naruto wanted to let out a groan but resigned to facepalming.

"You have no chance of beating us, resign Rias Gremory's servant!" Yubelluna called out. Naruto didn't really like being considered a servant for obvious reasons but put that aside for now. Naruto came out of his hiding spot.

"Give up? To that arrogant shithead!? No way!" Naruto goaded. His goading got the reaction he wanted as Yubelluna scowled at him and threw another attack at him.

Hook

Using the newly created ash cloud as cover Naruto did the cross seal for his first signature jutsu. "Shadow clone jutsu!" A perfect replica of Naruto appeared out of a small cloud. The real Naruto grabbed one of Kiba's swords out of the ground and both of the Narutos smirked at each other before fist bumping.

Yubelluna eyed the dust cloud that she created with suspicion. Lady Ravel was right about this one, he was unexpectedly strong. Unlike her battle with the Priestess of Thunder, she hasn't been able to land a finishing blow. The boy landed a few strikes but nothing too severe due to her flight. She questioned why he didn't just fly up with her for equal footing but if he wanted to put himself at a disadvantage she wasn't complaining.

It also bothered her that he somehow took her ambush attack head on and came out relatively unscathed. Her mind went through the possibilities. Was he Lady Rias's second rook perhaps? It seemed to be the most logical answer as rooks tend to have heightened offense and defense but even rooks took damage from her attacks unless they were a very high ranking rook. But seeing how this was the Gremory peerage's first rating game, that conclusion seemed unlikely.

"Yubelluna move!" Ravel warned her. She was so lost in her thoughts she didn't see the sword heading straight for her. Yubelluna refocused on the fight and flew above the sword, making it miss its intended target.

Line

To Ravel's absolute bewilderment, in a puff of white smoke the sword that Yubelluna had supposedly dodged transformed into their opponent. Naruto had one of Kiba's swords in his hand and he launched it towards Yubelluna. His target?

Her wings.

"Behind you!" Ravel warned but it was too late as the sword was too close. Yubelluna let out a scream of pain as one of her wings was stabbed through and she went crashing to the floor.

Sinker

Naruto smirked as he let gravity take its course and landed on the ground. He mentally patted himself on the back. He forced Yubelluna onto even grounds with him. Him and Sasuke did that same exact trick on Zabuza nearly five years ago back on his mission to the Land of Waves. It worked then and it worked like a charm now too.

Naruto didn't give Yubelluna any time to recover as he did the well known cross seal and four clones appeared. The four clones ran ahead of the original towards Yubelluna while the real one lagged behind a little bit.

When Yubelluna got up from the ground she didn't have time to look at her wound as she was met with a hard punch from one of the clones.

"NA!"

The second clone followed behind the first one as he landed another haymaker on Yubelluna.

"RU!"

The last two clones slid towards her and both of the clones kicked her into the air.

"TO!"

One of the clones turned around to the original and laced his fingers together. The real Naruto jumped on the clone's hands and with a grunt of effort, the clone launched Naruto into the air. Naruto somersaulted into the air above Yubelluna.

"Uzumaki Barrage!" Naruto broke out of the somersault and landed a mean axe kick to the back of Yubelluna's skull, sending her crashing right back down to the floor. Yubelluna hit the floor face first, blood coming out of her mouth when she landed.

Naruto's clones dispersed. Despite the beating she just received, Yubelluna managed to get off the ground, albeit with a lot of difficulty.

Huh? They usually get knocked out after the head kick.

"Who…who are…you-" Yubelluna soon lost her footing as darkness started to cloud her vision. Yubelluna fell backwards onto the floor as unconsciousness took over.

Oh, there it is.

"Yubelluna!" Ravel cried out. Yubelluna disappeared from the match, leaving only Ravel and her brother.

"Riser-Sama's queen has retired"

"You…You…" Ravel was going to say something but the words died in her throat. On top of that Naruto had already ran towards the main schoolhouse, not even bothering to entertain Ravel.

When Naruto got to the schoolhouse, he was greeted with the sight of Riser about to strike down a very injured Issei.

A few minutes ago

Issei groaned in pain after Riser's attack was finished, that attack had done a lot of damage to him, even with the power of the queen piece. There were first degree burns on his body, mostly on his back and most of the top half of his top half of his clothes were burned off, leaving him with a singed red shirt. Issei tried to get up but when he got halfway he spat up blood.

"Issei-san!"

Issei got up slowly this time. "I'm…fine Asia, I can't be the mightiest pawn…if this takes…me down." Riser scowled at the boy.

"You just don't know when to give up!"

"Of…course not, this…is Buchou's freedom we're talking about…dumbass." Fed up with Issei's disrespect, Riser flew down to Issei and kicked him in the stomach. Issei spat out more blood. Riser kept on throwing blows but Issei put his hands up in a blocking formation stopping Riser's blows from completely hitting their mark.

That didn't mean Riser's punches didn't hurt.

"Issei get out of there!" Rias yelled

That was easier said than done however as Riser continued to pressure Issei. Due to Issei's injuries Riser eventually broke through his guard and kicked Issei down. Issei slid off the roof and landed on the ground with an audible 'THUD' putting more pain on his already injured back. Issei groaned in pain once more but even after all of that he got back up. His body ached all over and it pleaded with him to rest but he couldn't afford to listen to his body. Not now.

Riser, now infuriated with Issei's persistence flew down to him and landed a haymaker on Issei's face, making him spit out blood.

"Riser stop!" Rias pleaded but to no avail, Riser had knocked Issei down to his knees and Riser had a ball of flame in his hand. Rias and Asia tried to get to Issei but Riser stopped their attempt by blasting another ball of fire at them. Riser grabbed Issei's hair and dragged him upwards.

"You low-class servant, why do you continue to defy me, Riser Phoenix!?" Issei looked at Riser dead in his eye and grinned.

"I take orders from Buchou, not you." Riser's eyes widened for a second and then narrowed in fury.

"You, you absolute fool!" Riser increased the fire in his hand and was about to bring it down on Issei, dead set on finishing him off.

"STOP IT RISER!" Rias yelled

"Riser-Sama's queen has retired"

All the fighting stopped when they heard Grayfia's voice. Riser's eyes were in disbelief of what he just heard.

How could Yubelluna, the strongest member of his peerage besides himself be defeated? This couldn't be possible, she couldn't have been defeated by a mere low-class devil. So lost in his thoughts he almost didn't see Naruto run up to him and Issei.

Now

Riser looked between Naruto and Issei's faces and he didn't know which one infuriated him more. Issei's determined glare, or Naruto's complete calmness. The more he looked at Naruto however, the more angry he got. It was like he wasn't even bothered by him. When Riser looked around, everyone had some type of apprehension in their face. Everyone but Naruto.

And that pissed him off.

Knowing better than to let his temper get a hold of him, Riser took a deep breath. When he was finished Riser let go of Issei and faced Naruto. This allowed Rias and Asia to come to Issei's aid. Riser smirked as he regarded Naruto

"I'll admit I underestimate the power of my Rias's servants." Naruto's eyes twitched at being referred to as a servant.

Riser's smirk dropped.

"I don't know how you were able to defeat Yubelluna but I can assure you that you won't defeat me."

"Try me." Naruto said, not at all fazed by the man's tough talk. He guessed his nonchalant attitude must have pissed him off because Riser immediately charged at him. Naruto ran forward and slid under Riser and ran towards Issei, Asia and Rias. Riser turned around to face Naruto again but his vision was clouded by a smoke pellet thrown in his face by Naruto.

"Argh! I can't see! What did you do!?" Riser flew up out of instinct in case of a sneak attack.

Issei looked up weakly at Naruto and tried to sit up but Asia wasn't having any of it. Asia healed some of his heavier wounds as he spoke. "Hey…you beat…that girl." Naruto nodded his head at the boy.

"How? How did you beat Yubelluna? Even Akeno couldn't beat her." Rias asked.

"That doesn't matter, what matters now is that you have a chance to end this. Issei, you still got some left in the tank?" Issei held up his gauntlet and let out a weak smile.

"... Plenty." Naruto knew that was a lie, they all did but that wasn't the point. Naruto nodded his head.

"Good, do you think you can do what you did earlier?" Issei nodded his head.

"Do you…really think you'll need it?" Naruto shook his head.

"No, not me." Naruto pointed towards Rias. "Her." Rias looked at Naruto in confusion.

"What're you talking about?"

"Like I said before, this is your fight, Riser is your enemy not mine, not Issei's, yours. He took your freedom from you, it's only right if you're the one to take it back." Issei seemed to look at him in understanding. "Once you see your opening, hit him with everything you've got." Issei stood up once more.

"He's right…Buchou…only you can take that flame head down…and as your servants…" Naruto's eye twitched again. "We're gonna help you do it! Boost!"

BOOST

Looking at Issei's wounds and at the remaining members of her peerage, Rias shook her head.

"Any damage we do to him will just heal instantly, there's no point…"

"Rias."

Rias lifted her head up at the tone in Naruto's voice. It was hard and damn near cold.

"Look at Issei." Rias did as she was told. "Does he look ready to give up?" Rias looked over at Issei and although he looked very injured, he wasn't ready to give in. "If you're weakest member isn't ready to throw in the towel-"

"Hey!" Naruto continued on as if he wasn't interrupted.

"Then you shouldn't either. As your new teacher, if there's one thing I won't tolerate from my students it's giving up!" Rias's eyes widened. She had never heard Naruto speak like this in the weeks that she had known him. But, she was starting to understand what he was saying. Rias recalled what he had told her the night they talked at the gazebo. Rias closed her eyes.

If they weren't ready to give up fighting for her then who was she to let them down? She was their King and friend and she had to be strong. Rias opened her eyes and looked Naruto dead in his before nodding.

"I will draw his attention away. You two just focus on powering up." Rias and Issei nodded their heads.

"N-Naruto-san, are you sure you can take him alone?" Asia asked.

"I'm not defeating him, just distracting him." After getting healed by Asia, Issei found the strength to stand up and spread his wings.

"Come on, Buchou." Rias nodded her head and turned to Naruto.

"Be careful, ok Naruto?"

"Hmph, just get going already." Rias took the sky, following Issei. Naruto looked at Asia and tilted head up to the sky. Understanding the silent message, Asia took the sky after Issei and Rias. Riser eventually came down from the sky, his vision clearing. Riser saw Naruto alone and narrowed his eyes.

Riser wasn't stupid, they were plotting something, but what? Although he was confident that whatever they were planning wouldn't work, he didn't want to take any chances. As he looked at Naruto he felt his hairs stand on end. Is this fear? Riser thought before letting out his breath. No, just weariness. But why would he feel weary around this guy?

That's right, he somehow defeated Yubelluna. But even so, he should be no threat to him. However, there was a different air around him, the way he carried himself, Riser knew that he was different from the others.

And that's what worried him.

"I don't know what you're planning but it won't work against me, I am a Phoenix! Immortal!"

"Try me." Was all he got in response. Riser grit his teeth and shot a powerful blast of fire at Naruto. As the fire sped towards him, Naruto had to give the man credit, his flames were pretty hot. However,

Not nearly hot enough.

The flames hit their target and Riser smirked, it seems he was worrying over nothing. And to think that this guy had him thinking that he actually might lo-

Riser's eyes widened as Naruto came shooting out of the fire unharmed. Riser didn't have any time to react as he received a powerful kick to the gut by Naruto. Riser almost spat up from the force of it.

"Hah!" Naruto then extended his leg, sending Riser into the wall of the schoolhouse.

"Brother!" Ravel exclaimed as she was just getting there. She was going to attack Naruto but she caught his glare. That glare said more to her than words could at that moment. Ravel put her hand down.

"Did you see that!? He just floored him with one kick!" Issei exclaimed. Rias nodded her head.

"Yeah…"

"Maybe he really can hold him off."

BOOST

Issei winced, boosting so many times throughout out this rating game has taken its toll on the boy's body. Issei felt blood coming up in his mouth but he forced it back down. He couldn't afford to tap out now.

BOOST

Hopefully he can hold out just a little bit longer.

Riser groaned as he came out of the hole his body made. He wasn't expecting the boy to come straight through his fire like that, or that kick. While the damage from the kick healed, the attack itself hurt. More than he was prepared for.

Naruto sprinted at Riser to try and follow up his earlier kick but Riser was having none of it and shot another blast of fire at him. Naruto dodged it and threw a kunai at Riser which he dodged but that allowed Naruto to run up and punch him in the face. A sickening crunch could be heard as Naruto's fist connected with Riser's face.

Riser reeled back and he held his nose. He had trouble breathing for a few seconds before it healed. His nose was definitely broken just a few seconds ago. Riser came at Naruto and tried to hit him with a knife hand strike but Naruto blocked it. Riser followed up his strike with a high kick but Naruto ducked under it and went back to back with Riser.

Riser looked around for him, but everywhere Riser turned, Naruto went the opposite way. From everyone else's perspective it was surprising as it was funny. Naruto swept Riser off his feet with a sweep kick and jumped up to stomp on him but Riser reacted in time and rolled out of the way. Riser used one hand to spring himself up while using the other hand to shoot a blast of fire at the ground near Naruto's feet.

Managing to force the man off his feet, Riser capitalized on the opportunity and used his wings to push himself forward and launch a punch at Naruto's stomach. Unfortunately for Riser, even when off the ground Naruto can still react as he caught Riser's punch with the palm of his hand.

More unfortunately for Naruto, this allowed Riser to hit him with a blast of fire at point blank range. Naruto looked at Riser's arrogant smirking face. God, he so wanted to punch that arrogant look off his face permanently but he knew he couldn't. Wouldn't. It wasn't his place. Naruto flew back from the force of the attack towards the school building and debated on using chakra to stick to the wall and launch himself back towards Riser.

Ultimately, he let gravity take its course, deciding that the less they know about him the better as they now know that he can clone himself. Or at least they will know once Drillbit spills the beans. Naruto used his momentum from sliding off the ground to push himself into a back handspring, regaining his footing. He was forced to run as Riser shot a constant beam of fire at him.

Riser didn't let up as his flame followed Naruto everywhere he went. Naruto heard Issei's gauntlet boost again. That was boost number three, he didn't know how many times Issei needed to boost in order to do that little trick again but he hoped it was soon because he was losing his patience with this guy.

Naruto ran and grabbed one of the many swords in the ground and launched it at Riser, forcing him to end his attack. Naruto took a kunai out and spun it around his finger before sprinting at Riser. However, Riser was better than Naruto expected him to be as Riser stopped one of Naruto's stabs by grabbing his wrist. Naruto dropped the Kunai into his other hand and sliced Riser on his cheek.

It sucks to know that he can't do any permanent damage without pulling out his chakra techniques, that healing ability is starting to become annoying.

"Any damage you do to me will instantly heal, so it's pointless to resist, low class!" Riser pulled his fist back and threw a punch to Naruto's face but he blocked it and grabbed Riser's wrist and knees him in the stomach before throwing him over his shoulder. Over the past few minutes the two fighters clashed and clashed and Riser soon found himself in the same predicament as his rook.

Unable to land a solid blow.

Riser didn't understand how he was struggling so hard to land one solid blow against this guy. Against a low class no less. He's never had to fight this hard against a low class devil before, it was humiliating!

Naruto, for his part, noticed that Riser was getting frustrated as well as out of breath. His own breathing was starting to get just a tiny bit heavier, though he supposed that's because he was out of action for a while. He didn't let it show but fighting again after so long felt good and he was starting to have a bit of fun.

Riser ran up to Naruto and tried to punch him but it was slow, sloppy and predictable. Naruto dodged to the side and countered by punching him in the ribs. He then followed up by landing two more punches to his stomach and two small uppercuts. Riser tried to respond by throwing a right hook but it was wild and Naruto ducked under it and responded with a punch to the back of Riser's head.

Riser shook his head to clear the stars and the pain that came from that punch. Riser heard a high pitched battle cry coming from behind him and he turned around. When he finished turning around he was met with a powerful sidekick to the sternum by Naruto. Riser fell down as his breath was quite literally kicked away from him.

Riser took a few seconds to regain his breath. He grit his teeth and held his stomach and he sat up to face Naruto. "Why?" Naruto tilted his head in confusion. "Why are you so against this marriage!? This engagement is important for the future of all devils. Pure blood and reincarnated!" Riser exclaimed.

Naruto closed his eyes. Riser made good points. From a political standpoint, this entire thing would be a big help to devils as a whole. However…

Naruto opened his eyes and stared right into Riser's. His eyes an icy blue look. "I don't give a damn about devil society." The future of devils isn't his problem as far as he was concerned, and if there was one thing he hated, it was using people like they were tools for some goal. In the future, hopefully he wouldn't be a devil anymore and he would be home working towards his childhood dream.

BOOST

Riser turned his head up at the sound of Issei's gauntlet. He locked eyes with Rias and Narrowed his eyes dangerously. Using all the power he could muster at the moment, Riser shot a blast of fire at Rias, Issei and Asia, intent on retiring all three of them from the game. He realized that attacking the man in front of him was pointless as he would just dodge and counter.

Naruto followed the attack's trajectory and saw that it was heading straight for his teammates. Naruto tried to run and jump to intercept it but he was intercepted by another blast of fire and he had to dodge to the side. Naruto looked over at the culprit to see Ravel scowling at him. "Not worth the effort." She muttered

Issei saw the blast heading for him and he knew what he had to do once more. Issei threw his body in front of Rias and Asia one more time. Rias and Asia's eyes widened and they tried to say something but it was too late. Issei nearly screamed out as the fire hit him. He coughed out blood and he began to fall out of the air.

BOOST

Issei's eyes widened, that was his final time powering up. Naruto had bought just enough time for him and Buchou. Issei weakly held out his gauntlet towards Rias as his vision began to darken around him. "Boosted….Gear….Gift."

TRANSFER

Issei's gem glowed green once more and a green beam shot out towards Rias and engulfed her. Issei smiled weakly and put his hand down. "Buchou…the rest is…up to you." Issei closed his eyes, finally succumbing to his wounds and exhaustion. Issei disappeared from the battlefield.

"Lady Rias's one pawn has retired"

The green aura that surrounded Rias turned red and she smiled, feeling the power inside her. "Issei,thank you." Rias opened her eyes and glared at Riser from above. Her eyes turned red and she flew down to the ground and looked at Riser with a scary level of calmness. On the outside she was calm and collected but on the inside, she was livid.

"Riser, you mock our abilities, force your impatience upon me, and you hurt my peerage." Rias said that last part in anger. "I have so much more I want to say to you Riser but I just want this battle over with." Riser backed away and tried to fly away from Rias but Naruto was having none of that. He jumped up and hit him with a double axe handle, sending him crashing right back down to the ground.

"Brother!" Ravel tried to fly to Riser's aid but Naruto stood in front of her blocking her path.

Rias held out her hand and her destruction started to surround her palm. "I have told you many times before but now I am going to tell you one last time. I will never marry you! BEGONE RISER!" Rias sent a massive blast of crimson and black towards Riser. True to her power's name, the blast destroyed everything in its path. Kiba's swords, chunks of earth, even parts of the school building.

Riser tried to combat Rias's boosted power by launching one large blast of fire at the powerful blast but it was futile as Rias's blast overpowered Riser's near instantly and started to engulf him.

"I-Impossible! I-I am the great Riser Phoenix! How could I be defeated by a bunch of low class devils!? GAAAAAAAHHH-" Riser's scream was cut off prematurely as he disappeared from the battlefield.

"Checkmate." Rias said as she felt her power leave her.

"Riser Phoenix has retired, Lady Rias Gremory wins the game."

Rias almost couldn't believe she was hearing Grayfia saying her name and not Riser's. They did it, they beat Riser, she was free. Finally free!

"Buchou!" Rias turned her head upwards to see Asia coming down from the sky. When Asia reached the ground Rias ran to hug her.

"Asia, we did it!"

"We did it, Buchou!"

Ravel fell down to her knees, she couldn't believe that her brother could lose. It was unbelievable. They were Phoenixes, immortals! There was just no way they could lose. "H-How!? How could my brother lose!?"

Naruto looked over at the distraught girl and resisted the urge to face palm. He had to remind himself that these guys weren't experienced fighters. Riser got too comfortable relying on that regenerative ability of theirs. He got overconfident. He supposed those 8 wins of his had something to do with that. Naruto opened his mouth to point out Riser's mistake to her but closed it instead.

Why exactly is he pointing out their mistakes to this girl? Is this how Kakashi-sensei felt during Team 7's first bell test? Man this teacher thing is really starting to get to him. Naruto looked over at Ravel one more time. The girl seemed to be in her own world at this point, or whatever is left of it.

Naruto looked over at Rias and Asia, happy as they can be, jumping up and down. As they came down from their mini celebration, Rias spotted Naruto looking at them and she smiled at him. She looked so happy when she did. Naruto let out a 'hmph' and looked away. Naruto looked back at Rias and nodded his head before turning away again.

The makeshift Kuoh Academy Academy started to disappear around them and Rias, Asia, and Ravel spread their wings to keep themselves from falling. Unfortunately for Naruto, he had zero clue how to fly or if he could fly at all so he ended up falling from the battlefield. He didn't know how long he was falling but when he landed all he felt was pain.

Because he landed directly on his ass.

Naruto groaned as he got up rubbing his rear. Rias and Asia came down to the ground.

"Are you ok, Naruto-san?"

"A little warning could've been nice." Rias let out a little giggle at that.

"Um Buchou? Where are we?" Asia asked.

"We are where the peerage members who participated in rating games are taken to when they can no longer fight to get their wounds treated."

"Hm, no wonder this place looks like a hospital." Naruto muttered. Rias started to walk towards the hallway where the rooms are.

"Buchou?"

"Come on, we're going to go see them." Rias felt so tired yet so energized at the same time. Maybe it was because after all these years she was finally free from Riser. Rias looked back at Naruto. He really came through for her and Issei and she wanted to know how. He was a mystery with every answer came more questions.

"What?" Naruto asked. Rias just smiled and shook her head, leaving Naruto in his confusion. She wanted to know just who Naruto Uzumaki is but questions could come later. She had her servants to check up on and on top of that she was a free woman now.

And she wanted to enjoy it.

Hey y'all it's been about a month or two but I did not forget about y'all. This was just a VERY LONG CHAPTER. Believe it or not I had another dialogue scene but I decided to cut it out of this one and save it for the next chapter. I really hope y'all liked what I cooked up this chapter and if not well shit I'll do better next time.

Also no matter how much time goes past just know that a chapter is coming and I haven't forgotten about this story. Thank you all for giving this story a shot and sticking with it up until this point. I will see you guys next chapter.
