Ninth Day as a Junior Assassin i try to tactfully ask my fake Head Assassin if he sent the other rival assassin to kill my loser Head Assassin and it turns out the idea of using another rival assassin never occurred to him, but now that i've suggested it he's really into it. in order to save my loser Head Assassin i volunteer to be the one to kill him

Orion took awhile to arrive back to the city where the Fake Head Assassin was because she pocketed the Newspaper and heads back to the City.

"Hey. Um. I have a question Head Assassin." Orion said.

"Yeah?" Fake Head Assassin said.

"Um. Did you send an Assassin to kill your Rival Head Assassin?" Orion asked.

"Hm. Good idea. I never thought of an Assassin to kill him before fighting fire with fire!" Fake Head Assassin said, Orion panicks and said this next.

"I'll do it! I am a Junior Assassin after all!" Orion said.

"Hm. Very well then, don't let me down."

Tenth Day as a Junior Assassin on my way back to my loser Head Assassin's city i realize i won't be able to collect my men from my fake Head Assassin until i bring back my loser Head Assassin's head. this would have been a great thing to think of before i got myself in this situation. i go back to my loser Head Assassin and ask him to rescue my men, and he tells me that if he could sack my fake Head Assassin's camp he already would have. that doesn't change the fact that my men are still trapped. they're prisoners, even. i go back to my room to sulk

Orion rushed back to see Head Assassin.

"Head Assassin!" She shouts.

"Ah Orion. Nice to see you. What do you need?" He asked.

"I need your help! My Assassin Crew is stuck at the other Head Assassin's place and I need to get them back." Orion pleaded.

Head Assassin frowned. "You think I could do anything? If I was able to kill that damn fool I would've done so ages ago… I'm sorry I can't help you further…" Head Assassin said. Orion placed her head down and went back to her room.

Eleventh Day as a Junior Assassin i find a little caged pigeon in the rafters of my loser Head Assassin's room and deduce it belonged to the rival assassin. without asking permission or telling my loser head assassin goodbye i let the pigeon loose and follow it north. don't ask what i was doing in my loser head assassin's room. it's not important

Orion was rummaging through the rafters of Head Assassin's room and found a caged pigeon. She read the note.

You have a hit active on you, you have either until today or tomorrow to counter the hit with a higher offer than the previous target.

Orion crumbled it up. Knowing who it was. She immediately left without saying a single word to Head Assassin.

Twelfth Day as a Junior Assassin i disguise myself as a spy and enter the camp of the coalition leader the pigeon led me to. in the middle of my little sleight of hand performance i make eye contact with the coalition leader's second-in-command. IT'S THE SPY THAT STOLE MY LOSER HEAD ASSASSIN'S WIFE. after the banquet i corner the fake spy and ask him what the fuck is going on and he just says "wouldn't you like to know" and leaves. i don't know what to say to that so i just let him go

Orion arrived to the coalition leader's base. She disguised herself as a spy before finding the spy that stole Head Assassin's wife! She growled and narrowed her eyes before having a chance to corner the fake spy.

"What the fuck's going on?!" Orion shouts.

"Wouldn't you like to know?" The spy brushes Orion off and left and Orion stood there confused.

Thirteenth Day as a Junior Assassin i'm honestly so sick of not knowing what's going on, so i adjust my spy costume to passably disguise myself as a woman (spy costume made me look more masculine than my actual gender) and break into the women's area of the camp, where sure enough my loser head assassin's wife is. i ask her what she's doing here and she tells me the fake spy overheard her singing a poem she overheard on the street, not knowing it contains the coalition leader's formation's weaknesses. the fake spy kidnapped her and assigned an rival assassin to kill her husband before they figured out the poem's significance. she shares the first couplet with me but i'm discovered and thrown out before she can share any more. she doesn't need to. through a bizarre coincidence of homophones, it's the parody version of my slander song.

Orion arrived to the woman's side to get answers from the Head Assassin's wife. Since the spy didn't give her anything significant to work with she had to go straight to the source, Head Assassin's wife. Upon arriving there she was greeted warmly by her.

"Hey. What are you doing here?"

"Well. I was taken because the fake spy overheard me singing a poem I overheard on the street. It contained secrets of the coalition leader and he didn't want it getting out. So he hired the spy, assigned a rival assassin to kill my husband before they found out the truth." She said.

Orion's mouth was agape.

"You thought I was here for ransom? No it was that silly dumb little parody song I heard all along! Now let me sing you an excerpt." She clears her throat.

"Tell me WHY! ain't nothin but a failed assassin! Tell me WHY ain't nothin but a Trainee!-"

Before Orion could hear more she was kicked out.

She now knew, that there was more to this than it was.
