"So you missed me huh?" The man said to the approaching bird

As the bluebird landed on the deck were there was a smaller dish hanging off the roof; it couldn't help but sing adding sound to the scenery he looked out towards the garden off to the side not being able to help his thoughts from drifting off.

'Would they make my house a garden tool shed?' As he giggled about that small tid bit he looked over his crops feeling similar to his smaller companion.

"I don't think I'm going anywhere little buddy." He said with confidence. The bird still singing its tune.

Rows of fruit trees growing slowly but surely. Plums, apples, Apricots, even Pears. Each type of tree all in rows until it's just the pines, firs, spruces and the like stretching as far as the eye can see until you reach the border.

With his back to the river he looked around forming the future layout of his village or... his backyard. The bottom of the mountain has a large river formed by a waterfall thats been around for a while now but finally have enough water at the end of its journey. He mumbled to himself with a smirk not being able to think of anything else he found himself humming a tune as he thought of all the things that come and go in this life. With them thoughts as loud as they are he still can't help but love his home a little more.

He took a deep breath and dissappeared into the house to get dressed for a gig he got from some village that's done trade with his old caravan 'and hopefully his future people as well'. Them being new neighbors they wasn't hard to find. He made his way out of his house towards the small town. As he stepped foot into the town he looked left and right enjoying the scenery. Walking past people introducing himself to some, waving at some, and plainly ignoring the rest. He found himself infront of these people's most important building outside of there own home once again. Taking a deep breath he walked in.

As he sat squatted on a tree waiting for a group of bandits to pass by he wondered 'Is what im aiming for like any of these other Hidden Villages?' while a important question. He still couldn't help but laugh.

"While that old man makes one hell of a sloth, he always did know what was good huh?" He said to himself twirling a kusurigama.

As the group was under him he waited for the last one to pass his post.

"Patience can always match enthusiasm." A man said to a group of pre teens. "If you want the end result bad enough." He bellowed and started moving small equipment around after pulling it out of his chest.

As he let that moment in his past keep him distracted. He took one last breath and let the scythe fall as quick as it was there it was gone almost now embedded in the bandits neck. Silence, hitting a artery and cutting the tongue off would do that for you. As he jumped off the branch he left the ball in the crook and yanked it off in time for momentum after moving his chakra around ready for whatever, because... well... you never know.

After one last twirl he let go. Caving in one of the ones closest to him. The rest of the group hearing that turned around swords at the ready, some aiming arrows, and the rest lifted there hammers up ready for the fight they wasn't expecting to begin.

'Hidden mist jutsu' he said silently with one hand in a sign for concentration as the fog began to get thicker and thicker. Enough to be seen from the trees, not enough to not be seen.

Teleporting to his Bow and arrows laying in wait on a branch a little to high to know about; far as your average fighter go. As he took aim he saw 1 jump on a horse towards the front, and rode off with no means of slowing down.

Smirking to himself he let 3 fly after piercing 2 in they head 1 was able to put up a better defense; didn't do much but none the less. Being close enough to the man, he traded places with the arrow; a faster teleportation. Pulled out his blade, not wanting to mess with his own concentration he channeled only enough to add a lil more umph to his throw.

Concealed by mist, the blade flew. Within seconds there was a clang and with fluidity not yet matched by this specific bandit he caught it in the air and took a swipe at the man.

"If that all you go.." He didn't get to finish as his head slowly slid off his neck, slitted above the Adam's apple. In a spinning motion a longer blade in hand he looked around and teleported infront of the group looking around they were back to back in small groups 2 hand signs later A group of 4 was drowning separately.

"No ninjas?" He mumbled under his mask. Continuing on, now 2, a man and his clone. They made different hand signs the clone finishing up first barried the 4 disappearing in a puff of smoke as fast as he appeared.

After the last hand sign went up he held it and a serpent of water flipped the carriage a few bandits was still sitting in while pushing past the rest causing havoc. As the mist faded, the ones with a keener eye; missing the man jumping in the air, saw the serpent body change size. Then as the last rain drops from his jutsu fell he landed barring his sword half way into the dirt lightning coursing from the side like veins.

After electrocuting everyone besides the few in the carriage. He did a few more hand signs causing a distortion around the carriage.

Signs of a illusion based jutsu not clearly seen with there being a sword piercing a door, he swung open the other one and *puff* he was up in smoke?

"We been had!" One of the bandits said out loud seeing who would stir who wouldn't.

Finding no reason to wait jumping back into the fray he kicked him in the stomach hard enough to make him keel over. Seeing it as his moment to strike looked into the carriage and seen 2 kidnapped women from the small town paying him for this job. He jumped over the carriage thinking if he need to do anything else at this point. 1 came out from both sides and with only 1 to deal with he threw his Saber and as it sunk into his side he was already on top of the other one. A chop of the neck later he was grabbing the man keeping him from falling without aid.

Leaving a note he acted like he couldn't hear the man as he wiggled out the carriage with a hostage, he fell into one of his famous fits and was nicked in the neck. As he grabbed his wound the tied up female tried to hop over to the carriage as calm as she could just to see someone untying the other but she could have sworn she seen him before.

"Good job, I hope everything went smoothly on your end?" With a knowing look in his eye the mayor and assassin had a stare off. "Well anyway, I can count on you to hold up your end of the bargain?"

"I plan on it, ..sir" the man said.

"Thank you, thank you. You know assurance is harder to come by then you know boy" for the first time in a few weeks he felt the same familiar shift in his body as he looked at this older gentleman but now he only see the ice of this kingdom and the disappointment of its people being the only weight on them bones.. eerie.

Walking out of the mayor's office the female behind him looked at him curiously.

"Ay, my friend know you I think."

"Is that right?" He replied all 3 shuffling down stairs.

"That caravan, more then likely. I think I seen you after they left though. So what kept you around these parks?" The other female asked.

"Scenery." The man said

A river bed now filled to the top with constant running water crashing straight into a damn, some type of pin wheel infront of it, and a new smaller pond walking off the property.

He knew he was on the right track.

'It's finally here' He thought.

As he sat there looking over what appeared to be a mineral of some sort you can see the smile creeping up on his face.

As he put the sword down to cool off you can see behind him a small array of weapons. Throwing knives/Daggers, short swords, Katanas, Staffs, Scythes, and a pair of gauntlets. All used for practice except the few with more where and tare on the hilt or guard.

'Those beautiful accessories been around for generations...' he laughed

"I'm telling you yah, 5 more and I'm all in!" A chubby boy said with a smirk.

"Sure, sure.. now give me them 15 you owe me" The teacher said chuckling to himself as the class giggled.

"Now I know yall all been asking: 'why the smaller class?' but the truth is I've seen your test scores and I seen your grades. Me and some of the teachers talked about it with the Chief and I'm running out of Blood.. Who want to join the sword and shield?!"

"Wooo I can feel the energy in the air.." The teacher said dramatically. "So how 'bout it?"

"Umm I thought this was for a better place to walk around during school hours?"

umph*

As the teacher fell back in his chair. Made of wood from one of the trees nearby. He just sat there silently for a little while and laughed. As he tried to catch his breath, he started to make a cup of coffee.

"My poor nerves system." The teacher mumbled. He grabbed a piece of paper and started to scribble on it. When he was done he whistled a soft tune to most who heard.

Then 1 bird flew from a flock nearby, swooping down to the man's outstretched finger, the bird watched as the man tied a piece of paper to his leg and then whispered something before he flew off.

He turned around then told all of us to gather round.

"Before some of my recruits come by and talk to yall. Do anybody want out? I won't judge you, but this is the reason we teach all of you about chakra outside of the basics. If you feel your not ready please let someone know before you dive In or Out." He said with some finality at the end, looking at everybody one last time he walked back to his chair.

"So!" Some ladys voice echoed through the clearing. " Who ever thought of being a ninja?" She asked with a big smile but before the dumb could reply..

"Great now throw it away and keep the skill sets" Said another voice as he walked into the clearing behind her looking up as he talked.

"Hmph" echoed throughout the caravan.

As the thoughts began to fade he couldn't help but wonder. 'What did happen to you chubbs?"

Thinking about one of his last missions for the caravan he couldn't stop thinking of the similarities between them all. Death, Theft, and more secrets. Is all that stuff will ever boil down to, but.. why would it be anything else to entertain for a man of the moon?

'Why take up the work force with all that muscle, ain't that right yall?' He asked and as if his intent spoke volumes. A blue bird started to look at him and only him.. if he noticed.

A few weeks later

"Summer.. Rays?" He said outloud. 'Intresting name.'
