There isn't much to show beside this area." Charlie looked around pointing at different areas, "on both sides are seating areas for guests, on the left straight ahead is the bar and to the right is the kitchen where Niffty cooks for everyone, though sometimes Alastor does it to." Charlie walked Vox to the kitchen showing him , "we actually serve a complementary brunch. Care to eat?"

Vox shook his head a blank expression on his face, "I'm ok I actually run off Energy drinks, alchohol, and electricity. Eating is just something I can take pleasure in if I desire it."

Though Charlie tried to hide it, she frowned in disgust, "Ohhh fuun." She turned walking towards the stair well, "up there is where the guest live, your room is on the third floor."

Vox unamused by the tour turned his attention to a door that was off to the side. It was too fancy for a janitors closet, "what's in there?"

"Oh- that's off limits! It's Alastors recording studio" Charlie happily answered.

Vox raised a playful eyebrow to charlie, "I don't see any sign that says off limits. And the freaks not around."

Charlie's face flushed, "Oh- I don't know Alastor was really stern on that."

Vox laughed, "Oh come on what's the big deal it's just a studio." He bent down to her level, "don't you wanna know what he's keeping in there? I'm sure a little peak wont hurt."

Charlie brushed the floor with her foot getting antsy, "w-well I dunno- it is kinda intriguing." Charlie turned around grabbing her hair, "Oh but Alastor said not to!"

Vox shrugged a sly grin on his face. He enjoyed teasing this blonde headed girl, she was so easy to rile up, "It's up to you princess."

Charlie groaned looking back at the sly demon grinning infront of her, "maybe later I'll ask Alastor if he doesn't mind showing us during show and tell today."

Vox sighed, "Fair enough."

Charlie smiled walking Vox back to the sitting area before leaving to get herself a plate to eat.

Vox took out his phone noticing messages from Valentino.

Val - "Is Angel Dust there?"

Vox rolled his eyes and looked around.

Vox - "I don't know, leave it."

Val- "He's been missing too many day's he needs to come in today!"

Vox - "Not my problem."

Vox looked up watching a bewildered Angel walk into the room. Seems like his leash is tugging at him, "What's wrong with you?" Vox grinned at the spider.

Angel paused slowing turning to him,"Fuck you."

Vox smirked to himself going back on his phone as he watched the spider turn back around to grab something to eat.

Vox is in Hell for a reason. He didn't just appear down here out of coincidence. He's a self absorbed bigoted selfish asshole who thinks his problems are bigger than anyone else's. You can't be more tortured than he was he thought. A bit of a narcissist, but can you really balme him when he's always surrounded by them. He started to pick up on some of Valentino's traits and Velvettes aswell, all the Vees have some bits and pieces of eachother.

Was he always like this? In a way yes, he's always been this self destructive bastard. He just had distractions and more importantly he was not in the position to act in that manner. Privilege, power, fame, and fortune is everything he needed to show his true colors. Fortunately for him he didn't posses any of that when he came to hell.

This was how he landed Alastor.

Though he wishes he never did. Vox is always shifting through memories. He doesn't choose which one plays, as he can't help it. He's gotten so accustom to living in two separate worlds at once, but sometimes it affects his mentality.

He lives in reality and memory all at once.

Vox was currently running down the street. His antennae blowing behind him as he ran. He was late!

"OH SATAIN!" Vox breathlessly yelled out as he ran. He couldn't disappoint Alastor not after all he's done for him. It's been a year since he arived in hell and Alastor had made it bearable to live there. It felt nice to have good company in eternal damnation.

Today was an important day. The first extermination he'll ever be in and he was determined to survive it. Alastor had explained to him the purpose. Angels come down every year to cleanse hell due to over population.

He sighed in relief seeing the building infront of him. He was currently in the middle of cannibal town, everyone was going crazy. You could see limbs flying everywhere as sinners tore eachother apart thinking it may be their last meal.

He began to hop over to the building, but then something grabbed onto him, "What the hell-" it was a cannibal their body torn in half and their entrails leaving a trail of blood on the floor behind them as they crawled. Vox groaned in annoyance as the crawler scratched at him, "I don't have time for you!" You could see the hint of disgust in his eyes as he reeled his free leg back.

Suddenly however he was jerked away.

"You're late."

Vox smiled looking at Alastor as he kicked the dismembered cannibal away from them, "Al!"

Alastor face was stern looking at the bumbling fool infront of him giving him doey eyes, what a joke apprentice. He sighed in frustration his smile tight and static in his voice, "never be late again. You're in no condition to be out there during an extermination." He tightly gripped the others arm his claws nearly pericing through the others skin. He began to drag him towards the entrance.

Vox winced at the grab, "sorry, I promise I won't be late again." He looked around finally taking in his surroundings. Usually cannibal town was quite peaceful, but today it was in total chaos. He got very accustom to the area since Alastors radio station resided here.

Alastor let go of Vox making him stumble. He knocked on the large doors infront of them and turned to Vox, "Rosie doesn't usually condemn hunting on her grounds, but on extermination day she lets them have a full out brawl. Sorry about the cannibalistic sinners." Alastor stated looking down to Vox's Pant legs that were torn.

"Oh- yeah it's fine" Vox laughed nervously, as he was embarrassed. He wasn't being himself lately and it's been messing with his performance. He had no idea why, but if he wasn't near Alastor everything felt like it was crumbling around him. Sometimes he could feel his soul flutter, but he wasn't quite sure what to make of it.

Alastor hummed looking towards the door as he heard rushed footsteps coming towards it. "Back straight Vox and wide smile."

"Of course, never dressed without a smile," Vox forced a smile on his face and straightened his back as the door was flung open.

"Alastor!!! It's been so long! I didn't even get to see you this year!"

A tall cheery overlord appeared, she had a large wide grin on her face that stretched to each of her rosie cheeks. She was beautiful. Her name is Rosie and she's Alastors closest friend down in hell. She's a powerful overlord and she's the lovely mayor of cannibal town.

Rosie cheerfully hugged Alastor who hugged her back, as Vox stood awkwardly next to them with a smile that was sagging at the corners.

Vox never got the chance to meet Rosie, though he lived here in cannibal town.

"Alastor what have you been doing?" Rosie asked leaving the hug. She hummed happily noticing Vox, "nevermind."

Alastor sighed rolling his eyes at the mischievous lady infront of him, "this is Vox, he's my apprentice."

"Hi," Vox chuckled his smile twitching at the corners.

Rosie went up to him pinching the side of his box television, "Oh you're so cute! Look at you dear, no need to force that smile here. Relax I'm not gonna eat you! OH! But I could because you look so scrumptious!"

Vox's fake smile turned into a real one as his screen was pinched. He couldn't resist but giggle at the attention, "Oh me? Gee..." he looked over at Alastor who had an amused look on his face. Vox's eyes went half lidded, "Gee."

Alastor stepped between them noticing Vox's expression change, "isn't it time to head inside? The extermination is gonna start soon."

Rosie stepped away from Vox blowing him a kiss and looked at Alastor, "You're right, as always Alastor. Step inside my darlings."

As they walked inside Alastor chatted with Rosie talking about Overlord stuff which Vox didn't find too interesting. What he was mainly focusing on however was Alastors change in demeanor. He seemed happier and brighter; He was glowing. He always had a smile on his face, but it wasn't the kind that lit up a room.

Vox saw Rosie look back at him giving him a wink before leaning into Alastor. Vox didn't want to seem like he was peering in on their conversation so he let himself drag behind just a bit and averted his eyes. However he didn't go too far so he could still listen.

"And I thought you hated new technology." Rosie playfully teased Alastor leaning over to him.

"I do it's dreadful, technology has really gone downhill." Alastor answered, he was walking with his hands behind his back and momentarily closed his eyes as he spoke, "Too many advertisements and propaganda, radio is truly the better freeform choice."

"As far as I know radio has the same thing, but you're right it's more free in a way." Rosie clapped her hands letting out a laugh, "though I do love my shows!" Rosie looked to Alastor and giggled at how tense the other had gotten, "so where'd he come from? Was he a fan?"

"I found him."

"You found him!?" Rosie nearly laughed out, "I never thought you were on the menu. He is such a darling, so cute!"

"Not like that my dear, he was groveling on the floor when I was on my morning walk," Alastor scoffed, "he asked me to kill him, absolutely ridiculous."

"Well you know how new sinners get. He looks quite distinguished however, is he a good apprentice?"

"Hardly, he's an imbecile."

Vox frowened at the statement.

The group began to walk down a large staircase into a lounge area. Alastor and Rosie turned to Vox who had a depressive look on his face.

"Oh what's wrong dear?" Rosie asked her eyes softening.

"Oh nothing, I'm fine." Vox lied putting a smile back on his face which got Alastors approval.

"Love the smile darling," Alastor exclaimed walking to his side, "keep it on, it suits you."

Vox chuckled a light flush crossed his face and he felt his soul flutter, but then fall in agony, "I'll be sure to."

Alastor half lidded his eyes, at the media demon, "that would be perfectly swell."

Alastor took Vox's hands leading him to the seating area and sat him down. Rosie sat next to him, as Alastor left to pour them all a glass of whiskey; his favorite.

"I think he's quite fond of you." Rosie stated looking at Alastor pull three glasses from the cupboard.

Vox raised his eyebrow, "sure... he thinks I'm pathetic." Vox sighed rubbing his screen, "I'm always doing something wrong, I can't do any simple thing right."

"Honey, Alastor is much different from others. He's a psychopath sure! But he has a weakness you know?" Rosie saw Vox perk up and chuckled, "he cares for those who show him loving affection without any other intention, but to be kind."

"I didn't know Alastor had any weaknesses." He leaned back in his seat, "he's such a powerful overlord. If I had any say, I'd say he's the greatest."

Rosie's smile grew at the others idiotic statement, "Alastor may be an Overlord, but everyone has a weakness. Even those higher than him have one."

Vox hummed a sappy expression on his screen, "fond of me...?"

Alastor walked back to the others drinks in hand. He placed his down on the coffee table and then handed one to Rosie who happily took it. He turned to Vox handing him his, their fingers touching as they exchanged.

Vox felt his body shudder in bliss as his fingers lightly brushed against Alastors. His smile slightly widening. "Thanks."

A large rumble made Vox jump though careful not to spill the whiskey.

Alastor sat in between Vox and Rosie separating them. "Well then extermination has started."

"We're very safe in here, they can't come after us." Rosie stated to Vox taking a sip from the glass. "There's no need to fret." Rosie patted the space next to her and Alastor. "Now tell me what do you think of Alastor? Is he a good teacher?"

Vox pushed his lips together letting out a muffled giddy laugh, as if the question she asked was completely ridiculous "well of course, he's amazing!" He titled his screen looking at Alastor, "and quite the friend."

Alstor chuckled closing his eyes in pride, as Vox continued to praise him.

"Very charming and that personality so cheerful and vibrant. He's very talented and his radio show has to be the most delightful piece of entertainment I've ever heard." Vox leaned closer into Alastor placing his glass down, "I may truly be your number one fan Alastor."

Alastor playfully gasped putting his hands up to his large grin, "are you now?" Alastor didn't move as Vox leaned in much closer than he was before. The static in the air thickening around them that even Rosie could feel it.

"I think I just might be." Vox felt his soul screaming as he grew closer to the other. His body felt like it wanted to shut down, the pixles on his screen were having a hard time registering on his face. He was burning up. "May I add that you're also very handsome?"

"Is that a question or a statement?" Alastor asked the other who was looking at him with desperation in his eyes.

"You're so fucking handsome." Vox breathlessly let out, his soul was racing . He felt so crazy right now. Why did he feel this way?! He wanted to reach out and press his lips onto the others- wait did he? What was going on?

Alastor titled his head amused at the others choice of words. He examined the others body language before slightly moving away from him and looking back at Rosie who was now looking at the two with wide giddy eyes. "Now what's wrong with you?"

"Oh nothing!" Rosie bashfully stated covering her mouth to take a small sip from her glass and placed it down.

Alastor rolled his eyes taking a swig from his own glass. He placed the glass back down on the coffee table and turned back to Vox who hadn't moved. "You're idiotic."

Vox's smile dropped, "what?"

"You're idiotic, an obnoxious imbecile who can't do anything right. Back straight Vox."

Vox furrowed his eyebrows and straightened his back, he felt his soul dropping and tightening, "oh."

"I have to repeatedly remind you to do and remember things. It is absolutely infuriating." Alastor grabbed the glass and downed the remaining liquid, "you curse like a sailor, Vox dear there's a lady sitting next to us. Where are your manners?"

Vox tilted his head to look at Rosie who gave him a sympathetic look, "sorry ma'am."

Alastor moved Vox's screen to look at him, "and yet I haven't gotten rid of you. I think you're exciting to be around, you truly are my friend."

Vox smiled again his soul lifting once again, "Oh my, Alastor I'm honored."

Rosie clapped her hands, "well aint this swell!" She playfully bumped Alastor on the shoulder with her own, "good thing to, you need more friends."

Alastor laughed leaning into the couch looking at both Rosie and Vox, "what a lovely extermination if I do say so myself. I even have my two greatest friends here to experience it."

Vox rested back into the couch his screen had turned a dark shade. He could once again feel his soul pounding, it almost felt like if he had a heart beating in his chest. He felt alive again and it felt good. The feeling was almost addictive.

Vox scanned Alastor over he looked good as always. He wasn't lying when he had said he was handsome. He wanted to hold his hand badly and rest his tv on the others shoulders. He had so many wants and they all contained Alastor.

When he was alive he never really fancied anyone, he was more focused on work and development. Technology fascinated him and he loved it, he loved seeing how everything came together. He was diving head first into the future ready to experience it all, but then before he could he succumbed to a quick end.

Alastor was a different experience however and it excited Vox. There was nothing new or modern about Alastor, it was like he was a still frame that never progressed. Vox finally learnt to walk, no longer was he seeing blurred images go by. He saw full animations come to life when he was with him.

His soul yearned for him.

Vox let out a muffled laugh, "gee Alastor... why do you gotta be so... gosh."

~

"Gee..." Vox let out under his breath. He had a faint smile on his face and he was staring into space. His soul was softly pounding.

Pixels on his screen began to disappear and you could hear a small ticking noise behind it. Suddenly his screen glitched out making him jerk forward and quickly reboot.

"What's wrong? Your silly TV malfunctioning?"

Vox regained control of himself looking up at the grinning demon infront of him. The pounding in his soul now gone. He scoffed, "what do you know asshole."

Alastor sat down across from him, "I know your silly technology isn't supposed to act out like that."

"Isn't it now? You're an old fool, as far as your concerned it was supposed to act like that." Vox crossed his legs a large smile covering his face, "it certainly works better than yours."

"I doubt that." Alastor stated taking a sip from a coffee mug he held in his hands, "you have to replace all your useless devices ever other day. I've had mine for decades"

"Yeah and they're dusty as shit." Vox snarked, "why are you even talking to me."

"You were staring at me."

Vox choked, "what- no I wasn't!"

"Oh yes you were," Alastor had a large giddy grin on his face. He took one last sip and placed his mug on the table. "For awhile as well."

Vox jumped to his feet, "I was not!" He screamed at Alastor making a scene. His screen began to glitch... something was definitely wrong. Vox however was too distracted to notice the faults in his system.

"Careful now Vox you have a reputation to uphold." Alastor picked up a coffee pot that was sitting on the table infront of them and motioned to an empty mug, "coffee?"

Vox quickly sat back down an annoyed smile on his face, "I hate you."

"Two sugars and some cream," Alastor responded back fixing him a cup, "just how you like it."

Vox took the mug from him although unhappy at the gesture. He took a sip and his eyes widened. The coffee was smooth and rich just like how he'd remembered. The smile on his face softened and for a moment the world seemed to slow down. However he quickly returned to his grumpy mood as his phone began to buzz on and off again.

Vox turned on the screen and muted his phone. Not before glancing at a text from Valentino.

Val: Please answer, you better not be trading me off for that old man.

Vox's face turned into a blank stare, as he put his phone down on the table in front of him. He felt nothing but hatred for the man infront of him. He thought Valentino to be crazy for thinking he'd go off with him. Vox already dealt with the silly feelings he used to carry.

He looked towards Alastor who was now reading, the old fool got entertainment from words on a piece of paper. Vox scoffed to himself. Alastor was completely insane to think the world was going to stand still for him. Then again he is insane.

Vox turned to Charlie who was making her way over to the two overlords. "Hey guy's show and tell is starting now, come on. You to Alastor you said you will."

Alastor smiled and walked over to Charlie patting her hair, "why of course my dear."

Vox glared at the interaction between the two. Alastor was already gaining her trust. Something that needed to be countered quickly. He turned to charlie and smiled, "I'm excited to join."

Charlie gushed at Vox's comment happy to see somebody being excited to participate in her activities.

Vox straggled behind Alastor and Charlie not really knowing what he was going to show people once it was his turn. He'd probably just bullshit something up on the spot like he usually does.

"Ok guys we have a something very nice planned for show and tell today, Alastor was kind enough to give everyone a tour of his recording studio." Charlie exclaimed to everyone, "though thats saved for last."

The first to go up was husk, though he looked very unhappy to participate. He did a simple card trick though it was actually fairly impressive. "There, I did something," he stated before walking off back to the bar and grabbing a drink.

Next was Niffty who put cockroaches on a skewers and labled them as puppet's. "I made these," she giggled.

"That is very impressive." Vox smiled at Niffty who then happily handed him one.

"You can have one!"

Charlie giggled, "how kind of you Niffty!" She exclaimed though slightly disgusted and fearful of the little one. She turned to Vox, "how about you?"

"Me? Oh-" Vox thought for a moment before pulling up his phone showing a mildly amusing video, "I create brain rot on the internet for people to consume." Vox shrugged, "it's like digital crack."

"Why did I actually find myself liking that?" Vaggie stated surprised.

"It's made to capture your attention." Vox answered a huge prideful smile on his face, "impressive I know."

Niffty began to jump up trying to reach for Vox's phone, "Ohh!! Gimmie!"

Vox laughed, "absolutely not, this stuff turns your mind into gush."

Charlie turned to Angel Dust, "show us something you're proud of."

Angel Dust got up, "if you say so." He went up to the TV turing on one of his films. The Film depicted a rather violent toxic phonographic scene.

Charlie covered her eyes, "Oh my, Angel!"

Vaggie helped cover Charlies eyes looking over to Angel, "Ok what the actual hell angel."

"What!? You said it was show and tell, so I'm showin' you one of my best films." Angel shrugged a pride expression on his face, "You know this film got me a sex-x-x-i award"

Vox looked to Alastor who was standing off to the side. He was trying to avoid looking at the sceen which made Vox scoff.

"Not a very convincing interrogation scene." Husk stated as he was polishing a wine glass.

Angel leaned his head over the couch, "Ok who the fuck gave you the right to criticize my work to my fuckin' face."

Husk laughed, "You really gonna sit there and act like these scripts ain't fucking hot garbage."

Angel now seething with Anger crossed his arms, "Oh fuck you, this is classy art!"

Vox leaned back into the couch enjoying the free show infront of him. He watched as the two bickered back and forth, kinda reminded him of him and Val.

Valentino is an interesting fellow, he showed up one day and never left. He's a controlling asshole of those weaker than him, luckily for him most are.

Vox however is much stronger than him. He's a moth to a flame when Vox is around, and if you're looking from the outside in it looks as if the two overlords are lovers.

Vox however doesn't think that way about their relationship at all. He considers it more of a friends with benefits type situation. Valentino is Vox's bestfriend, doesn't matter how much the bastard pisses him off, he still considers him so. Valentino was with him when no one else was.

Val stays and never leaves him.

Vox turned his attention to Angel who answered his phone. A panicked expression on his face making a grin appear on Vox's face. He thought it funny, seeing pathetic sinners who willingly gave their soul away feeling the consequences. Honestly what did they expect? Everything comes at a price.

Who in the right mind gives their soul away anyways.

"Whats wrong? Boss calling" husk smirked.

"You know what I don't give two shits what some lowly drunk bartender thinks of me," Angel put some pink cat eyed sunglasses on flipping husk off.

Charlie rushed to Angel's side putting her arms out to prevent him from leaving, "wait you can't leave! Not yet! We have so much more to do!"

"Charlie it's my job, its nice you want to fix things, but unless you can fix my boss theres nothing you can do." Angel stated pushing past charlie and slamming the door behind him.

Charlie covered her face clearly in distress, "Oh why does this have to be so hard!" She whined.

Vaggie walked over to comfort her, "you know there are ways you can make things easier."

"What's that?" Charlie asked leaning into Vaggies touch.

"You're the princess of hell and you don't really use the power that comes with it." Vaggie stated pulling Charlie in closer, "take charge you know?"

"But telling people what to do is so meannn." Charlie said hiding behind her hair.

Vox sighed annoyed that the group had broken up. He was really hoping to see the inside of Alastors recording studio, but alas things never go his way.

Vox leaned his screen over the couch to look at the two girls. His unamused smile turing into smirk. He got up from where he was seated and went up to Charlie. It's finally time to start the plan, the entire reason he even came to stay at this hotel,"You know I could take you to his work."

"You can?" Charlie asked puzzled at his offer.

"Sure, I don't see a problem if you want Angel to stay longer. I can't tell Valentino not to keep him however, but you can try to convince him." Vox let out a small laugh knowing how pissed this would make Val.

This is what that fucker gets for annoying him all morning and being a nuance.

"That sounds like a good idea actually, just be agressively kind or something." Vaggie stated brushing the hair away from charlies face.

"OH! I can be so aggressively kind to Angels boss that he lets him go for a day." Charlie jumped to her feet giving Vaggie a tight hug, "thank you as always."

Vaggie smiled giving Charlie a kiss on the forehead. "Of course I'm always here for you."

Vaggies statement made Vox's soul churn. What a joke.

Charlie looked to Vox who had a large smile on his face, "I'll take you up on that offer."

"Excellent," Vox opened the front door, "after you my highness." Vox stated motioning for Charlie to pass through. He needs to gain Charlies trust, something Alastor already has.

"Why thank you," Charlie giggled as she walked outside. Vox isn't as bad as people keep making him out to be she thought.

If only she knew.

Vox and Charlie walked through the streets of hell. Sinners moved away from them in fearful awe noticing Vox.

Charlie covered her face with her hair noticing sinners snapping photos of them, "gee, you really are famous aren't you?"

Vox looked to charlie his face stuck in a professional prideful grin, "I am. Its no suprise really. I created a very successful tech company and I own dozens of entertainment and news stations. I myself having a talk show which started in the late 60's and is still running to this day.

"Wow that's very impressive, you seem very proud." Charlie praised.

"Why wouldn't I be, I'm fucking amazing. It would be foolish for anyone to think otherwise." Vox laughed.

"What made you intrested in my Hotel? I mean you being such a big star and all, how did you even notice." Charlie asked looking to the side a little embarrassed. Vox was such a huge icon, but he showed up intrested in her Hotel. She'd be lying if it didn't put up warning flags.

Vox shrugged, "it intrigued me, your whole concept is redeeming sinners so they can go to heaven. It's absolutely unheard of."

Charlie was looking at her feet, "I know you said it was a silly idea, but do you think it'll actually work?" She didn't quite know why she was asking Vox this, but she couldn't help but ask her insecurity.

Vox paused thinking the question over, if he were to insult the idea he would lose any trust he had built with the princess. If he supported it however it would go against his whole plan.

Vox looked down at Charlie who was furrowing her eyebrows, she was upset. She knew she couldn't prove her idea and the thought that it wouldn't work pains her.

Vox sighed, "if angels can fall, then it's only logical to assume sinners can rise."

Charlie brighten up just a little, "I'm glad you at least believe it in theory."

Vox closed his toothy grin giving charlie a warm smile, "I'm sure everything will work out just fine Charlie."

Charlie moved over to hug Vox, "thank you!"

BINGO! Annnd there it is.

Vox hugged her back with a warm heartful smile that masked the sinister controling aura that screamed danger, "of course dear."

They separated continuing to chat about various topics. Vox made sure to make Charlie laugh as much as possible, which wasn't hard to do.

Vox walked up the steps to a terrifying large looking building, "welcome to the porn industry my friend." He sung to charlie as he swung open two large doors.

"Oh-" Charlie clasped her palms together. Her nervousness radiating off her.

"Don't be nervous Valentino's harmless." Vox stated putting a hand behind Charlies back leading her inside.

The inside consisted of long hallways with multiple rooms. It was dark and lit by dingy lamps that let off a warm yellow hue that hung from the walls. The floor was covered in a blanket of thick red fog.

Jeez Valentino really needs to redecorate Vox thought to himself.

You could hear various noises coming from each of the rooms. Some sensational and others too haunting to describe. The dimly lit atmosphere made the entire building feel cold and sickly.

Vox patted charlie on the back as she shivered, "like I said you don't have to worry he's harmless." He comforted as he reached out opening one of the doors.

"If you say so," Charlie gulped her clasped palms sweating against eachother. Charlie took a deep breath regaining her composure before stepping inside and looking around, "wow so this is where all the magic happens."

Angel who was in the middle of a sex scene, looked over to the side. His eyes gazing towards the now door. "What- CHARLIE!" He quickly covered himself getting out of the bed.

"What the fuck Angel!" Valentino sneered, "we're not done recording!"

"Sorry Val, I just gotta do something real quick." Angel answered as he rushed to the door where both Charlie and Vox stood.

"Well hurry it up we're on a schedule here!" Valentino barked.

"What are you doing here!" Angel harshly whispered grabbing charlies hand before she could hug him.

"I'm here to get you some time off for the Hotel," Charlie happily answered looking around, "now wheres your boss?"

"Val? Nononono, you have to leave right now!" Angel began to push charlie out the door, "we can talk about this later but first you have to leave right now!"

"Angel! What the fuck is the hold up!" Valentino shouted looking towards Angel. His eyes widened, what the hell is Vox doing here?

Valentino and Vox made eye contact. Vox squinted his eyes mischievously making Valentino roll his.

"Now now Angel be grateful Charlie's here to get you some time off." Vox said putting his hands on Charlies shoulders who then gave him a wide thankful grin.

Valentino strode over to Vox, "Angel I didn't know you were inviting guests?"

Angel flinched, "Val! I didn't-"

Valentino chuckled while sharply pinching Angels cheeks, "it's fine." He looked to Vox, "What brings you here? And with the princess of Hell?"

Vox straightened his back, "Charlie here wants Angel to take some time off for the Hotel."

Valentino's grin tightened, "is that so? He's a little busy right now if you haven't noticed."

Vox moved closer to Valentino gliding his hands across his chest guiding him around, "Please let him off, I'm so close to getting this bitches trust." Vox harshly whispered to Valentino through his smile.

Valentino's smile dropped for just a second before letting out a threatening lighthearted laugh, "not my problem, I got my work you have yours. Remember our arrangement."

Vox raised an aggravated eyebrow at him before graceful moving around the moth back to Charlie.

Valentino bowed to Charlie, "give me a second your majesty."

"Oh of course-" Charlie nervously stood up straight. She moved a hand up to her chest, "also Charlie is fine."

Valetino gave her a disgusted forced smile, "of course Charlie," he turned sharply on the heel of his foot calling out to the spider to follow him, "Angel!"

Angel looked at Charlie his eyes filled with desperation, "Yes Val." He answered before rushing after him.

The two disappeared into a room at the other end of the recording studio. The few minutes they were gone seemed to go by painfully slow.

Vox crossed his arms leaning against the wall, Valentino is such a fucker when he's working.

Charlie moved closer to Vox biting her nails, "oh I hope we didn't get him in trouble, I really didn't mean for him to."

Vox rolled his eyes, "Oh hes fine-"

A lound thud against the door of the locked room echoed through the studio.

Charlie jumped her back pressing against the wall.

Vox grimaced. Shit.

The door slammed open and Angel rushed out in a furry. His fur sticking up and agitated.

Charlie jumped trying to make her way to him, "Angel!" She gasped noticing his eye was puffed out and bruised, "What- what happened-!"

"Enough Charlie!" Angel didn't stop moving towards her as he pointed to the door, "get the fuck out!"

"Angel! I just wanted to help you, I-" Charlie was backed into the door her hand fumbling to grip the doorknob.

"Get out." Angel sneered his eyesbrows furrowed in a stern glare.

Vox rubbed his screen annoyed, "Oh for satans sake, what the fuck Valentino!"

Valentino walked over to Vox a glare on his face, "You don't answer my phone calls or texts, and then you waltz in here to try to take my actor away-"

Vox laughed, "so what? I knew it would piss you off," Vox's voice began to tease him, "little baby getting grumpy because I was gonna take his favorite toy away?"

Valentino was burning, "get out Vox." He roughly grabbed him, "get out now!"

Vox shook off the others grip and walked backwards out the door still looking Valentino sternly in the eyes.

The door was then slammed in both Vox's and Charlies faces.

Vox sighed turning to look back at the blonde headed girl, "Well then, that was-"

Charlie was pulling her hair and gasping for air, "that was all my fault I shouldn't have come here, he got hurt because of me I- I-"

Vox stood looking at Charlie and his chest sunk. Her wide eyes trying to suck in the tears that wanted to push their way through. Her back hunched over as Gravity weighed her down.

How he knew that stance all too well.

Vox softened his gaze, "Charlie- this wasn't your fault. What happened wasn't on you." Vox moved closer to charlie brushing the hair out of her face, "don't worry dear, Angel's going to be alright I'll make sure of it."

Vox hugged charlie as her tears began to stream down her face. He pulled her in tightly so she won't feel alone.

Charlie leaned into Vox and hugged him back gripping his coat in a way that she was almost hanging off him.

This pathetic girl is hard to hate. All she wants to do is to see the good in people, even when there is none. To help them and save them from others and themselves.

Her innocence and optimism makes her the perfect candidate for someone to take control and to mold into anything they desire. Now all that's left to question is who that someone will be.

Notes:

Valentino is going to get whats coming for him.
