Chapter 36: Wing Fortress:
Sonic's POV:
So, long story short, Shadow's planning on destroying the Earth and now we have to race into space to stop him and we just saw the Wing Fortress... wait, are they asking us to land.

"This is Agent Parr, the man we put in charge of the Wing Fortress," says Towers.
"What is the purpose of this fortress," asks Espio.
"To watch out for possible invasions," says Towers.
"Kind of paranoid," I said.
"And yet, aliens have come to Earth," says Towers.
"Good point," I said.
"Now, Parr, we don't have time for this," says Towers.
"Sorry, Sir," says Parr, "but we have orders to prevent you from going into space."
"From who," asks Towers.
"WWWeeellllll... you."
"Yeah, that makes perfect sense," says Rouge.
"Parr, it was a trick," says Towers.
Shadow's POV:
Thanks to Coconuts' voice mimicry, we were able to delay Sonic and the others and while we go to the ARK. They are such fools and should go with the Earth... though, I find myself intrigued by that pink hedgehog...
Eggman's POV:
This is my most humiliating moment, being held prisoner by my own robots and a creation of my grandfather!
"How are you doing, Dr. Eggman," asks Snively.
"You're not a robot," I said, "so you can't be reprogrammed!"
"True, this is my choice," says Snively.
"YOU TRAITOR!" I tried to grab for him, but he walks away.
Sonic's POV:
"Sorry Sir, I can't believe I fell for it," says Agent Parr, "I feel really stupid."
"Now that that's settled, we have a mad hedgehog to stop," says Towers.
"Let's go," I said.
Shadow's POV:
"Commander Shadow," says Scratch, "they're getting ready to leave the Wing Fortress!"
I should've known. Only an idiot would have fallen for it any longer. "Is there something there that can destroy them," I asked.
"According to this, they have one of Dr. Eggman's robots," says Coconuts.
"Then activate it," I said.
Sonic's POV:
We then heard something. "What was that," I asked.
"Oh no," says Towers, "someone must've activated a robot we found in Eggman's trash."
"And what is... hold on, you guys go through Eggman's trash," asks Knuckles.
"Yes, I believe it's called the E-123 Omega!"
The robot comes through the floor. "I'm guess that's it," says Tails.
"Destroy," says Omega, "destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy!"
It then began attacking us. We had to fight back.
"You couldn't have taken Eggman's newspaper," asks Knuckles.
"Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy! Destroy!"
Not much on vocabulary. Anyway, it was firing little missiles from its hands. I tried a spin dash, but Omega swats me away. Knuckles tried punching it, but it blocks.
"Why would Eggman throw this thing away," asks Espio.
"Maybe it's the language skills," suggests Amy.
"Destroy."
"Seems like it," says Sally.
The Blue Typhoon door then opens, and Scar, Day, and Billie come out. "Whoops, you guys weren't supposed to know we're here," says Scar.
"Destroy," says Omega.
"Will you stop saying that," says Knuckles.
"Destroy," says Omega.
"Woah, what's that," asks Scar.
"Big trouble," I said.
Big then pushes Omega and knocks it off the fortress. "I saved the day," says Big.
"Can Omega fly," asks Rotor.
"Yes," says Towers.
"Oh," says Big, "I guess I didn't save the day."
Omega then flew back up. "Destroy," says Omega.
"You're starting to get on my nerves," says Stix.
"Destroy all Eggman robots," says Omega.
"Wait, what," asks Sally, "did you say... we are not Eggman robots!"
"You ahre ze only eggmahn rahbot here," says Antoine.
Omega then scans us. "What of her?"
"Aah'm only part robot," says Bunnie.
Omega looks around. "Acknowleged," says Omega.
"Why would an Eggman robot want to destroy Eggman robots," asks Amy.
"I was Eggman's greatest creation, and he decided to throw me away," says Omega, "claiming I was defective. Eggman must pay!"
"Well, right now, we have another problem," says Rouge, "but you can help us..."
"I knew you couldn't be trusted," says Stix, "and now you want to involve one of Eggman's robots! The fact that he's willing to fight against his creator only proves my distrust in technology!"
"Take it easy," says Mina.
"You, stay out of this," says Stix.
Shadow's POV:
"Omega's not fighting them anymore," says Scratch.
"Coconuts, deactivate it," I said.
"Yes Sir," says Coconuts.
Sonic's POV:
Omega then falls on the ground.
"Now it's playing dead so it can attack," says Stix.
"I don't think so," I said, "I think that was Shadow!"
In the next chapter, Sonic and the others have to stop Shadow.
