Chapter 50: Sonic & Mega Man: When Worlds Collide:
Mega Man's POV:
My name is Aki Light, but don't let the human look fool you, I'm a robot. In fact, I am Mega Man! I'm learning how to be a hero under S.H.I.E.L.D. I've been in a team with Ben 10, Zak Storm, Action Axel, and Glitter Ace. Together, we took on Vilgax, the Negative 10, Dr. Doom, Magor, Dr. Wily, Dracula, Malware, and others. I was getting briefed by Fury.
"Just got intel that Breaker Night is back and he's in Green Hills," says Fury.
"Isn't that Section Twelve's turf," I asked, "I thought spy organizations don't interfere with each other's problems."
"First, that was already broken when Unit: E chased that martian here," says Fury.
"Good point," I said.
"Besides, the head of Section Twelve isn't really all there," says Fury, "so, you better go get Night."
"You ready, Mega Mini," I asked.
"Let's go to Green Hills," says Mini.
Sonic's POV:
Tails, Scar, and I were getting chili dogs.
"So, one of the Section Twelve toilets is a portal to a mushroom world," asks Scar.
"Gross, huhh," asks Tails.
Then a bot came. "What do we have here," I asked.
This bot kind of looked like a purple snake. "You can call me SSSSSnake Man!"
"Shouldn't it be Snake Bot," asks Scar, "you're technically not a man."
"SSSSSilenccce," says Snake Man. He then attacked us, and I fought back. I did a spin dash on him, but then he headbutted me. He then wrapped himself around me. "No rodent can beat a sssssnake!"
Then something was scanning Snake Man. "I suggest you let him go," says this kid in a blue suit.
"Mega Man," says Snake Man.
"He looks like a kid to me," I said.
Snake Man then attacks Mega Man, but Mega Man blasts Snake Man and Snake Man slithers away.
"That was fun," says Mega Man. Then he sees Scar. "Jade, what are you doing here?"
"Actually, I'm Jade's clone," says Scar, "it's kind of a long story."
"And who are you," I asked.
"The name's Mega Man, fighting robot!"
"You're a robot," asks Jade.
"Cool," says Tails, "you look human!"
"I know," says Mega Man, "wait, you're Sonic, right?"
"The Fastest Thing Alive," I said.
"Cool," says Mega Man, "Ben told me about you."
"Wait, as in Ben 10," I asked.
"Yeah, I'm one of his S.H.I.E.L.D. friends," says Mega Man, "I'm the Ultimate Mega Man!"
Right, S.H.I.E.L.D. is big on the whole Ultimate thing. "So, what brings you here to Green Hills," I asked.
"Breakter Night," says Mega Man, "he thinks robots are tools that should work under humans."
Honestly, robots are just robots. I break them all the time, but maybe I shouldn't tell this kid. He doesn't seem like your average robot. "We can help you find this Night guy," I said.
"Cool," says Mega Man, "and I can use my new Snake Man powers."
Sgt. Night's POV:
Snake Man did his job. When Mega Man copies another bot's power, he also gets that bot's personality and fun fact about Snake Man's personality, it's pure evil!
Sonic's POV:
We were looking to where Snake Man slithered. Find the snake you find the snake charmer.
"So, most of the bots you know have gender specific names," asks Tails.
"Don't ask us why," says Mega Mini, the little guy that lives in Mega Man's helmet.
"They also have serious problems," says Mega Man, "Cut Man's a perfectionist, Guts Man's always hungry for garbage, Air Man has an ego, they need to be fixed, bad."
All robots have problems if you ask me. We then saw Snake Man. He was destroying things.
"There you are," says Mega Man, "what are you doing?"
"Causssssing panic and torture makesssss me feelsssss alive," says Snake Man.
"Activating Snake Man schematics," says Mega Man. Then his suit looked all purple and scaly, and his helmet looked like a snake's head. Mega Man then fought Snake Man with the same kind of flexibility. Snake Man spat out venom and Mega Man dodged and did the same. Mega Man then knocks Snake Man down and was prepared to stab him right in the neck.
"Woah," says Scar, "I think that's enough!"
"SSSSSorry," says Mega Man.
"Maybe we should make sure the Snake powers don't have any unfortunate side effects," says Mini.
"Right now, we have to find Night," says Mega Man.
I looked at Snake Man. He looked like he was going to gloat. I have a bad feeling about this.

We took Snake Man back to Section Twelve where Tails attempts to hack into Snake Man's processor.
"What do you got," I asked.
"You don't want to know," says Tails, "Snake Man has a lot of dark thoughts."
"So, the snake's a snake," I said.
"I also made contact with S.H.I.E.L.D.," says Tails, "Mega Man's sister, Zero told me something disturbing about Mega Man. Apparently, when he copies another robot's powers, he gets their personality traits too."
I remembered how Mega Man mentioned his bots have serious flaws in their personalities. Wait, if Snake Man has... "How bad are these thoughts?"
"Let me put it this way," says Tails, "pure evil!"
"Oh no," I said.
Mega Man's POV:
"Hey Boss, how'bout instead of doing whatever it is you're doing, we get some ice cream," says Mini.
"We don't eat," I said.
"You got me there," says Mini, "look, I'm going to fix this problem-"
I then grabbed him. "I am done with being a hero," I said, "and if I get thossssse chaosssss emeraldsssss SSSSScar told usssss about, I will caussssse ssssso much chaosssss!"
"Snake Man's personality," says Mini, "pure evil!"
Sonic's POV:
I raced to find Mega Man. Night! He planned this! He wanted Mega Man to scan Snake Man so he can become evil! I got to stop Mega Man from doing something stupid!
. . .
I saw the vault door has been busted open. "There it is," I said. Mega Man came out with the Chaos Emeralds. "This isn't you," I said, "it's that Snake power!"
"Thisssss isssss the new me," says Mega Man, "I am Mega Menaccccce!"
"That's just dumb," I said.
Mega Man then gets an upgrade from the Chaos Emeralds. He has this golden armor, and he blasts me.
. . .
I was on the ground.
"Sonic, are you okay," asks Scar.
"I'm going to have to destroy Mega Man," I said.
"Wait," says Scar, "maybe we just need to help him!"
"Well, he is a robot," I said.
"I know all the robots you've met are well... robots, but he's not like others," says Scar, "he's practically human. I mean, look at me. I'm a magical clone made from a black swan feather and the hair sample of an Asian girl, but yet I'm practically human as well."
Scar's right. On both parts. I can't just think of him as a bot. I gotta help him! Mega Man then came. I still got fight back. I then saw Mini. I had a better idea. I ran past Mega Man. He tried to come after me, but I grabbed Mini and jumped on Mega Man. "You dropped this," I said. I forced Mini back into Mega Man's helmet.
He then tried to get Mini out, but too late... he was back to normal and gave up the power of the emeralds. "Sorry about all that," says Mega Man.
"It wasn't you," I said, "now, we gotta find Night!"
Sgt. Night's POV:
By now, Mega Man has to have destroyed all of Section Twelve... then there was a knock on the door. I opened it and saw Sonic and Mega Man. I knew I was in trouble.
Sonic's POV:
"Section Twelve will be delivering him to S.H.I.E.L.D.," I said.
"And I gotta get back," says Mega Man.
"Sure, you don't want to stay for a chili dog," I asked.
"I don't eat," says Mega Man.
It's easy to forget this guy is a robot. Maybe there are other bots like him.
In the next chapter, Dr. Eggman creates Metal Sonic.
