The manhole cover was sent right into the air, so high up it was barely visible.

"So... What's managed to stop you from running away! Are you ready to face me!" A loud and confident voice came from the manhole cover, a big muscular man came out of it, wearing a white T-shirt, green military type trousers, big boots, and a large toothy smile on his face.

'All Might...'

All Might took a glance at Chiba and Chou, his smile widening.

"It's Fine Now! Why? Because I am here!"

'Finally... Maybe this day won't be so boring...'

"W-wa-!"

"SMASH!"

All Might went for his smash, his fist being delayed for a quick second, right before hitting Midoriya right in the gut and sent him flying back.

WOOSH

Chiba watched the smash hit her saviour, but crawled over to her pet bird, Chou. 'Don't worry... I got you...'

'Seem to have finally caught that slippery one! These sewers can be a pain for anyone!'

"I'd like to apologise for my slow effort! I may be the symbol of peace but even I have trouble with directions! Ha ha ha!"

"D-dont worry... N-no biggie... B-but you got the wro-!" She tried to speak but was silenced

"Not bad at all, All Might..." A deepish voice came from the dust.

"But... I'd thought you'd hit harder than that..." Midoriya walked out of the smoke, his hoodie having a almost invisible imprint.

'He managed to punch through the condition... It's been to long since that happened...'

'He's still standing... He is strong i'll give him that...! it's been a hot minute since someone could stand up from a smash!' All Might's smile widened a bit more.

'finally... Someone who can fight...' Izuku's hand gripped a railing to his side.

"W-wa-wait... T-that Isn't the gu-" Chiba tried to stop him but couldn't get the words out.

ZIP

A piece of metal from the railing zipped right by All Might's ear, him reacting to it just in time. 'Super strength... But wasn't the slime his power?'

"You won't win by standing still." Izuku aimed his fist right for All Might's jaw it getting caught.

'Fool.' He performed a front leg sweep on All Might, knocking him off balance and getting his hand back. 'He's good! So I can't let him escape!' All Might thought as he regained his footing.

"T-thats not the guy...!" Chiba's voice was silenced by the rustling wind, as she held onto Chou.

All Might grinned at Midoriya, as he slowly walked closer. "Stronger than I thought you'd be! But I must bring you to justice!"

"TEXAS SMASH!" He tried to land another gut punch but it resulted in it getting caught, but not without trouble and backlash.

'This is what true power really is...!' Izuku's muscles strained and shaked from the punch, his hand feeling hot as smoke came from it.

'But... Pathetic form...' His arm blitzed his opponent's throat, getting in a swift and sharp jab right on the spot.

ACK!

'It's so fast!' All Might stumbled backwards but paid the price when he felt his head get smashed into the concrete road.

'This villain! Why does he have Super Strength! What happened to the slime! I may have to use this move now!'

"COLORADO SMASH!" He lifted and crunched his legs to his chest and hit Midoriya with both of them, sending him flying upwards.

WOOSH

"It's time to end this!" All Might grinned, as he prepared to go for a finishing blow.

UP HIGH IN THE AIR

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ

Izuku felt all the wind pass by him, as he went so high up he could touch the clouds. 'That was a heavy hit... It would make me so much more impressed if I didn't let him land it...'

He ascension slowed down a bit.

'Is that iron I taste? I can taste my own blood, but can't see it at the moment, so I can't say that to make me bleed you'll need All Might... What I am even talking about now...' He took a shallow breath in as he saw All Might charging at him from below, but a red blur in the distance.

"It's all over for you! Villain! Detroit!"

"Fool." Izuku's activated his flight, flew downward at a fast speed and drop kicked All Might right in the chin.

WOOSH

BOOM

"Ahhh! W-wait! We'll be fine Chou! D-don't worry!" Chiba held onto Chou, the bird squawking at the fight. The dust cleared, you could see Izuku standing over All Might in a hole.

All Might sucked the air through his teeth as he punched the air and yelled; "SMASH!" As Izuku was blown away, driving his hand into the ground.

"THIS ENDS NOW!" All Might jumped up and landed a dropkick against Izuku's arms.

'Is he finally trying now...' he thought to himself while flying back again.

Both of their punches collided, as they both winded up again and threw their hits at one another.

'Too plain.' Izuku slid right underneath All Might's left arm, wrapping his arms around his waist and suplexed him into the ground

'What are these moves! How is he able to hold his own! Where did the super strength come from! Is he!.. No...!'

He was then immediately kicked in the left shoulder like a football down the street.

"I'm disappointed." Midoriya groaned as he walked down the street where he kicked the number one hero down towards.

'I can't hold back so much anymore... I'm about to run out of steam!'

"Stop holding back... Or you'll die."

'I need to finish him! Right here and now!'

'Don't croak on me yet. Hero.' Izuku breathed in and out, to settle anything that was... unsettled for whatever reason

"NEW YORK! SMASH!"

All Might blitzed forward, much faster than before, preparing to land an overhand blow straight for Izuku's face.

'It's fast!...'

"STOP!" A certain voice screamed out from the sidelines, as All Might stopped with the blow.

All Might and Izuku both look at the person who said it; Chiba, the young woman with the bird.

"W-!" All Might couldn't get a word out before he was kicked off his feet easily with his back on the floor.

"You've dropped your guard... Pathetic... Now you'll know the puni-"

SLAP

He felt a weird sting of pain on his left cheek. A weak and minor sting of pain, but it counted as something.

"What are you doing! Why did you just start a fight with a hero!"

"N-Now h-hold on! May someone explain what's happening!" All Might stood up, slightly smoking.

"L-let me explain all of this, All Might... So the villain you were 'Chasing' the sludge guy was it?"

"Y-yes!" All Might was at least the type of guy to talk first rather than fight, most of the time...

"He was handled easily by that guy." Chiba pointed to Izuku who looked disinterested in what was happening.

"He basically saved me before you did! And turned him into a grayish sluggish mess on the floor..." She then pointed to the Gray liquid that was on the floor near the sewer drain.

'Saved her? I'll have to question him later... Unless if he's some underground hero I've never heard of...'

"So you mistook him for the villain and I tried to stop that but the fight was getting out of hand! So you couldn't hear me..." Chiba lifted her pet bird, Chou up higher into her arms.

'She did? I guess I can't blame whoever I fought for fighting back... But his power is something else, I'll give the guy that...'

"And for some reason, This guy decided to fight you instead of explaining what happened..."

Midoriya pinched the bridge of his nose while tapping his bare feet against the ground. "It's not every day you get to fight a number one hero... And I was defending myself. What other choice did I have."

"Well now! I apologise for our little spar! But I must get going! I'll have the police come by to check in on both of you and to capture the villain for me!" All Might smoked even more as he leaped off into the air while waving goodbye to the two and a half.

A minute seemed to pass as Chiba broke the silence. "Huh? W-well that was unexpected... w-why did you do that agai-" she looked around her surroundings, but Izuku was practically gone in every sense, disappeared like if he was one with the wind.

Chou cheeped a bit in confusion and a bit in pain.

"Ssshhhh... D-don't worry...! We'll get a vet for you! We'll be fine!" Chiba rummaged a bit in her pockets as she pulled out nothing but a scrunched up 1,000 Yen Banknote.

"Fuck...! No money!" She rummaged through her pockets more and more before feeling something hit her head. Something Light and soft.

She looked at the ground, seeing a couple 10,000 Yen banknotes watted up into one ball.

'O-oh... T-thats...' She grabbed the money and counted it for a quick second.

'200,000 Yen... It isn't mine...! So don't touch it...!' She then felt Chou move around a bit in her arms, weakly.

'Fuck it...'

All Might was practically gliding on the air, while his body kept emitting more steam.

'Damn it! That fight really worn me out!'

He quit gliding as he landed on a building, right before he transformed into something much skinnier, more scrawny, more weak. Much More Pathetic.

All Might lost all his muscle, his body being nothing but skin and bones, his shirt being too big and baggy, same for his military trousers, his hair had looked more messy and 'expressive' while although he got his blue eyes back.

'But that's my fault... if I only didn't jump to conclusions, I might've been able to stay in my hero form for an extra half an hour...'

he stretched his back a bit while thinking what to do now.

'Oh yeah... Gotta tip the police...' he pulled out his phone as he prepared to call the police to tip them at the villain that melted away.

'How long has it been since anyone could fight off against One For All like that...' he sighed in slight exhaustion

'Not long enough... I hope that guy isn't looking for trouble... I can't think of anyone who could put up a fight that well against One For All. But maybe I got arrogant and overconfident with things. If I did land that New York Smash it may of been different...' he groaned a bit in annoyance at his now skinny, powerless body.

'Oh well... If he's a bad guy, then I'll be ready...'

His phone started to ring after calling the police.

'I'll be ready to fight harder than I ever do normally.'

UP HIGH IN THE AIR

A young looking man was flying in the air with his red wings. He had blond hair that is shown to be swept messily backward, with some little strands poking upwards. His red wings were large, each looking to be the same size as a Citroen Ami sized car, as they flapped in the wind keeping him airborne

The clothes he was wearing resembles an aviator's uniform that included a black shirt with a golden pattern, with a tan jacket with a high collar that reached up to his chin, and a yellow see-through visor over his eyes and a pair of headphones that covered his ears.

He watched the entire fight happen between All Might and Izuku Midoriya, while he couldn't confirm or deny that Izuku was a villain, he knew he would be trouble in some shape or form if he remained to stand on his own side.

'Woah... Kind of crazy fight to be honest... I wish I recorded it... That suplex was actually pretty cool!' he pouted a bit while the memories of the fight made him a bit ecstatic at seeing such a cool fight happen.

'But I gotta report this either way... No doubt the HPSC would want a powerhouse like that guy!' He pulled out his phone as he called a certain number.

"Hey Ma'am... I just picked up on something you won't believe..."

SOMEWHERE NEAR THE APARTMENT COMPLEX

Midoriya was walking home, barefoot and feeling a bit chilly as his stomach grumbled some more.

'So... This day has been an eye opener... All Might was holding back though, so it wasn't a complete success.'

He moaned in annoyance at that fact of there fight. 'I at least got something out of it.'

He pulled out something from his pocket, which was some Yen from the purses that the sludge villain attempted to steal.

'Bread will do... Bread will do...'

He leaped over the fence that 'guarded' the forgotten Apartment Complex.

'I'll give All Might this... He made me used some form of 'Art.' in our fight.'

he flew up the building until he made it to the roof.

'But It wasn't Jade.'

Hey, just want to say thanks for reading this and being patient.

I hope the first taste of the fight scene between Izuku and All Might was good enough for you, and All Might was holding back a lot just so he wouldn't destroy and cause collateral damage, and that move 'New York Smash' was at a much stronger calibre then his other moves.

Izuku Midoriya is very physically strong, but that isn't his quirk, he just has very high calibre muscles and pure raw power, and I'd say he is a better fighter then All Might, and it's not even close.

If you want an idea of how flexible and skilled of a fighter this Izuku is, think of;

Baki Hanma from BAKI

Kaiou Retsu from BAKI

Kuroki Gensai from Kengan Ashura.

Agito Kanoh from Kengan Ashura

Something similar to those levels of martial arts and combat, as Jiren's martial arts and combat isn't explained at all in any depth or language. And don't expect some classic Martial Arts like kenpo or Muay Thai as his main combat weapon, as his style is a combination of many Fictional and Non-Fictional. All I'll say for now.
