Hannah first wandered the aisles keeping a keen eye out for different shelving options. She found the aisle that held different kinds of shelves and settles on some dark brown wooden floating shelves that would look nice against the feature wall she's envisioning. She grabbed a flat pack holding the shelves and loaded it into the cart before following after her mother who found some cute wind chimes to hang out in the patio area and some patio furniture. While Hannah loaded the wind chimes into the cart Beth went to find a worker who could help set up a delivery of the patio furniture for the following day.

Hannah hummed to herself as she kept perusing the aisles until she found the paint aisle. She scoured the wall of paint swatches for the perfect one, ignoring the sage greens, sea greens, lime greens until finally noticing a deep Forrest green that was perfect for her feature wall. The dark green would complement her dark wooden furniture and floor boards, and also be a nice of colour in comparison to the cream walls of her bedroom. Satisfied with her choice she took the swatch to a worker who mixed her up a fresh can of paint. Thanking the worker she turned from the counter and stepped directly into a towering giant of a man. She looked up from the black shirt she'd walked into to the sharp features of a man she guessed was no more than few years older with tanned skin, short black hair and built like a freight train.

"Oh, sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going" Hannah apologised, cursing herself mentally for not being aware of her surroundings. The man just grinned back cockily at her,

"It's alright, hot stuff. I don't mind having a beautiful woman such as yourself running into me", he quipped, eyes sharp with the prospect of a new challenge. "I haven't seen you around here before, my names Paul. What's your name, princess?"

Hannah frowned at the flirting tone and terms he was calling her, "Me and my mum just moved to Forks, I'm Hannah" she said shortly.

"Welcome to the area Hannah, I live on the Rez. If you ever need someone to show you around I can be your guide" Paul said with a wink. "Come by the auto-shop and you can find me, we could hang out with me and my crew'.

"Uh thanks, I'll keep the offer in mind", Hannah said placating, though not intending to take up the offer. She noticed Beth seemed to be looking for her behind Paul's back, "Oh, my mums looking for me, I better go" she said quickly before side stepping the man and giving a polite smile.

"Making friends already" Beth teased, wondering who the man was.

"I guess, it was some dude from the Rez offering to show me around and has some friends I can hang out with" Hannah responded with a slight shake of her head.

"Who knows, you can always take up the offer later if you get lonely and sick of me" Beth jested, nudging Hannah's side as they made their way to pay at the checkout and took their new items to the car. They climbed in and started the ride back home where Hannah immediately began painting the feature wall with the new paint. The rest of the day was spent unpacking more boxes, applying a second layer of paint and taking an afternoon walk.

Hannah didn't get to bed until late, the smell of fresh paint clung to the air and it had mostly dried. She opened up the windows in her room to allow a breeze to clear out the paint smell and help dry the wall. She got ready for bed and bid Beth goodnight before falling asleep, surprisingly not unsettled by the wolf howls she could hear in the distance throughout the night.
