Chapter 12 Heart Students

Sora, Riku, Donald, and Goofy walked through the forest after they landed their gummi ship. The heroes explored the new era they found themselves in and thought the place looked a little bit like the world, Land of Dragons. They continued on their ways to some mountains when they heard the sounds of fighting and went to go investigate it. The heroes came across a clearing where they saw a old man sparring against a young woman as a boy and a young man stood on the sidelines and watched.
The old man was partially bald head with gray hair. He wore an all black kung fu outfit, was fairly short and his eyes were squinted close.
The woman was tall and slim with long brown hair and two braids. She had a dark eyes and a scar on her face. The woman was dressed in a pair of black shoes, red pants, and a long pink robe held by a yellow cloth belt.
The boy was small, scruffy, and had a dirty face. He wore a purple bandana over short, brown hair, a shirt that's open down to the stomach on the top, a pair of tan pants with stains on them by the knees, and a pair of traditional Chinese shoes.
The young man was fat with shaggy brown hair. He wore a pair of black shoes, a blue vest like tunic, light brown trousers, and a red cloth belt.
Sora, Riku, Donald, and Goofy watched as the woman struck at the old man with a fury of quick blows, only to have the old man to either dodge or block them with ease. The woman tried to knock the old man with a sweeping kick, but the old man jumped over and delivered a punch to the woman knocking her to the ground and sent her skidding back a few feet groaning and cursing.
"Dang it! I thought I almost had you that time Shifu!" Said the girl.
"You are improving Lei. Now I think that's enough for today, it appears we have some visitors." the old man before turning to face towards Sora, Riku, Donald, and Goofy.
The heroes walked towards the little group.
"Who the heck are you guys?" Asked the woman.
"I'm Sora and these are my friends, Donald, Goofy, and Riku." Said Sora introducing himself and his friends.
"Strange group and names." Said Lei.
"Don't be rude Lei." Said the old man.
"Yes Shifu." Said Lei.
"Welcome travelers to the training grounds of the Earthen Heart Kung Fu Dojo. I am the Shifu and founder and these are my disciples Lei Kugo, Yun Jou, and Hong Hakka." Said Shifu.
"Nice to meet you." Said Yun the boy.
"You just passing through or would you like to join us for dinner?" Asked Hong the fat man.
"We would love to join you." Said Sora.
"We're strangers to these parts and would like to know about these lands and it's people." Said Riku.
"Well you've come to the right place. Come let us eat." Said Shifu.
The group headed up a path to a medium size cottage. The heroes and disciples sat down at a small table and the Shifu with the aid of Yun brought out some food, water, and tea.
"Aaa. Sipping tea with some fascinating strangers is one of life's true delights. Now tell me what brings you here to these parts?" Said Shifu.
The heroes exchanged looks and Riku spoke for the group.
"We're a group of traveling warriors that seek to rid the lands of great darkness and evil. Can you tell us if there's been an such evil plaguing these lands?"
"Well we have small groups of bandits, but they aren't too much trouble, but I have heard about another Kung Fu school called the Indomitable Fist School that has been doing some evil things as of late. Their leader and founder, Ou Di Wan Lee, offers power to all those who join him, even the most unscrupulous student. The school's creed heralds brutality and cruelty as virtues, condemning the ideas of generosity and sentiment the exact opposite of what I teach." Said Shifu.
"Is one of the powers this Ou Di Wan Lee offer including the summoning and controlling of strange creatures?" Asked Sora.
"I believe I heard some villagers mention seeing some Indomitable Fist's members demonstrating that kind of power." Said Shifu.
"That has to be the evil plaguing this era." Whispered Donald.
"Guess we know where we have to go." Said Goofy.
"It seems fate has brought us together. The Earthen Heart Kung Fu Dojo will provide you aid in cleansing these lands of Ou Di Wan Lee and his evil school." Said Shifu.
"Thank you sir." Said Sora and his friends bowed before the Shifu.
"Yeah a real fight! I can't wait to show off my skills!" Said Lei with excitement.
An alliance had been formed against the Indomitable Fist School.
