Guys, I really need your help locating a fanfic! I have been looking for this fic for two weeks now, and no matter what I search, I can't find it! I read it a while ago, and I liked it, but I didn't save it, and now I can't find it again.
So, this story was about Snape taking Malfoy to stay with Harry at Privet Drive. I don't think Dumbledore knows, but I'm not positive. Draco finds out that Harry is being abused and goes against Harry's wishes by telling Snape. Snape comes and retrieves the boys and brings them to his manor.
While staying there, the boys sneak out to a muggle village to see a wizard music band. Snape catches them and brings them back to his house.
The boys go out flying one day and get lost. Snape has to go find them, but Voldemort calls him away before he can help them to safety. He tells the boys to stay where they are, but they don't and end up getting more lost.
I remember that Harry and Draco dyed their hair while trying to get to safety and hid their broomsticks by a tree, but I forget the circumstances of that.
Eventually, they reach Privet Drive, but Draco almost gets cursed, and Harry jumps in front of him, taking the curse instead.
In the story I think Snape might have been Draco's godfather, but he defintely was not Harry's biological father, and I don't think he ended up adopting them, but I am not sure...
I forget how it ended, but that is as much of it as I can remember. Please, if anyone has read this before, help me out, because this has been killing me for days now!
