When we last left Commander Brady, Back At Mount Rushmore, Brady handed the key to Dr. Zelinsky and he said, "Get to work, we don't have much time." Dr. Zelinsky nodded his head and went to power up the Machine as he said, "It will need a few minutes to charge up before we can send a group back in time." Brady nodded his head before alarms went off and Eva ran in before shouting, "THEY'RE HERE!"
Brady was on the head of George Washington and he watched as the Japanese army moved closer to the base. Brady contacted all his men and told them that they needed to buy as much time for Dr. Zelinsky to power up his Time Machine to fix the timeline. The men nodded their heads and got as much ammo as they could hold before manning the defenses against the Japanese Army that was going to smash hard against them. Lissette held the left flank of Brady's forces as Tayna held the right flank of his forces. Crown Prince Tatsu Contacted him and he said, "Greetings from my Father, Former Allied Commander. I am Crown Prince Tatsu and I will be the key to your demise."
Brady wasn't affected as the front lines began fighting to hold the position. Moments later, Allied units fighting alongside the Japanese came into View and someone contacted Brady, it was Giles Price. He told Brady, "Hello Commander. I told you once that what I did was to preserve the Allies and now I'm here to show you I was telling the truth… All units… turn on the Japanese." and Giles's men fired on the Japanese. Brady could hear the Japanese shocked as Giles fired on them. Crown Prince Tatsu ordered his Execution and Giles contacted him.
"Well Commander, whatever you have planned, I want you to know… I'm sorry about what happened… god save Engla…" he was cut off as a shinobi killed him. Brady looked down as Dr. Zelinsky told him, "We have less than two minutes for the Time Machine to power up." Brady then told the doctor that he had a minute cause all of the Japanese Army was attacking. As the battle went on, with the small amount of soldiers and resources he had compared to the Japanese, it wouldn't be long before the Japanese got into the base. Brady told Tayna and Lissette to not hesitate to fall back as he prepared Pathfinders, Peacekeepers, spies, and Attack Dogs.
After a while all of the Allied Forces under Giles were wiped out, and the Japanese forces that fought them were now engaging Lissette's forces. Lissette contacted Brady as she fired her pistol and she told him that it had been an honor serving with him and that she would cover her men's falling back and if she was to fall, he was their new commander. And right after she said that, a Shot from a Japanese Tsunami Tank shot behind her and the connection was cut off. Brady sighed at her death, but he knew it was for a good cause. He then ordered all the soldiers to pull back to the secondary defense lines.
"Commander! The Time Machine is just about ready, I have put in the time and we are ready to send the team back in time." Dr. Zelinsky told Brady, who nodded his head and shouted to his men, "KEEP THEM OUT OF THE LAB!" The resistance Soldiers nodded their heads as Brady went into the base as the Shogun Executioner made its way to Rushmore. The Resistance forces paled at the sight of the Shogun Executioner but tried to fight it off for as long as they could before Soviet forces joined them along with Japanese Forces too. The two other commanders arrived to provide Brady enough time to fix the timeline.
In the lab, Brady looked at the selected me and told them their mission. Dr. Zelinsky powered it up and looked at Brady. He told the Allied Resistance Commander, "The Time is set. Make sure they don't succeed in their mission to kill Einstein… kill all three of us if need be." Brady looked and asked the Dr. what he meant and Dr. Zelinsky told him everything. Brady and the men were shocked. Soon there was a rumble and Dr. Zelinsky told him, "I will atone when I die. GO!" Brady loaded his pistol with a bullet and led the men through the time Machine to fix history. The Resistance forces kept up the fight to make sure Brady and the team that went with him had enough time to fix the timeline. Dr. Zelinsky pulled out his Pistol and joined the fight before Lieutenant Eva snuck through the Time Machine to follow Brady.
Brady led his men through the Portal and popped out in Brussels, Belgium. Checking a local Paper, it read that the year was 1927. He looked at his men and said, "Come on men, we need to get going to the spot to stop the soviets from changing the timeline in their favor." The Men nodded their heads and followed Brady to their destination when Eva ran up to them as she shouted Brady's name. Brady looked at her and asked what was she doing with them and Eva told him, "The Japanese are getting closer to the Portal, Dr. Zelinsky even went to fight them." Brady sighed and said, "We have to make sure they don't use the Time machine to change history. We need to hurry."
"Go take them out sir. We'll hold the line." Said one Pathfinder. Brady thanked them and with Eva, ran to where Einstein would be as the men Brady brought with him aimed their guns at the portal and soon, Japanese Soldiers began coming out and slowly the men took them out to keep them from stopping Brady. At the Solvay Conference, Brady and Eva were able to get close to Einstein and Brady told Einstein what was going to happen. Thinking Einstein would not believe him, he was shocked when the man said, "I see, very well. Let me act as bait for the men to attempt to kill. Know that if you kill all three the timeline you are from will merge with the original timeline."
Later, as Brady and Eva watched from the side curtains right as Dr. Zelinsky from before the time change, General Krukov, but he had a Lieutenant-general insignia on him, and Premier Anatoly Cherdenko back when he was a Colonel. When Krukov was about to touch the curtain, the younger Dr. Zelinsky stopped him and said to the man to touch nothing as it could affect the space time Continuum. That was when Brady and Eva walked out and he told the three, "Well said Doctor." The three Soviets looked at him and Premier Anatoly Cherdenko asked, "How did the allies get here before us Doctor?!"
"Simple, we arrived from the Future after you altered the timeline by killing Einstein. We're from YOUR future." Brady told the three. He then said, "I'm not going to let you change history for the Soviet Union." Kurkov looked at Brady and asked, "So it was changed." Brady told them about the Japanese and how he personally shot Cherdenko, a white lie but still. Cherchenko growled and reached for his gun but Brady was fast and shot him in his arm, shocking the crowd as Eva had Einstein back up. Krukov grabbed Brady's gun and wrestled him for it, but soon it went off again and Krukov was dead on the ground. Brady looked at Cherdenko and walked closer to the wounded man.
"The Soviet Union will be victorious!" Cherdenko shouted before Brady shot him in the head. Eva hugged him from behind before the world around them glowed a bright white. When Brady was able to open his eyes, he sat up and saw he was in a bedroom of a well furnished. Sitting up, he felt someone near him and saw that Lieutenant Eva sat up too. The two of them looked at the date and saw that they were back in the present. Brady checked the internet and checked everything, he saw that the Soviet Union was gone. The Empire of the Rising Sun was never formed. Brady was speechless.
"So… are we no longer in the military?" Eva asked him, Brady looked at her and then his hand, seeing a ring. He told her, "Looks like it… and we're married." Eva looked and saw a photo of the two in a wedding photo. Eva then said, "Looks like it." Brady looked at the photo and saw familiar faces, Giles, Lissette, Robert Bingham, and the other commanders. Even the Japanese and Soviet Commanders were there with them. Brady was speechless, what he and Eva did changed history like Dr. Zelinsky said it would, and it changed for the better, the Soviets were no more, Japan was an Allied Member, and Chedenko was no longer an issue. Eva wrapped her arms around Brady and said, "Seeing as how we're no longer in the Military, let's spend as much time together as possible." Brady smiled and joined her back in bed, life couldn't be more perfect for him.
