Before we go on with this chapter, I would like to give a shout out to The Next Excelsior for sending me cool designs of what those ten class 1-A students in Avengers space suits. I'll try my best to describe what the suits look like but if you want a good image ask The Next Excelsior politely please. Again shout out to you.

SHIELD Helicarrier: Command Deck
"Fury to Iron Man. We're out of time." Nick Fury said. "Kang's forces have taken over three-quarters of the planet, and for every city we're holding, four more fall."
"Are you calling just to give me a pep talk?" Iron Man asked.
"No. I'm calling to tell you that the base you found is on the move." Nick Fury responded back. "My people are reading a massive energy buildup. That thing's gonna fire. And I'm guessing that when it does, it's not gonna be pretty."
"Understood, Fury. We're on it." Iron Man said.
Quinjet Hangar
The doors open as twelve members of the Avengers are wearing special red and white armored spacesuits based on their costumes. Each space suit has a logo on their chest based on each member's designs. From a star for Captain America, a bat for Batman, spider for Spider-Man, spikes for Black Panther. The only one who hasn't worn the space suit is the Hulk since he only needs an oxygen tank.
Behind them are the ten class 1-A students wearing the space suits based on their hero outfits with red and white color schemes matching the Avengers. All of them have helmets on with some having unique designs based on their costumes. Bakugo with his large, red-rimmed flare shape protrudes from each side, Jiro with her red headset, Uraraka's red helmet, and Asui's red goggles. Midoriya also has a helmet with long ear-like protrusions resembling All Might's hair. Tokoyami also has a white cape on.
After the class 1-A students are then followed by six Ultron robots. Once everyone made it inside the Quinjet, the six Ultron robots stayed out and waited for the order to go.
Damocles Base
Kang looked at the planet as his invasion continued on. Although what happened in New York is unfortunate. The plan continues on as he looks to see his plan in motion. On the screen it shows a view of Avengers Mansion.
One of the soldiers began to say. "Lord Kang, the target is lock."
"Fire." Kang said as the ship began to fire a light beam.
The Quinjet
Everyone just entered the Quinjet and went to their seats. The Quinjet was modified to fit all of them in one area. The ten students felt more nervous than ever. Considering that they never have been to space and only seen from movies, tv shows, and documentaries. The space suit they're wearing helped them feel at ease of the dangers of the battle ahead but the feeling of nervousness is still there.
Hawkeye was in his seat and noticed the class 1-A student's expressions. "Are you kids nervous?"
"Yes. I've never really flown to space before." Uraraka said.
"Same. Never in my life have I had the opportunity to go to space." Tokoyami said. "Let alone going there to fight a villain."
"Yeah and I don't think we're ready to go further than what our usual hero works." Jiro said as she twirls her jacks.
"Considering the circumstances, right now. It is wise to have everyone be involved with this." Black Panther said. "It could help gain more experience for your hero work as well."
"You're not wrong there. Our classmates, The 1-B class, our teachers, and the pro heroes will be jealous of us going to space." Kirishima said.
"I think we're the first students of UA Academy to go to space." Asui said.
"Consider that as an accomplishment for you kids." Spider-Man said. "This is also my first time going to space too."
"Really? Considering your status as an Avenger, I'm surprised by that." Yaoyorozu said in surprise.
"Well, Spidey's not the only person who's going to space for the first time." Hawkeye said. "Turns out the only Avengers that have been to space are Wolverine, Iron Man, Thor, and Batman."
"I know Wolverine and Thor have been in space before but Batman and Iron Man?" Uraraka asked with curiosity.
"Well…I went to space because Graviton removed my gravitational pull thus hurling me into space." Iron Man explained. "Thor and I also saved an alien that was trying to prevent earth from exploding."
"Been to space multiple times. Had a couple of aliens and space officers as teammates." Batman explained. "I also had a headquarters orbiting earth for my team."
"You had a couple of aliens as teammates?" Midoriya asked. "As well as a few space officers?"
"You had a headquarters orbiting earth?" Wolverine repeated what Batman said.
"That is so manly!" Kirishima exclaimed.
"You never told us about you having a space headquarters orbiting earth." Spider-Man said in shock.
"None of you asked." Batman responded.
"Hearing that, I should start investing in a Space Station here." Iron Man said as he pressed a few more buttons. "Anyways, the Quinjet is ready to go. Buckle up."
Everyone put on their seat belts as the Quinjet submerged in the water and went through an underwater tunnel. The vehicle then emerged off a river along with the six Ultron robots. The Quinjet continued on as it headed higher up in the atmosphere.
"How much time do we have?" Captain America asked as a light suddenly appeared in front of them.
The light was so bright they all saw it coming towards them. Iron Man managed to maneuver the Quinjet around the light and resumed back on course into space.
"Not enough." Iron Man said.
"What was that?" Yaoyorozu asked.
Hawkeye looked out on the side and a light beam was aiming at Avengers Mansion. "It's a targeting beam, like a laser sight. A really, really big one."
"Wait? So it's targeting someone" Iida said and asked. "Where is it aiming at, Iron Man?"
"It's aimed at us." Iron Man said. "Specifically, Avengers Mansion."
"But we're right over the city?!" Ant-Man exclaimed. "A blast that size will destroy everything."
Batman looked back at Ant-Man and said. "Kang will not care about collateral damage, Hank. He wants us removed from the equation, no matter who pays the price."
Thor opened the door hatch and said. "Nay."
"Thor!" Wasp screamed out as she saw the thunder god jump out the quinjet.
The rest of the Avengers and the ten class 1-A students saw Thor fly past them. Thor then flew farther away which surprised Iron Man.
"Okay. I have never seen him fly that fast." Iron Man said.
"What's Thor doing?" Todoroki asked.
"He's saving us all." Captain America simply said.
The Upper Atmosphere
Thor flies up and notices a laser cannon fired, heading towards earth. The Thunder God spins his hammer with his lighting charging up. He then charges at the laser while screaming. "For Midgard!"
The laser fire ended up colliding with Thor's attack. Both clashed with the laser fire being deflected and fired back into Kang's ship in space. Although it was successfully deflected, the laser fire also damaged Thor into unconsciousness. Thor falls off as the Quinjet just passes him. The thunder god continues to fall down.
The Quinjet
Wasp noticed Thor's not slowing down and looked at Iron Man. "He's still falling! We have to go back!"
"We can't. Thor bought us a chance." Iron Man said. "We have to keep going before Kang fires again."
"But we need to do something to catch him!" Kirishima exclaimed.
"I got him. Ant-Man to Ultrons 1 and 4, break off and catch Thor." Ant-Man commanded.
The two Ultrons proceeded to break off and went to do exactly what was ordered. Captain America and Midoriya looked at a screen where they saw a radar of the Ultrons catching up to Thor. While that happens, Wasp and Todoroki look worried if the thunder god is alive from his actions.
"Thor…" Todoroki said worryingly.
"Goldilocks is tough." Hulk said. "He'll make it."
A few minutes later, Black Widow noticed the Ultrons on the radar catching Thor and asked Ant-Man. "Ant-Man, what's the status of Thor?"
Ant-Man took a minute and later said. "The Ultrons have him. He's comatose, but he's alive."
Some of the Class 1-A students sighed in relief knowing that Thor is alive. They later saw the Quinjet exiting the upper atmosphere and entered into space.
Damocles Base
"Report." Kang said as he saw his troops scrambling in the command deck and the technology sparking electricity.
One of the soldiers looked at the screens, seeing the technology glitching in and out. "I don't understand. This era's technology is incapable of–"
"What happened?" Kang asked again.
"Something deflected the Damocles weapon, sending it back at us. The weapon is offline, Lord Kang." The soldier reported.
Kang wanted to know who did this until someone reported in.
"Alert! We have incoming enemies heading towards us."
Kang looked at the screen and saw the Quinjet. "The Avengers. Launch scarabs. Destroy them."
Outer Space
Damocles Base began releasing the scarabs ships to attack the Quinjet and the Ultron robots. The scarabs ships began firing while the Quinjet began to evade some of the laser fire. The Ultrons begin to spread apart while the Quinjet is struggling to maintain course.
One Ultron robot fired a laser at one ship, destroying it. It later continues to fly and blast multiple ships down. Ultron later flies through a couple of ships, taking them out in a row. The robot later fired a couple of lasers, taking out a few more. Ultron later landed on a wing and then ripped it off, letting the ship crash onto another one. While Ultron was looking at the destroyed ships, another ship came flying in and destroyed the robot.
The Quinjet
"We just lost an Ultron robot." Jiro said as she saw an Ultron robot disappear in the radar.
"So, this seems like it's going bad." Wasp said as the Quinjet suffered bad turbulence.
"Hey, Stark. Not to be a back seat jerk or anything but how about considering shooting back." Hawkeye said.
After the archer finished his sentence, Iron Man pressed a button in which controls appeared next to Hawkeye. In which the archer figured out, it's turret controls.
"Be my guest." Iron Man responded.
Hawkeye began manning the turret controls. "Cool."
Kirishima looked at Hawkeye and said, "Man! That is so manly! I wish I could shoot back at those ships too!"
Immediately after Kirishima finished his sentence, a control stick appeared next to him. Krishima was shocked and looked at Iron Man. The armored avenger gave him a thumbs up. Kirishima nodded and began manning the turret controls as well.
"Hey, Red Riot! First one to 20 robot ships pick a place to eat." Hawkeye said as he started aiming the turret.
"You're on!" Kirishima exclaimed as he began shooting at the ships.
Outer Space
The Quinjet suddenly flies through with two turrets from the top and bottom respectively. Both Hawkeye and Kirishima fired the turrets, taking out a plethora of flying ships. The Quinjet continued forward as both turrets took out a couple of ships.
Ultron files through one ship, destroying it. The robot later fired lasers at several ships and spotted a dozen more coming. Ultron then fired a big laser from its mouth destroying a bunch of the ships. The robot later flies next to the Quinjet firing lasers alongside Hawkeye and Kirishima's turrets. After destroying a few more ships, Ultron noticed laser fire coming from behind. The robot turned around and the ships managed to destroy the robot.
The Quinjet
Ant-Man looked at the screen, seeing another Ultron robot was destroyed. "Only two Ultrons left."
"I have a really bad feeling about this. *Ribbit*" Asui said.
"Tony, we're not going to make it like this." Captain America said to Iron Man.
"Agreed. Take the controls." Iron Man said as he left his seat with Captain America taking the flight controls.
Iron Man went to where Wasp, Bakugo, Falcon, and Tokoyami were and said. "Let's go."
Tokoyami was surprised and asked. "W-Wait? Us?"
"Yes. The space suits are equipped with jet boosters to help you maneuver around in space." Iron Man finished explaining as he was about to go outside until…
"Wait, Mr. Stark!"
Iron Man turned to see Midoriya standing up from his seat. "I'm going with you."
Outer Space
Iron Man, Falcon, Wasp, Bakugo, Tokoyami, and Midoriya all left the Quinjet as they were floating in space. Iron Man and Falcon were looking at the battle while Wasp, Tokoyami, Bakugo, and Midoriya were looking at the view of Earth and the Moon.
"I can't believe I'm actually in space." Wasp said in amazement.
"Same. We're now out of our element." Tokoyami said. "This is amazing."
Bakugo didn't say anything but admittedly admired the view of Earth, the Moon, and Space.
"Amazing. All Might would love to see this." Midoriya said in amazement.
"Jan. Guys. Focus." Iron Man said, gaining their attention. "Since you have the space suits on, it's designed to work with your quirks and equipment. We have to clear a path for the others."
"Let's do this." Wasp nodded as she, Tokoyami, and Falcon went to the space battle.
As Wasp, Falcon, and Tokoyami went ahead, Midoriya was about to go but Iron Man stopped him for a second. He looked in confusion into why Iron Man stopped him until the Armored Avenger began to speak.
"Luckily, you requested to have jet boosters in your space suit. But you're not suitable for flight battles." Iron Man said and asked. "Is there a reason why? Is it related to One for All or something?"
Midoriya took a second and began explaining. "...Yes. Before my arrival here in this universe, I was training on preparing for a quirk All Might suggest I should master for One for All. The quirk is called Float. It allows the user to levitate and suspend themselves in mid-air."
"It's a waste of time, Deku!" Bakugo said in annoyance. "You should've stayed in the Quinjet! You could have just asked Round Face to help you with Float!"
"I didn't have time to ask, Kacchan. Besides, I thought being in space could help me be prepared in case the quirk is activated. Also, it could help me learn better with float and fly with the help of One for All." Midoriya finished explaining.
"Okay. Look, we need to keep moving." Iron Man said as he looked at Midoriya. "But since you've trained well with Blackwhip and Spider-Man is training you in Danger Sense, I'm helping you prepare yourself with float. My advice, think of floating in space like swimming."
"Like swimming." Midoriya said as he repeated Iron Man's advice. "That's it! And I can use Air Force and the jet boosters as propulsion!"
Iron Man nodded in approval. "Exactly. Don't be afraid to ask me for help about this. Let's move."
Wasp fired her stingers at a couple of ships, destroying them. She then flies through while shooting her stingers at several ships. Wasp shoots down one ship and notices a few ships firing lasers at her in which she evaded. The ships continued to fire at Wasp until they were intercepted by Iron Man's repulsor blast. Iron Man blasts one ship and later flies next to Wasp as they both continue to shoot at more ships coming towards them.
Tokoyami with Dark Shadow flies through a couple of ships, taking them out in the process. Tokoyami then saw a few more ships coming his way. He extends out Dark Shadow and delivers a couple of claw attacks, taking out the ships. Tokoyami retracted Dark Shadow back and noticed multiple ships surrounding him. The ships were about to fire but one was shot by flechettes from an incoming Falcon. Falcon then flies above Tokoyami and begins spinning while firing flechettes, taking out the surrounding ships.
Bakugo fired an AP Shot: Auto Canon, taking out a plethora of ships. He then boosted forwards and continued to fire at more ships that were coming towards him. After Bakugo finished blasting a few ships, he noticed a ship coming in close to his side. Just before the ship fires at Bakugo, Midoriya flies in fast, delivering a smash attack, taking out the ship. Once the ship was destroyed, Midoriya releases Blackwhip onto a ship and tosses it to another ship, taking it out.
The Quinjet
Asui looked out of the window and saw her three classmates doing amazing battles in space. "Wow. Midoriya, Bakugo, and Tokoyami are kicking butt in space *Ribbit*"
"I agree with what Tsuyu said." Spider-Man said. "Damn, I wish I had a photo of this."
"They've just done something not even All Might has accomplished." Yaoyorozu said.
"Yeah, it's so punk rock!" Jiro exclaimed.
While some of the students were looking at the space battle, Kirishima was looking at the screen and saw a ship. He then fired the turret which took out the ship. "Yeah! That's 20 robots down."
"I hate to break it to you, Red Riot. I already got 20 robots five minutes ago." Hawkeye said. "But hey you did good. Once this is over, we'll eat In-N-Out."
"Focus up, soldiers. How about you find us a place to land this bird, Eagle Eye?" Captain America asked Hawkeye.
Hawkeye smirked and looked at Iida and Yaoyorozu. "Hey, Ingenium, Creati, help me out with this."
Both Iida and Yaoyorozu nodded and pressed a button to see Kang's ship in view. They're trying to find a place to land the Quinjet. Yaoyorozu found something on screen and then looked out the window confirming her suspicion.
"I found it. An airlock." Yaoyorozu pointed it out. "There."
Captain America spotted where Yaoyorozu pointed and moved the Quinjet in front of the airlock. Everyone then noticed the air lock wasn't opening up.
"And they're not letting us in." Spider-Man said as he looked at everyone. "Does anyone here want to pretend to be the pizza delivery guy?"
Wolverine then spoke up. "Hulk, why don't you knock."
Outer Space: Near Damocles Base
Hulk was standing on the wing of the Quinjet and began to jump towards the airlock door. By the time he reached the door, Hulk smashed through and opened it.
"Iron Man, Wasp, Falcon, Dynamight, Tsukuyomi, Deku. We're going in." Captain America said as the Quinjet moved ahead, going inside the airlock.
The Quinjet went inside followed by the two Ultron robots. After the two Ultrons, Midoriya was not far behind as he entered through the airlock.
Iron Man, Wasp, Falcon, Tokoyami, and Bakugo were about to enter the airlock until a purple force field covered the opened area. All of them stopped at the entrance with Wasp and Bakugo hitting the force field.
"Hey!" Wasp and Bakugo screamed as they bounced off the force field.
"Kids, Avengers, we're cut off. A force field sealed the breach." Iron Man said as he looked at the force field.
"Hang on. We'll find a way to open it." Black Widow said through the communication link.
"No, stick to the plan. We'll find another way in." Iron Man said.
"We will?" Wasp asked shockingly.
"Honestly, I don't know. I'm just making this up as I go along." Iron Man said.
"Seriously, Tony." Falcon said.
Bakugo scoffed at Iron Man and then noticed laser fire. The heroes in space turned to see ships coming in while firing lasers.
"We got more ships incoming." Tokoyami said he and Dark Shadow are ready.
"Nuts." Wasp said as she saw the ships coming towards her.
Damocles Base: Hangar Bay
"That was fun." Hulk said as he removed the oxygen tank and mask.
Midoriya adjusted his space suit and then looked to see the Quinjet ramp lowering as Captain America and everyone exited the vehicle. He later noticed seven of his classmates coming his way. Midoriya was about to go to his classmates but Spider-Man appeared in front of him.
"I gotta say, Deku. That was pretty badass!" Spider-Man said. "You've done well, my young padawan."
Uraraka appeared next to Spider-Man with excitement. "Deku! How was space?!"
"It's amazing!" Midoriya exclaimed excitedly. "Floating out there is like your quirk, Uraraka!"
"Man, Midoriya. You, Tokoyami, and Bakugo did the manliest thing I've ever seen!" Kirishima exclaimed.
"Agreed! You three should be proud of this moment." Iida said.
"The first three students of UA academy to be in space. As well as fighting in space. That's so punk rock." Jiro commented.
"As much as I hate to break the accomplishment you students did, but we need to move." Black Widow interrupted.
"Black Widow's right. So what now?" Ant-Man asked.
"We take down Kang." Captain America simply said.
"Right, I just asked a rhetorical question." Ant-Man said.
Midoriya suddenly felt his Danger Sense activated. He ducked at the right moment but saw Wolverine get hit and launched a few feet away. Midoriya went to find the person but saw Spider-Man jump up which led to Kirishima getting hit. He then saw the person going to different areas and stopped at the top of the Quinjet. Midoriya then saw three different looking individuals on top of the Quinjet.
"Kang the Conqueror welcomes you to Damocles Base." One elite guard said.
"It will be your tomb." The other elite guard said as he fired his gun towards the heroes.
The heroes evaded the gun fire and began to scatter around the Hangar. The gunner elite looked around to where the heroes were and began firing. The gunner fired shots at Black Widow but the latter shot back. The gunner evaded the shots and noticed Black Panther going in for an attack. The gunner evaded it but was hit by a sound wave attack from Jiro.
The ninja elite was about to strike Yaoyorozu until the sword stopped in Batman's Gauntlet. The ninja jumps back and throws shurikens at Batman. The caped crusader blocked it with his cape and threw a batarang of his own. The ninja then dropped a smoke bomb, disappearing in the process. Batman and Yaoyorozu looked around to find the ninja. The ninja suddenly appeared above the two and was about to strike. The ninja was then intercepted by a kick from Asui.
Ultron robot aimed its laser at the big elite guard but suddenly felt a slash in the body. The Ultron robot was then cut in half and destroyed. The other Ultron robot saw the brute guard and got hit by his mace. After taking out Ultron, the brute was suddenly shoulder blocked by the Hulk and Kirishima. The brute turned around and saw Midoriya charging in for an attack.
Ant-Man was about to help Hulk, Kirishima, and Midoriya but suddenly got hit by someone fast. Spider-Man saw it and spotted a speedster going around the Hangar. The Speedster elite slips past Todoroki's flames and takes him out. The speedster then saw Iida going after him and began to run away. Both of them ran for a while until the speedster noticed webs were in front of him. The speedster stopped and forced Iida to hit the webs instead, tangling the teen hero up.
Hawkeye shoots his arrows at the speedster elite but the latter avoids all of the arrows. Hawkeye shot one more arrow but he was hit and went down on the floor. While Hawkeye was on the floor, he spotted a Matryoshka Nesting Doll. He knows it was from Yaoyorozu and what's inside it. Hawkeye grabbed and was about to use it until the speedster disarmed his bow and pointed his sword at him. He also noticed the other heroes are down temporarily and the elite guard is surrounding him.
The brute guard grabbed Hawkeye's hand and saw the nesting doll. "The primate is going to hit us with dolls."
"Actually, I was trying to do this." Hawkeye said as he opened up the top part of the Matryoshka Nesting Doll which revealed to be a 9-bang flash grenade inside. He pulled the pin and dropped the grenade. The grenade flashbanged nine times which blinded the elite guard.
The Brute guard walked back blinded until a punch from the Hulk launched him into a wall.
The Ninja guard walked back blinded until Yaoyorozu delivered a bo staff attack.
The Speedster guard blindly walked before getting kicked hard by Iida, launching him into a different wall.
The Gunner guard blindly walked back only for him to get his gun slashed by Wolverine and getting punched in the face by Batman.
The heroes then proceeded to go on the offense against the elite guard.
Outer Space: Near Damocles Base
Iron Man grabbed the latch handle and pulled it as hard as he could. "It won't budge. I'll use my unibeam."
"No, screw that! I'll blast this to hell!" Bakugo yelled out as he put his hand out.
"How about we could pretend to be Girl Scouts? Everyone opens the door for Girl Scouts." Wasp suggested jokingly which stopped everyone.
"You're not helping, Jan." Iron Man retorted.
Wasp turned around and spotted a few ships ahead. She later began flying towards them. "Okay, you boys want help? Fine."
"Wait, Wasp!" Tokoyami yelled out as he saw Wasp heading for the ships.
"Tony, I think she's officially gone nuts." Falcon said to Iron Man.
Out of nowhere, Wasp flew by everyone and yelled. "Incoming!"
Iron Man, Falcon, Tokoyami and Bakugo saw a few of the ships coming towards them fast. They all evaded the ships and it crashed into part of the ship.
"Okay…That was…" Falcon said in amazement.
"Come on." Wasp says as she flies to the opening entering Damocles Base with everyone following suit.
Damocles Base: Hangar
Yaoyorozu, Hulk, Todoroki, and Spider-Man put all members of Kang's elite guard together and tied them up securely. After tying up the elite guard, the three heroes regrouped with the others.
"Let's move. We have to find Kang." Captain America said.
Ant-Man suddenly thought of something. "Wait, I just thought of a plan. This ship should theoretically have a time drive. If we find that, we can end all of this right now. We destroy it and this whole base, Kang included, disappears. The war is over."
"Good idea, Dr. Pym." Iida said. "But how do we find it?"
Ant-Man turned to Ultron. "Ultron-5, scan for tachyon particles."
Ultron started scanning but suddenly stopped. "Error. Unable to scan Tachyon Particles due to heavy interference."
"Damn. I guess Kang doesn't want us to find it." Ant-Man said. "Earphone Jack, try to locate it."
Jiro nodded as she placed her jacks on the floor. She began searching for the time drive but noticed multiple sounds going in all directions. Jiro then unplugged her jacks and said. "I can't pinpoint a location. There's too much sound going through the ship."
"Seems Kang has thought of everything to ensure that none of us can find it." Black Panther said.
"Then we'll find it the old fashion way." Batman said. "There should be a control room with the schematics of the base. I suggest we should split into two teams. It covers more ground and better chances to find the control room or the time drive itself."
Captain America nodded. "Agreed. Batman, you take Widow, Panther, Uravity, Earphone Jack, Creati, and Froppy. Deku, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Hawkeye, Ingenium, Red Riot, Hulk, Shoto, Ant-Man, Ultron, you're with me."
Everyone nodded as they went through the door, exiting the hangar bay. They later split off to their assigned groups and went to find a control room.
Damocles Command Deck
"Multiple breaches reported. The elite guard is not responding from the air lock breaching." A soldier said as he saw another alert. "Alert! There's been an alarm at Control Room Deck 8-7."
"I want confirmation, now!" Kang demanded.
"Yes, sir! Alert! Intruder alarm Deck 7-2." The Soldier continued as the breach reports came in.
"I will not be beaten by a bunch of neanderthals." Kang said as he stood up and was about to teleport. "Hold the line!"
Damocles Control Room Deck 8-7
Multiple Kang soldiers were down as Yaoyorozu and Asui took out a couple of more with their attacks. Other soldiers were launched to the wall by a soundwave from Jiro. Black Panther lunged over Jiro to take a couple of more soldiers. Several soldiers began firing at Black Panther but the latter evaded it. The soldiers were about to continue firing at Black Panther but suddenly were intercepted by stinger shots from Black Widow.
In the midst of the battle, Batman was in front of a computer using his cryptographic sequencer to hack into the systems. He cracked the encryption and saw the map of Damocles Base. "Done. Widow, time."
"Two and half minutes." Black Widow said as she took down a couple of soldiers.
"...Kang's encryption is not bad. Nice work." Batman said as he began communicating. "Ant-Man, this Batman. I'm sending you the map of Damocles Base."
"I got it, Batman." Ant-Man responded back. "Okay, the schematics show us that the time drive is near our location."
"We'll meet you there, Ant-Man. Batman out." Batman said as he looked at the schematics of Damocles Base. He noticed something unusual in the schematics involving a room that spikes his interest. "Odd…"
Yaoyorozu overheard Batman and asked. "What is it, Batman?"
"There's a room not far from here. There is something unusual about that room." Batman said as he looked at everyone who finished taking out the soldiers in the room. "Let's move."
Damocles Base: Unknown Room
The door opened as Batman, Black Panther, Uraraka, Jiro, Asui, Yaoyorozu, and Black Widow entered the room. They noticed a highly advanced room with a female person in the middle. They also noticed the female was floating and not moving.
"Whoa…" Jiro said in surprise. "Is she okay?"
"What happened to her?" Asui asked.
"From what I understand, she's trapped in a stasis beam." Black Widow explained as she analyzed the situation. "Suspended animation. Like a cryogenic freeze."
"Is there a way to get her out? She could be in trouble or something?" Yaoyorozu asked.
Black Panther looked at the computer and noticed something on screen. "Interesting. It's medical research for this woman. She seems to be in a comatose state. Her time of waking up is estimated to be indefinite."
Batman overheard what Black Panther said and looked at the woman. "Seems similar to someone I know. I've seen this before. Could this be related to Kang?"
"Uh…Hey, is she okay?"
Everyone turned with battle intentions only to see Wasp appearing in front of them.
"Whoa, everyone! It's me!" Wasp said in a panic.
"Wasp? How'd you get here?" Uraraka asked.
"Well Iron Man, Dynamight, Tsukuyomi, Falcon, and I found a way in." Wasp explained. "I scouted ahead in the vents to find Kang but I was pulled away and somehow wound up in here. I still want to know who that woman is."
"Princess Ravonna is dying."
The heroes looked to see three soldiers with their guns pointed at them.
"A victim of the destruction of her timeline. She is not okay." The soldier continued. "And neither are all of you."
Damocles Base: Time Drive Station
The door opened as a soldier was thrown into the area. Captain America, Midoriya, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iida, Hawkeye, Kirishima, Ant-Man, Ultron, Todoroki, and Hulk entered the room. They then saw a yellow energy machine which assumed it's the time drive.
"This is it." Ant-Man said, confirming it.
"Joo. That is one big time drive." Kirishima said while looking at the machine.
"I don't care how big it is. It's getting smashed!" Hulk said as he charged towards the time drive.
Hulk connected the time drive with a punch but it was blocked by a force shield. The force shield forced the Hulk back and landed in front of the heroes. Midoriya was about to move forward until his Danger Sense activated. He looked at Spider-Man and both noticed the lights above them began to flicker. The lights began to strike lightning towards the heroes.
Midoriya and Spider-Man jumped away from the lightning strikes. The Hulk and Kirishima took the front of the lightning strike although it knocked out Ant-Man and Iida. Hawkeye and Wolverine hid behind the Hulk in which the former spotted the source of the attack. Hawkeye shot an arrow at the ceiling which destroyed the lightning strikes.
After destroying the lights, Wolverine and Hawkeye noticed parts of the wall began to break off. Those parts ended up transforming into the giant robots. The giant robots began marching forward until The Hulk and Wolverine charged in, attacking them.
Todoroki releases an Ice Wall, freezing up some of the robots. Midoriya ran past Todoroki and delivered a shoot style kick, destroying the robots. Midoriya then spotted more robots coming towards him and saw Todoroki past him, releasing his wall of fire blast, taking the robots out.
Hawkeye shoots his arrows, taking a couple of robots out. He then ducks a laser fire and shoots another arrow at the robot. While Hawkeye continued firing arrows, one giant robot was behind him and attempted to grab him. The hand was then intercepted by a web from Spider-Man. Spider-Man yanked the web and delivered a kick to the robot's face.
Captain America threw his shield on one of the robots, destroying it. He got his shield back and saw Ant-Man and Ingenium down. "Hank! Tenya!"
"They're out, Cap." Hawkeye said as he shot another arrow. "Is there a plan? We need to shut down the computer systems. Can we reprogram the thing?"
Hawkeye then stopped as he noticed more giant robots coming in. The giant robots began to surround Todoroki, Hulk, Midoriya, Kirishima, Wolverine, and Spider-Man.
"Enough."
The giant robots began to line up and left the area. Kang appeared in front of the heroes.
"You came to fight me, Avengers?" Kang asked. "Here I am."
Hawkeye draws his arrow at Kang. "Kang, I'll say this. Our plan involves your time drive. I'm glad we're going to destroy it. Because any future ruled by you stinks."
After finishing his sentence, Hawkeye shot his arrow at Kang but was stopped. Kang turned the arrow around and fired back at Hawkeye, taking him out.
Hulk jumped at Kang and attempted an attack but it was blocked. Kang then noticed Ultron blasted its laser at him. Kang blocked it with his force field and fired multiple lasers at the heroes, which they all dodged.
Kang looked to find Captain America but saw the Hulk swinging the giant robot onto him. Kang activated his force field as the giant robot went through him. He later flies up and charges towards the Hulk. Kang connected the attack into Hulk, launched into Kirishima and both hit the wall, taking them out.
After Kirishima and Hulk were taken out, Ultron, Spider-Man, Midoriya, Wolverine, Captain America, and Todoroki were suddenly trapped in a green bubble by Kang. They all floated up and were right in front of him.
"You and your teammates have fought well, Steve Rogers." Kang said as he looked at Captain America. "But this outcome is never in question. I will do whatever it takes to ensure my timeline's survival. The survival of humanity."
"Kang, wait! We want the same thing." Midoriya said, getting his attention. "This doesn't have to end like this. We can work together to make sure the future is set."
"You do not understand, child. He is part of the problem, not the solution." Kang said as he pointed to the captain. "Yet, you and the other Avengers stood by the captain's side. Which declares your decision to be against me."
"...I've heard this before." Midoriya said as he looked at Kang. "About what's going to happen in the future. Even if it's already been decided. Even if it's set in stone. I'll smash that future!"
"...If you wish to perish alongside Captain America then so be it." Kang said as he let go both Captain America and Midoriya.
Both Captain America and Midoriya landed hard on the floor. Kang floated down and began walking towards them. Midoriya got up quickly and attempted a smash attack but was blocked by a force field. Midoriya was launched back next to Captain America.
"I will applaud the bravery of standing by the captain's side until the end." Kang said. "But I do enjoy a foolish mind such as yours to think that the both of you can defeat the master of time?"
"I don't think we can fight you, Kang." Captain America said. "But they can."
"DIE, KANG!" *BLAST*
Kang was blasted in the face and stubbled back for a bit. He looked to see Iron Man, Falcon, and Tokoyami standing in the doorway. He then noticed Bakugo landed next to Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Todoroki. Kang stood up but suddenly was hit by Iron Man's unibeam and was launched into the time drive's shield.
Kang looked up at Iron Man in shock as he was damaged. "H-How did you…?"
"Let's say I'm a quick study when it comes to technology." Iron Man said as he put his hand out, releasing a shock wave destroying the giant robots.
"Iron Man, there's a shield protecting the time drive." Midoriya explained. "We need to take that down so we can destroy it."
"Not bad of a plan but we're not destroying the time drive." Iron Man said as he looked at the time drive. "We're going to use it. Ultron, prepare to download a data stream."
Ultron then began opening up a screen. "Receiving data. Accessing Damocles computer systems."
Kang saw what Ultron was doing and looked at Iron Man. "You fool. You think a robot can control this station?"
"Yeah. Because Ultron's A.I. is based on the human mind. It can adapt to your system faster than anything." Iron Man explained.
Kang saw what Ultron was doing and attempted to fire a laser at it. The laser was deflected by Captain America and Dark Shadow swoops in delivering a claw attack to Kang which pushes him back. Kang then saw the remaining heroes stand in front of him.
"You wish to fight me? Then so be it." Kang said as he uses his portals to grab an ax and sword.
Kang charges at Iron Man in which the latter flies up. He later strikes Captain America but is blocked. Kang was about to deliver another strike until Wolverine came charging in. Kang blocked Wolverine's slash attack and kicked him back. Kang then saw oncoming flechettes from Falcon in which he dodged. Kang pointed his ax and fired a laser at Falcon and Tokoyami.
Tokoyami dodged the lasers and summoned Dark Shadow to attack Kang. Kang dodged a claw attack and pressed a button which flashed a light in his helmet. Dark Shadow rejected back as Todoroki ran past it and delivered a fire blast. Kang jumped back from the blast and saw Bakugo going in for the blast attack.
The blast connected as Kang stumbled back as Spider-Man swung in, delivering a swing kick to Kang. Kang was launched a few feet away. He stood up and saw the heroes in front of him but noticed Ultron doing something to his systems.
"Attention. Kang's fleet and Damocles Base are now ready for chronal travel." Ultron said.
"No!" Kang screamed.
"Do it!" Iron Man ordered.
Ultron then activated the chronal travel which led to all of the ships disappearing on the planet. While Ultron was busy, Kang made an attempt to fire a giant laser beam at the heroes.
Iron Man blocked it with his shields as he looked back at Ultron. "Ultron, report."
Ultron then began to announce the countdown. "Preparing to jump Damocles Base in five, four, three, two–"
"Stop."
The battle stopped as everyone turned to where the voice was and saw Wasp, Black Widow, Uraraka, Asui, Jiro, Yaoyorozu, Black Panther, and Batman in the doorway. They also have three soldiers behind them with their guns pointed in the back.
"Wasp? Widow? Panther? Bats?" Iron Man said in surprise.
"Uraraka, Asui, Yaoyorozu, and Jiro?" Midoriya said in surprise. "What's going on?"
Yaoyorozu spoke up first. "Whatever the plan we have with the time drive, don't destroy it."
"And why the hell not?! We have him dead to rights?!" Bakugo exclaimed as he pointed at the damaged Kang.
"Because if we do follow the plan as intended, Princess Rovana will be erased from existence." Black Panther explained.
"Wait, there's a Princess involved in this?" Spider-Man said in surprise.
"Who is Princess Ravonna?" Todoroki asked.
"Shoot them! Do it!" Kang ordered.
The three soldiers decided to put their guns down as they let Wasp explain. "Ravonna is the woman Kang loves. When his future got wiped out, she got caught in it. They're keeping her alive, but barely."
Batman then stood in front of Kang. "We can stop this. We'll help you find a way to save Ravonna."
"If you surrender, we'll have our best minds help you to save her. You also must withdraw your ships." Iron Man negotiated. "I'm giving you this chance, Kang."
Kang took a while before making a decision. "Never!"
"Ultron." Iron Man said as he looked at Ultron to get ready.
Kang began to charge at Iron Man for an attack but was intercepted by a blast from Bakugo. The blast knocked down and into unconsciousness.
"Ultron, stand down. Kang's done." Iron Man said as Ultron stopped.
The other heroes manage to recover and see Kang laid out unconscious as the battle and war is over.
Aftermath of the War: New York Hospital
Thor opened his eyes and saw Jane Foster, Wasp, and Todoroki. Thor only groans in response as he notices his surroundings being in a hospital room.
"Hey, Thor. How are you feeling?" Jane Foster asked as she touched his hand.
Thor began to sit up. "Did we achieve victory?"
"Yes, we did." Wasp said. "That deflection of Kang's weapon was, in Red Riot's words, manly."
"Kang is taken into custody. SHIELD is going to help out in cleaning the damage all over the planet." Todoroki explained.
"Aye. Then we should celebrate with a feast." Thor said.
"Not yet, Thor." Jane reassured as she held Thor's hand a little tighter. "We need to make sure you don't have any bad injuries."
Wasp notices Jane is making her move on Thor. She later turned and said to Todoroki. "Shoto, let's go."
"Wait, what?" Todoroki was surprised as Wasp pushed him towards the door. "Is there something wrong with Thor or Ms. Foster? Are they sick?"
"Oh my god, you are so dense." Wasp said as she and Todoroki left Thor's room.
The Negative Zone: Prison 42
Midoriya looked at the entire prison and saw the villains in their cells. He then turned to see Kang in a cell in front of him. Suddenly footsteps were heard as Iron Man appeared right next to Midoriya.
"Midoriya. If I was your teacher and this whole Kang fiasco is part of the class activity, the ten of you get an A plus with some extra credit. You and the others stepped up when we needed all the help. Considering that was the first time ten Class 1-A students went to space, I'd say it's a big step up for you hero students."
"Thank you, Mr. Stark." Midoriya nodded in gratitude and then asked. "How's Princess Ravonna?"
"She's still in stasis in Ant-Man's lab." Iron Man responded. "Reed Richards and Hank Pym are working on her. It may take a while for us to figure out her status."
Midoriya nodded and saw Captain America walking towards them and said. "Good work, soldier. All Might would be proud of what you and the others have done. You mentioned smashing through the future even though it's set in stone. Your admiration for changing the future is something we heroes fight for. You have the heart of what a true hero has, Deku."
Midoriya smiled in confidence after Captain America's praise. He was lost in thought until a voice began speaking up.
"You've destroyed everything."
The three heroes looked to see Kang in his cell, continuing his claim. "I've seen what Captain America's actions have wrought. His betrayal is just the beginning. The worst is yet to come."
Midoriya, Iron Man, and Captain America looked at Kang for a while before leaving.
While walking, Iron Man spoke about something to Captain America. "Hey Cap. JARVIS informed me that the president wants to give the Avengers and the class 1-A students medals of honor. For saving the planet, of course."
"Good to know, Tony." Captain America said as he continued to walk. "After that though, I would like to start training the Class 1-A students in hand to hand combat."
"Wait, really?" Midoriya asked as he overheard Captain America.
"Yes. We will start training all of you without your quirks once after we receive our medals." Captain America said. "To help you be ready for anything."
AN: The chapter and arc is now finished! Damn it, now this passes the previous chapter for the longest chapter of the story!
Before anyone asked, Float has not been awakened yet. Midoriya hasn't been training on Float for a while so why not train in space while battling Kang's forces. Don't worry Float will appear soon.
Next chapter is going to be a training chapter. It was hinted at during Chapter 18 and the end of this chapter. Also some of you have requested it. Well, you got it.
However, it might be a while. I'm getting surgery, the following day, to fix a medical issue that has been bothering me for a long time. So I'll be away to recover. It might take a while for me to get back into typing but I'll see what I can do.
