With a newfound sense of purpose, Ash and Pheonix accept their destiny, ready to embark on a training that transcends the boundaries of their respective worlds.
As they entered the realm they saw that it's more like mini space with lot's of exo planets. There are wormholes which are radiating immense power. There are asteroid belts and one small earth like planet.
Ash and others landed on the exoplanet and they found it more like earth.
"That's amazing, let's start the training. " says Pheonix. With them are woljin sisters.
"So, are you going to train us" asks Enigmahowl
"Sure, that's what we are here for" says Pheonix as they begun their training.
"Everyday we will train our mind, will do meditation for three hours to enhance our aura and mind power, will do work out for three hours , aura manipulation and attacks development practice for six hours and combat skills for six hours. They take rest for two days where they just sleep.
Slowly one year passed and they are discussing " Let's use our saiyan transformation and unlock them" says Ash as they nodded. Everyday they practice and finally able to make their body that strong and fit for the all saiyan transformation. Their aura deposit improved termendously, they trainwd in harsh environment and they learned new jutsu and created few more on their own.
Time skip: 3 years
Three more years passed, Ash and Pheonix along with woljins are stronger than ever. Ash and Pheonix are now doing a combat in gravitational force six hundred times earth's gravity.
Ash and Pheonix are engaged in the combat with the woljins sisters. Ash and Pheonix are now faster than earlier. Not only that they able to use Byakugan, Sharingan and Rennigan at their will. Easily switching between two eye mode in the battle as per convenience. They learned the jutsu from the scrolls that Kakashi gave them which include Rasengan, multi shadow clone, transformation jutsu, absorption sphere. Pheonix being an Otsutsuki, able to use chibaku tensei,Shinra tensei, bansho tenin. Otsutsuki abilities are fully unlocked. Pheonix can now use Rennigan along with new dōjutsu called Jougan. In this
way Pheonix can swap places with ally or any object.
Ash and Pheonix harnessed the aura to such extent that they created pokemon moves version with their aura manipulation. Mastery over aura over a short period of three years can allow them to sync with nature and harness nature chakra and manipulate use nature power. Much like spirit bomb this use similar technique but more efficiently .

"I don't know, he is not here" says the male shinobi as he pressed his neck making him die on the spot.
Somewhere Jiraiya is standing surrounded by few people. Threatening Ryūsui with the same fate, Ryūsui reveals that Hanzō, the previous leader, had been killed by Pain himself.
"You are joking right" says Jiraiya as Jiraiya finds this unbelievable, as the three Sannin themselves were unable to defeat Hanzō.
Jiraiya adds that Ame is in a civil war, with Hanzō leading one side, but Ryūsui reveals that their civil war ended long ago and that they were ushered into a world of peace by Pain. The holdovers from Hanzō's reign attempted to take their village back, only for Pain to murder all of Hanzō's friends, associates, relatives, and even the infants of those distantly connected to him. Jiraiya then decides to ask Ryūsui about the Akatsuki, but Ryūsui refuses to talk. Inside his tower, Pain opens a hidden doorway, where he puts his present body to sleep so that he may awaken in another.
When Ryūsui refuses to give up knowledge of the Akatsuki, Jiraiya leaves him trapped inside the stomach of a toad while he decides to deal with Pain himself. However, fearing the worst possible outcome, he regurgitates Gerotora, a scroll toad. In the event that he dies, he tells Gerotora to reside with Naruto, which Gerotora refuses to do, since he holds the "key" to the Eight Trigrams Seal on Naruto's stomach, and claims that the idea of having a key next to a lock is ludicrous.
Jiraiya claims that Naruto would need the key someday, while Gerotora reminds Jiraiya that the last time Jiraiya had convinced him to loosen Naruto's seal, Naruto had entered into his four-tailed form and succumbed to the Nine-Tails' influence, nearly killing Jiraiya. Jiraiya retorts that Naruto's father Minato, the Fourth Hokage himself, had sealed the Nine-Tails into Naruto for a reason and entrusted him with the key, in the belief that Naruto would one day be able to control that power. He adds that he believes that the Nine-Tails' attack that happened fifteen years prior was no accident, and that he believes it was manually summoned, like Madara Uchiha once did in the elder days.
Jiraiya proceeds to exit the belly of the frog while masquerading as Ryūsui, unaware that he is being observed by Konan. Konan reports to Pain that the intruder is none other than their old sensei Jiraiya, and Pain tells her that they must kill him regardless, and asks Konan to deal with him until he is able to catch up.
As the real Ryūsui runs away, Jiraiya asks Konan how she became mixed up with the Akatsuki when he had last heard that the three Ame Orphans had died, and asks about the whereabouts of Nagato and Yahiko. After realising that Konan is Ame's "angel" and Pain is their "god", he deduces that either Nagato or Yahiko is Pain; Konan tells Jiraiya that she will kill him as she has devoted herself to her god Pain and his ideology.
As Konan attacks him with her shikigami once more, Jiraiya counters with his Fire Release: Flame Bullet while adding his Toad Oil Bullet right after, coating Konan with oil and rendering her immobile. Pain himself arrives at that moment, and upon seeing the Rinnegan in his eyes, Jiraiya realises that Pain is in fact Nagato. Summoning his Giant Crustacean, Pain uses its Water Release: Wild Bubble Wave to remove the oil coating Konan, freeing her. Jiraiya binds the beast with his hair along with Pain himself; he demands to know what happened to Yahiko and what Pain's plans are. Pain tells Jiraiya that Yahiko had died, and reveals that his plans are to use the tailed beasts to inflict pain across the world in order to prevent future wars, to force the world to grow up and mature in the way he, Konan and Yahiko did. Escaping from his binds by using his Giant Snake-Tailed Chameleon, Pain prepares to kill Jiraiya, as he claims Jiraiya is a mere man while he is a god. Jiraiya counters that he is more than human, as he is the Toad Sage of Mount Myōboku, and proceeds to summon Gamaken, a giant toad.
Jiraiya decides to use Sage Mode in his battle against Pain but needs time to prepare. Clasping his hands together and unable to open them, lest he interrupt his preparation, Jiraiya relies on Gamaken to protect and defend him. Pain uses camouflage to turn himself invisible, while Jiraiya erects a spherical detection barrier to locate him. Pain summons a Giant Multi-Headed Dog. Gamaken is unable to defeat the dogs due to the fact that they are able to multiply when hit; the dogs eventually corner Gamaken and bite into him, wounding him severely. Jiraiya uses his Summoning: Crushing Toad Stomach to reverse summon himself, Gamaken and the dogs into the stomach of a toad, where the toad walls begin to absorb the dogs, which dispel themselves.
Pain states that the battle is over as Jiraiya had escaped, only for Jiraiya and Gamaken to have located the camouflaged Pain. Gamaken is able to strike at Pain's Giant Snake-Tailed Chameleon, although Pain summons a Giant Drill-Beaked Bird to dive bomb itself towards Jiraiya and Gamaken as retribution. Jiraiya begins to run away, his hands still clasped, while being chased by the bird. However, after tricking the bird into coming face-to-face with him, Jiraiya incinerates the bird with his Fire Release: Flame Bullet. After utilising shadow clones to aid him against Pain's Giant Ox and Giant Rhino, Jiraiya is finally able to call upon Fukasaku and Shima, the Two Great Sage Toads of Mount Myōboku. He tells them that he has summoned them due to the fact that his enemy possesses the Rinnegan, the mythical dojutsu once wielded by the Sage of Six Paths. To make matters worse, he believes Pain is the Child of the Prophecy, one who the Great Toad Sage prophecised would bring either peace or destruction upon the world. As Pain fits into the latter category, Jiraiya and the toads realise that it is Jiraiya's duty to kill Pain, who summons his other Paths.
Pain summons two more bodies — the Preta Path and the Human Path. Jiraiya is shocked beyond his wits to see three Rinnegan wielders before him; Pain decides to take advantage of the situation by having his Human Path rush towards Jiraiya, only for Jiraiya to give him a roundhouse kick in the face and blind him. Fukasaku uses a smoke bomb while Jiraiya unleashes his senjutsu-influenced Hair Needle Senbon, which Pain is able to block by summoning a Giant Panda. Jiraiya attempts to destroy the three Paths using his Sage Art: Goemon, a cooperation ninjutsu used alongside the Two Great Sage Toads, only for the Paths to be unscathed. Amazed at how they were able to escape its effects, Jiraiya tries to destroy the Preta Path with an Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan; however, the Path proceeds to absorb the technique and render it useless.
After evading them Jiraiya is cornerd by six path of pain. As they lunged themselve at him an unknown figure came with clones and blocked each attack and landed a shadow kick that they blocked but the attack sends them.crashed into the tower at high speed
"Who are you" asks Jiraiya as he says. "Master Jiraiya, I am Pheonix,I heard a lot about you from Kakashi sensei. This is the first time I am meeting you. Not much time for chit chat. Need to see these six " says Pheonix as he asks " Who are they"
All six path of pain charged at Pheonix who tried to attack him but an invisible barrier stopped them from attacking Pheonix and then they were thrown back with amazing speed
"If you tried to hit Master Jiraiya, I won't hesitate to kill you" says Pheonix in angry voice with his eyes glowed red.
"You are not an ordinary one, tell me,who are you" asks the gang. A girl also arrived
"So these are new threat" asks the girl
"Who is she," asks Jiraiya
"My friend and girlfriend " says Pheonix
"You did a fatal mistake by coming in our way," says the male
"I think you did a mistake by attacking one of the master. " says Pheonix as he narrowed his eyes and the felt intense gravity force beneath their feet and shadow portals formed causing dark chains binding them. Not only that they are surrounded in energy cage. Soon, the energy cage formed a shadow eye that radiates psychic energy. They tried to escape but failed
"Let's leave, " says Pheonix as he took Jiraiya with him.
In Konoha headquarter, Pheonix and Jiraiya appeared. Kakashi is with the Tsunade saw Jiraiya and says "Kakashi sensei, kindly save Master Jiraiya "
"Pheonix is that you" asks Kakashi
"Yes, we have a greater threat" says Pheonix
"He is good, but Naruto is in danger it seems" says Jiraiya

In the pokemon world, a portal opened and Ash came out.
"The pokemon world got changed. I wonder what mom is doing" says Ash

"She is good, but I believe she must be worry about my death." says Ash as he and Lunaclaw flew towards Pallet town.
After two hours of slow flight they arrived at Pallet Town and saw that frontier brain battle facility ,gym and a school of martial arts is back to running.
"That's strange, " asks Ash
"What happened " asks Lunaclaw
"Well I died on the day the gym got opened. Me and Pheonix supposed to be the gym leader, frontier brains and teacher but that freaking Demigra brought Cell, Buu and others from hell and we died. " says Ash
Ash and Lunaclaw landed far away and walked towards and saw the two trainers looking sad.
"Hey, what happened " asks Ash
"Gym leader, she defeated us. We thought that we can defeat her using ghost type but she defeated us" says the trainer
"Look, type advantage is nothing but who is the gym leader. I heard that the supposed to be the gym leader are dead" says Ash
"No, the current gym leader is the mother of deceased trainers Ash and Pheonix " says the trainer

"Yeah, she is Delia Ketchum, new gym leader. " says the kids as Ash's eyes filled with tears of joy
"Well, I am glad that she picked up a new role" says Ash
"Let's go and meet her " says Ash as he and Lunaclaw walked towards gym. As they arrived at gym they saw pair of Gardevoir and Lucario are guarding the gym.
"Stay away intruders" says Lucario
"It's been a while Lucario, Gardevoir. " says Ash as he removed his hood and revealed his face.
"Ash, is that you. I can't believe that" says Lucario and Gardevoir as they hugged him.
"So are these pokemon" asks Lunaclaw as Gardevoir and Lucario formed shadow ball and aura sphere.
"Relax guys, she is with me . She is my girlfriend " says Ash that made the two narrow their eyes before they says something slowly and then they went inside. After a while, from inside came out multiple pokemon with the suspcious look on their eyes and then they all starts laughing.
"I am not joking, she is my girlfriend " says Ash
"No, we can't believe.You are joking right. Dense Ash can't be having a girlfriend " says Lucario
Meanwhile Delia and a Pikachu came out running outside before they looked at Ash and girl
