Author note at the end!!!!!!

Five years have now passed since the end of the world... and it's prevention. Ash and Paul were able to stop the world recreation. When news reporters showed up in the town, they asked who saved the world and Ash said, "Red Zero." Ash didn't want to be remembered as the man who saved the world, he just wanted to be Ash Ketchum.

Ash was now living a normal life, he lives in a normal house with a normal wife. May. "What are you doing out here?" May walked up to Ash, who was lounging out in their backyard. "Here, lemonade."

"Thanks, lovey." Ash happily took the glass and May sat down next to him. "I just wanted some alone time..."

"Yeah, I understand... It's been five years since then..."

"Yeah... Five years since Makoto, Giovanni, Maya... Red Zero... It feels like a different timeline..."

"Well, it pretty much was... It was a crazy time, for all of us..."

"Yup... So, why did you come out here?"

"Oh, I've got someone who wants to see you."

"Huh??" Ash turned around to see Gary and Paul standing at the door. "You guys?"

"What up, what up!" Gary greeted, sitting down next to Ash.

"It's been awhile man." Paul greeted, deciding to just stand.

"It sure has, how's your arm?"

Paul gripped his left arm, which was now metal. "It's hardly noticeable anymore..."

Ash looked to his right arm. "Yeah, I wish we didn't lose our arms five years ago..."

"Well, deal, you saved the world, you dudes." Gary laid down in the grass. "I think it was worth it, yeah?"

"Well, you didn't lose your arm Gary..." May scolded with a wry smile.

"Eh, he's not wrong, Lovey. It was worth it."

"Hey, Gary. You still with Iris?" Paul asked.

"Yeah, me and her are still going steady. It's great. She's a freak in the sheets!" Gary winked.

"I didn't need to know that..." Paul mumbled.

"How's Dawn?" May asked, changing the subject.

"She's good, still as pregnant as you last saw her..." Paul sighed.

"You just couldn't get off, huh?" Gary smirked.

"Shut up..."

"What about Seifer or Jillia? You heard from them Ash?" Gary asked.

"Yeah... Jillia is now a sign language teacher in the city where it all went down five years ago and Seifer, last I heard, was in the military now..."

"Teacher and Military..." Gary mumbled, closing his eyes. "Interesting..."

"Yeah, good to see them happy!" May clapped with excitement. "Oh, I heard that Clemont and Max teamed up to make a pokemon scientific discovery!"

"Wow, together!" Ash was surprised.

"I'm surprised they didn't kill each other, especially after Max started dating Bonnie..." Gary Mumford under his breath.

"Speaking of, I heard that Brock became the first disabled pokemon breeder." Paul chimed in.

"Awww! I'm so proud of him!" May cheered.

Ash spoke up next, "Serena and Misty have been married for two years now, I can hardly believe it..."

"I still remember their wedding... It was beautiful!" May reminisced.

"It sure was..." Ash mused.

"I wonder if rainbow Rocket is still out there, in anyway..." Paul wondered.

"Probably." Ash said. "But, no one would revive Giovanni's ambitions..."

"I sure as hell hope not!" Gary yelled. "We don't need another world recreation!"

"And I want my Husband to have at least one real arm!" May added.

"Yo, Paul, you seem quiet, you alright?" Ash asked.

"Hey, Ash you see this news article yet?" Paul showed Ash an article on his phone. "It's about "Red Zero" saving the world from Rainbow Rocket."

Ash began to read the article name. "Meet Red Zero, He who suffered from a betrayal from the heart, but mended it to save our world... Huh..."

Gary scoffed. "Betrayal from the heart? What does that even mean?!"

And that's the end, my friends. I hope you enjoyed the ending! This feels so unreal... Betrayal from the Heart is over... Damn... I can't believe it... I've worked on this story for about four years, it's insane to think that it's over. I really hope you all enjoyed this story, I know it wasn't perfect, nothing is, but I thought it was at least alright... Like I said before, updates might become a little bit slower, but I will try to cope or at least keep you updated on my Twitter. Well, see yea around friends of fanfiction!
