Chapter 1: Christmas is Nearly Here:

Scar's POV:

Chorus: Hear the sleigh bells jingling
Feel the old familiar tingling
You can sense the hope and happiness
In the air
See the shoppers hustling
While the snowy streets are bustling
'Tis the season to sing
Ring-a-ding-a-ding Joy everywhere

Little Girl: Hurry, they're gonna light the tree!

All: Five... Four... Three... Two... One...

(Tree gets lighted)

All: Every time
I see a Christmas tree
Something lights up inside of me
My heart is filled with electricity
There's reason to cheer
Christmas is nearly here

Vector: Tell Vector Claus what you want for Christmas!

Chorus: Susie wants a soccer ball
And Pearl a stroller for her doll
And Elray wants a big blue train
This cat's skipped his second nap
For a chance to sit on Santa's lap

Scar: Just one more Christmas light up here
I have to keep my focus clear
I want it to be perfect for my friends
The display will be so grand
Even better than I planned
Not much time til Santa's sleigh will land

All: Every time
I see a Christmas tree
Something lights up inside of me
My heart is filled with electricity
There's reason to cheer

Scar: Getting in gear
All: Been waiting all year
Scar: New lights up here

All: This Christmas is nearly...
Here!

"Yeah," says Grappler, "I am ready for my first Christmas in... actually, looking back, it's my first Christmas period."

"Let's go," I said.

. . .

Grappler and I are now hanging with the others.

"Hey Amy," says Grappler, "do you ever miss Mobius?"

"Of course," says Amy, "but I don't regret my decisions."

I then turned on the TV, but we all had a big surprise!

"Big news," says this news guy, "Santa Claus is real!"

"I didn't think Santa would reveal himself like that," says Rouge.

"And here he is," says the news guy.

We all saw Santa, but something wasn't right. "Everyone, I am announcing my retirement," says Santa, "behold, my replacement... Dr. Eggman!"

We were all shocked.

To Be Continued

This one takes place after Sonic and the Thanksgiving Parade. In the next chapter, everyone tries to process what they heard.
