After a night of rest with her mate close by, Aquaformer woke up to a quarters full of silence, not even the music she usually left on playing, which terrified the femme. Aquaformer was absolutely panicked as she searched thoroughly for her precious sparklings. She had no idea that Optimus had taken them to other bots to give Aquaformer a break. Aquaformer was panicking, but her muddled processor didn't seem to allow her to think straight and so she didn't contact her mate to ask him what he did or where they were.
Meanwhile, Optimus had meant to head straight home after dropping off the sparklings, but he had gotten pulled into the lab to see one of Wheeljack's inventions. Optimus sighed, as the inventor was always coming up with new ideas, but they always seemed to fail. Optimus hadn't realized he had been gone so long and that Aquaformer was now awake. But before Optimus could go anywhere, Jack's creation caused an issue, and now, Optimus, Jack, and Ironhide were the size of humans. And to top it all off, not adult humans but human children. Optimus sighed, as there was no way he could help his mate now with anything.
Meanwhile, still frantic, Aquaformer commed Ratchet, hoping her friend would help her. Ratchet raced to the quarters, as a sparked, panicked femme could be a dangerous femme. Ratchet made his way there and headed in. He found Aquaformer in shambles, crying as she sat upon the floor. "What happened?" Ratchet asked, concerned.
"I can't find my sparklings! They are missing!" She yelled, her behavior now clearly explained.
"Well, where is Optimus?" Ratchet asked, puzzled.
"I don't know" she replied, still not quite thinking straight. Very concerned, Ratchet tried to comm Optimus, but didn't seem to get through. Ratchet sighed, as Aquaformer didn't need that information right now, but was she did need was to calm down.
"Aquaformer, I know you are upset, but you have to calm down. Your increased stress could harm the little ones growing inside of you" Ratchet stated. Aquaformer shot hi a death glare but quickly realized the medic was right. She slowly calmed down. "Have you tried getting ahold of him?" Aquaformer shook her helm, as she hadn't been thinking clearly. "Tell you what, you try to get a hold of Optimus and I will look for your little ones, ok?" Aquaformer nodded, as it was all she could do. She hoped that Optimus had an explanation for all of this. Secretly, Ratchet hoped Optimus had an explanation as well, as things didn't seem right at the time being. Neither had any idea of just what had truly occurred and no one could predict just how Aquaformer would react when she found out.
