Chapter 6: A Shocking Revelation

Taking place a while before the last Chapter from the Decepticons' point of view, Megatron and his crew who raided the Military Base arrive back at their Decepticon lair. They empty their bags and the Clockwerk parts drop onto the floor. Carmelita, still in her cell, is shocked seeing the big mechanical bird's head again, after he once kidnapped her and then later almost destroyed Paris (the latter actually wasn't technically him, but still).

Megatron: Decepticons! Gather around!

The 'cons start to circle around the Clockwerk parts. They block Carmelita's view of them, but she can hear Megatron's speech.

Megatron: A long time ago. Many, many, Millenia, I first became Decepticon Leader after my Predecessor, The Fallen had an….. Unfortunate fate and the War on Cybertron began. Within my first army of Decepticons, was a brave bot. Extremely loyal, an excellent spy and most of all… a Master thief! Anything I wanted from the opposing side, he would steal from the Autobots. He was the best thief a leader could ask for. We became close friends…. especially after one I once had absolutely no faith in my cause. It felt like us Decepticons would win the war quickly with his help. Then one day he told me he was going off planet, hoping to steal more things around the Galaxy that would maybe help us win…. After that….. He never came back… His name….. was Clockwerk.

Carmelita: (quietly to herself) Master thief? Claims of immortality? Has been around for thousands of years…..Ay dios mio! He- he's one of them!

Megatron continues his speech. The Decepticon second-in-command, Starscream, looks unimpressed.

Megatron: I went on with leadership. It was a very long time, but eventually, we partially brought our war to Earth. Recently, out of curiosity and remembrance of my lost friend, I researched what kind of thieves Earth had to offer throughout its history. The names of Raccoon thieves kept popping up, "Cooper". What fascinated me more was some of them were described as having an adversary that also was a Master Thief looking like a bird. But what sealed it for me was finding a news report dated a few years back involving a Sly Cooper and a Metal bird attempting to attack Paris. Starscream: (Butting into the speech) Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! He doesn't seem so hot! The fact that he is in rusted pieces. The fact that he's always enemies with small friggin' trash pandas. The fact that he has been on this wretched planet for thousands, yet never attempted to contact you.

The leader approaches him looking pissed. He then punches Starscream so hard he falls to the ground.

Megatron: An extreme inferior like yourself never appreciates his leader's wants and desires.

Megatron finishes his speech telling what he plans next.

Megatron: We will reassemble Clockwerk! Bring him back online! From there he will help us locate more Allspark fragments and then with them we can create more warriors for our army and finally extinguish the Autobots and conquer both Cybertron and Earth. (raises fist) All Hail Megatron!

All Decepticons (Except Starscream):(Raises fists) ALL HAIL MEGATRON!

Megatron: For now, you shall resume your positions. Shockwave. You and your assistant take all the parts and do the best you can to reassemble them. I will be keeping tabs on your progress.

Shockwave: (Salutes) As you wish my lord.

Carmelita watches as everyone leaves the room. Shockwave and his assistant start picking up the parts and taking them to their lab. Carm observes the assistant. Something about that bot's design looks awfully familiar. Starscream is the only one left in the room, sees the prisoner and walks up to her.

Starscream: You know the Cooper boy, don't you?

Carm: Maybe.

Starscream: I know you know where his ancestor thieves lived, now tell me where were they?

Carm: Yeah, I know, but I'm not telling you.

Starscream: Okay then, let's make a deal: In exchange for potential Allspark fragment locations so I can build my own army to finally overthrow Megatron as Decepticon leader, I give you…. Your freedom.

Carm: Hmmm….. I don't know…. I mean reminder you guys call yourselves "Decepticons".

Megatron: STARSCREAM!

Starscream jumps, frightened to see his superior right behind him.

Megatron: What are you doing conversing with the prisoner?

Starscream: I- I- I was just threatening her in case she tries to escape.

Carm: Actually he was trying to deal with me with locations of Allspark fragments of which I do not know in exchange for my freedom so he could build an army to overthrow you. Also he called you "Megabitch".

Megs gets enraged.

Starscream: No! No! She's lying!

Megatron starts beating the absolute shit out of Starscream. Carmelita can't help but quietly laugh. When Megatron is over, he starts to leave the room.

Megatron: Starscream, you are officially demoted from both Seeker commander and Second-in-command. Slipstream and Clockwerk once he's back online will take both of your places.

Once Megatron is out of the room, Starscream struggles a bit to get up.

Carm: Egypt.

Starscream: What?

Carm: One of the Cooper ancestor locations was Egypt.

Starscream: (grins) For now that's enough for me to know.
