Upon entering the bar, Erin recognized Joe Catlano sitting at the bar with a shot in hand. They woman got the bartenders attention and simply stated, " I'll have whatever he's having." And took a seat beside Joe, who glared at her.

" The last time I spoke with a cop, I found myself detained in county." Joe remarked after after downing his second shot, his gaze fixed on the hazel eyed woman who remained unknown to him that's what he wanted Erin to know, and he wasn't going to let this woman take control of him.

Erin took a sip of her drink and locked eyes with Joe. " I understand the game your trying to play." She began setting her glass down on the counter. " You watch out for Justin in there, and now you think he owes you." She leaned closer to Joe, she maintained eye contact.

" Justin, does not owe you anything." Erin declared causing Joe to smirk. " One cannot arrest for talking with friends." Joe retorted, meeting Erin's gaze.

Erin firmly stated, " No, but I have the authority to arrest you for the half kilos I'll find in your trunk." As she stood up and tapped his cheek before exiting the bar, leaving Joe glaring at her retreating form.

Once the brunette was out of the bar, Joe threatened, " You will regret interfering where you do not belong, and I will make you realize not to mess with me." Joe reached for his phone to call for backup, informing them, " I need your help." While watching the female detective head towards her car from the bar window.

The voice on the other end asked, " Who is the target?" Joe responded with a smirk, " Erin Lindsay, take any necessary action and I'll pay you what ever you want, once I have herbin my custody. "

As Erin walked to her car, checking her phone and saw that Jay texted letting her know he locked her apartment, she was going to text back when she heard a noise behind her. The brunette turned her head to see what It was but she didn't see anything out of place.

Upon reaching her car, the brunette shrugged her shoulders as she reached for her keys. With a hint of relief, she smiled after finding them, however, her expression turned into a frown when she dropped them.

" Damn it." Erin cursed under breath. She bent down to pick up the keys, she noticed two pair of shoes standing closely behind her.

Straightening up with a hint of unease, she asked, " Can I help you?" Her question was greeted by the menacing of two men, their eyes filled with hostility.

" Come with us, and nobody gets hurt." The taller of the two men ordered as he held a cloth drenched in Chloroform.

Erin stood her ground firmly. " Hell no. I have no intentions of going anywhere with you. " She glared at the men. " If you choose to leave now, I won't arrest you for attempt kidnapping an officer. " She warned as she made a move to open the car door, only to be struck forcefully in the back of her head.

" That's not an option." The first man growled, leaving Erin slump forward, her head finding support against her car as her head began to spin, but she didn't have time to let the pain to go away.

Erin took a deep breath after assessing her surroundings. She swiftly kicked one of her attackers, causing him to fall backwards in surprise, and then hit the other attacker with her elbow as much force she can master.

After knocking both of them back, Erin quickly ran from the men, her heart racing as she reached for her phone her mind telling her to call for help, and the only person that was on her mind was her foster father.

Getting frustrated with herself, Erin cursed, " Come on, come on, grab the damn thing, Erin." As she struggled to pull her phone out of her pocket, she turned to see if anyone of her attackers chasing her. And saw one of them at her heels.

Without looking she dialed Voight's number knowing it by heart, but tripped over the curb due to not paying where she was going, the fall caused her to drop her phone as the fall went through.

Voight's voice came from the other side of the phone, which slide a few feet away from Erin. " Erin, are you there?" Voight asked but he only got a yelp in response from the brunette.

· Justin and Voight*

Voight heard Erin yell, " Get off of me!" Not understanding what was going on, Voight tried to stay calm, " Erin, what is going on? If you can hear me say something!"

On the other side of the phone Voight heard a scuffle and ignored Justin who came downstairs. Justin frowned he came down to see why his father was yelling for Erin and it got him worried but he remained quiet.

A male voice echoed on the phone, " Stop, fighting me little girl!" Causing Voight and Justin hold their breaths, when Erin yelled, " Stop! Get your hands off of me." Justin can hear fear in his foster sisters voice, he held onto the back of Voight's chair.

" Dad, we got to do something." Justin whispered, his blue eyes reflecting with worry as they listened in on the situation, and their heart stopped when they heard Erin scream, screeching tires, slamming doors, and the sound of a retreating vehicle.

Voight tightly gripped his phone as the call ended. And he let his grip loosen letting the phone to slip out of his hand and into his lap, while Erin's screams echoed through his ears. His thoughts drifted to the last time he saw his foster daughter, closing his eyes to remember their last words.

" You were supposed to be watching Justin," Voight had reminded her, and Erin assured him she had it handled. " What are we going to do?" Justin asked interrupting Voight's thoughts.

Without answering his son, Voight picked up his phone and called Al, running his hand over his chin as Al picked up. " Hank?" Al asked groggily.

" Al gather everyone at the district now!" Voight ordered.

" Understood. Whats going on?" Al asked, now more alret upon hearing the urgent tone in Voight's voice.

" Erin… Erin has been kidnapped." Voight replied, his voice trembled with worry.

Al promised, " I'll have everyone at the district right away." Before ending the call.

Voight looked at Justin, who met his gaze with a determined look in his blue eyes, both of them feeling anger towards whoever took Erin.

" Let's go, now." Voight ordered, and led the wat out of the house with Justin close behind. The same thoughts going through their minds was to get Erin back.

· Erin *

Erin let out a groan as she began to wake up. The female detective scanned the room she was in, she tempted to move her arms which was cuffed aboge yer head while her feet was secured to the floor.

The brunette shook her head to clear her vision and tried to remember what had happened in the past few hours, she let out a muffled groan due to the cloth still covering her mouth.

Erin remembered the final exchange with Voight, as she promised him she would keep an eye on Hustin before finding herself kidnapped.

Closing her eyes to get the pounding headache to go away, she remembered the struggle with her two attackers who had the upper hand not only due being out numberd, and size but also because of her head injury that was caused by one of them hitting her with the butt of the gun, which gotten worse by her fall.

· Flash-back *

Erin let out a cry as the man held her down she punched and pushed her attackers off of her, " Let me go!" She demanded, she could hear Voight on the other side of her phone that was a few feet away from her.

" Stop fighting, little girl!" The man demanded as he held Erin down, while his partner covered her mouth and nose with the cloth he had in his hand.

" Damn it, Erin answer me!" Voight yelled from the other end of the phone, but all Erin's response was muffled screams. " That's right little one, breath it in." The first man taunted her.

Despite her efforts to shake them off, Erin let out muffled screams and hit and push the men the best she can and tried her best not to breath in the Chloroform.

" Almost done." The second mand chuckled maliciously, smirking at Erin's fierce determination in her hazel eyes that started to cloud over and start to close, and watched as her arms fell limp at her sides after a few more pushes and punches, a car pulled up.

The last thing Erin saw before she passed out completely was a pair of boots as the two men backed off of her once she was completely unconscious.

The newcomer remarked, " Good work, let's get her o7t of here." He picked up Erin's limp body and placed her inside the car and everyone got in and drove away.

· End Of Flash-Back *

Erin bit her lip and scolded herself for letting her guard down and not be able to fight back, " I shouldn't have let my guard down, stupid." She thought.

Her attention was caught by the sound of footsteps coming down the stairs, letting Erin know that she was in a room in a basement, Erin tried to break free from her restraints.

Erin's eyes widen when a familiar male voice asked, " Are you awake?"

Erin's eyes widened as Joe approached her. Despite her attempt to reply, but only a squeak escaped her throat. Watching Joe as he got closer, Erin attempted to struggle, realizing who had kidnapped her.

Joe chuckled as he watched the female detective struggle in her restraints, taunting, " You can keep struggling, Lindsay." He said with a smirk, " You won't be going anywhere soon." Joe was having fun watching Erin attempt to yell at him through the cloth.

" Let me go, you bastsrd!" Erin's voice was muffled due to the cloth. She attempted to yank the chains from the ceiling, but the chains remained firm, only thing that happened was a sharp pain shooting through her arms.

" Is that anyway a woman should talk?" Joe teased, brushing a strand of hair out of Erin's face. " Do you talk to your boyfriend like that?"

Erin moved her face from Joe, causing him to chuckle, " You're a stubborn one, I give you that." Joe said with a grin as he stroked her cheek, " And your not going anywhere, little one." He whispered in Erin's ear, sending cold shivers down her spine.

" Nobody talks to me the way they did, or get away telling me what to do."

" You will find out what happens to a woman who tries to boss me around, especially a cop."

Erin whimpered as Joe grabbed her hair and yanked her head back, " I am considering accepting payment from Justin from you. If you want to make sure your brother don't owe me anything, you will pay me what Justin owes me." Joe replied running his fingers over her cheek.

The brunette tempted to turn her head from him, but Joe tightened his grip on her hair. As he started to make a deal with her, Erin's eyes widened, feeling conflicted to agree.

She had promised Voight that she would keep an eye on Justin even if it cast her life. Joe smirked as the female detective nodded in agreement.

" What was that?" Joe asked as he removed the cloth from Erin's moth so she can respond. " I will do what ever you want, I'll pay whatever Justin owes you."

" Very good. I will come back in a bit with further instructions." He said, and let her hair go and let her head fall and left Erin by herself.

Erin flinched as the basement door slammed shut, leaving her alone with her thoughts and in the dark. Her head throbbed painfully, and she hoped that Voight and the team will find her.
