Charlotte, Bo, and Lauren

The young shifter was up early and running around while her parents slept. She had slept for about five hours before her dreams started to bore her. They were in a large suite and her room was carpeted so that she wouldn't slam into things. Or that's what she understood her mother's saying.

"Charly's up." Lauren smiled softly.

"We just put her to bed! Bo laughed.

"I know it feels like it, but she obviously can't sleep and probably won't go back to bed." Lauren said rubbing Bo's back.

"Okay. Okay. Let's get showered and get out and do something." Bo rolled over and turned to kiss Lauren before climbing out of bed.

The young shifter was playing for another half an hour before her doorknob turned. She immediately curled up where she was and started to snore.

"That's adorable Charlotte, but you are still going to take a bath…eventually." Bo laughed.

Charlotte huffed and turned her head in the opposite direction. She tensed when Bo picked her up. "Mama's getting your bath ready right now."

Bo laughed out loud as she carried Charlotte out of the room and into the bathroom. The boys never made that big of a fuss about taking baths. They splashed water everywhere but never fought back as they were bathed.

Charlotte rolled her little eyes when her feet hit the water. She was in her human form. She glared at Bo when she came at her with a steamy looking towel.

"It won't be that bad." Lauren smiled as she kissed the top of Charlotte's head.

"You can do this too you know." Bo laughed.

"I will do it tomorrow. That way she won't hate both of us thinking we are being cruel for wanting our daughter to be clean." Lauren nodded.

Charlotte took a deep breath and lifted her arms so Bo could bathe her. The women laughed as Charlotte silently protested every moment of her bath. Lauren dried her off, and she loved the warmth of a wet baby wrapped in a large towel. Charlotte had grown a bit, but she was still their baby.

Everyone was dressed, and ready. Bo went to pull the car around, and Lauren walked Charlotte towards the elevator.

"Why are you so quiet sweetie? We know you are well capable of talking. She's not leaving us, she just went to get the Hummer." Lauren said softly.

Charlotte shrugged.

"Charlotte. This trip is all for you. We could have stayed home and hung out with your brothers. But we want to be close to you. We love you." Lauren looked down at gorgeous eyes looking back up at her.

Charlotte opened her mouth and closed it again.

By the time she was ready to talk they were already in the hotel lobby, and Bo called Lauren saying she was ready for her to bring Charlotte out.

"Ready!? She smiled.

"Ready." Lauren nodded as they slowly walked out.

Charlotte looked adorable in blue jeans, a pink shirt, and ponytails with pink and white ribbons on each one. Bo and Lauren were dressed just like her.

"Do I have to be dressed like you mama? Charlotte asked after Lauren buckled her in her car seat.

"That's what you want to talk about? Lauren laughed.

"I told you she won't like pink Lauren. Do you want to wear this sweetie? Bo asked as she held up black and white clothes.

Charlotte nodded, and Bo helped her change clothes while Lauren put black and white ribbons in her hair.

Lauren kept her pink and white on, Bo changed to a plain black shirt. Once everyone was set, she gently pulled off.

The weather was a tad chilly, so they kept the windows up, and found something for Charlotte to read until they got to the restaurant.

They agreed that she would be allowed to watch movies every other day. But the rest, she would be reading something or napping.

"We'll have a hearty breakfast and see what we can find to do in town." Bo said as she parked.

Charlotte ran towards the building with her parents close behind her. She pulled the door open and looked back for them. Bo grabbed the door, and nodded for Charly to go in. The place wasn't that busy. They had already planned ahead and asked that only a few customers be there when they arrived. They wanted to make sure nobody was hurt if Charlotte sensed a threat that wasn't there.

Bo was in no condition to run, and Lauren wanted Bo as calm as they were trying to make Charlotte feel.

The meal went well without too much drama. Bo laughed constantly when Charlotte asked for a healthy meal. She clearly got that from Lauren because the Succubus ate everything on the menu. Healthy or not.

Once she was cleaned up, they left for parts unknown.

Aife, the boys and Tau.

Aife stood watch as they boys ran around the park jumping over every obstacle Tau had brought in.

"That's bull. You know they are far more powerful than that. Get them something more challenging or I will kick your ass right now." Aife said seriously.

"Lions will face many challenges. They need to be ready for any eventuality." Tau said over his shoulder.

"Look at me old man when you talk to me." Aife snapped.

Tau slowly turned around and looked at the heated Succubus. "You want me to train them, this is how I train. They won't know what's coming if they never see it before it gets to them."

"They have the powers of the Una Mens, foresight is in them somewhere. They will see it. This is ticky tack shit. My boys need to be better than they are. You were older than those bastards when they were alive. You must know of something they never saw that will help my grandsons." Aife snapped.

"That will take some time getting together." Tau sighed.

"Ethan. Dillon. Come to Nana". Aife said opening her arms to them. The baby shifters laughed as they jumped into her arms. The Succubus took a seat. "We've got time". She said coldly as she rocked them in her arms.

Tau wiped his brow and pulled his phone out. Aife clearly didn't know what she was asking him to do. The Fae she wanted were assholes and far more dangerous than any Fae that had ever set foot in Toronto.

The Succubus stared at him while playing with Dillon and Ethan. She only stopped to smile at them. She set them in their highchairs when their breakfast was brought to them. She watched them as they ate.

"They'll be here tomorrow." Tau said as he walked over.

"That gives you plenty of time to bathe. Now get out of my sight and don't come back until you have them with you. My young kings don't need to be smelling your funk." Aife laughed as she waved him off. The Succubus laughed harder when Dillon shoved Tau far away from them.

"Eat up babies. Nana promised your mothers you would eat". Aife said softly. She was glad the boys were bigger now. They had obviously been practicing on their own. She smiled as they quietly ate. They were even neat with their meals. Once they were done, she cleaned them up, and allowed them to run and play. There was no imminent threat because they had already scared any drifters away during their time with Tau. Sadie was out scouting for more shifters.

Aife took a seat on her lounge chair and watched them. Bo's kids. She wiped a tear away. Back in that sticky ass Dark Fae dungeon, she never thought she would live long enough to see any of this. Bo hadn't even been born yet. But here she was with kids of her own. The Succubus laughed thinking of the hell Charlotte is going to give them, all her life. The little girl is everything Aife imagined Bo would be, if she had been allowed to see her when she was growing up. But that would have meant putting her life in danger. Hades was a bastard that could pop up at any minute, out of nowhere. Trick was a bastard too, but he had nothing on Hades kind of evil. Of course, they can't ever teach them how to be men. But they can certainly teach them how to treat women. How to be good men, but never get their ass kicked. Never be held captive by anyone. Never chain a woman to a wall, or watch a woman be chained to a wall. Never rape a woman.

She shivered at the thought and refocused on the boys. They were now boxing each other. She laughed when she noticed they had put on their mouth pieces since they weren't on the table where she had left them.

"Good boys". She smiled softly.

Kenzi and Hale.

The duo was busy at work before they had to leave for the day. Kenzi hadn't seen the boys in days. She felt like she was letting Bo down, and honestly missed them. But they had some tough cases to crack, so she didn't have time to get away.

"We are just about done Kenz, I know you want to go home to shower before heading out to Aife and the boys." Hale said softly.

"I promised Bo." Kenzi said quietly.

"I know you did. Go ahead and go, I can finish the last of the paperwork and catch up with you guys." Hale typed quickly.

Kenzi stretched and stood. She checked her pockets for her phone and car keys. She was ready to get to Bo's so she could shower and meet Aife before they left the park. She knows Aife is more than capable of protecting them. But given Bo's mental state lately, she wanted to make sure she kept her word to the Succubus. By her own choice, Kenzi is the only human among all of them now. So, she wants to spend as much time with all of them as she can. Bo, Lauren. Their kids. Aife. All of them are a family that she never thought she would have. Admittedly she thought Dyson would be Bo's mate, but given what the Succubus had been through with the Doctor, Bo had found her mate long ago and it wasn't the wolf.

Dyson had been dumb trying to push for more than Bo was going to give him. Then he went after Lauren and sealed his own fate.

Bo was devastated thinking Lauren was going to die in her coma. Or not even be Lauren when she woke up. That is until she had Charlotte. She was only pregnant and that relieved Bo a bit until the Doctor didn't wake for almost a full year. Kenzi had been her shoulder, her tissues, her fears, and an ear. Then they found Lea, and she helped ease most of Bo's fears, but she had no clue how to wake Lauren up. Bo wanted to kiss her, but she was too scared to touch her lips. What if she failed?

That is why Kenzi needed to be with the boys because it was like being with Bo again.

She made it home in no time, she had already sent Aife a text to make sure they were still at the same park.

Bo, Lauren and Charlotte.

"What do you think? Lauren asked.

"I don't know. She's never stayed in human form this long before". Bo laughed.

Charlotte squinted looking at them. She stood there for a few minutes, before Lauren picked her up. "Let's find something to do! She cooed.

"Baby." Charlotte said as she looked back towards Bo.

"The baby is fine Charly." Bo nodded.

"Are you sure Bo? She said that so suddenly." Lauren stopped and turned around. Bo caught up to her, and the Doctor reached over and touched her stomach.

"Other than occasionally kicking me, I think so." Bo said quietly.

Lauren held her hand there long enough to get a feel for the kicks Bo was describing. Charlotte had never once kicked her, not once. The boys hadn't either. She was almost envious of whatever Bo was experiencing now. But she wasn't ready to carry another child yet. The boys were quickly approaching one. Probably two with the speed at which they are growing.

"Well it doesn't feel weird. But only you know how your body is feeling." Lauren smiled.

Charlotte touched Bo's stomach and smiled after a minute.

"Look at the little Doctor." Bo laughed.

"Yet she won't play with her Doctor kit at home." Lauren laughed bouncing Charlotte in her arms.

"True." Bo laughed.

"What do you want to do now Charlotte? Huh? You name it, and we will do it." Lauren said staring into the shifter's eyes.

Charlotte didn't say anything.

"Why don't we just sit for a bit. Take in the sights? Bo suggested.

Lauren nodded and they drove a bit before pulling into a nice open space. They were in a large open area. Surrounded by trees and grass everywhere. Lauren pointed out everything she spotted in nature to teach Bo and Charlotte about them. It wasn't much, it was just the three of them. For our five depending on how many babies Bo is carrying.

They both needed this time with Charlotte. Bo so she could learn to trust her again, and Lauren so she could get to know her daughter and her daughter could know her.

They sat there until it was time to eat again. Charlotte was changed too, even though she hadn't done anything. They grabbed some sandwiches and their spot again. Bo laughed realizing they really have another Doctor in the family. Or at least some kind of scientist. Charlotte had repeated everything that Lauren had said earlier. There was nothing she was forgetting. Which made the Succubus frown thinking she was going to remember thinking Bo left her.

How could Bo ever leave any of their kids? They are literally pieces of Lauren. Charlotte kept her sane when she was about to break on so many occasions when Lauren was in her coma. She even gave her looks that only Lauren could, and would give her. She loves that little girl more than she could ever know. She loves all of them that way.

Lauren glanced at Bo and back at Charlotte. She saw the bond they share. Even if it is weird right now. She saw everything she had missed when she was in her coma. For so many years she was afraid Nadia wasn't going to wake up and then she fell into a coma, not knowing she was pregnant. If had it been anyone else, she would probably still be in her coma. But she was woken up by their child. Theirs. Hers and Bo's. Charlotte sounded like Bo a little when she said mama. The Doctor could almost cry thinking of how much she loves her family. She could almost cry thinking of how scared Bo must have been like Lauren had been with Nadia.

Here they are. The three of them. They started it all. The family they have now. The love they are now. Bo and she had talked about kids years ago, but they couldn't have ever thought they would have kids biologically theirs.

Before they knew it, hours had passed. Charlotte had finally grown impatient with her human form and shifted out of the blue. She ran around the open space. Lauren held Bo in her arms as they watched the shifter play all by herself.

The Doctor kissed the back of Bo's head. She heard Bo moan and she kissed her hands in response.

"You know you can shift and go join her. I will be okay." Bo whispered.

"I am good where I am. Besides if she wanted me to come to, I am sure your daughter would tell me." Lauren laughed.

"Oh, she's my daughter when she's mouthy huh? Bo laughed.

"Now I didn't say that. I simply meant, she's bold." Lauren laughed.

"She is ours." Bo cooed kissing Lauren's hands again.

"She's not about to kill her dinner, is she? Lauren laughed noticing Charlotte had pinned a bird to the ground.

"She's talking to it. I think it's answering her too." Bo laughed.

The women moved closer, but not close enough to scold Charlotte into thinking she's doing something wrong.

The women marveled at how Charlotte was not only talking to the bird, it had called other friends to the scene. Charlotte played with them like puppets, and they did everything she commanded of them.

"Don't be cruel to them baby." Lauren whispered.

"I'm not mama." Charlotte whispered back.

Bo and Lauren allowed her to play with her new friends. Keeping close track of the time so they would be gone back to their hotel at a decent hour.

"Princess of beasts." Bo laughed as every creature in the area had come to Charlotte. She was sitting in the grass and they all gathered around her.

"We have one really smart baby.". Bo cooed.

"We do. She is making contacts. Something I am sure she won't soon forget. They won't forget either. This is good. Really good. This will serve her well later in life." Lauren replied.

"She probably learned from Simba. She has watched that movie so many times." Bo moved backwards.

The mothers jumped when they all left leaving Charlotte alone. She took some deep breaths and returned to her mothers. "I'm hungry."

"We are going right now Charlotte." Lauren said as she collected their things and packed them into the car.

Bo looked a little tired to the Doctor, she had forgotten about Bo being pregnant while they were watching Charlotte and her friends.

Once everything was in the car, the trash had been placed in the bins, she buckled Bo and Charlotte into their seats. This was a simple day, but it would mean so much to all of them. They weren't ready to go home yet. But they were closer.

Once they freshened up and ate dinner, they all piled onto the couch. Charlotte sat between them as they snacked on popcorn and fruits watching a movie. Once Charlotte started to doze off, Bo put her to bed, and returned to the couch. Lauren had fallen asleep, and Bo gently woke her. They went to their room and cuddled up in the bed.

"We are getting there right? Bo asked. She almost sounded worried to Lauren.

"We are. We couldn't fix it all in one day. But I think we are off to a great start." Lauren replied as she played with Bo's fingers.

"Good night Lauren." Bo said gently kissing her head.

"Good night Bo." Lauren smiled.

"Good night Charlotte." Bo and Lauren said out loud.

"Good night mamas." Charlotte mumbled.

"Oh, my goodness that was so cute. We'll have to tape that someday.". Bo laughed.

"We will." Lauren laughed as she pulled Bo to her.

Tau

"You got them all? Tau asked.

"Yes sir. I have them all". Sadie laughed.

"Then send them to Aife and her little bastards." Tau said.

"Yes sir! Sadie laughed.
