Chapter 4: Creature of Nowhere

It's nighttime in a desert that clouds all over the place, traveling on the road, it's the RV, inside; King sleeping on the table, Willow cutting on her small tree, and Luz craving on her wood really carefully.

Luz looks at her wood, examining it. "Eda...you say I needed to carve my own way."

Eda is in the driver's seat, look at her. "Oh yeah, I even made my own...Owlbert."

Coming out of Eda's hair was a cute small bird, he landed on the table, looking at the wood, and Luz smiled at how cute it was. "Aww...you did it all by yourself."

"Yeah, I destroy those who took him away from me," Eda said with a threatening tone making all of them.

"So...Gus...finished our phones," Luz said looking at the kitchen table, seeing sparks moments.

Fixing at least three phone cases; purple, green, and blue...and a computer. Looking at them is a grey-skinned, frog-like, bipedal alien that is only six inches tall with large dark blue eyes, which have rectangular pupils and horizontal eyelids. The alien has a dark blue jumpsuit with a black zipper and belt, his suit collar is black. He wears black, fingerless gloves with a dark blue rectangle on the back. His hourglass icon symbol has returned to his back.

"It's Croak Sense...and yes the phones and my computer are upgraded, with more storage and computer comlink." Croak Sense said the dial came on, he jumped down and changed back to Gus. "Still, why am I changing our phones and my computer."

Luz grabbed her phone. "Remember the app you make you think off when you a nine?"

"Yeah Locate App, wanna make sure if things get bad...just call away," Gus said looking at his phone.

"Makes storage pictures," Luz said in awe at the sleeping King.

"And make sure if we get captured or find something might be trouble, just use the app," Willow responds with a smile.

Eda seems driving in the night until she gets tired, she never likes that and can stay awake for hours until spots her gem is one-third black... making her panicked the wheels just pop. "No...come on!"

All of them are feeling the RV rumbling on the road, Eda parked on the side, and each one comes out of the vehicle seeing the two wheels destroyed, much to Eda's annoyance. "That's just great..."

Luz looks at the RV's front. "Hooty...can you fix it?"

"Sorry! Needed at least two new wheels that I absorb...hoot hoot!" Hooty shouts waving around.

"Alright, back in the hood," Eda said making Hooty go back to his hood. "Great, now how's suppose get some repairs..." She looks up and sees the dark clouds. "And it's about to start raining,"

"Maybe Gus can help to turn into an alien to fix it," Luz said looking at Gus who stared into the distance. "Gus?"

"Maybe that place can help us out," Gus responds pointing at the distance.

It's a wooden farmhouse with a windmill, water pump, and a shack, even has a truck.

"Well...that is good," Willow said scratching her cheek.

They go to the farmhouse, Hooty going with them very slowly, until he parked next to the truck. Eda knocks on it, and after a few seconds, the door opens revealing a lady.

she has semi-short, curly white hair. She wears round glasses, and her usual attire is a dark yellow dress with a bright yellow apron paired with sturdy black leather boots. She seems to be a kind woman, greeting them with a smile of kindness.

"Hello there, who are you, people?" She greets them with a friendly smile.

Luz gets to like her. "Oh, hello...I'm Luz Noceda, This is Willow Parks." Willow waved. "Eda C. Thorne." Eda simply nodded. "King." She pets King's head. "And the little Dweebus is Gus Porter." Pats on Gus's head much of his annoyance. "We kinda have trouble with our RV, we needed help."

"Oh I got answered to your problem..." spoke an elderly yet angry tone.

They see an elderly man with a pale yellow shirt with olive green overalls with black buttons. He also has a dark brown hat and large black shoes. In the dark, his shirt appears to be orange, and his overalls dark green. He answered, slamming the door, in front of them, surprising Luz, King, and Gus while getting glared at Willow and Eda.

"Eustace!" She shouted angrily.

"Muriel, I won't let some twerps and an old hag in this house." He said stubbornly.

All of them heard a wack sound and the sound of Eustace's shouts. "Ow, what did I do?" Then the door opens to see Muriel again with a wooden rolling pin, who has a smile. "Sorry all that happened, come in, you must be cold."

All of them know what kind of relationship, Eda smirks. "I like this lady..."

They go inside and see the decent place; there is a fireplace, then a closet with a blue couch in the middle, a wooden rocking chair, and a red sofa chair; there is only a wall with a rectangular picture frame on it.

Gus sits on the sofa's chair. "Nice place..." He got grabbed by his hood and lifted in the air. "Hey!"

Eustace is one grabbed Gus and glared at him. "No one sits in this chair but me."

The old man throws the boy, and he lands on the ground, he hears a wack sound, and Eustace's same motto makes Gus smile. 'Serve him right...jerk.'

Then the boy spots a dog; is a small pink dog of an undetermined breed (possibly a mixed breed) with thin and long black ears. He has black triangular and tiny limbs in proportion to his body. He has numerous large human-like teeth, with one having a circular hole in it. He has three black spots on his back.

Gus smiled. "Hi there..." He then sees the dog shaking up. "Oh..."

"Oh that's Courage, he's the kindest and bravest dog," Muriel said with a smile.

The boy slowly reaches out to Courage, petting the forehead, making the dog Courage enjoy it. "And he got scared easily."

Eustace, sitting on his chair, pulls out his newspaper. "Yeah, one scared stupid dog."

Muriel looked at her husband with a glare, and she sighed and smiled at them. "I can start with dinner, enjoy yourselves."

Willow smiled at her answer. "Oh can I help, you seem needed help due to having extra people."

Eda goes to the other room. "I gonna do something important."

Luz leans into Courage much to his surprise, she smiles big. "She forgot one thing..." She grabbed the whole of Courage making him scared, hugging him to her face. "YOU ARE SO CUTE!"

Gus sweatdrops at Luz's action, he looks at his watch. "If excuse me, I kinda wanna do something that might be fun."

Luz quickly looks at him. "Gus...no pranks..."

"Come on," Gus responds looking at Luz. "Just once..."

"Not gonna let us expose, right?" Luz questioned with a sharp look.

"Fine, you win...why not you, I thought Eda was supposed to help you with your magic, the sense is raining and got no reason to not help you now," Gus responded

Luz looks at him. "Your right, thanks, Gus!" She places Courage down and goes to another room.

'Eda probably chews up when she finds out.' Gus thought look at King and Courage. 'They bored, so am I...'

In the kitchen, Willow helps Muriel with cooking, getting to salad cleaned and repaired, and even helping with the fruits.

"Thank you for helping a young lady, I could have done it myself," Muriel said with a smile.

"It's fine ma'am, always help my dad with their cooking, and spend time with them," Willow replied

"I love when family always find a way to spend time with each other." Muriel state

'Yeah find a way.' Willow thought focused on her dish.

Eda seems in the dining room, looking at a cup of water she got from the kitchen, putting golden liquid in the water. 'Hate the taste of it.'

About to drink the water, someone came in happened to be Luz, who smiling at her. "Hey, Eda!"

Eda grimaced, due to spilling her drink. "You need something kid?"

"Well, I kinda needed advice," Luz said looking at her. "You know got a palisman wood, but I don't know a thing about it. Can you tell me about it?"

Eda looked at her, raised her hand, and spoke. "Owlbert, come to me."

Coming out of Eda's hair is Owlbert, Luz gawking at how cute it is. "Owlbert was my friend before met Hooty and King, helped me not be alone, Luz, I gotta say this...you needed to do it on your own."

Luz looks at her. "What?"

Eda scratches Owlbert's head. "You needed to know what it takes to become a witch, there are loads many paths it takes, but I'm sure your journey make a difference."

Luz smiled at Eda, The Owl Lady was about to drink her water but Willow came in making her spill it. "Guys, dinner in ten minutes."

Eda looks at her spilled drink and sighs. 'Maybe when everyone is asleep.'

Now, in the dining room, everyone's in chairs, having meatloaf, a side of salad, cornbread, baked beans, and lemonade.

"Why are those two doing, sitting at the table?" Eustace asked angrily

All of them turn to one Eustace's pointing, King and Courage. "What do you mean, they eating with us?" Willow asked

"Normal pets sitting down, right where they belong," Eustace states only get wack by a roll pin. "Ow, what did I do?!"

Muriel put the roll pin down and smiled. "So, what are you doing out of the road?"

"Oh just going through the state, seeing the sights, having fun," Gus answered secretly looking at his watch. "Including saving the day."

"That's lovely, too have gone around places from time to time again, and got loads of stories of Courage saving us," Muriel said making them surprised.

"Really, such a good dog," Luz replied petting Courage.

"Well, if would mind letting us sleep cause see dark clouds coming," Eda responded as she looked at the window.

"Of course, a guest room and attic are left to spare," Muriel said

"I got the guest room, the girls have the attic, the kid and little ones have the living room," Eda states looking at the kids.

"No way, pretty sure that kid puts those stupid dog and cat on the couch." Eustace argue

Gus finished his meal and glared at the old man. "Then where do they sleep?"

"Both of them sleep in the barn like animals they are," Eustace said only getting glared at each one.

"Well, I just joined them," The boy replied looking at Courage and King.

"Fine, by the way," Eustace states as he pulls out a green hideous mask. "OOGA, BOOGA, BOOGA!"

Gus, King, and Courage scream in terror as run off the room, Eustace laughs. "Never gets old," Only get two strikes in the head by a rolling pin by Muriel and a fist owned by Eda. "Ow! Oh! What did I do?"

A thunder strikes down, in the barn, Courage, and King even Gus who is in his gray dinosaur sleeping bag, the strike down makes both creatures shake in fear.

"You shouldn't do this Gus," King said looking at him.

Gus looks at them, wearing his blue shirt, black pajama pants, and blue sandals. "Hey, that guy messed us up too far?" Shivers that remember. "The mask...why always mess with you Courage."

Courage only whimpered, King looked at him, morphing into his dog version. "He says he was simply raised by abused parents and brother, always looking down due to being bald head. And jealous of Muriel loved me, like love more than him."

Gus is annoyed. "Come on, that old man is sad...hate on a dog...so let's have some fun for tonight." As shows them a phone. "Up for Cosmic Frontier?"

In the attic, Luz and Willow simply having a girl sleepover, right now they doing fingernails while chatting.

"So, you completely control the power?" Willow asked with a smile.

"Oh yeah," Luz responded holding up her necklace. "I hope to make more of this stone."

"There's more you know."

Luz looked at Willow who shook her head, and turned to see an old-style computer, having a chair with a bucket. Both look at each other, then go to the computer, Luz grabs the bucket and places it beside the chair, sitting on the chair. "You...talking to us?"

"Of course, you humans such low IQ, been in this attic since those fossil couple having normal hair."

Willow looked at Luz. "This computer is harsh."

"Tell me about it," Luz said simply typing on the computer. "You say there's more of the stone, tell me about it,"

"Ah, around your neck... that called talisman, thousands of using it back when humans want to take shortcuts."

The girls were surprised to hear that, Luz looked at the screen. "Thousands?!"

"Such Air, Fire, Water, even Earth, bending to your will...unfortunately, the stones are gone, only a few remaining in the world."

"Well I gotta find them, is what it takes to become a true witch," Luz said

"Some females your age do shopping, talking on the phone, or looking in the mirror...you should just do real-"

The computer was interrupted by his switch turning off, is Willow got an annoyed look. "This computer is such a d."

"Wonder why keep this for a long time?" Luz questioned with a shaking her head.

Unaware of everyone who's sleeping now, Eda is in her RV, making something that she rushing, Hooty comes on and spots Eda, knowing what's she doing. "Huh Eda, I think you rushing it-"

"Not now Hooty, I trying to make the elixir," Eda said seeing the feathers coming from her arms. "No, no not now!"

Eda rushed to the cabinets to search last missing piece. "Where the stone, where's is that STONE!"

Eda sees everything turn black, shines behind her, and turns to see a bright light, standing in front of it is a black shadow figure with big round circles. She grew angry now, holding her arm but making sure to keep an eye on the mysterious person who held up a red scroll.

"YOU...THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT, I LOST MY HOME, AND MY LIFE, AND THIS DAME CURSE IS STUCK TO ME!" Eda roars as her eyes turn pure black. "WHO IN THE HELL ARE YOU?!"

In reality, Eda grew feathers around her face and fangs, and fell down to her knees, while Hooty was in a panic, he made the RV shield the windows and the door. "Eda...you doing again! Calm down!"

But Hooty sees the shadow of Eda's growing more monstrous, making the tech alien shiver and the Owl Lady let out a screech.

"*SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH*"

A big crash was heard from outside, making five people wake up, they went outside only to see a bit scared is King and Courage who were held up by Gus who was wearing a large raincoat while Luz and Willow were in the energy umberlla. They see loads of claw prints on the ground.

"What is that?" Luz's question looks at the ground.

Willow tit her head. "Look like a monster,"

Courage looked at them, as King spoke. "Trust me, this happens a lot."

The dog looks at the readers. "Oh, I not going to like this, for my name is Eric Georgia, and it's not."

Gus follows the trail of footprints and spots something. "Guys..."

All of them go to where Gus is, seeing the chicken sack that roof destroyed, standing on it is a shadow figure, chewing on something.

"Alright, that must be it, let's take it down," Willow states

"Yup, make sure to fix it before the old buzzard blames Courage," Gus replied turning on his watch. "Stronghold, you on the job,"

Gus slams his watch, his eyes begin to disappear, and he holds up his hands, the palms up eyes, and grows taller while many eyes appear all over his chest. The transformation ends, and the boy is now a tall alien covered with dark blue eyes, around 20 of them; although he ironically has no eyes on his face, which consists of a mouth and a very large pair of elastic bat-like ears. He has dark tan skin with a lighter tone of tan on his chest and the underside of his arms. He's wearing black pants have dark blue cuffs replacing the white bands; the main belt where the watch icon symbol is located is dark blue with a white stripe; and he additionally wears dark blue cuffs on his hands.

"Cyclops..." The alien looks at himself and hits his head. "I think this watch is messing with me."

The mysterious monster felt light and, turned to show its glowing yellow eyes, in its mouth was a chicken that had been eaten fully...growling at them, the rain began to get light.

"Guys, let's take him down, I can tie the monster up with my energy rope," Luz said holding her hands and creating energy spheres.

Cyclops held up his hands. "Hey monster person, surprised!"

Luz and Cyclops shoot out purple and dark blue laser beams at the mysterious monster, who jumped in the air in a blur. All of them look around but only get to see the mysterious monster about to slash them with its claws, Luz creates a purple rectangular shield to block the attack, but the force is too strong to break the shield in one strike.

Willow absorbs the ground whole ground to the arms. "This monster it's tougher than it looks."

Cyclops blast the mysterious monster down. "Let's take this before we get the cold,"

The eye alien held out his chest, releasing a giant eye that shoots out a large blue energy beam to the mysterious monster. Thus send the monster to the sky and go to far farmhouse, all of them hear a big noise means it's something, and all of them turn to Cyclops who smile nervously.

"Oops, my bad." Cyclops wrinch of over did it.

Luz runs to the front to see the mysterious monster, on top of their RV which has a hole, she is about to attack it but the moon comes out of the clouds, and shines down. Luz then gets a shocked look when the mysterious monster finally reveals itself, and then sees Willow holding up a boulder about to strike the mysterious monster. "NO!"

Willow gets blocked by a purple shield. "What are you doing? I just about threw this boulder?"

Cyclops about shoots his lasers from his eyes but gets blocked by another purple shield from Luz. "Don't it, it's Eda!"

That shocked them, and they turned to see the creature to be a big owl monster, with black-colored eyes and long pointed ears. It had gray hair, as well as a bunch of grey hairs growing from its ears. The body was covered in dark teal fur, and it had two black-grey wings. The legs were black, and the feet looked more like a bird's feet, but it was the head that shocked them.

The watch icon blinks red as transform Cyclops back to Gus who still has a shocked look. "Oh come on..." he whispered

Eda then roars at them, she jumps in the air and dives into King and Courage who jump on Gus, carrying them bridal styles, all three scream at the top of their lungs, due to scream Eda winces and lands on the ground. But that didn't stop Eda, she got up and began to fly, to the sky.

"We can't let her escape!" Willow shouts

Gus sees his watch just turn blue, he pushes the button. "Alright, you turn on... but I really need this right alien, please!" he presses the watch.

Eda flew to the sky, looking around and she spotted white lights from a small town nearby, she growled at the sight of it, and she was about to fly towards it but only got struck in the head by fast red and blur. Then she saw Sky Beam in front of her, with a concerned look.

"Eda, I know you in there, please whatever troubling you...come back to us." Sky Beam said

Eda only growled, she screeched and began to fly through him, going towards the town, Sky Beam flew to her trying to at least take her down. Sky Beam just above the owl beast, dives down, tackled to the ground, but Eda struggles and breaks free from Sky Beam. Both exchange struggles of strength, Sky Beam held up his tail in front of Eda and made a bright blue light to blind her, but really shocked him that Eda's eyes changed back to normal in just a blink of a second. Sky Beam separated, and Eda landed on the barn, the flying alien landed on the ground, the dial came on, and turned back to Gus. The gang came to him, Luz looked at the boy with a frown.

"Gus, I say take her down, not put her down!" Luz shouts angrily.

"Sorry, you know she can up soon, but I spot something that can help us," Gus responded looking at them. "I shine a light in front of Eda, and her eyes turn back just a moment,"

"So all we need is a big shining light," King states Courage nodded in agreement.

"But the sun won't come on another hour and your magic is not type go so bright." Willow pointed out

Gus looks at his watch. "I think I know what type of alien can help with that...just needed time,"

Eda came out of the barn, shaking the yarns, she spotted King and Courage, the ladder tried to put on his brave face, but his scared and so did Courage.

"Mademoiselle, it is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we proudly present your...dinner," King said in a French tone as he cleared his throat. "Be our.."

Courage screams, grabs King, and runs off of Eda chasing them down, even though in her beast form, can't outrun Courage's panic speed. He goes left and right, dodging Eda's attacks, and he goes to the windmill. That he's made it inside, Eda was about to slash the wood but Gus jumped from above the windmill and slammed his watch.

He begins getting fur around, he pounds his fists on his chest electricity comes out, and plugs appear on his body. His transformation finishes as a result of his slam down causing a shocked wave, Eda sees an alien in front of her. The alien appearance of a thick, muscular yeti-like alien. He had white, gray, and blue fur, along with a brownish-pink face with pointed eyebrows, and dark blue eyes with black pupils, yellow lightning bolt-shaped horns. He had metallic gray circular bolts on the back of his hands and on his lower jaw, and he wore the watch symbol on his left chest.

"Bolt Foot!" The alien called out his name, he slammed his fists together. "Alright Eda, time for you take you down or die trying!"

Eda charges at him or gets tackled by Willow who is now fully rubber form, from the football. "No one dying."

Bolt Foot slams his fists together causing electricity to come out. "Not with that attitude."

Both of them charge at Eda, Willow simply stretches to the windmill, goes through grabs Eda, and wraps her around her large body. Bolt Foot charged at Eda and shocked her, making her go down, he did little juice and didn't want her a lot, while Willow, didn't seem to be affected by Bolt Foot's shock attacks.

"Luz, how long?!" Willow's question looks behind her.

"Got it ready, I need you now Gus!" Luz called out

Bolt Foot simply runs towards just another side of the barn, Willow looks at the electric yeti who is now ready in his position. She lets go of Eda who charges at Bolt Foot, who doesn't move, simply taking the tackle to the ground, Eda screeches until spots Luz holding up a large purple orb, Bolt Foot lets out his left hand and shoots out his lightning blast to it, which cause a major light show.

Eda felt a shine through her eyes and opened up, she looked around, saw herself in her RV, and saw at least ten golden orbs...she grabbed one of them, drank it down, and her gem turned back to yellow. Then spots Luz and King next to her until the little alien spots her. "Eda!"

Luz looks at Eda, both hug the owl lady who's a little surprised to see a hole. "What just happened?"

"You were in some beast form that attacked us, but we finally got you under control," Luz answered

Eda looks at the liquid in the glass orbs. "How did you kids make my potions? It's really dangerous to make."

"I did it...and thanks for fixing my wagon's wheel."

They turn to look outside from the big hole and see a large wagon with the horse, a small green Chihuahua with purple eyelids, long eyelashes tipped with small gold balls, a purple nose, and black paws. She has heterochromia, her right eye has an orange iris and the left one has green and orange coloring. She wears a large golden earring on her right ear. Her attire consists of a green dress covered by a purple cape and a blue hood. Gus simply gave out forty dollars.

"No problem and thank you for the potion ingredients, Ms. Shirley," Gus said

"Ah, extra twenty, thank you...Maybe something extra being so kind." The small dog said with a smile.

"Huh...no, we good," Willow replied shaking her head.

"None sense, dog...can you help get my glass orb and saxophone," Shirley said to the Courage.

Courage smiled and nodded, going to the wagon, just a few minutes later, he came back with a glass orb and a saxophone. He places them down, and Shirely begins to go to her orb, hands down on it.

Eda and others going towards her. "This I gotta see,"

"Wonder what mine future does?" Luz questioned with a smile.

Shirley looked at the orb, for about a few minutes. "I see the girl with glasses, seems to have companions in her life."

Willow looks at others. 'Companions?'

"I see a certain alien in the group realized he's more than he seems," Shirley said looking up.

King looks up. "Weh?"

"A girl finds her partner and changes something in the magic community," Shirley states

'Partner, guess I adventure in a lifetime like Azura.' Luz thought with a smile.

"The lady with large hair, the truth from the past will damage those around you." Shirley looked at Eda with a serious tone.

'My past...' Eda thought held her gem.

Shirley looked at orb, having widened eyes. "I see you boy with a watch of power, it seems will face a foe that head having loads of hands and tech that what's inside."

'A head with hands and tech what's inside?' Gus thought didn't know what she saying. "Thank you for future sight, I promise to keep it in mind."

Shirley can see the honesty in his eyes, so she makes another gift for him, she begins her saxophone which startled all of them. "I giving you a...a bless."

The boy is surprised. "A what?"

Shirley kept on playing until she spoke. "Each deed of goodness you have done will return, will accept that each other until the day all truly become be with one and another."

All of them were so confused about what was happening until heard a grumpy tone. "Will you can it with that stupid thing!"

They tuned in to see Muriel and Eustace coming out. "What's going on?" the lady asked in worried.

"Nothing, we just taking of Eda, now we are alright," Willow answered with a smile.

"Oh good, 'cause I have finished breakfast, hope all hungry, you can even join in a young lady," Muriel states to Shirley.

"No way, I wether save food other than give it to this little witch dog," Eustace spoke angrily

Each one glared at Eustace until Shirley spoke. "I take mine to leave, business as usual,"

Courage simply grabbed her orb and saxophone, brought them to her wagon much to her surprise, and didn't ask him, the thought of it made her smile. She goes to her wagon, sees Courage going inside the farmhouse, and then comes back with a dish of scrambled eggs, three links of sausage, hashbrowns, and grits. Shirley on her wagon's steps, was so surprised that Courage giving this meal to her, that he held up to her, giving her a warming smile felt her heart skip a minute. She simply grabbed her plate and walked inside her wagon, then suddenly her horse began to move, leaving the place. Courage felt a bit sad about her leaving so soon until he forgot about his neck getting strangled right now by an angry Eustace.

"I told you stupid dog, we not gonna give any food out!" Eustace shouts angrily only gets hit in by head by Muriel. "Ow, what did I do?!"

Each one was shocked to see what just happened, that old man truly was crazy. "Did he just strangle Courage?!"

Now mid-morning, the RV has a wheel and the hole is fully restored, each one saying goodbye to Muriel and Courage all while Eustace is simply inside, reading his newspaper.

"Is so great to meet you all, I hope have a safe and nice summer vacation," Muriel said with a smile, holding up two pies. "Here's pies for your journey."

Gus and Luz grabbed each one, and the upper one smiled. "Thank you, Ms. Banks, for this and the photo we did,"

"I'm sure you all make this world a better place," Muriel responded

"Oh, we will, making each day so exciting!" Luz shouts slamming her fist on her chest.

Willow is so loved that women look at Courage. "Courage, we trusted to you keep her safe."

Courage nodded to her, and all of them got in the RV, each one waving goodbye to the two as Hooty started the vehicle and drove away. They drive on the road, still waving until they are out of sight, each one begins to relax until one of them spots the other has a small frown.

"What's wrong Gus?" Luz asked in worried.

"Is that, I kinda get the feeling that might be last seen of that sweet kind old lady," Gus answered looking out the window.

Willow looks at him. "Hey, but look at the memorize, she may be kind but also strong,"

Gus nodded and placed the pie down. "Speaking of lady," Turned to Eda who driving seat. "Mind tell us what the heck happened to you, Eda,"

Eda sees them having a serious look, and she sighs. "Hooty, take over," She turned to them. "The reason I called Owl Lady is because I was cursed by a beast deep inside to transform me, if I don't drink those potions, I might stay in that form ... permanently."

"Wait, you cursed? Who did it to you?" Luz asked

"Don't know but I lost everything; force fleeing my home, becoming a monster, and on the run. Whoever did it to me will face me one day, and I will take that responsibility down." Eda answered with a glare.

They look at each other with sadness and worry for Eda, this curse makes their caretaker more aggressive and angry...hope they will find a way to help her go through her problems, one step at a time.

I kind of shipped Courage x Shirley cause that both keep being attracted to the show from time to time again...they will return one day.

It seems Eda's curse making her more into her beast, hopes the heroes will get her help. Stay tuned.
