"once the treatment takes effect yes, however Lilly and Cat now own them as they respond quite well to them and I'm impressed by their connection to them, it's not something you see very often, few people connect with horses on such a deep level, you're making her feel suicidal even" says Robby

"Siena grew up in that house and I lived in your house with my parents until my parents couldn't take care of horses anymore and sold the house to your dad, the horse he chose as his own was mine, he has always been good tempered and your dad loved him, when my parents sold the house I'd been injured for six months with a horse related leg injury, the last straw for them living there was my medical bills, I'd gotten this job the week after I was healed, until then our insurance decided they weren't going to pay for my surgery because 'riding horses isn't a basic need' even though they've covered me and my sisters horse related injuries since we were little, my parents selling that house was the final straw between my sister and I, I accepted that I couldn't beg them to keep the house and my sister couldn't, she moved the Canada and I haven't heard from her since" says Isabella

"looks like the danger is over, Cat and Tori will have to remain here for half an hour, however hospital rules state no guests during the intensive part of the treatment" says Isabella opening the door

"if you foot the hospital phone bill for this room you can be in constant contact with them, however the hospital won't bend on that, not even for Hannah Montana, this treatment requires me to do a rolling physical examination as it had in trials shown to inflame lymph nodes all over the body, the hospital doesn't care about polyamorous relationships, patient treatment comes first" says Isabella

"few people do, he can be abrasive, however he's THE best at getting the latest treatments for his patients, he even covers a portion of the cost, which is why even Tori's abysmal insurance policy is even paying for this treatment" says Isabella

"no, you're at work, our issue with Siena is a personal thing not a medical thing" says Cat as the heart monitor beeps faster
"funny how things might cross over like that, you don't like when people don't trust you enough Cat, it's spiking your anxiety and heart rate, at this point it would be irresponsible of me not to confront Siena" says Isabella as Cat's heart monitor keeps beeping fast and she faints and the beeping slows down
"wait so that's why she faints, our doctor ruled out anxiety a long time ago" says Tori confused
"again it's funny how doctors miss the obvious, the condition connected part of the brain that have no right to connect, few doctors know that about her so they dismiss things they shouldn't" says Isabella
"our doctor is my doctor and he's actually quite amazing, the meds she's on have drastically helped with her fainting spells" says Tori as the girls are escorted out
"that may be but it's not a cure and it doesn't treat the underlying cause" says Isabella as she starts the iv drip for Tori and Cat
"and what is the underlying cause" asks Tori
"the condition itself, she faints all the time, always has, the worst part is she won't remember fainting, which makes it so hard to diagnose as any one thing because the doctors can't determine how often she faints, her being left alone most of her childhood is what makes it hard, however I grew up around Cat so unlike most doctors I know what sets her off, fear and anxiety mixed with stress really set her heart off" says Isabella
"so it's a heart issue" asks Tori
"no, it's still a brain thing, like I said, the condition connected parts of her brain that had no right to be connected, the anxiety and stress would set off her autistic need to isolate when overstimulated, like when Robbie kissed her head at the cow wow dance back at Hollywood arts, her anxiety skyrocketed and her brain was flooded with emotions she couldn't process in that environment, when the three mix it causes her heart rate to fluctuate in a way that causes fainting, it rises then falls, like you just saw, now I'll be right back, Anita will be here watching you, all she's looking for is heartrate and oxygen level issues, you don't have to interact with her in any way" says Isabella
"Cat's going to be alright though isn't she, I've never seen her faint like that and she hasn't woken up yet" asks Tori
"she'll be fine, the fact that the condition was set off while I was preparing her treatment is a good thing, it means the treatment will have easier access to that part of the brain, she'll be up in five minutes, if this is successful she might only have to come back for checkups" says Isabella
"so this treatment is a cure, but my anxiety issue isn't triggered right now, does that mean the treatment won't work on me" asks Tori
"it would seem you took to the old treatment quite well so this treatment should have just as easy a time, it's not designed to be a cure, this condition can't exactly be cured, the protein mutated once, it'll do it again, this treatment just buys time, at every checkup from here on out you'll both receive micro doses, Cat might need a higher dose but this treatment has shown to allow years between flare up's though the damage caused will still remain, Cat will still have fainting spells, which her medication can deal with properly, her anxiety, fear and stress levels will likely remain fairly high but what might decrease is her desire for sex" says Isabella
"I don't know about that, as long as I've known her, her interest in sex has always been fairly high, Lane, the school guidance councillor was quite concerned about it actually, they went to the extreme of considering putting her in a mental hospital, until my dad and I said it would be a bad idea her fainting gets worse when she's forced into a confined space" says Tori
"ironically the school came to me, fresh out of medical school to ask me about Cat, they admitted she's never had a problem with her lessons or tests but they felt that she was a problem, I straight up told them that what they planned to do was against the law and I would pursue charges against every teacher that wanted Cat locked away in a mental facility, though her search habits tend to occur in public places, she has quite the ability to keep her self play actions in the safety of her bedroom and trust me it happened a lot, I'm not saying that sex won't be frequent with her after the treatment, I'm saying it won't take up half the day just to climax her once, it may still take an hour or two though, I have no doubt that she'll want sex with you guys at least once a day, maybe even a few times a day, trust me she hates how long the condition makes it take as much as you guys do, now if you don't mind I have a call to make, just relax" says Isabella as her co-worker enters as Isabella leaves

"I've spoken to them, I stayed late at work to treat Cat and Tori, few doctors like working with them but not for the reason you think" says Isabella

"Miley has been thinking about it for several years Siena, to some degree so has Lilly, the thing is they just wanted the right people to experiment with, both sides admit it might not work out, however Cat's medical condition that she's here to get her yearly dose to treat, it makes it hard to get off from sex, at least for Cat, everyone is different, unfortunately Tori alone doesn't have the physical energy to facilitate that, this treatment should make it easier in that area however Lilly is the one that contacted Cat about polyamory, neither Cat nor Tori knew who Lilly was until she said her girlfriend was Miley, you misunderstand the situation, both sides have exit agreements, none of them have a long term plan for the relationship, none of them actually expect it to work out, Dallas wanted control over us, that's not what's happening here, all of them showed concern for Cat and Tori's safety with this just out of the trials treatment, none of them seemed to like it" says Isabella

"only if they're weight lifters or running a marathon, none of their medications conflict with the treatment, Miley asked them if they wanted to join Hannah's label, as far as I can tell you're the only one with a problem with them" says Isabella
"no, you also said that doctors at the hospital don't like them" says Siena, realizing she's wrong but grasping at straws
"mostly Cat, the problem revolves around her fainting spells, she doesn't always remember fainting, which can be problematic when the main question doctors ask her is 'how often do you faint', because it could theoretically be a heart problem, unfortunately it isn't in Cat's case, at least not directly, for example if she faints ten times in a week she's likely to remember four of them, they feel she's lying to avoid testing for heart problems and label her 'uncooperative', ironically if you apologize, you'll see just how helpful she can be, she'll probably take care of Blondie all on her own aside from hoof maintenance, with Miley's guidance regarding food and water of course, she's always loved horses though the ones she has met were males and would always nip at her because she's so high energy it made them nervous, Blondie is the first horse ever to respond so lovingly or kindly at all to Cat, she's invested in this relationship, you need to give them a chance Siena, you can't let Dallas's crimes against us run your life anymore, he's dead, he can't hurt us anymore, Lilly wouldn't agree to anything she doesn't agree with" says Isabella
"I'll give them a chance, if for nothing else than for your excellent judge of character, you realized Dallas was trying to control us before is did, I let my feelings for him cloud my judgement, I'm trusting you Izzy, Jackson and I won't be home for a week, we're planning the wedding, we're looking for venues and a church, tasting cakes and stuff so we won't be there to give them anxiety, tell them I'm sorry for turning against them and turning Jackson against them" says Siena

"Cat had a seizure, she's doing ok now though, you said you expected Cat to have a reaction but you didn't say she might have a seizure" says Alexis
"I'm sorry, I should have warned you, I don't speak to Cat as often anymore as I used to, I forgot the appointment was for today, I thought it was tomorrow when we were scheduled to be on shift together, I thought I had more time to walk you through everything" says Isabella
"you could have at least told me she had sensitive brain chemistry, you may be taking care of them but if anything happens to them it's on my record" says Alexis
"I'm sorry, actually Cat's brain chemistry isn't sensitive, it's this medication, the condition caused her to faint right before the medication was administered to her so it had a direct path to the problematic area, there was no telling how she'd react, a seizure was but one option, a heart attack was the other, how's Victoria" says Isabella
"short of breath but otherwise ok, was that expected" says Alexis
"it was likely, the condition spiked her anxiety, it triggers easier, for Tori it was either being fairly short of breath or a seizure, how easily did Cat come out of it" says Isabella as they head to the next room where Cat and Tori are waiting for their physical
"it was sudden, minor convulsive activity but not enough to warrant emergency medical attention, they were talking to Jade, Miley and Lilly on the hospital phone when it happened, Miley started screaming when Cat stopped mid sentence to get my attention, however Cat was sleeping before the call so I just assumed she was too tired and decided to not finish her sentence then Tori mentioned that Cat was having a seizure and by the time I got the equipment out it was over, maybe three minutes between Miley raising the alarm to the seizure being over, she is having trouble breathing though so she's on oxygen" says Alexis as they get into the room

"what are you checking for" asks Tori
"lung issues, Alexis, we'll have to move Cat to intensive care after the physical" says Isabella
"what happened, she instinctively turned to the side and hit the bed rail during the seizure, now she has trouble breathing, she always turns to the side when she has a seizure" says Tori concerned as Isabella gives Tori her physical
"Alexis, did you give her any medication, for any reason" asks Isabella
"she started getting a headache so I gave her some mild headache medicine, why, is there a possibility I caused this, boss cleared the headache medication, he said it wouldn't cause any problems with the treatment" says Alexis
"then this is on him not you, she'll be fine, this medication makes the allergy response go nuts, I'd treat the problem here but we don't have the equipment nor access to the medication she needs, not unless big boss makes an exception, she's allergic to two headache medications, whether this was one of them or not her body is in hair trigger mode, the medication plus the bump into the bed rail caused some lung issues, likely an allergic reaction, the medication caused weakness thanks to the hair trigger response from her body, it won't take long, essentially an hour in intensive care, half an hour in outpatient then she'll be fine" says Isabella
"we had a dinner planned at Jade's after this, Cat's doesn't like delays" says Tori as Cat nods
"I'm well aware that Kit doesn't like delays to her schedule, I'm her cousin, I grew up around her however if she's not careful, this could literally kill her and I know she values her life more than delaying her schedule an hour and a half" says Isabella signaling to Alexis that Tori's cleared
"Tori, you're cleared, I'll start removing the iv now" says Alexis

"I don't know if you knew about her but Cat had a kitten, she got lost, apparently an elderly couple at Elderly Acres took her in, Jade took her in after the couple passed away, it's her birthday today, it's very important for Cat to be there, Mittens is very attached to Cat" says Tori
"the hospital might make an exception, I've told thousands of stories about Mittens, the funny thing about Mittens is she is the lone kitten of a mental health therapy Cat couple, we were hoping that Mittens inherited the therapy genes to help with Cat's anxiety and stress, at the time very little was known about the condition but Mittens did seem to help quite a bit, which is why Cat took Mittens everywhere, they're like a bonded pair, I don't know how Mittens survived that long without Cat" says Isabella now checking Cat for lymph node issues
"you're probably going to find something, her armpit was hurting last week and her hand was a tad swollen but it cleared up within a day or two" says Tori as Alexis calls the boss for an exception play for Cat
"that doesn't surprise me and yes I notice it's a bit puffy, she's working on a thirties line of clothing and she loves using time appropriate dyes, unfortunately a few of them she's allergic to, messing around with old style green dye Kit" says Isabella as Cat nods
"is it going to be a problem sexually, Miley had this whole night cuddle session planned" says Tori
"no, it shouldn't be a problem, the anti allergy medication we have to give her will give her a high, much like weed" says Isabella
"I've dabbled a few times when Jade would give me some as a tip, it's her favourite side hobby, she says it gives her great ideas, I'm aware of how it affects Cat, the stuff Jade would give me would calm Cat down" says Tori
"this is different that way, her sex drive will be through the roof, which is why she rarely gets it prescribed and even then only if absolutely necessary, it's the safest anti allergy medication for her but she does require being mostly locked to one building or room while she's taking it as a result of how it affects her" says Isabella
"the boss authorized Cat's release so long as you tag along for the next three hours to treat and monitor her" says Alexis
"you KNOW I had plans with my girlfriends after work" groans Isabella
"they're welcome to come to the party so long as you all leave when Miley asks" says Tori
"they go drinking after work, however Izzy knows about their views on family bonds, they'd be quite mad if they found out that Izzy avoided a chance to spend time with Cat" says Alexis as Isabella snarls
"you wouldn't dare tell your sister" says Isabella
"oh I'm sure Francine would love to know you care so little about your sister's health, besides big boss ordered you to, you could drink after for all he cares, so long as Cat starts her treatment and is monitored for three hours, double pay and double time" says Alexis as Tori and Cat seem shocked by the news
"guaranteed double pay and time, the hospital doesn't usually like paying out for last minute double pay and time requests" asks Isabella
"he guarantees it yes, the hospital won't prescribe the medication without accepting any last minute changes" says Alexis
"that's odd but ok" says Isabella signing off on Cat's physical health
"so we can go" asks Cat getting some of her breath back
"a quick trip to intensive care so my boss can officially sign off on things and get you that first pill so your breathing will get better, you'll be leaving with an oxygen tank to keep your oxygen levels up until the medication kicks in, now get dressed and meet me in the hallway" says Isabella as her and Alexis leave the room
"they seemed a little shocked that you're Cat's sister" says Alexis
"I spent most days at Cat's house, she absolutely knows I'm her brother's twin sister, I'm more surprised that Tori didn't know, Cat tells her everything, for Cat not to tell her means she has issues with it for some reason, I don't get along with Sam but don't see why Cat would have an issue with that" says Isabella
"your brother is quite unstable even now on all the medication, admittedly he is more stable but still he has his moments where he wakes me up in a sweat because he thought he saw or heard something" says Alexis
"that's not news to me, regular medicine doesn't work as well on him or Cat for that matter, the only time he was stable was when he got out and bought weed, as long as he had some to smoke he was stable but mom and dad protest smoking of any kind so he hasn't gotten any since" says Isabella
"huh, I didn't know that, what if big boss wrote him a prescription for it, that's legally protected and your parents can't do anything, I'm willing to do anything at this point, he makes me happy and I hate seeing him like that" says Alexis
"my word that it worked years ago won't be enough for the boss or the hospital, they don't just dole those prescriptions out based on good faith that someone is telling the truth, medical weed cards are a privilege for those that need them and aren't easy to get, Sam will have to stay in this ward for two weeks under constant monitoring to see if medical weed really does help and trust me Cat doesn't like being confined to a room, Sam hates it even more, he might get aggressive" says Isabella
"it's worth it if it works Izzy, he means the world to me" says Alexis as Cat and Tori exit the hospital room
