The Louvre presented an artifact from the myth of the Golden City that was founded by their superheroes. It wasn't much info since it was kept a secret so no man will try to discover it and use greed for glory. For safety reasons, it was heavily secured. Even to keep away from greedy people wanting to steal gold to get rich but pay a terrible price like the previous travelers who faced their doom.
Marinette visited the museum again to see it with Alya.
"Girl, you totally discovered something unreal with your kitty," Alya said.
"That the city of gold really existed," Marinette said.
"Can you imagine discovering myths to be real?" Alya said.
"Yeah. I wonder if Nessie the Lockness monster is real" Marinette said.
"Or a yeti at Tibet where the guardians of the miraculous live at," Marinette said.
"Maybe. There's also Atlantis" Alya said.
"The one that Plagg sank the city with his cataclysm without a holder," Marinette said.
"Yeah. But I wonder if there's any marine miraculous" Alya guessed.
"It's possible but one thing that's stolen is the peacock and butterfly miraculous from that monster. Panthera and Blu Tembo have their own purpose when they leave Paris and start their own journey to be heroes" Marinette said.
"Alright," Alya replied and kept looking at the relic.
However, Marinette did hope one day Alya would check her facts first rather than listen to Lila's made-up lies without verifying them. She looked around making sure Lila wasn't around.
"I know you enjoy hearing Lila's stories but seeing or hearing isn't always believing, Alya. I just care about your blog being 100% true on real stories" Marinette said, hoping Alya could take her word for it but knowing Alya always assumes her best friend is jealous of Lila getting close to Adrien.
"I'll keep it in mind, Marinette," Alya said.
"You better do" Marinette wasn't so sure she listened.
It wasn't until the water started rising a little. Like a flash flood from a hurricane but there was no monsoon or severe weather.
"What's going on?!" Alya exclaimed.
"Everyone out! Go! Go! Go!" The museum guards tell everyone to move.
They all ran to a higher floor as the water rose up.
"No time to explain! Find Panthera and Tembo. Give them these!" Marinette gave Alya the green macaroons for aqua power-up.
"Got it!" Alya ran to search for them.
Rena Furtive can't be seen but the new heroes don't know her. She guessed Syren is back and is causing another flood in Paris again for whatever reason.
"Alright, where could they be?" She wondered as she looked around. Then she spotted Blu Tembo helping some people up on some boats.
"Ah, there he is. Trixx, let's pounce" Alya transformed into Rena Furtive.
"Alright, you're safe now" Blu Tembo brought one more passenger up on the boat.
"Ven!" Panthera urged them to go and get to safety, "Chico, there's no severe weather, hurricane, or a monsoon. The sky is perfectly clear with no clouds. I don't get it" She said.
"You're right. Maybe someone got akumatized into a mermaid or shark man" Blu Tembo guessed.
"New heroes! Over here!" Rena Furtive called out to them.
"This way!" Blu Tembo jumps to the rooftop before landing on the roof next to Rena Furtive.
"Quick, eat these" Rena Furtive showed them the macaroons.
"Wait. You're Rena Rouge but in blue?" Blu Tembo asked.
"Rena Furtive. Ladybug gave me these for you two. She's gonna need your help for this. No one, not even you two should tell anyone about Rena Furtive" She said.
"You got it" Panthera nodded.
They both ate the power-up macaroons and gained aqua-form costumes to help them breathe underwater. Panthera's costume had purple jaguar spots into fish scales, and purple fins on her lower arms, tail, and feet. Blu Tembo's cape became translucent like a fish's fins and his mask became like goggles as well as gaining flippers on his feet, fins appearing on his wrists and lower legs.
"Whoa! This is so cool. I do love swimming but I never breathed underwater. Jaguars and elephants do love swimming, Chico" Aqua-Jaguar jumps in the flossed water that is higher than buildings.
"GERONIMO!" Aqua-Tembo jumps after.
So many cars and fish floating around but they gotta find the heroes before the Akuma tries to take their miraculous and their secret identities are no longer a secret anymore.
"Ha! Jaguars love water but they never breathe underwater! It's like swimming like a fish!" Aqua-Jaguar swimming.
"Same for elephants" Aqua-Tembo swimmed past her.
"Now let's find our friends in this water kingdom and get our land kingdom back. People are not adaptable in ocean life" Aqua-Jaguar said before in fast reflex she whacked the shark aside in alarm.
They kept swimming until they saw the Paris duo in their aqua forms.
"Wait, stop!" Aqua-Tembo pulls his partner and swims behind the building, "My tingling in my feet is sensing that villain is not alone" He gestures at the camouflaged octopus monster hiding, "That's a sentimonster and it's big"
"I see it. And great alarming reflex too, Chico. Okay, it's probably not like actual octopuses to attack people but this one might have a behavior like a kraken" Aqua-Jaguar said, wondering what it does and what its purpose is.
"We need a diversion," Aqua-Tembo said.
"And fast, Chico. Our friends need us" Aqua-Jaguar said.
"Right," Aqua-Tembo nodded.
"Make noise. The cars" Aqua Jaguar said, hoping it distracts the sentimonster.
"Okay," Aqua-Tembo dives to the cars and hits them to sound their alarms.
"Come play with toy cars with your tentacles" Aqua-Jaguar slams her spear hard on the car.
The Senti-Kraken got confused by the noise. The more alarms blaring, it could not find who is causing the mess. The heroes swim away before they get caught by the monster.
"Lucky charm!" They heard Aqua-bug summon her charm, "A rubber ducky?"
"What is that supposed to do?" Aqua-Noir wondered.
"Make room for new fish in the sea. Maybe later I can have fish food for lunch" Aqua-Jaguar said.
"Sounds good to me, cat cousin," Aqua-Noir said.
"Argh! You jungle animals! You're not even evolved in ocean life!" Syren yelled.
"Animals have evolved for millions of years. And so did humans too! Jaguars love water and are great swimmers too" Aqua-Jaguar said before blocking the signpost with her spear, "Plus, big cats love fish food and I hunt like a big cat" She pushed her aside.
"Yeah, and all life came from the sea," Aqua-Tembo said.
"I won't let all fish be on the bottom of the food chain! Senti-Kraken, attack these fish heroes and be done with it!" Syren ordered her sentimonster.
Senti-Kraken swung its tentacles at the heroes. They all dodged it and Aqua-Jaguar poked it with her spear. Stabbing it to back off or get poked a lot.
"CATACLYSM!" Aqua-Noir touched some nearby buildings to trap its tentacles. The building collapsed on two of the tentacles.
"No! My pet!" Syren exclaimed.
"Looks like calamari is served!" Aqua-Noir laughed.
"Yum, seafood for both cats," Aqua-Jaguar said.
"Time for a bubble bath!" Aqua-Tembo blew his horn for air bubbles to capture Syren.
"What the?! HEY! Let me out!" Syren screamed.
"Next stop, land," Aqua-bug said.
"The Amok!" Aqua-Noir said.
"The goggles? Got it!" Aqua Jaguar grabs underwater and crushes it.
"Time to de-evilize!" Aqua-bug caught the feather to purify it.
"Feather done, the butterfly to go," Aqua-Noir said before swimming up to the surface. He jumps after the bubble Syren was trapped inside and snatches the akumatized object. "Ha! Like a cat snatching fish stick!" Aqua Noir crushed the object.
"Now it's turn!" Aqua-Bug purified it.
"These power-ups are like animal evolution," Aqua-Jaguar said.
"Yeah, they are. MIRACULOUS LADYBUG!" Aqua-Bug repaired all the damage and undid the flood.
"I told you that I'm a great swimmer as a cat who isn't afraid of water, milady," Aqua-Noir said.
"Of course, Kitty" Aqua-Bug said and fistbumped, "Pound it!"
"Swimming can be so awesome in life to discover fish life" Aqua-Jaguar powers down to her normal suit.
"Yeah, every time," Blu Tembo said.
