Mokona looked around for Liv until he finally spotted Overblot Liv sitting down and watching her own memories with a sad look on her face "Liv!" Mokona said but the darkness was trying to drag him down
At this point inner Mokona was too impatient to wait and broke the seal himself and jumped out of the darkness that was trying to suck him in and saw Liv's childhood memories
It started off with a little girl with a rag on her forehead all sick and frail "oh Liv I do wish you would get better that way we could play in the sun together" little Micheal said as he and their parents took care of Liv
"I was always a sick and frail child...no matter in what condition of weather I found myself spending most of my holidays inside my bed" Overblot Liv said looking at the memories
Inner Mokona couldn't help but feela slight sting in his heart when he saw little Liv who was sick in bed with short black hair and magenta doe eyes
The image changes to little Liv finally going outside with her brother "but when I finally got the chance to be a normal kid...I was shunned for my outward appearance" Overblot Liv said
"Ew what a disgusting eye color who ever has magenta eyes weirdo" one of the kids said making little Liv tear up in sadness this made little Micheal mad "hey you idiots stop picking on my sister" he shouted in anger
"even though my brother Micheal would defend me I still felt a bit broken inside...it made me insignificant" Overblot Liv said looking at her memories sadly
"As I got older I started to hide my true appearance so it would be less likely for me to get picked on...I thought if I changed myself maybe it would stop...but I guess that didn't help at all" Overblot Liv said as she started to cry into her hands
Inner Mokona changed back to Mokona and he walked towards Liv pulling her into an embrace from behind "I'm sorry you had a rough childhood...but you should know I'm not friends with you because of the way you look" Mokona said
"I'm friends with you because genuinely care about you..." Mokona said and just decided to come clean "and I...love you Liv" Mokona said softly whispering in her ear
Liv started to tear up and she got a surprise kiss from Mokona making her close her eyes tightly at the intensity "please...come back to me" Mokona said hugging her tightly
The image changed...
Mokona slowly woke up with Liv in his arms 'it's about time you confessed' inner Mokona said making Mokona blush slightly as Liv woke up he finally saw her up close
She had short curly black hair, magenta doe eyes and she even had a beauty mark under her left eye "welcome back Liv" Mokona said softly caressing her cheek
"Liiiiiv" Yuta said as he went to hug her tightly Micheal and Nana just watched as the 3 men hugged Liv "you seem a bit more at ease" Nana said looking at Micheal
"Hmph...well with friends like that how could I worry" Micheal said and kissed Nana's cheek "e.eh! Why did you suddenly!?" Nana said looking at Micheal shocked
Micheal grabbed Nana by the waist "oh shut up already" Micheal said and kissed her lips making her melt in his arms they both pulled away "I hate you" Nana said softly "no you love me" Micheal said with a chuckle
Later...
Mokona and Liv were sitting alone on the roof "so...when were you going to tell me I was your soulmate" Mokona said making Liv blush "honestly never...I didn't want to get too close and then have you reject me" Liv said
Mokona sighed "Liv I would never reject you...your the only person that can make my heart flutter like this" Mokona said softly making Liv blush flustered
"I love you Liv...please don't change anything of your appearance...I love it all, your hair, your eyes, your nose...I especially love your lips when their on mine" Mokona admits softly
Liv nodded Mokona slowly caressed her lips "oh Liv" he pressing his lips against her's making Liv moan softly she slowly wrapped her arms around his neck deepening the kiss
Mokona leaned in closer kissing her passionately "I love you Liv" Mokona whispered softly in her ear as he buried his face in her neck "I love you too Mokona...forever and always" Liv said as she caressed his hair
They would certainly get more adventures while in yokai academy...it was only the beginning of their relationship...yet it seemed like they knew it would last forever
