Chapter 109: King of the Kingdom:
Sonic's POV:
Black Doom's this mysterious new alien threat who's beaten me down and kidnapped me and when I tried to escape, one of his goons broke my leg! That Shadow wannabe then came.
"Hello Sonic," says Eclipse.
"Eclipse, my friends will come for me," I said.
"About that," says Eclipse. He then shows me an image that shows them all breaking into two sides.
"Are they doing that to cover more ground," I asked.
"No, they're separating all because Knuckles and Shadow have ego problems," says Eclipse, "I think they're missing one important thing... you!"
"Who are you," I asked.
"I am the son of Black Doom and the heir to the Black Arms and soon, I will be the King of this Kingdom!"
Eclipse: When I rule the world
There'll be a different dance
I got a thirst
For a little change of plans
I'll do whatever needs to be done
'Til I'm king, king, king, king, king
King of the kingdom!
Eclipse then walks away. Interesting, he's Black Doom's son... but why does he look so much like Shadow?
Knuckles' POV:
Shadow and I got into an argument, so we divided the group. With me are Tails, Sally, Vector, Charmy, Sticks, Flame, Stardust, Bunnie, Mina, Cream and Cheese, Grappler, and Jet.
"So, anyone miss the others," asks Jet.
"Yes," says Cream, "I just hope we can be friends again. I don't like this."
"Aah just feel this is the longest aah've bin' without mah man," says Bunnie.
"Bunnie, you and Antoine have been separated before," says Sally, "when Chaos Control brought everyone to Earth."
"That was be-fo-wah we got hitched," says Bunnie.
"Fair point," says Sally.
"Chaotix doesn't feel right without Espio or Mighty," says Vector, "and just as Odette finally joined us, this happened!"
"And why did Amy choose Shadow, anyway," asks Sticks.
"Because she likes him," says Mina, "couldn't you tell?"
"Guys, relax, Grappler's in your team and as Knuckles' second-in-command-"
"You're the lowest rank, Rookie," I said.
"Can you at least call me by my name," asks Grappler.
Shadow's POV:
Amy, Rouge, Espio, Mighty, Rotor, Omega, Antoine, Odette, Julie-Su, Big, and Scar all chose my side.
"It's not too late to apologize to Knuckles," says Scar.
"Quiet," I said.
"How cahn I live weethout my Bunnie?" Antoine then starts crying. Espio was then patting him on the back.
"Omega, find us a way inside," I said.
"Acknowledged," says Omega.
Black Doom's POV:
Shadow's group is going to run into my black bull!
Shadow's POV:
"Hey, Shadow," says Amy, "there's... something I want to tell you-"
"It's going to have to wait," I said.
We then ran into a big monster. It resembles a cacodemon, having a large black and gray blubbery body with black and red wings protruding out of it. It has spikes around its body and wings. Its face is red surrounding its singular green eye and has white fangs. It also has hands with pointy white claws next to its mouth.
"You're right," says Amy, "it can wait!"
"Great," I said.
Knuckles' POV:
We found a spot. "Tails, how did you know about this spot," I asked.
"I don't know," says Tails, "I just had a feeling."
Black Doom's POV:
Impossible! How did that fox... oh, I see. Well, now they have to deal with my black hawks!
Knuckles' POV:
We then ran into these big things. They have a squamous black hide with wide red lines from their head to the end of their back fins.
"Move," said.
We then fought them off.
Black Doom's POV:
Now to see how my son is doing.
Shadow's POV:
We were fighting off this thing, but it was a challenge. Omega then grabs it and throws it into space.
"I just realized," says Scar as Rouge gave her back her face, "how are we breathing?"
"I'm wondering why no one thought of that before we got here," says Rouge.
"Let's go," I said.
Knuckles' POV:
We were still trying to get away from those flying things, but then we managed to avoid them.
"Over here," says Tails. We all ran to his voice.
Shadow's POV:
We found a way in, but we ran into someone.
"Hello Shadow."
"Who are you," I asked.
"I'm Eclipse the Darkling... and I'm your brother!"
"What," I asked.
Knuckles' POV:
We found a frozen hedgehog. Flame started thawing her out. What is going on?
