Chapter 88 City at War part 3

Ex-Aid looks at Karai as the two stared at each other.
"Well we can finally talk." She said.
"Oh, you wanna talk? 'Cause I kinda got the idea that you wanted to kick our shells." Don said.
"Is this how people here talk?" Venus said.
"Nope." Raph answered his sister.
"If I had wanted to destroy you, you would not be alive to talk." Karai said.
"Yeah right. Mitsuki would have shot ya." Raph said.
"I agree." Venus nodded.
"Well let's talk." Ex-Aid said.
"As I told you, my name is Karai." Her aides kneel before one takes out a medallion strung on a ribbon from his cloak and hands it to her. She displays the gold medallion, which is emblazoned with the Foot Clan symbol. "And I command the Foot Clan in Japan. I am here to restore order to the New York faction of The Foot. When you turtle men destroyed The Shredder, you threw the city into chaos. We in Japan had hoped all parties would destroy each other like a snake which consumes itself, leaving the city once again under The Foot's control. But we did not expect the city to be consumed in the process. If the Foot is to regain control of its New York operations, I will need your help."
"We done talking yet? Is it time to fight?" Raph said.
"You are impudent! If you were my retainer, I would have you beaten!" Karai said.
"Oh, yeah, you're Foot all right." Raph was going to charge until Venus stopped him. "You even sound like The Shredder!"
Ex-Aid thinks about what Raph said.
"Lady, even if we wanted to, I don't see how we could help you. This war's out of control. We're kinda in over our heads as it is." Don said.
"Yes, I know. But I have a plan to stop this war." Karai said.
"And what is this plan?" Ex-Aid asked. "Since it involves us."
"All plans must have their... contingencies. Make your decision." Karai moves away from them.
"Well, what do you think, guys?" Leo said.
"I think she can swim her butt back to Japan." Raph said.
"Raphael!" Venus frowns.
"I think she's perfect. Looks, brains, and she's a ninja." Casey said.
"What does she mean by "contingencies"?" Mikey said.
"She means we're Plan B." Leo said.
"There seems to be one thing missing from this equation. Uh, excuse me. What's in it for us?" Don asked Karai.
"Three things. One, you can save New York from being torn apart. Two, you can free your streets of the Purple Dragons and the mob." She looks at Leonardo and Ex-Aid. "And three, the Foot and the Foot Elite are honor-bound to slay the one who defeated their master. They shall be relentless. They will destroy you, your master and your comrades. But if you help us, there will be no revenge for The Shredder's destruction."
She then walks away with her guards.
"Listen, this is the chance we've been looking for. We can set things right. It may be a deal with the devil, but at least it's a devil we know. I say we play along for now." Leo said.
"The turtles team up with The Foot? It sounds crazy." Don said.
"But he does a point." Venus said.
"I don't know, Leo." Mikey said.
"Urgh, I've heard enough! There's no way I'm teaming up with Little Miss Foot!" Raph said.
"Raph, listen to me! We all know this thing is too big for us to fix." Leo said.
"Listening to you is what got us into this mess in the first place!" Raph said.
"We have to take this opportunity!"
"Oh, is that the "honorable thing" to do? You guys can be the Foot's little toes if you want. But not me. I'm outta here! You comin', Case?"
"You know, Raph, I was always taught that no matter what, you fix your mistakes. I'm staying." Casey said.
"Whatever!" Raph leaves.
Karai looks at them. "Well?"
"We accept your offer of alliance." Leo said.
"But no funny stuff." Mikey said.
"We've never had much reason to trust The Foot before." Don said.
"The Foot has never had to ask for aid before. Now let us begin. We haven't much time. Listen closely." Karai said.
Later
The group was at the old remains of the Shredder's base, Ex-Aid was looking around just in case, then someone came in and it was the Shredder in his armor.
They stared and Don said: "So?"
"Ha! They have all taken my bait and are following me here. They shall arrive within minutes. They are in... " The shredder takes off his helmet to reveal Karai. "For a surprise."
"Nice voice synth technology. You sound just like the Shredder." Don said.
"Hearing the Shredder's voice gives me the shivers." Mikey said.
"I don't understand how you can serve someone as evil and dishonorable as the Shredder." Leo said.
Karai frowns. "You knew the Shredder only as a merciless enemy. But I knew another side of him."
She then tells them her story. "It was he who discovered me many years ago in Japan, after my parents had abandoned me. He allowed me to train alongside him. And thus I learned the art of ninjutsu. I respected him and he trusted me. To me, he was Oroku Saki. He was more than just my master. He became my father."
Ex-Aid then has a memory, when his father died he was at the grave staring at it. He was all alone before a old man came to his side smiling. This was his grandfather who came from his mother's side wearing the same Quincy necklace as her. He was the one that saved him from his lonely moment.
"It was his destiny to find me. It became my duty to serve him. As it became your fate to slay him. But we are all servants of fate." Karai said.
"I'm not so sure. Master Splinter says we are free to decide our own paths. That our lives are dictated by our choices." Leo said.
"They are here, Mistress." One of the aide said.
"Looks like your plan is working." Don said.
"So far, but one must always plan for the unexpected." Karai said.
"That's why we're here." Leo said.
"Yes. Now conceal yourselves and let us see what fate awaits us."
They hid in the shadows as she puts the helmet back. Then the mob boss came inside with his goons with guns.
"Steady, boys." He said.
Karai takes out her sword, she then saw Hun and the Purple Dragons arriving through another door. With the elite and the foot coming too.
"You know, this plan kind of stinks. What are we supposed to do again?" Mikey said.
"If the plan doesn't work, we'll have to fight." Venus said.
"Well good thing Mitsuki is here." Mikey said.
"This war is at an end! I have returned to resume control of the city." Fake Shredder said.
"Master Shredder, we thought you were destroyed. We serve you always." Twin blade and the elite bow.
"Master, I remain your servant, as will the Purple Dragons." Hun said.
"Good. I command you to rid me of this pestilence." She ordered to take out the mob.
"Yo! Wait a minute! This ain't right! We wanna take over Shredder's turf, not get it back for him." Dragon face said.
"Traitor! You dare!" Hun got mad.
"Shredder, we have a saying in our family. But you'll never live to hear it! Fire!" The mob shoots.
"Purple Dragons, take 'em out!" Hun said.
"Forget Hun! Every man for himself!" Dragon Face ran.
The purple dragon opened fire as the foot protected Karai. The group had to jump from different beams to even avoid the shots.
"Yo, Dragon Face, catch!" Hun shoots at Dragon Face, who dives onto the floor to avoid it as he opens fire with his own rocket launcher.
"Looks like her plan is going to work after all." Leo said.
"Hey, I almost forgot, Shredder." Mob boss takes out a blinking baseball sized explosive. "Here's a little present from your old friend, Baxter Stockman!" He throws the explosive. "Sayonara!"
The explosive knocks her down as the helmet falls off.
Hun then picks it up. "Master?" He then noticed Karai. "Huh? Karai!"
"To impersonate our master is sacrilege. You dishonor him!" The elite said.
"Plan B!" Ex-Aid said.
They jumped down and fought the attackers, Ex-Aid knocks many of the others away as his friends had some trouble but kept going.
"The rider." Hun takes out the watch.
"Huh?!" Ex-Aid got surprised.
FUMA!
He inserts it on himself as Hun transforms, becoming a big bulky monster version of Fuma with metal bear trap teeth and two giant swords with saw like blades.
"Oh no." Ex-Aid said.
"Hey monster Fuma." Mikey got nervous.
"Just great." Leo said.
Another Fuma slashes at Ex-Aid who got sent back but he dodges going around him, he then takes out a gashat.
GOLDENEYE 007! (The James Bond theme with the sounds of a Walther PPK firing.)
"Hey I love that movie." Mikey said.
"Later Mikey." Venus said.
Ex-Aid dodges another attack and uses it.
GASHAT! GACHAN! LEVEL UP! MIGHTY JUMP! MIGHTY KICK! MIGHTY MIGHTY ACTION X! A GACHA! BOND! JAMES BOND! SUPER SPY! STOP TREVELYAN! GOLDENEYE 007! (The James Bond theme with the sounds of a Walther PPK firing.)
A robot bond came out and merges with Ex-Aid giving him the suit and golden Walther PPK.
Ex-Aid shoots at Another Fuma making him grunt as he slashes at him making the rider move around. Some foot attacked him but he dodges and summons Jame Bond's car as it shoots at them making the foot block with they're swords.
"A damn car." Another Fuma smashes it.
"Hey!" Ex-Aid complained.
Karai goes to his side. "This one can distract them."
"Yes, also your a good person with honor." Ex-Aid said and she smiles.
"Hun! Destroy them with your new power and we will not forget your help when the Elite controls New York City!" The elite said.
"That's the first thing I've heard since this stupid war began that makes sense." Another Fuma said.
He raises his swords before a ninja star hits him as it explodes, they looked and saw Raph come out.
"Hey, guys, miss me?"
"Raph!" leo said.
Venus and the others smiled.
"I thought you were sitting this one out?" Leo said.
"Well, I calmed down, thought about it... "He ducks from many attacks from a elite. "And realized I was... "He catches the spear on his sai and knocks the Elite down, taking his weapon from him. "...being an idiot."
"You did that..."Mikey takes down the trident wielding Elite. "all by yourself?"
"Well, I kind of had... " Raph kicks an attacking Foot ninja. "A little help."
Splinter came and fights many. "My sons and daughter, I was worried we would be too late!"
"You came in time master." Venus said.
They fight many of the foot off as Ex-Aid shoots at Another Fuma before he kicks a elite to a pillar.
Karai then stomps on him. "Do you not know this seal?" She shows her medalion.
"Yes. It is the Shredder's seal. The seal of the Foot."
"Then you are honor-bound to obey me for I represent the Shredder!" Karai said.
"We will not!" The elite said.
She narrows her eyes and slashes, then his hat got cut in two making the elite shocked.
Another Fuma got up and Ex-Aid got ready before he got a new gashat. "Huh?"
He saw a double Gashat colored orange and yellow. The picture is Toyotomi Hideyoshi with his clan symbol.
"Well let's try it." He takes out both of the gashats out.
TOYOTOMI HIDEYOSHI! (Some war cries mixed with monkey noises.)
The gamer appears being his ancestor's armor like a ghost inside of it.
Ex-Aid then inserts it. "Ancestry Dai Henshin!"
DOUBLE GASHAT! GACHAN! LEVEL UP! MONKEY OF ODA! LEGEND HAS RETURNED! PREPARE YOURSELF TO FACE! TOYOTOMI HIDEYOSHI! (Some war cries mixed with monkey noises.)
He wears the armor and poses with his weapon.
"Alright." The turtles said.
"Toyotomi Hideyoshi?" Karai questions as her eyes widen.
"That's right, he's my ancestor." Ex-Aid said.
This makes Karai more interested in Ex-Aid.
Another Fuma attacks as Ex-Aid fights him off many times with his weapon before striking him making the another rider grunt.
"I will show you what I can do." Ex-Aid spins his weapon many times as sparks flew out of the another rider.
He then closes and opens the driver.
GACHON! KIMEWAZA! GACHAN! TOYOTOMI CRITICAL STRIKE!
He powers up his spear before he throws it at the Another Rider making him explode as the watch broke and Hun was sent outside.
Ex-Aid looks at the Elite. "You should know about my ancestor."
"Yes the monkey and successor of Oda Nobunaga." The Elite said.
"We respect him."
"Then you better listen to her." Ex-Aid said.
The Elite thinks about it.
"Now you'll follow me." Karai said.
"Yes." The elite said.
Karai and Ex-Aid looks at each other and she bows. "Thank you."
"Your welcome." He said.
"I hope to see you another time warrior." Karai said. "Your ancestor is someone that I have respect."
Ex-Aid nodded at her since she's not so bad. The group left as they're service was done with Karai taking care of the foot.
Later
Karai was at her office but she presses a button to go inside a lab, inside was the Shredder utrom inside a pod with insects healing him.
"All proceeds as planned, Master." She bows.
"Ah. Good. My body is prepared. And the biocytes have almost finished healing my flesh. Soon I will be myself again. Soon we will destroy the turtles." he said.
She frowns.
"Also that warrior Ex-Aid." He said.
"You wish to destroy him?" She asked.
"No, I have something better. As i've seen what he can do, I want you to take him and have him become your husband." Shredder said making her surprised.
"Husband?" She questions in surprise
"Yes, with you together the foot shall rise even more." He said.
"I agree." Karai said.
She has small blush but knows it's for the better of her clan and at least she can save him.
Note: Heres part 3 and the group managed to stop the invasion, also the Shredder wants Karai to take Mitsuki as her husband to make the clan grow stronger.
