A/N: Confused on how to do the date. If Zoey has a kid right after she gets married and the kid is 20 or 21 in SPD, the date would be 2028 or 2029. I think. Lol. I can't stick to the 2025 date, as I don't think teenagers can be Rangers in SPD. I'm not sure. Maybe I'm wrong. Let me know.
Chapter 28: Wormhole
Newtech City: 2028
An alarm blared at the Space Patrol Delta base on Earth, earning the attention of everyone there.
"Power Rangers, report to delta command immediately!"
A female voice rang out loudly over the intercoms; before a group of seven cadets sprinted into the Command Center, and approached their Commander who was standing near the computer with his tech analyst.
"What's going on?" The leader, Jack, whose grey SPD uniform was outlined in red, looked up at their canine commander.
"Grumm is gone, and so is his ship." Commander Cruger informed them, taking the group by surprise.
"Yes," Sky, the one in blue, smiled, "he's retreated!"
"We've won!" Jack cheered loudly, and five of the seven Rangers cheered.
"Enough!" Their cheering was quickly cut off by their Commander's order.
"Hello, hello!" Jack grinned up at him. "You said it yourself, Grumm is gone!"
"Yes, he's gone, but I know my enemy." Cruger told them. "He does not retreat."
"The Commander has a point." Zanna, whose uniform was purple and one of the two who hadn't cheered, turned from her station, "Someone like Grumm, after everything he's done, will never retreat. He's up to something."
"And it's not good." Holt, whose uniform was outlined in silver, looked over from his own computer, "We need to be prepared for anything."
"Commander, I found something." Kat spoke up from the mainframe, "I was scanning the Turnerian Nebula when I found this." The screen brought up an image of a strange hole that was surrounded by whirling colors of blue and green.
"A wormhole?" Cruger scowled.
"Yes. A temporal wormhole. There are traces of Troobian energy inside the rim."
Zanna nodded, "Wormholes are specific and not to be confused with a Time Hole, a tear in the Fabric of Time, which can take you to any time, randomly."
"Which is accurate," Holt smiled, "as Time Holes can appear randomly anywhere in the world. Quite dangerous if you get sucked into one."
"Still sounds like retreating to me." Jack commented.
"That's what he wants us to think." Cruger spoke as he turned around.
"Sir, then where is he going?" Sky frowned.
"That's not the question you need to ask." Another voice spoke as a guy in a grey and black uniform with a GSA officer's badge walked over.
"Enlighten me then, Officer Navarro." Sky rolled his eyes.
The new guy smirked, "It's a Temporal Wormhole, Cadet." Sky frowned in frustration, "Do you know what Temporal means?"
Zanna chuckled, "The question is 'When' is he going to?"
Reefside High School: 2004
The school bell rang, signaling the end of the day, and the Dino Rangers relaxed at the benches in front of the school, just hanging out. Kira practised a new song that she had been writing, Ethan was playing a video game beside her and Trent was laying on the grass, sketching.
"Great!" Ethan's exclamation made Andy and Raina, who were sparring, look over.
"Aw, what's wrong Tricera Boy?" Raina snickered, "Did you die?"
"I was just about to defeat the evil Maxidrone, when his evil ship comes along and destroys all that I've done!" Ethan complained, missing the girl's sarcasm. "Can you believe it?" He asked, looking at Kira.
"It's just a game, Ethan." The Yellow Ranger shrugged, not really caring.
"Yeah, you're acting as if it's real." Trent smirked.
"What if it is real? What if this game is really an ancient diary telling me about a real event that happened in a distant galaxy, far, far away." He smiled dreamily.
Kira smirked. "Ethan, your mind is the only thing that is far, far away."
"Ow!" Trent started to laugh, before a ball rolled over.
"Hey guys, what's up?" Conner grinned to his friends as Ethan caught the ball with his foot.
"Oh, Ethan's giving us a history lesson on something he leaned on his Geekboy," Kira smirked. "and Andy and Raina over there are scaring the freshmen." She nodded to some kids who were running away from the aggressive sparring session.
"Yes, because that is the most dangerous thing this town has seen all year." Zoey snarked as she walked up with Jenna, "Bunch of babies." They stretch for a moment in their black cargo pants, fingerless gloves and sleeveless black tops.
"Nice outfits." Trent nodded, "Regulation?"
"Yep. Same ones you'll get. We're testing them out to see if they need to be modified for speed, endurance and agility."
Kira smirked, "You look like Kim Possible. Only, more badass."
"I'll take it."
"So, how was the training camp?" Conner smirked as he tossed his ball up, "You didn't break anybody, did you?"
Jenna smirked as they laid their bags down, "Not yet. Next time."
"So, you were talking about Ethan's game?" Zoey looked down at the hand-held the Blue Ranger had been playing with, "Ninjas or aliens?"
"Aliens." Andy laughed as he jogged over, "He thinks it's a history lesson."
Raina patted the Geek on the head, "It's a video game. It doesn't come to life."
"Tell that to the wizard."
She shared a confused look with Trent, "Huh?"
"Alright. You're right. This is not ancient galactic history." Ethan relented.
"Finally." Kira rolled her eyes.
"But it could be… the future!" Ethan suggested, and they all sighed.
"Remember, it's just a game." Conner told him with a grin.
As Ethan went to retort, they heard a loud noise overhead, and looked up. A massive ship flew above them, and stunned, the Rangers watched as it shot into the distance, disappearing.
"That's not a game." Zoey frowned.
Newtech City: 2028
"A wormhole is a tube of space time connecting distant regions of the universe that could provide the possibility of time travel." Kat explained to Jack, Holt, Z, who wore a yellow and grey uniform, and Bridge, whose uniform had a green outline.
"Einstein's theory of relativity." Bridge nodded.
"Correct." Kat smiled as she turned to her canine boss, "Commander."
"I believe that Grumm has become frustrated with the resistance SPD has shown, and has decided to take the terror and his battle into the past, where victory will be certain." Cruger explained to the four Rangers.
"We can't just let him do that!" Z looked horrified at the thought.
"We won't. We will go after him." Cruger told the Yellow Ranger.
"You're sending us through the wormhole, aren't you sir?" Holt exchanged looks with Zanna as she manned her station, "And you're not sending the whole team."
"Correct. I can't leave the present unprotected," Cruger told him. "Say your goodbyes, and report to Delta Launch in five minutes." He ordered, and they saluted. While Jack, Z and Holt went to leave immediately, Bridge paused.
"Sir, when you say 'say your goodbyes', do you mean 'say goodbye' as in 'see you later', or do you mean 'say goodbye' as in… 'goodbye'?" He asked. Cruger tilted his head, and went to respond, but Bridge stopped him. "Wait!" He shook his head. "Don't answer that."
"Come on Bridge." Holt grabbed his jacket sleeve and jerked the Green Ranger out.
Reefside: 2004
"Ok, the next time you predict the future like this, could you at least make me a pop star." Kira grumbled as the group walked through the woods, attempting to find the ship.
"I didn't know it was gonna come true!" Ethan defended.
"Should Raina be with us?" Conner asked, "No offense, but you don't have a morpher anymore and we don't know what we're getting into."
"I have my Ninja powers, Jock Boy." Raina scoffed, "And I didn't have to touch a magical rock to get them."
"Relax." Zoey handed her a compact crossbow and quiver from her training bag, "It's about the same size as your Monarch Blade Shock Bow."
"Sweet." Raina nodded as she hooked everything up on herself.
"Here." Jenna pulled out two collapsible batons, "This should help as well."
"Awesome sauce."
"Seriously?" Ethan stared, as shocked as the others, "Where did those come from?"
"We're testing some new GSA prototypes." Zoey shrugged, "Trial by fire."
"That's nice and all, but we've gotta find Doctor O." Trent told them, and the others nodded in agreement.
"Well, you've found me, instead." Zeltrax announced, and they looked up quickly to find the machine, standing with a group of Tyrannodrones.
"At least it's a familiar face." Conner growled.
"Yeah… an ugly one." Raina muttered.
Zeltrax growled as they fell into fighting positions. "Rangers, we fight again!" The ship appeared overhead, and he, along with his Tyrannodrones, were caught in a bright light and sucked up into the ship.
"Now that's something you don't see every day." Conner glanced to his friends, whose eyes were all wide.

After the ship had taken Zeltrax and flew off, the group continued their search.
"I wonder what they wanted with Zeltrax." Trent spoke up, breaking the silence.
"Does it really matter?" Kira rolled her eyes as she walked beside the White Ranger. "Hopefully, they'll take him into space, and sell him for scrap metal."
"The point is, it's all good." Ethan grinned at her. "Zeltrax is gone, and so are they."
"Yeah, but they aren't," Conner pointed over to a strange ship that was resting nearby. It was white and blue in colour, with the initials SPD written on the side.
Zoey stared in outrage, "Oh, you have got to be kidding me."
"Did that fluffed up turkey really ignore Command Base?" Jenna asked as a door opened, and four people walked out, wearing grey uniforms, each with their own color, "And they're multicolored." She frowned, "Not happy about this."
"Conner, Andy, Kira, Ethan, Zoey, Jenna…" The one in red nodded as he called out to them, "nice to see you guys again." The newcomers walked over to them, "You must be Trent and Raina!" He pointed to both White Rangers.
"Uh, what?" Conner asked his friends.
"That's an excellent question." Zoey frowned as she crossed her arms, "Here's a better one. What the hell is SPD doing on Earth without permission?"

"Ok, so let me see if I got this straight." Ethan spoke as the two groups stood together, "You guys are from the future. And you're Power Rangers?"
"You're chasing Emperor Grumm, who's trying to conquer the future Earth?" Kira spoke up next.
"And Grumm came to defeat the Earth now, so in the future, he'll already have conquered Earth?" Conner continued on.
"And you know these guys because they were brought to the future and helped you out?" Trent glanced to the others Rangers.
"This is absolutely insane." Zoey moaned, "I cannot believe we caved to that ridiculous Pigeon Head."
Jenna sighed, "We had to have had a good reason." She shook her head, "I can't think of any reason why we would agree to work with that sexist egomaniac, but it takes place in the future. So, let's be open minded and just deal with today."
"Are they for real?" Z asked, glancing at the others, "I mean, seriously."
"Seriously, what, Z?" Holt asked, looking at the brunette, "What?"
"What's their issue with SPD? I don't get it."
"You have access to the reports from before SPD was allowed here, so you should know the trouble that Commander Birdie caused. It wasn't pretty."
When she shrugged in confusion, he turned back to the two girls, "Sorry about her. Most of the team never bothered to really learn about their history, so it gets a little difficult to deal with."
Jenna stared at him for a moment and smiled, "No problem." She gestured to the second plate under SPD, "You can come with us."
Zoey looked over at her words and nodded, "Agreed. No offense, but I don't trust the other three."
"Seriously?" Z crossed her arms, "Do you just live in that bubble of rudeness?"
"Like I said," Zoey smiled, "no offense."
"Z." Holt sighed, "Look at their uniforms." The entire group turned and noticed the logo on their training gear, "They're part of the first GSA training class. Just FYI."
She sighed, "Figures."
"Ok, let's go out on a limb here and say you're telling us the truth." Conner interrupted, "Why don't we remember any of this?"
"Oh!" Bridge exclaimed suddenly, making them all jump. "I know." He told him with a goofy smile.
"We erased your memory, because a knowledge of the future would have a detrimental effect, causing it not to happen in the random manner that it's supposed to happen, without you interacting with it." Bridge explained, speaking rapidly and in a run-on sentence.
"What did he say?" Kira glanced to Z.
"We stopped trying to figure it out." Z just looked to their Silver Ranger, "Holt?"
"He said that they wiped our memories so we wouldn't accidently change the future and stop things from happening the way they're meant to." Zoey nodded, "Makes sense. Though the other meeting hasn't happened yet, for us, so we wouldn't have any memories of it anyways."
"Yep." Jenna agreed, "Time travel sucks, doesn't it?" She smirked.
Zoey stepped forward with a frown, "Just an FYI, try that on us now, and we're going to have an issue. GSA has a direct line to Time Force. There are Temporal Laws about messing with peoples memories. You never know what you're erasing. Blocking is completely different from erasing. Don't mess with me."
"Anybody else suddenly scared?" Bridge asked, edging closer to Holt, "It's kinda creepy how much she reminds me of Zanna." Zoey tilted her head, curious.
Their conversation was cut short when Jack's morpher beeped. He lifted it from his side and flipped it open. "Krybots. I've got three separate readings. Okay, okay. We gotta split up." He told the other three SPD Rangers. "You guys stay here, this is our fight." Jack ordered, turning to the Dinos.
"Oh, he so did not!" Zoey exclaimed as Raina and Andy snickered at her look of outrage, "You really don't want to piss me off, Soldier Boy. You will hurt."
"Your Grumm has teamed up with our mortal enemy Zeltrax." Kira pointed out as she tried not to laughed at their Pink Ranger's anger.
"Right. Your fight is now our fight." Conner said, and the others nodded their agreement.
Jack frowned at them. "It didn't work last time," Holt chuckled, "what made you think it was going to this time?" He nodded. "Now, how to separate."

In the downtown area, an orange Krybot laughed manically as he sent people scattering with a yell, "I claim this area in the name of the Troobian Empire!"
"I don't think so," Andy's voice yelled out, as he run towards the robot, "Pumpkin head!" He got within feet of him, before planting both feet on the ground and jumping into the air, he flipped over once and landed behind him, "You chose the wrong time and city to try and take over!"

Bridge led the way towards the signal, following it on his morpher. "Can you explain the GSA tag on your uniform?"
Holt looked over at Jenna's question and smirked, "Long story short… GSA teamed with SPD in order to keep on eye on them. Make sure they didn't break the accords. I was a GSA Officer when I was sent to work at SPD as part of inter-agency cooperation. I do both, but my main job, outside of being a Ranger, is monitoring the planet as a whole from SPD Command Base. There's a GSA office inside the Base. We maintain contact with every Ranger Base for anomalies."
The two girls nodded, "Nice." Zoey smiled, "Makes it easier to understand the reason an accord with SPD was created in the first place."
"What's your problem with SPD?" Bridge looked over his shoulder, "The others have the same attitude, but they don't really get into any details about it."
"Just keep following the signal, Empath Boy." The Pink Ranger told him, shocking him with her perceptiveness. "Another time; another place."
"Okay." He looked back down at his morpher, "The signal is getting stronger." He looked around at the rocky area, "They've gotta be around her somewhere."
Jenna tapped him on his shoulder, "I think we've found them." She pushed his arm down and he saw a group of what the girls assumed were Krybots standing there.
"Any last words, Rangers?" One of the blue-headed robots demanded.
"They talk." Zoey snickered, "Can you imagine Tyrannadrones doing that?"
Jenna shook her head, "I don't even want that in my head."
Holt laughed, looking at the Green Ranger as he pulled out his morpher, "Ready?"
"Ready!"
"SPD, EMERGENCY!"
They morphed into Green and Silver suits. While Bridge's had the number 3 on it, Holt's had the number 6.
"DINO THUNDER, POWER UP, HA!"
Zoey and Jenna morphed into their suits and called on their Thundermax blades. The three moved quickly, taking out the robots with ease. Bridge suddenly cried out as he was hit from behind, and rolled along the ground.
"Bridge, you ok?" Holt ran over and helped him up.
"Yeah." Bridge nodded, looking out at the orange robot who had hit him, "Is that all you got?" The robot tried fire off a blast at the two SPD Rangers, but Zoey jumped in front of them sent out a wave of energy, destroying half the machines.
"Just like that?" Jenna snickered, "Tyrannodrones are harder to take out than this."
"That's because the T-Drones were designed using destroyed Cog parts. Alien metal combined with Dino DNA? Fuhgeddaboudit." Zoey shrugged as the two boys stared; one in shock and one in humor. "Maybe these Krybots aren't built to deal with Dino Powers. Either way, it was cake." She looked back at the boys, "Ready to end this?"
They nodded as all four grabbed their blasters and, working together, destroyed the remaining robots.

The Krybot drew its blades and pointed one at the Spino Ranger, "Prepare for the inevitable, Ranger!" He spat, crossed his blades and run forward.
"Enough with the chit chat!" Andy responded, drawing his Spino Axe and met him head on in battle. The two exchanged clashes for a few moments before Andy hit the ground and rolled, the Krybot standing over him with his blades ready for the final strike.
"Prepare to meet your doom!" The Krybot growled
Before the Krybot land the blow, he was blasted back as Jack and Raina appeared, the Lightning Ninja infusing her crossbow arrows with Lightning and using it to blast the Krybot away, "May not be an active Ranger," She grinned, helping Andy to his feet, "but I can still kick butt."
"Never doubt the Queen of Queens." Andy grinned through him helmet as Jack run in to deal with the Krybot. "Ready to end this?"
"Let's do it."
With the help of Raina pulling down bolts of lightning, and shooting it at the Krybot, the two morphed Rangers were able to finish the fight without any damage to themselves.
Newtech City: 2028
Having been summoned to the command centre, Sky, Syd and Zanna stood before the Commander, along with the morphed Omega Ranger.
"The wormhole is closing. I need to go after the Rangers and warn them." He said, looking at the rest of the team.
"I'll go with you sir." Sky volunteered.
"I'll go too," Syd stepped forwards as well.
"Me too, sir." Zanna nodded.
"No!" Cruger spoke sharply. "I need you here in case the unthinkable happens."
"Sir, if you go back and they stay here, and Grumm wins… then being here will be unnecessary." Officer Navarro pointed out. "There won't be a here."
"I hate to agree with him," Sky gritted out, "but he's right. You need us."
Zanna raised a hand like she was in class, "Can I mark this on the calendar?"
Syd giggled, "It's certainly a day for the record books."
"They're right, sir," Kat spoke up, ignoring the Ranger's banter.
Cruger nodded. "Alright then, we will all go."
Reefside: 2004
"Hey, guys, wait up!" Jack called as he, Raina, Andy, Bridge, Holt, Raina and Zoey hurried over to catch up with Z and the other Dino Rangers.
"Any luck?" Conner asked them.
"Just ran into some Krybots," Bridge told him, "We took care of them.'
"Bridge got a crash course in how not to piss off Zoey." Holt shrugged, "Never underestimate an Oliver. It never ends well for you."
"We learned that very early on." Conner nodded as he patted the Green Ranger on the shoulder, "It's a lesson well learned."
"What's the big deal?" Z asked, confused, "We all heard her snapping at us earlier."
"I'll explained it later." Bridge shook his head, "What about you guys?" He asked, looking at the Yellow Ranger.
"No, nothing." Z shook her head. "Which doesn't make any sense, the Troobian energy around here is off the charts!" She exclaimed, irritated.
No sooner had she spoken, however, there a large explosion behind them. They looked back to see Zeltrax flying through the air and crash to the ground nearby.
"Hey!" Jack spotted him first, falling into a fighting stance. Zeltrax ignored them, and blasted the person he was fighting. They watched as Tommy flew through the air, wielding his Brachio Staff, and landed in front of Zeltrax.
"The Black Ranger!" Bridge's eyes widened.
"Time to take it to the next level!" Tommy yelled before running at Zeltrax. Movement behind the Rangers caught Zoey's attention.
"Guys, Zeltrax brought some company." She commented, and they looked around to see a large crowd approaching them.
"Ok, what are those?" Bridge asked, not recognizing the dino robots..
"Tyrannodrones." Conner scowled at the sight.
"That's a Tyrannodrone?" The Green Ranger stared in shock.
"Well, let's look on the bright side. It couldn't get any worse." Z gulped as Holt looked around at her in shock.
"Seriously? We have been over this!"
"There's our enemy, comrades!" They looked around quickly to see three monsters standing together.
"Guys, I think it just got worse," Jack gulped.
"Did you really just say that?" Zoey glared, "Don't they teach you what not to say when you're a Ranger? Temping fate like that is not a joke. Fate just loves to laugh at Power Rangers. You don't jinx it!"
"Wow." She looked at Holt, "It really is uncanny."
"Ready?" One of the monsters called out as they were completely surrounded.
"Come on!"
"This'll be easy!" Another laughed.
As Zeltrax fired at Tommy once more, the Black Ranger leapt out of the way and re-joined the other Rangers. "Better late than never." He commented as he looked at the new Rangers. "You guys ready?"
"The Black Ranger! I've read all about you." Jack told him with an excited smile.
"At least someone's done some reading." Holt muttered.
"Time to go to work!" Tommy called as the monsters grew impatient.
"Prepare to be defeated"! Zeltrax yelled.
"Let's go!" Tommy called as he raised his staff.
"You don't stand a chance," Zeltrax told him, leaning his sword on his shoulder.
"Ready?" Jack called as he, Z, Bridge and Holt grabbed their morphers.
"Ready!"
"SPD, EMERGENCY!" The four morphed into their respective suits.
"SPACE PATROL DELTA!"
"Not bad. Check this out." Conner smirked, looking to his friends. "Ready?"
"Ready!" They activated their morphers.
"DINO THUNDER, POWER UP, HA!"
"WHITE RANGER, DINO POWER!"
"DINO POWER!"
"Attack!" Zeltrax led the charge on the now morphed Rangers. Raina stayed by a tree with her quiver and started shooting electricity filled arrows at the monsters.
"Okay!" Jack yelled, "Give it all you've got!" and the group split up, taking on several opponents, while Tommy took on Zeltrax alone.
Flipping through the air, they cut through both Tyrannodrones and robots, before they heard another call.
It wasn't long into the battle that Tommy started having trouble, which resulted with him on his back as Zeltrax towered over him "Don't bother getting up!" His nemesis taunted.
"Tommy!" Zoey and Jenna ran as fast as they could, as no one else was near enough to help him. Raina had run out of arrows and, revealing her Ninja gear, had started taking on the robots without a weapon. No way were those batons going to work against these things.
A fearsome battle cry echoed through the clearing as Purple, Blue and Pink Rangers leaped through the air and hit Zeltrax with their blasts, sending him backwards and slamming into a tree.
"We thought you might need some help!" Syd called.
"Let's do it!" The Omega Ranger called, and the four ran to join the battle as Cruger helped Doctor Oliver up.
"About time!" Holt called to out as Zanna flipped through the air and blasted a group of T-Drones back.
"I couldn't let you have all the fun, now could I?" The SPD Purple Ranger laughed as she landed beside him. She dodged a Tyrannodrone and kicked it into a Blue-Head, "Besides, I so wanted to be here when the Commander tells them he's going to wipe their memories. It's going to be freaking epic!"
"You just want to see an early Zoey rant."
"Oh, I so do." She chuckled as he passed her, "It's been awhile and I can't wait."
"Are you referring to what happened the last time we met them?" Syd asked, "Why do you enjoy that? It's not fun."
The duo shrugged, "It is for us."
"You didn't grow up with her." Zanna sighed, "Man, she is the nicest and most loyal person in the world. Piss her off, and you'll never forget it." She commented, not noticing that the Purple Dino Ranger could hear their every word.
Jenna shook her head as she chuckled, "So telling her."
"Surround them!" Zeltrax ordered, and the Rangers were all pushed together, surrounded by the large force. "This is your end, Power Rangers! You are outnumbered! Look at the size of my army."
"It is true. You have us outnumbered." The Shadow Ranger nodded. "But remember, it is not the size of the dog in the fight. It is the size of the fight in the dog!"
"The numbers have never bothered Power Rangers, Zeltrax!" Andy yelled as he pointed one of axe at the machine. "The good guys always win!"
"That's all about to change, Green Ranger!" Zeltrax growled, "Attack!" He roared, and they were attacked from all around. However, the fight quickly turned in the favour of the Rangers, who easily fought off the assortment of robots and monsters.
"Nice moves," Zoey commented as Zanna landed beside her.
"Thanks, you too." She nodded, "I've been looking forward to fighting beside you again. Outside of sparring sessions."
Zoey nodded as she sent an energy blast out at a group of Krybots, "I approved of you being in SPD? Or was that secondary to you being GSA?"
Zanna laughed, "Ash owes me $20!" She called looking at her partner, "Idiot really does need to learn to quit betting with me." She sent out an energy blast of her own and looked at the Pink Ranger, "The second. GSA all the way!"
Jenna rushed in and flipped over Holt, sending out a burst of freezing wind at the T-Drones, "You'd think you reptile rejects would learn not to mess with us!" She looked back at Holt, "Just one question." He nodded as he shot a Blue-Head the came up behind her, "Thunder or Ice?"
He shared a laugh with Zanna, "That's another $20. He's such a dork." The Silver Ranger nodded at the T-Drones that were rushing them and did a hand gesture, "Arctic Ice!" He sent his hands out sent out shards of ice at the Drones, making them explode on impact. "Just like you."
"Yes! I knew it!"
"And before you ask, I am my mother's daughter," Zanna said as she blasted more of the Blue-Heads that ran at them, "through and through. People used to call me your mini-me. Only, I look more like dad."
"I'll take it!" Zoey high-fived Jenna and kept fighting.
Nearby, Zeltrax had fled, and while Jack called on his Battilizer, Conner called on his Triassic Power. Before long, they had destroyed all of the robots around them. Conner called on his newly acquired Battilizer, and Jack switched the form of his own, to finish off the last monster. Within moments, the ship overhead flew off.
"This is it Rangers!" Cruger called as they faced against the last of the army.
"RIC!" Jack called on the robotic dog. "Canine Cannon!"
"Z-Rex Blaster, ready!" !he Dino Rangers combined their own weapons.
"Fire!" They all blasted the last of the robots.
"Rangers!"
"Red!"
"Blue!"

"Hey team." Zoey called to the Dinos as the SPD team regrouped at their ship, "I meant to give you these before, but then, you know, alien attack." She reached into her bag and pulled out seven necklaces with silver discs on them. "Here you go. Each one has the Dino symbol on the front and your dino on the back." She started passing them out, "Also helped that they're color coded." She handed the last one to Raina, "This one doesn't have a dino on the back, just a lightning bolt."
"Sweet." They put them on and nodded in appreciation, "What are they for?"
"I'll explain later. Looks like SPD is ready to head out."

"Well guys, it's time to say goodbye." Jack smiled as the clock struck five and chimed loudly.
"So soon?" Conner frowned. They all stood back at Reefside High, and now the only one still morphed, was the Omega Ranger.
"Yeah, what's the rush?" Kira shrugged. "I mean, you're time travelers, right? So no matter how long you stay, you get back at the same time?"
"They came through a Wormhole." Zoey shrugged, "Not the same thing. You'll get to meet the two Time Force Rangers from Silver Hills over the summer. We'll get them to explain the differences for future references."
"Sweet."
"Um, right." Z frowned at the Pink Dino and shook her head, "Well, the wormhole is closing, so we need to head home."
"I really wish I could stay." Bridge sighed, "I was just born last week. I could meet myself and become my own best friend." He frowned "Wait. What if I met myself, and didn't like Me?"
The Dino's frowned in confusion
Raina snickered, "I like him."
"That's because he reminds you of Dustin." Andy shook his head, "Typical."
"We understand. You've got to go." Trent grinned. "This will be something I'll always remember."
"Unfortunately, we can't let you do that." Sky spoke up.
"You're going to erase our memories, aren't you?" Kira realized.
"Yeah, we have to." Syd nodded. "Knowledge of the future would only change what's meant to be. For better, or worse. It's gotta be like this."
Cruger then stepped forwards, and held up a strange device. "Say cheese." He instructed, and before they realized it, there was a bright blue flash. "School's over. Go home." He ordered, and with dazed and confused frowns, the group walked off.
"Did that dog just talk?" Kira frowned at Conner.
"I think so," Conner nodded.
Zanna waited until the Dinos left and exploded with laughter, "I'm sorry. I couldn't hold it in any longer."
Holt joined in, "She gave it to them before they walked back over here. Ha!"
"Oh, man." She wiped tears from her eyes, "I can't wait to talk to her about this once we get home. Come on."
"Wait." Jack halted them before they could get on the ship, "What are you talking about? Who gave what to who?"
"My mom." Zanna sighed, "She's just awesome that way."
"The necklaces that they were wearing." Holt chuckled, "They're devices designed by Time Force. Like us, they're a policing force, but they protect their Utopian world from mutants and guard the timeline. There are Temporal Laws set up about erasing memories."
"Time Force only does it once they know it's not going to mess up the timeline." Zanna nodded, "You never know what your taking away from their day. Right now, our moms just came back from their first GSA training sessions. That device might've messed up something they just learned that could be crucial."
"Kat's devices never mess up." Sky frowned.
"Oh, it didn't mess up." Zanna snickered, "They forgot."
"But they'll remember." Holt shook his head, "Once they take off those necklaces. Zoey knew exactly what she was doing, man. She's not stupid."
"Nope." She looked at her commander, "No offense, sir, but you were missing a few key points about erasing their memories.
The Commander stood there in shock with the rest of his team, "What's that?"
"Uncle Tommy had already left. That device wouldn't have worked on him." She looked at Holt, "Remember the story about the Brain Drain machine?"
He shuddered, "Used to give me nightmares."
"Not to mention that today's events were recorded by their sensors." She smiled at her team, "That's how he knew to come here and help. Their computers, which connect to the Morphing Grid, send out alerts to all past teams at the Command Bases. Everyone has a recording of today's events. Wes and Eric will contact Time Force and send the video to them. They will then determine if any memory tampering needs to take place."
"Considering they left two Chrono Morphers in the past and didn't bother erasing anybody's memories after everything Ransik did," Holt shrugged, "highly unlikely. But, they'll keep an eye on things. They keep track of all past Ranger teams to make sure things happen in the order it's supposed to."
The two nodded, "Time to go home."
The groups just stared as the two friends got back on the ship, "I'm so confused." Syd shook her head, "I can't process."
Bridge shrugged with a smile, "Sounded simple to me. Let's go!"
"Of course he understood it." Z grumbled as she pulled the boys with her, "My head hurts now. Have I mentioned how glad I am that I don't room with Zanna?"
"More than once."

The Dinos went to the lab and met up with Tommy and Hayley, "Did you say bye?"
Zoey frowned, "Bye?" She looked at her team, "Bye to who?"
"SPD."
"Why would those idiots be here?"
He looked at his sister and noticed her necklace, "Pull your necklace off."
"Huh?" She looked down and saw she had a new accessory on, "Oh. I got these from Eric and Wes. Why am I wearing it?" She pulled it off and shook her head as images flooded into her head, "Oh, right." She turned to everyone else, "Take your charms off." They pulled off the necklaces and had to focus as they started to remember the day's events, "I remember now. Memory Wipes are, technically, illegal. Just not in SPD's time. I guess the accords allow for emergencies. I'll have to ask Wes and Eric about that. So I figured that we needed to protect our memories in case it messed something up that wasn't targeted."
"Sounds good." Conner nodded, "So we don't talk about what happened today."
"Right." Jenna collected the charms from everyone, "We'll save these incase we'll need them again in the future. Today's events would have been recorded and Wes would've sent them to Jen for review. Right now, we do nothing. Go about our normal day. We still have Mesogog to deal with. We don't need to worry about any possible future things. Time's subjective anyways."
Zoey sat down to meditate, "Subjective. Fluid. Always changing. We just need to focus on the now. Agreed?"
"Agreed."
