AN: Welcome back to another realm of dream. I thought about this when I look over the story ideas for Code Geass/KR Build and thought up this one-shot for my KR Accel crossover!

I don't own my Hero Academies and Kamen Rider Accel!

Acceleration Hero: Accel vs Todoroki!

Izuku Midoriya was walking up to the battlefield and looking at his opponent Shoto Todoroki. Unlike other students, he isn't bothered about participated in the U.A. Sport Festival as he was already part of Narumi Agency and didn't need to be picked by any Pro-Heroes. But he is here to prove in front of others that someone Quirk-less like himself can do much!

"THE FIRST MATCH OF THE SECOND ROUND!" Present Mic announced, "AT THIS YEAR'S SPORT FESTIVAL, BOTH HAVE SHOWN TOP CLASS PERFORMANCES!"

"MIDORIYA! VERSUS…!"

Izuku already has his Acceldriver around his waist and stares at Shoto on the other side.

This will be good to see if he learned anything from the last time… Izuku thought serious.

"TODOROKI!"

I will make sure that he won't be able to use his armor… Shoto thought equally serious.

"IT'S LOOK LIKE THESE TWO RIVALS WILL FACING AGAINST EACH OTHER!" Present Mic said… "START!"

Shoto raising his hand while Izuku got out his Accel Memory.

"ACCEL!"

Shoto threw a wave of ice at him.

"Hen-Shin!" Izuku shouts before inserted his Gaia Memory into the Acceldriver and moved the throttle forward.

"ACCEL!"

The ice-covered Izuku completely as everyone gasp with surprised. But they saw a bright red light emitting from the ice and the ice block exploded to revealed Kamen Rider Accel!

So he made it out alive… as expected… Shoto thought serious to himself.

Shoto soon sends a wave of ice at the red motorcycle theme Rider while Accel moving the throttle of his Driver.

Accel's body soon giving off incredible heat as he giving a powerful punch to destroy the incoming ice attack and caused the ice melt incredibly fast.

"Didn't you learn anything from the last time? The only way you can get close to face me by using your full power, Shoto Todoroki!" Accel shouts serious as this made Shoto's eyes narrow.

"Shut up!" Shoto snapped angrily before firing wave of ice toward him.

Accel got out his Engine Blade and twists the handle of his weapon.

"STEAM!"

The Rider soon created a wall of hot steam to melt the incoming ice toward him.

This made Shoto gritting his teeth before creating more wave of ice coming toward Accel. And like before, Accel melted them but Shoto created a large ice bridge as he ran across it.

"TODOROKI DIDN'T GET RECOIL FROM MIDORYIA'S ATTACK AND GETTING CLOSER!"

He soon leaps down and toward his arm and Accel jumps out of the way when Shoto created a massive amount of ice coming at him.

"So that your plan…" Accel said then grabbed the right handle and revved it up, flame engulfed his entire body.

"ACCEL! MAXIMUM DRIVE!"

Soon Accel spun and performing a spinning heel kick which released some sort of energy that resembled tread mark. The moment that the ice comes in contact with his attack, a massive heat like explosion made across the battlefield as this made those in the crowds look surprised and shock.

Shoto didn't have himself blown away due to creating an ice wall to back him up.

"That attack is more powerful… but I won't let it get me before!" Shoto shouts as he released more powerful version of his ice wave attack.

Everyone gasp as the ice would cover the entire field and coming toward Accel who twisted his Engine Blade's hilt.

"JET!"

"You hadn't changed at all, Todoroki!" Accel shouts angrily and determined.

Soon Accel released a hot wave slash with his Engine Blade as the ice shatters into shards and powerful enough to sending Shoto skidding backward.

Shoto was almost off the field, but he created ice pillars to stop him from being thrown off.

"You're Quirk-less... Why are you going this far…!?" Shoto demands angry.

"It's because you aren't taking this fight serious by fighting with only half of your power! And you didn't even land a single hand on me!" Accel shouts angry. "You should come at me with everything you got or I will make you!" he soon twisted his Engine Blade.

"ELECTRIC!"

Soon Accel released another wave of attack, rather than hot steam air but electricity itself. Shoto raised an ice wall to protect himself from the attack.

However, he was soon caught by surprised when Accel come at him in his Bike Mode and slammed him across the battlefield before changing back to his Rider form.

This made everyone in the crowd look shocked to see Accel land his first hit on Shoto.

"If you want to defeat me, released your full power or else!" Accel shouts serious at Shoto who managed to get himself back up from the ground.

Shoto soon come run at him, but Accel and others noticed that he was getting slower than before. Soon he fired a wave of ice at him in close range but Accel twists the hilt of his Engine Blade.

"STEAM!"

Soon the two were blown back from each other after their attacks caused an explosion.

"Why…? Why are you going this far!?" Shoto demands as he struggled to get back up.

"To proved that someone Quirk-less who don't need Quirk—" Accel shouts before he comes at Shoto and slammed his fist at his face. "TO BE A HERO!"

This sends Shoto backward and shocked look upon his face.

"That means to give everything you got!" Accel shouts serious, "I don't care about why you rejected your own father but rejected your own power… means that you're not giving your all! IT'S YOUR POWER, ISN'T IT!?"

This made Shoto shaking by Accel's words as part of his face starting to burn up as fire spreading from his left side of his body and spread across the rest of his body.

"THIS IS…" Present Mic gasp in shock.

"Even though you want to win…" Accel noticed that the right part of Shoto's right arm shown ice. "Damn it… To help your enemy…" Shoto said, showing both ice and fire on his face, "Which one of us is screwing around here?"

Behind his helmet, Accel cannot help but smirk at the expression on Shoto's face.

"I want… to be a… hero!" Shoto shouts into the air.

Not far from the stadium, fire spreading into the air from Shoto's father, Enji Todoroki or known as Flame Hero: Endeavor.

"SHOTO!" Endeavor shouts, "Have you finally accepted yourself?! That's it! Good! It all starts from here for you!" he continued as he moved down the stairs. "With my blood, you will surpass me… and fulfill my desire!"

"Don't look excited…" Shoto warned with a serious tone, "I'm getting serious from here on!" he gathering his power of fire and ice around him.

"Don't worry, Todoroki… I'm going to go even serious from here." Accel said before removed his Accel Memory from his Acceldriver.

This made his classmates look surprised at their Quirk-less's action as they were shocked if he was going to give up on the match.

But their question was answered when Accel then brought out a new Memory with the letter 'T' on it.

Accel then flips the timer of the Memory up on the top and pressed the button on it.

"TRIAL!"

Soon Accel inserted it into his Acceldriver as the signal lights of his Trial Memory begins to light up one at a time, starting from red to yellow, and when it turned yellow Accel's red armor parts change to yellow as well, this surprised everyone. When the signal light changes to blue which shattered Accel's yellow armor and reveal his new form.

In his new form, he have blue armored bodysuit and has lost most of its bulk, has a silver chest plate along with silver bands on his wrists and ankles and has silver knee pads. His helmet now resembled a motocross helmet with a brim over the orange visor which was now bisected by the letter 'A' with a black mouthplate.

This is Kamen Rider Accel Trial Form!

"WHAT IN THE WORLD!? I WASN'T AWARE OF THIS NEW FORM!" Present Mic exclaimed in shock along with the crowds.

"That's it, Accel! Showing them the power of Accel Trial!" Mei Hatsume, Accel's support hero partner, shouts into the air.

Shoto didn't let Accel's new form bother him as he released a large wave of ice toward Accel. Accel dodged with ease and running towards Shoto.

"I warned… whatever happens next… don't regret it." Shoto said before releasing the power of fire from his left arm.

Accel manages to dodges his fire attack and comes close toward him before lands a few punches at Shoto's face and landed a few rapid kicks on his chest, sending Shoto flying before using the fire to keep him from falling from the field.

Soon Shoto summons a ring of ice clouds around Accel, and fires both hail and fire all around him and Accel manage to dodge them before he manages to jump over the cloud and runs at Shoto.

When Accel was close enough, he landed a few sidekicks on Shoto's side and landed a few more rapid kicks on his chest forcing Shoto to stumble back.

"Midoriya… show me how serious you are…!" Shoto exclaimed as he slowly stands back up.

"The same goes for you!" Accel said before he pulls out his Trial Memory.

Accel gripped the Trial Memory. He then shifted the Memory into its Maximum Mode, and soon pressed on the button and tossed it up high in the air, and runs at Shoto to execute his final attack.

As the Memory flew, it begins to count up in a bright red number towards the 10-second limits.

Shoto released the full power of his flame from his left hand toward Accel who runs through the flame and coming toward him.

Accel charging straight through Shoto's flame as he reached Shoto and unleashed a furious flurry of kicks which hit Shoto.

5… 10… 20… 40… 80… 160…!?

Everyone except Mei, dropped their jaws and looks disbelief at the number of time. The speed of Accel's kick accelerated as the number of strikes rose and he was leaving a glowing blue trail in the shape of a 'T' on Shoto's body.

Accel ended his attack with a twist on his heel and unleashed a savage roundhouse kick that brought a blast of blue from the impact which made Shoto stumble backward.

Accel opened his hand and caught the Trial Memory which halted its count.

9.6 seconds.

"TRIAL: MAXIMUM DRIVE!"

"9.6 seconds. That is the time until your despair…!" Accel said.

Soon there was an explosion and sending Shoto straight to wall out of the battlefield.

Despite how powerful Trial Memory's finisher, the attack was non-lethal on humans. Shoto only has a couple of bruises and part of his uniform was torn apart.

"Thank you… Midoriya…" Shoto whispered before falling unconscious. Though not many hear, but Accel did and nodded to Shoto.

"Todoroki is out of bound!" Midnight announced before raising the red flag to Accel, "Midoriya advance toward the third round!" she shouts.
