Zero-One One
Ohma-Zio didn't disappear as everybody though in fact he still exists in another timeline, the reason why he still exists because all of the rider's powers he absorb making it his own including Den-O. Thus, becoming asingular Point. Singular Point are humans with the ability to exist independently of time itself, and be unaffected by changes in their own past.
In other words, if the young Ohma from the past was killed he still exists in the future and preset. Another example Kamen Riders allied with evil factions. In cases of existence erasure, they were never allowed to be born or never got a chance to obtain their powers and were presumably killed.
Because of this, he still exists but decide to keep low as he views other dimension and other worlds out of boredom then he discovers one world that interest him a young exile prince rose to power creating an army to oppose his father.
He watched with interest, but he was displeased the boy had the potential, but he was driven revenge the boy could anything so much if given time the tragedy that befell his half-sister was his greatest disappointment.
He thought an idea to flip the script and it's a perfect experiment to find retainers to rule by his side.
Both Suzaku and Lelouch were ready to shoot but suddenly stop when seeing a person in gold armor appear out of nowhere who was looking at them before they could do anything time just stop making both Lelouch and any person around the island including animals stop.
Ohma Zi-O approaches the exile prince and allowed him to talk
"Who are you, or what are you…?"
"I am Ohma Zio— King and Ruler of time and space, I came with a proposition to you, young Lelouch. I can give you the power and I can save your sister if you are willing to make a deal with me." Ohma Zi-O said.
Lelouch was skeptical at his offer. "What deal?" he asked, slowly.
"Do you not see my power? I can stop time with the only flick of a wrist, I could even save your other sister Euphemia from her demise a mistake that you made by accident or maybe the father of your friend whom you killed by accident".
That what shock Lelouch. If that person had such power he could undo all of his mistakes but every deal has a price to pay.
"Don't keep me waiting too long. I'm not a patient person, And why are you thinking you have nothing your army is in shambles, your best friend betrays you and your knight left you. You have nothing to fight, I can give you that power to save your sister." Ohma Zi-O said.
Suzaku who was watching helplessly couldn't do anything at all, fearing what power that Lelouch would possess by that unknown person.
Lelouch was desperate what the demon king said was true he needed more power not only to save Nunnally but to unwritten the things he has done.
"If I made a deal with you, I can erase my past mistake." He finally said.
"Of course, if you can satisfy me with the result you provided to me." Zi-O said calmly.
"I accept the terms."
"Very well accept this gift Lelouch and it's a deal," Ohma Zio gifted Lelouch Zero-One Driver and Progrise Keys for him to become Kamen Rider Zero one, he wouldn't rather give him a ride watch since they can only be one king.
When Lelouch obtained the driver, something happens as the mind was warping it was like something was sucking then out of nowhere a portal appear behind him and sucked him somewhere. Ohma Zio laughs, knowing where he sends Lelouch would build his character which is why he erase his memories he didn't need a brat with a revenge syndrome.
He wanted that seed to grow in a new environment without the memories of his past.
At the same time, he erases Suzaku's memory and implant false memories that Lelouch escapes and Ohma Zio wasn't here.
Ohma Zio also sends another person to help Lelouch his half-sister Euphemia with the ability to reverse time he revives her before she was even geassed or shot her mind was also erased. In truth, Euphemia is similar like Lelouch had the potential she knows the politics but the Big sister always kept her sheltered rendering her potential.
She will become Kamen Rider Valkyrie, both siblings with their minds erase would never know each other just what Ohma Zio wanted. They will gain their memories in time a bit of piece and depends if Lelouch can make it interested. And he disappears.
When Lelouch woke up he was somewhere in the middle of nowhere he can't remember where his from but what greeted him was a girl with white hair, and a small robot accompanies her.
"Hello, my name is S.A.M. It is nice to meet you and this is my friend Casey Turnbuckle."
"What's your name and who's your other friend?" as Sam pointing another girl with pink hair lying next to him.
Guilford was waiting for Zero to arrive for his duel and he did arrive on a bike he could hear it as everyone disperse allowing g zero on his Rising Hopper arrive. As he arrives, he can tell that Zero looks different. The masked entity no longer wore the cape only a muffler on his neck, wearing black fingerless gloves and the gold linings are black.
Zero arrive to finally make his debut back to his world. In his world it felt like one year for him at the other world ten years or more has passed. He cursed himself for taking the deal, Ohma Zio never did had any interest in saving others that he found out unqualified or useless.
The deal was saving Shirley's father and Euphemia that was the deal the other was insignificant to him as such the massacre princess will still be remembered.
But he had to be grateful to the demon king because of him, Zero grew up in the other world along with Euphemia how both of them grew closer even with both of them lost their memories. How they made friends along the way.
"I'm ready to duel Guilford."
"So you would duel me without a knightmare Zero?" Guilford ready his Gloucester lance it would dishonor my lady name".
"Yes and I got few tricks, are you ready"
"I'm ready for my princess honor I defeat you here Zero!" Guilford charges his knightmare.
"I beg to differ!" Zero press then activates his Rising Hopper Progrise Key.
JUMP!
Zero holds the progrise key near the scanner.
AUTHORIZE!
In space, the Zea satellite shot a yellow beam down towards the Earth. As Guilford lance were close to contacting Zero, a giant silver grasshopper with red eyes and outlined with yellow blocking the attack surprising Guilford and those who are watching the duel.
The grasshopper begins bouncing around happily around its master, As Zero readies himself for his transformations He started to moves his arms circling around him as a hologram of his base form. He moves his arms together. He puts down his left hand while he opens the Progrise Key with his left hand.
"HENSHIN!" He called out as inserted the Key to the side of his Driver making it load the Key's data.
PROGRISE! TO-BIA GA RISE!
The hologram phase through Lelouch giving him a black undersuit with a robotic mask. The grasshopper kept bouncing around till it jumps on top of Lelouch and freezes mid-air.
RISING HOPPER!
The grasshopper separates itself into armor components that attaches itself to Lelouch's undersuit completing his transformation. Now Lelouch has a yellow faceplate with antennas that resembles a grasshopper with big red eyes. He had a yellow chest plate, his leg has yellow markings that reach to his black boots with yellow marking on the top which made him a bit taller. In the center of his Zero-Driver, there is an image of a grasshopper.
A JUMP TO THE SKY TURNS TO A RIDER KICK!
"What are you?!" Guilford shouted.
"Zero-One," The armored figure answered. "That's my name!"
Guilford didn't hesitate for the moment he continues his attack his gut was telling to attack how dangerous Zero-One was.
Zero-One jump dodging the lance easily and punch on the left side of the knightmare when Guilford was about to grab Zero-One, he jumps again and kick at the head. Zero-One continues his barrage on the knightmare.
Every time he tried to attack and shoot the rider would easily jump and dodge the knightmare attack and continue his barrage.
Zero pull out another SD card key and press
BLIZZARD!
Zero holds the progrise key near the scanner.
AUTHORIZE!
A polar bear construct appears shoving the knightmare lance and attack Guilford with its claw causing its metal surface to freeze instantly.
He inserted the Key.
PROGRISE! ATTENTION FREEZE! FREEZING BEAR!
Like the grasshopper, the polar bear separates itself into armor components that attach itself to Zero one.
FIERCE BREATH AS COLD AS ARCTIC WINDS!
"There's only one person who can stop you. And that's me!
"Freezing Impact!" Zero-One places his hands together and produces a stream of coolant that encases the enemy in a block of ice. He then leaps at the enemy and delivers a downward slash with his right arm that splits the ice block and the encased target in two.

The knightmare shattered but Guilford was alive but injured Zero-One was holding back. He needed to show that he was merciful, but not all agree to it as others are on the move to defeat him. During the duel, the black knights were already rescued by Kamen Rider Valkyrie. The inside cage is just a hologram construct to fool the eyes.
"What sore loser this Britannia are,"
Zero-One Pulls another key card and press again.
PRESS!
AUTHORIZE!
The Zea satellite detach itself from the Breaking Mammoth Unit, with the unit transforming into Jet Mode, before beaming it towards Zero-One's coordinates
PROGRISE! GIANT WALKING!
The armored jet appears from the light and attacks the knightmares that were surrounding Zero one.
Once the key is inserted into the Driver, it teleports Zero-One into its cockpit and transforms into its armor form, completing the transformation.
LARGER THAN LIFE TO CRUSH LIKE A MACHINE!
Meanwhile, the knights of the round were baffled seeing such transformation and armored knightmare especially Suzaku, remembering that Lelouch went to hiding and came back but he can't remember why since pieces of his memories were erased.
The black knights were also shocking seeing Zero transformation including the giant armored knightmare that Zero was using it.
