Hello there.

Welcome my fellow Rangers to the next chapter of Power Rangers Legacy II: Dino Hope.

I hope your going to enjoy it and now review time.

TheRagFromTheCrag: Happy you liked it. I'll look at them when I got the time.

Now story time.

It was another sunny Saturday morning at Amber Beach, where the Rangers where meeting up on their usual day off, but instead of going to do something fun they would be meeting up at the parking lot as today was the day of the Amber Beach Dinosaur Museum's Fossil Fun Day, which they all had to work at.

Being the first one to have arrived, Henry was leaning against his car, wearing a pair of aviator glasses, as he was browsing his news feed with his phone.

"Henry!" Shelby said excited as she came over to him, "Have you heard the news? Edwin Shareen is coming to Amber Beach."

"Edwin Shareen?" Henry said looking up from his phone, "What soccer team does he play for?"

"No, he isn't a soccer player." Shelby explained, "He's a singer."

"The ginger cunt?" Henry said surprised, "He wouldn't make the B-team let alone the A-team!"

"I see what you did there, that was clever." Shelby said to his confusion, "Never mind. But it's really exciting."

"Yeah, but he better wear ten thousand sunscreens when he comes over." Henry said, now much to her confusion, "Because he is a ginger!"

Over time Tyler, Koda, Chase and Ivan joined them for the exciting trip, where they had to supervise a bunch of kids. The last of them where Riley and Kendall, the woman giving him instructions without giving herself pause to breath.

Which Henry thought was pretty impressive, seeing as her lungs couldn't be that big because of her short size.

"Hey, Kendall." Henry called to draw her attention, before he took a deep breath through his nose before breathing out of his mouth. This was guided by hand movement as if to instruct her on how to breath.

"I'm not in the mood for your Henry-ness today, Morgenstern. Kids look forward to the museum's fossil fun day all year." Kendall said with a smile and a certain sparkle in her brown eyes, "And please take those aviators off."

"Why?" Henry said smugly, "Because they make me look good?"

"...That's irrelevant." Kendall denied a bit too quickly before turning around, "Now let's go over everything again."

"I can't believe how you do it, mate." Chase said impressed, "Not many can handle Ms. Morgan like you do."

"Chase, your talking to the man who had to share a bathroom with Ana growing up." Henry said confidently, "I can handle anything Kendall could throw at me."

"Oh Shelby. I got that coat we saw in the store window." Tyler said as he took the coat out of his red backpack, before putting it on and turning on the spot, "What do you think?"

"It's..." Shelby said a bit awkward, "Fine."

"Fine?" Tyler said disappointed as he looked at the coat, "But you said it looked great."

"It did..." Shelby said, "On the mannequin."

"Okay, Shelby, your riding with Kendall." Henry said before turning to Tyler, "Matrix Guy, your with me. Let's go already."

Kendall was driving her purple Audi with Riley next to her and Shelby and Ivan in the backseat. The woman let out an annoyed groan when a certain yellow BMW raced past her and her brown eyes met Henry's hiding behind his aviators.

"Good grief..." she said shaking his head, "It's a wonder that man hasn't crashed yet.", her mood slightly improving when one of her favorite songs came on the radio.

"Dear goodness." Ivan said from the backseat, looking at the radio, "What kind of divine minstrel played this music?"

"You like Huey Lewis and the News?" Kendall said surprised, giving him a quick look through her rearview mirror, "Their early work was a little too New Wave, even for my tastes. But when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercial and artistically... Why are you looking at me like that?"

"...No reason." Shelby said quickly as she turned to look out of the car, being remembered of an eerily similar conversation she had.

At the park where Fossil Fun Day was being held, the Rangers where busy doing their assigned tasks. Tyler handing out the equipment to dig for the kids, while Chase and Riley where manning the food table. Koda used his caveman strength to help the kids carry stuff, while Kendall was overseeing the children digging up fake fossils.

Henry meanwhile was manning the first aid table, which he and Shelby would be manning. The tall man was just putting a band aid an a scrapped knee of a young girl.

"See? It was just a little scratch." Henry said as he calmed the girl, "All better. All good, princess?"

The girl gave him a smiling as she nodded, "Good, good." Henry said, giving her a thumbs up before he watched her walk back to the dig.

He stood back up when he felt someone tugging at the bottom of his shirt. Looking down he saw that it was a young boy.

"Hello, chief." he said kindly, "Can I help you with something?"

"Mister, do you have a girlfriend." the boy said innocently.

"No, I don't." he said shaking his head, "Why do you ask?"

"Well, my mom doesn't have a boyfriend." the boy explained as he pointed at a woman sitting with other parents, "And she told her friend she finds you handsome."

Henry had to do his best to suppress his laughter before answering, "I'll think about it." he said before sending the boy back to his embarrassed looking mom and her friend.

"Ah, look at you. Being all fatherly." Shelby said as she was holding a basket with four hotdogs and two cans of soda, "I think you'll be a great dad one day, Henry."

"Please, I don't want children." Henry said with a roll of his eyes, "Much to Ana's disappointment, because now the Morgenstern bloodline won't continue."

"Really?" Shelby said surprised as she placed the food down on the table, "Why wouldn't you?"

"Because children are hideous little creatures. Terrible, taxing burdens." Henry said as he thought about it for a moment, "Okay, maybe I would like to have four boys one day. You know a pack of rug rats and raising them to be men. But only if I can name them Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo."

"That's so cool." Shelby said impressed, "I hadn't imagine you wanting to name your children after the famous renaissance artists..."

"No." Henry corrected her dryly as the two sat down at the table, "I want to name them after the Turtles."

"Why am I not surprised." she said with a giggle, "Well, first we need to get you a girlfriend. Is there someone you like?"

"Shelby, I'm not actually looking for anyone at the moment." Henry said as he bite down on the bun, "I mean, I'm having too much fun hanging out with you and the other Rangers. I have no need for a woman in my life."

"Ah, I like hanging out with you too." Shelby said taking a sip from her drink, "Did you know some guys from the warehouse thought you and me had a thing going on?"

"I did not know, but I'm not surprised. I mean, we're both good looking. So we're either dating or we're siblings, that's just rules of nature." Henry said with a knowing nod, "But don't take this the wrong way, your great but your not my type. You have too much of a little sister vibe to me, you know?"

"Yeah, I know. Your the big brother I never had." she said with a smile, "Just out of interest, what is your type of girl?"

"That's the thing, Shelby. I don't have a type." Henry said with a smirk, "Because the entire concept of having one favorite type is crass and limiting."

"Okay then..." Shelby said taking a sip from her drink.

"What about you and Tyler?" he said, making her nearly suffocate on her drink, "Clearly you two have a thing going on."

"M-Me and Tyler?" Shelby said, rubbing the back of her neck, "N-No, there's... He isn't interested in me. Beside, I'm too busy with collage and I need to focus on my Ranger duties and I like just hanging out with you guys..."

"What does collage have to do with it?" Henry said with a laugh, "I went to collage and had a steady girlfriend."

"Oh interesting." she said happy to change the subject, "Who else is on Henry Morgenstern's body count list? Except the Devil apparently."

"A Scottish girl named Korsica." he said, leaning back with a dreaming smile, "Man, she could suck the soul out of me. I don't know, there is just something about girls with accents."

"Yeah..." she said unsure, "Of course."

"Anyways, nice attempt at trying to distract me." he said with a shit eating grin on his face, "I can act as a matchmaker between you and Tyler. Only if you want to." he added with a wink.

"You can't." Shelby said a bit flustered, "Can you?"

"Shelby, I'm Henry Morgenstern. I can do anything." he said smugly just as a mist bank began to roll in, "Oh no... No, no, no."

"What?" Shelby said worried as the two stand up.

"I think we're being pulled into Otherworld." Henry said, looking around, "Okay, I hear no sirens, so that's a good sign."

Looking around for the others through the mist, but they could barely see a feet in front of them. Not wanting to lose Shelby in the mist, he took a hold of her hand and pulled her with him.

"Okay, I need to know." Shelby said, "Why are your hands so soft!?"

"Because I moisturize them... Oh, shit! It's a Bubble Head Nurse!" Henry said with a sudden scream as they came across the other Rangers and their scientist, "Oh, false alarm. It's just Kendall... Which could be argued is worse in some aspects."

"Very funny, Morgenstern." Kendall said annoyed.

"No need to pretend, Kendall." Henry assured her, "We all know you don't have a sense of humor."

Kendall took a deep breath, trying not to respond to his childishness, "Did anyone see where the mist came from?"

"I believe from the parking lot." Riley said, pointing in that direction.

"Alright." Henry said, "Let's go!" setting off in that direction as Shelby let out a surprised yelp when she was dragged along.

"Why are you two holding hands?" Tyler said, a hint of jealousy in his voice.

"Shelby didn't believe how soft your hands get when you moisturize and now she won't let go." Henry said as he let go of her, "I just wanted to make sure I didn't lost her in the mist... And maybe use her as a meat shield if I ran into Pyramid Head."

"What?" Shelby said.

"I mean obviously Tyler is bound to die first." Henry explained rather matter-of-factly, "Then it's either Chase or me, because we fit the jock stereotype. Riley should be relatively save, being a virgin and all."

"Hold on." Tyler said a bit confused, "Why am I bound to die first?"

"Tyler, come on." Henry said with a knowing nod, "You know I love you, but come on. It's obvious!"

Making their way through the fog, they arrived at the parking lot where they spotted Wrench running away from Henry's BMW, along with a monster that was creating the fog. The Rangers set off at once, Tyler and Ivan pushing against each other to catch up first.

"Hold on..." Henry said being left alone in the parking lot, "What was Wrench doing at my car?..."

Chasing the two aliens into a quarry, the Ranger morphed to take the fight to Smokescreen as Wrench hopped into an escape pot to make his escape from the battle. Being out numbered one-to-six, Smokescreen summoned a group of Vivix's which where taken on by Blue, Black, Green and Pink Ranger.

Still having a sort of dick-measuring contest, the Red and Gold Ranger took on Smokescreen.

"Hey." Black Ranger said, rolling under a strike from a Vivix before landing to shot in the back, "Aren't we one man short?"

"Yeah." Green Ranger said, intercepting an attack before preforming an upwards strike, "Where's Henry? It's not like him to abandon us."

A sonic boom ripped through the air and in a blur of yellow, the Yellow Ranger appeared his body wet with water and a large fish was flipping on his helmet.

"Henry!" Blue Ranger said, bashing a Vivix back with his Stego Shield, "What happened?"

"It seemed Sledge has taken notes from some radicals in the Middle East and decided to put a bomb in my car, which according to Kendall had enough of a yield to wipe Amber Beach off the fucking map." Yellow Ranger explained, taking out his Blaster as he began to gun down Vivix as he continued to talk, "So I had to run all the way across the Pacific Ocean and drop it in the Mariana Trench. I almost ran through a cruise ship on the way back, had to evade it but I tripped and I fell into the ocean. So now I'm wet, hungry and there is a fish on my head!"

Over at Red and Gold Ranger, the Red one was hit by Smokescreen's attack, red sparks emitted all over his body.

"Sir Tyler!" Gold Ranger said concerned.

"Look Ivan, we might not get along." Red Ranger said, "But we have to work together."

"You are right." Gold Ranger said, offering his hand, "Let's dispose of this stinking scallywag together."

"Awesome." Red Ranger said, accepting the help as he was pulled back on his feet, "Let's do it!"

But a blur of yellow punched through Smokescreen, before it was hit with an energy blast from the Draco Gun which resulted its destruction in a fiery explosion. Red and Gold could only stare as Yellow Ranger rested the shotgun like weapon on his shoulder. He looked between his fellow Rangers and the spot where the alien had just been destroyed, somehow he still had the fish on his head.

"Oh... Where you two..." Yellow Ranger said gesturing with his hand, "Where you two having a moment."

"...It doesn't matter witch." Gold Ranger said shaking his head, "Good talk, sir Tyler."

Despise their moment being stolen, it seemed the Red and Gold Ranger had managed to find ground to build a friendship on.

It was nearing the end of the Fossil Fun Day, where two kids where using their toy shovels as make shift swords and where having a playful fight.

"Hey, hey. These are shovels, not toys." Kendall said as she came up, taking a blue one from one of the kids, which the other interpreted as her trying to join the fight, "Don't test me... No, would you stop!" The first one had retrieved another shovel and joined in the play fight but with two against one, it was then that a new challenger arrived.

"Hello there." Henry said, wielding a green shovel.

"General Kenobi!" one of the boys said, "You are a bold one."

Henry smirked, swinging his shovel around as he joined the play fight along side Kendall, who wasn't sure how to feel about teaming up with what she would at best describe as her sitcom arch-nemesis. After exhausting the kids, Kendall sat down as Henry came back with two cans of soda, and a plate with fries and a baked fish.

"You know, it was funny." Henry said, handing one can to her before sitting down, "You finally letting your hair down."

"I guess that can be fun sometimes." Kendall admitted with a small smile before turning serious, "But they still need to respect their tools. I saw one using their hats as a bucket."

"Come on, their just kids." Henry said, as he ate his food, "I bet even you fooled around at that age."

"No, I didn't." Kendall told him, "When I was their age, I had already set my sights on what I wanted to do when I became an adult."

"Okay, correct me if I go too much off script." Henry said, "Your parents took you to a Fossil Fun Day when you where but a wee little Kendall and it was there that the wee little Kendall Morgan found an interest in paleontology and she decided this is what I want to do with my life."

"Well, your half right." Kendall admitted, "Impressive for someone like you."

"Okay, so which half was I right about?" Henry said surprised.

But instead of answering him, the purple bespectacled scientist stood up as she left him there.
