New Members of the Study Group
After the meeting with Diseum about his announcement to reward Shin for his bravery against the demonoid, everyone just went about their own business later.
Shin jumps onto his bed letting out a big sigh of relief.
"Man, now I'm starting to see why grandpa and grandma don't like being in the spotlight for very long beside their crazy fans." Shin said to himself.
"But still, I have a feeling that me and the others may have stumble upon something more than we realize like whoever is making people into demonoids." Shin concerned with a serious look.
Shin has to be prepared for when he faces the culprit though fear that this man could be more trouble than he thought, but that doesn't mean he won't stop defending his friends and family and those he loves.
That's when his mind started to go strange such as imagining Sizilien, Maria, Juvia, Yuri, Erza, Lynn, and Irene are together facing him with cute smiles and blushes while all being naked right in front of him and pleaded him to come.
"WHAT THE HELL!" Shin shouted in shock, and accidentally unleash his fire breath attack. Luckily, it wasn't that powerful as it only left a burn mark on the ceiling.
"Whoa there, Shin! Don't get any crazy ideas! Sure, those girls are cute and strong in their own way, strong too, and maybe could feel good with their bodies up on me—NO! STOP!" Shin yelled at himself and slammed his face on a pillow.
"Oh man, I hope this doesn't become a problem when I go walk with Sizilien and Maria tomorrow." Shin mumbled.
(The Next Morning)
Shin is now walking with Sizilien and Maria through the same street they use as a pathway heading to the magical school, but along the way they also hear some interesting whispers from the crowd that is mostly about Shin.
"Everyone! Look, it's Shin!" One admirer pointed at.
"That's the new hero who defeated a demonoid. Wow, he's so cool!" One girl with glasses smiled.
"Yeah, he's cute too!" One girl with long hair and a bow complimented.
"My Uncle Dis said he issued a gag order, but that hasn't seemed to stop anyone from gossiping about it." Shin said feeling nervous from all thus gossip around him.
"Well, what did you expect? His Majesty specifically said we couldn't keep you defeating the demonoid a secret." Maria pointed out.
"But he also said we werent' allowed to reveal any additional details about the attack to the people, remember?" Sizilien reminded them of that part.
"Yeah, I know, but I hope they won't become fan crazy like they do for my grandparents." Shin sighed.
"Just try to endure this until we get to school, Mister Dragon Hero." Maria teased.
"Who're those two girls walking with him?" One girl with a breaded long hair asked.
"Come on, there's no way someone who's as amazing as Shin hasn't already been spoken for." One other girl with long hair said.
"Yeah, one of them could be his fiancée." One girl wearing the magical school uniform theorized.
Hearing those three girls guessing one of them could be his lover as caused a blushing reaction on Sizilien and Maria as they try to calm down.
"Sizilien, Maria." Shin said getting their attention.
"I'm really sorry about this." Shin apologized for making them uncomfortable with this walk.
"Oh no, it's fine. Really." Sizilien assured.
"You sure?" Shin asked.
"Totally, we're here because we really enjoy walking with you, and I find you more enjoyable to hang around." Maria stated.
"Yes, I'm here of my own initiative." Sizilien nodded.
"So, please don't doubt our intentions, okay." Sizilien and Maria said together.
Hearing those words remind Shin of the similar words he said to Sizilien after learning about her troubles with Kurt, now these girls are helping him of their own free will and that makes him happy as he walks up and grab their hands.
"Thanks, I feel much better now." Shin smiled.
"S-Sure, no problem." Maria blushed, trying to play it cool while Sizilien is having problem keeping her cool.
"Besides, I'm sure August is also having a field day with the people going on about how amazing he is with his own Lost Magic too." Maria pointed out.
"Ah, I bet it must be bothering him more than what goes on with me." Shin chuckled, feeling like he got his payback for all the times August teased him.
(Magical School, with Alfred)
"Please, let us in!"
"We wanna study with the Wise Man's grandson!"
Alfred is currently being crowded by a bunch of students who heard about Shin's victory over the demonoid that attacked their school, and they want to study with Shin to learn more about his Dragon Slayer Magic and Princes Augus's Devil Slayer Magic too as they think that's amazing too.
"(This is a nightmare, I can't let all of them into the study group because it would be too much, but they're relentless.)" Alfred thought tried to think of a way to at least choose a few of them.
That's when he got an idea that may help narrow down the ones who can join the study group.
"Alright, who can use other-dimensional storage space?" Alfred asked causing the students to gasp and a little confuse.
"That's the minimum standard. If you can do that, then stick around and I'll conduct an entrance exam." Alfred explained.
(Royal Meeting)
"By the Gods, so this must be certainly true!" Dominic said after hearing the reports from Irene and the King.
"I'm afraid so, Shin confirm this when he fought against Kurt." Irene nodded.
"Then there is no doubt about the recent demon increase, someone is making the demonoids appear on purpose." Dominic clutched his fist.
"I thought we were more careful after learning about this, but it would appear that same person managed to find a crack in our wall." Diseum said.
"Yes, this could be a very serious situation." Dennis Willard, Security Bureau Chief, stated.
"Meaning we'll have to investigate this further and probably solve this case quickly before any more people becomes a demonoid." Irene said serious.
"Dominic, Dennis, and Irene. I want you three to investigate this. Work together to find out whatever you can, do not overlook anything!" Diseum ordered.
"As you wish." They nodded.
"I better head back to my school, fair well." Irene stands up and open a portal of her, like the one Shin does and leaves.
"Hmm, it would seem she managed to do one of Shin's spells. Guess even an old gal like her can learn some new tricks." Diseum commented.
(With Shin in Academy Study Hall)
Shin is with his classmates in the study hall for their first club meeting though it looks like the meeting hasn't even started yet because they are waiting for some people.
"I wonder when they'll be here?" Shin asked.
"I'm sure the new members Mr. Marcus's told us are coming any minute now after passing his little exam." August assured, and hoping he is right.
"Pardon the interruption." A boy said as he, another boy, and two girls entered the room together.
"Hello there, are you four the one's who passed Mr. Marcus's entrance exam?" Shin asked.
"Yes, and it's an honor to be joining you all, I'm Mark Bean! My family runs a smithy that's called Bean Works." Mark introduced himself.
Mark sports brown hair, black eyes and freckles on his cheeks. He also seems to have a tone body under his Magical Academy uniform.
"Oh yeah, I've definitely heard of that. It's a well-known outfit." Tony mentioned.
"Well known, so they're good?" Shin asked.
"The weapons at Beak Works are nice and sharp. I've always wanted one." Tony explained.
"Nice, and the rest of you are?" Shin asked for their names too.
"Oh, right. I'm Olivia Stone. I've known Mark since we were just kids. You might have heard of my family's restaurant called the Brick Oven." Olivia introduced herself.
Olivia is a beautiful lady who has blue eyes and sports a semi-long black hair. She wears the Magical Academy school uniform. Breasts sizes: E-cup.
"Are you kidding me? That place is super awesome! I dream about their brick own gratin, it's perfection!" Alice drooled of thinking about that dish.
"I actually celebrated passing my academy entrance exams by eating there, and it was amazing." Maria mentioned.
"Wow, I'm jealous, you really lucked out. It was so busy that we couldn't get a reservation." Tony said.
"Hmm, now I'm suddenly having a craving for dish or two at Brick Oven." August interested in this restaurant.
"I'm flattered. If you want, you should all come by again. I'll serve you personally!" Olivia offered.
"I'm so in! Shin, these guys get my official seal of approval!" Alice excited with a thumb up.
"That is no way to welcome them!" Shin scolded.
"Besides, we still have two more members to be introduces too." Shin reminded them.
"Thank you, Shin Wolford and I am proud to have meet you wonderful people as I hope we can be good friends with the power of love!" The other girl cheered.
"My, aren't you the cheerful type." August commented.
"Cheerful full of love! I am Sherria Blendy who walks at my family nightclub, the Blue Pegasus where we can show you all the feelings of love of others and yourselves!" Sherria greeted with a passion.
Sherria is a petite young girl with blue eyes and is seen with a somewhat innocent and childlike expression on her face. Her amaranth hair is tied up in two short pigtails with orange bows. She wears the Magic Academy's school uniform with a pink heart shape symbol on the back with a white X inside the heart. Breasts sizes: F-cup.
"Oh yeah, I heard about that nightclub. It's a really peaceful place to enjoy the drinks and have some talk-to-talk with the workers there, and it's not as indecent as you may think." Julius explained.
"Sheesh, you really gotta go all out with that love talk and all." The other boy commented.
"But it's the truth that love is the most powerful source of power in the world!" Sherria proclaimed strongly.
"Sure, whatever you say." The other boy shrugged before turning his sight on Shin and the others.
"Hey there, my name is Romeo Conbolt. My family isn't much, just runs a small taxi service for anyone who wishes to get anywhere fast, and we also got very good memories of every inch of the city." Romeo introduced himself.
Romeo is a young man with short and little spiky purple hair and has an orange scarf around his neck with the knot in front. He wears the Magical Academy's school uniform.
"I believe I heard of that business; my father would always take one whenever he was gonna be late for work." Yuri recalled.
"(Hmm, I wonder if we can use that to get around without being crowded by the people.)" Shin thought.
"Juvia is glad to have four new friends joining us!" Juvia smiled.
"So Mark, since you're the son of a blacksmith, does that mean you can make blades?" Shin asked which caused Mark to gasp a little.
"Uh, sorta, but I'm not exactly an expert. At this point I've only been able to manage crafting a few knives." Mark stated.
"Guess you're more of a magic user than a blacksmith, huh?" Romeo guessed making Mark chuckle nervously.
"Too bad, if you had the skill, I would've asked you to make me a new weapon." Shin said, feeling a little disappointed.
"I don't even know if that's possible! I mean, you slayed a demonoid with your own Sapphire Flame Dragon Slayer Magic and a sword that can channel your magic! I doubt you'd have any luck finding a replacement for that." Mark pointed out.
"Nah, it was just a sword, nothing special." Shin revealed shocking Mark.
"Hold on, so it wasn't a magic sword at all?" Romeo asked, shock of this new info as well.
"Yeah, but it is enchanted, so the blade can handle the intense heat from my blue flames, and I made another enchantment to make the blade vibrates at ultrasonic speed." Shin explained.
"Once again, you say things that no one in this room has any clue. I swear, it's like your mind is from another world or something." August chuckled.
"(Well, you're too far from that.)" Shin thought before bringing out his sword from his pocket-dimension.
"Thanks to those enchantments, I can cut through almost anything without much force." Shin said as he walks over to Mark.
"I like blades to be a bit on the thin side, but as a result, they can break easily, I was hoping I could make some improvements to it." Shin explained and hands Mark his sword.
"Oh, I see, you want your sword to be more durable or something else so that it wouldn't break." Romeo figured out what Shin is going for.
"Yeah, that's exactly it." Shin nodded.
"If that's all you need, I think I can do it, but I'll be asking for your input in the process." Mark said looking at the sword.
"Seriously? I've had a hard time with the finer details. Thanks a lot." Shin thanked with a smile.
"Is there anything that brain of yours can't come up with, Shin?" August asked.
"That's incredible! I used to think that my enchanting skills were decent, and I've always wanted to be a strong enchanter like Headmistress Irene, but now I see that I have a long way to go." Yuri admitted.
"Hey, don't be so down on yourself, Yuri. I can ask Granny to show you how to improve your technique if you want." Shin offered a helping hand to Yuri.
"And Juvia is sure my mother wouldn't mind teaching you as well." Juvia said.
"You two mean it? Thank you so much!" Yuri thanked grabbing Shin's hand onto her breast and hugging Juvia with her other arm.
"I'm so happy!" Yuri smiled as Shin is blushing like crazy.
"S-S-Sure, no problem!" Shin stuttered.
Maria and Sizilien are grunting upon seeing Yuri getting all happy close with Shin's hand on her breasts, pouting their cheeks and glaring at Yuri for making a move on Shin.
(Rietsburg Estate, Entry Hall)
A carriage is seen leaving the home of the Rietsburg after getting some answers from the parents of the deceased Kurt.
"Seems Kurt was visited by a middle-school teacher. The day he demonized, huh." One of the investigators wondered if there was more happening.
"Sounds like something we should investigate." The other investigator suggested.
(Middle School, Schtron's Room)
The two investigators went to the middle school to have a talk with Oliver Schtrom about the news of the demonoid attack.
"I am Security Bureau Investigator, Ault Lieckermann." Ault introduced himself.
"And I'm Investigator Carlos Bale." Carlos revealed his name too.
"Oliver Schtrom at your service." Oliver greeted while serving himself some tea.
"Would that be sensory magic?" Ault asked seeing the magic circle appearing under the teacup which caught Oliver to move his face toward him.
"Forgive me, you have a patch covering both your eyes, but you move naturally. I thought you might be using magic to replace your sight." Ault pointed out.
"Ah, well, it's something like that." Oliver said.
"I mean no offense by asking, what happened?" Ault asked.
"It may surprise you, but I was born to a noble family in the empire." Oliver revealed shocking the two investigators.
"Years later, there was a power struggle because some wanted me gone, and I was exiled to the kingdom. The fight for leadership was violent, and a family member attempted to fatally wound me. I survived—my eyes did not." Oliver explained his backstory.
"That's terrible. I should've asked such a personal question." Ault said feeling sorry for the man.
"No, I get asked about it all the time." Oliver assured that it's no problem.
"Anyhow, what brings you men here today?" Oliver asked as he wants to get on to the point and get these men away so he can get on with his own plans.
"Surely, you didn't come here just to ask me questions about me eyes." Oliver said already knowing that much.
"No, Mr. Schtrom, sir, we are aware that you have formed a study group for the students with magical aptitude, and you have fostered some exceptionally talented magicians." Ault mentioned.
"That's right, what about it?" Oliver asked, getting an interesting feeling.
"We've heard that you are quite enthusiastic, inviting many students to join the study group." Ault said.
"Well, I am a one-time noble of the Empire. I'm accustomed to facing opposition in the kingdom. In order to establish myself at this school, I need to show tangible results." Oliver explained.
"So, that's why. Go on." Ault said, feeling that he is getting closer to the answer he and his partner has been seeking.

Welp, Shin and his classmates have four new members of the Ultimate Lost Magic Study Group getting to know them and their family business though it looks like a dangerous presence might come to them soon.
