"One Albus Percival Wolfric Brian Dumbledore and Severus Tobias Snape here to see prisoner Sirius Orion Black". The Prison guard stated. "You have 15 minutes of time."
"Hello Dumbledore. Greasy Git." Sirius said as the Auror left.
"Sirius, play nice. Severus is here to help clear your name."
Sirius looked stunned. "So-"
"We know it was Pettigrew. He just tried to kill Harry last night."
"WHAT! Let me out of here, I have a rat to kill."
"Harry probably did that for you. Thrown across the room and crashing into a wall."
Sirius grinned. "Serves him right. Breaking into the Gryffin-"
"Slytherin." Severus corrected with a smile.
"Wait what?"
"Harry is one of my Slytherins. He's made some friends, and as much as I dislike to say this, I see some of the better aspects of Potter and Lily in him."
"So… you're close to him?"
"Of course. I even got his guardianship earlier this year."
"How dare you! You slimy ev-"
"So you don't care I saved him from Tuney?"
At Sirius' confused glare, Severus continued. "Surely Lily told you about her evil magic hating muggle sister."
"Yeah, Petunia, that stuck up bitch."
"She constantly abused him, her and her walrus of a husband."
"Regardless." Dumbledore interupted. "We have Peter, and can clear your name. Who was your lawyer at the last trial?"
"What trial?"
"SIRIUS BLACK INNOCENT? PETER PETTIGREW CONFIRMED ALIVE!" The Daily Prophet headline spit out.
Sirius Black, mass murder, sentanced to life in Azkaban, could be innocent. With Peter Pettigrew being found at Hogwarts, alive and breathing, without a finger, the entire debacle is brought to light again.
Albus Dumbledore, Headmaster of Hogwarts, and Cheif Warlock, has this to say. "Late into the night, or possibly early in the morning, we found Peter Pettigrew, who we all thought dead, in the Slytherin First year boys dorm, with a stolen wand and a knife. Reports from the boys state that he tried to kill one Harry Potter. Peter is currently unavailable for questions, so we can't get his side of the story."
Later that day, Dumbledore visited Sirius Black in Azkaban, and tells us more. "Sirius was most confused when we asked about his last trial, and with some questions, we learned he never had one. Bartemis Crouch Sr apparently sentanced him to life in prison without so much as a testimony or investigation. So of course, as Cheif Warlock, I am going to hold the join tiral of Sirius Black and Peter Pettigrew. Sirius is moved out of Azkaban and into Saint Mungos, where Peter is also being held, for mental evaluations and healing."
The article caused outrage throughout the Great Hall. Once it was learned that Ronald Weasleys wand was the one used, the Slytherins blamed them for trying to assist in Harry's assassination.
The Gryffindors vehemently denied any knowledge of this. The Weasley pet rat 'Scabber' was missing, and one older Ravenclaw shot out about how they kept a pet death eater. "How ironic it is that Gryffindors would keep a death eater for a pet. Although it makes sense, it was a Gryffindor death eater." They said.
More Ravenclaws started verbally attacking the Gryffindors, with the Hufflepuffs defending. The Slytherins were right there with them, fighting with vile words and spiteful remarks.
The Professors tried to de-escalate, but nothing came of it. Points were removed quickly, but the Prefects were handing points out to random students to keep them up.
Then the first spell flew. "Expelliarmus!" Ronald Weasley shouted. It hit a 4th year Slytherin, who went flying.
"The Death Eater attacked us!" Another Slytherin yelled. Wands were drawn on both sides, all pointed at eachother. The Professors tesnsed, waiting for the inevitable.
"Petrificus Totalus." Nobody knew where it came from, and it didn't hit anybody, but it sparked chaos. Mild jinxes and curses, offensive charms, and Weasley twin products flying around everywhere.
The Professors were slowly making their way through, taking wands from students. Eventually, the fight had calmed down, with only minor injuries.
When Dumbledore and Snape returned to Hogwarts, they found every class to be cancelled, a large minority of the students to be in the infirmary, and vastly different house points to what there was before. 932 in Ravenclaw, 278 in Hufflepuff, 13 in Gryffindor, and 784 in Slytherin.
"What the hell happened here". Severus asked in a whisper.
"The students attacked eachother." McGonnagal informed the two. "While you two were out galavanting, the news was delivered, and Hogwarts turned into a madhouse! We removed points, prefects added more, and removed others as well. Albus, you must fix this."
Dumbledore sighed. With a swishof his wand, the points were reset to what they were at the beginning of the day. "5 points from every student who cast a spell at another student per spell."
The house points plummeted. If it was possible, some would have gone into the negative. The only house who had much of anything were the Ravenclaws, who mainly focused their spells at the ground in the instance that this would happen.

"Hardly much better." Severus said. He then spotted Harry laying down in a hospital bed, body all different colors, hair in four different styles, and with the total absense of wizard clothing, instead being 1970's muggle disco clothes. Severus instantly transfigured them back, to small disappointment from Albus, who thought they looked quite good.
"Harry." Severus said softly.
Instantly, his eyes opened, but they weren't quite his. The eyes that were normally green were pure black, but with silver irises. Albus and Mcgonnagal thought it was a transfiguration, but Severus could see the look. The pure look of hate and spite.
A/N: Okay here me out. The Ravenclaws had a few facts. 1- Peter Pettigrew was the pet of the Weasley Family. 2- Ronald Weasley's wand was the weapon of Pettigrew. (He was given his wand back) and 3- Peter Pettigrew is a Gryffindor Death Eater, and Gryffindors stick together with house Loyalty. This is why they supported the Slytherins, and assumed the Hufflepuffs supported Gryffindor because they appreciate loyalty
