Chapter 3 : Fierce Mystics and Ninja Warlords
Naruto is on a ship sailing toward Uzushio. The group he had meet with where known as the Shirokiba clan, a clan that are cousins to the Inuzuka clan that had tapped into the sage energy of the wolf summoning clan gaining Garou like abilities such as beast transformation. Naruto learned that the farmers broke their oaths to them about poaching animals of their lands.
Naruto had not only revealed their treachery to the public but also kept the Shirokiba safe by saying the oath was to the wolf spirits of the forest near them. Naruto in return had gained the reward and an alliance with the Shirokiba clan gaining their support for when they return to Konoha..
Naruto had felt that his skills in combat is lacking in the power of ninjitsu. But he also needs something that can be used to combat those with mastery in ninjitsu. He proceeds to meditate. Inside of his mindscape Naruto looking through his acquired genetic memories sees the memories of Hashirama and Tobirama Senju, Tosen Hyuga and Ryuzen Uzumaki. Learning from each of them not only their jutsus but their particular skills for the next weeks during the voyage.
From Hashirama he learns how to use Mokuton with Kurama's encouragement he learned how to use it in a more utilitarian vector. He had also learned an an interesting talent that Hashirama had a secret flair for. That talent is alchemy Naruto learned how Hashirama created a special demon wind shuriken that is enhanced by alchemical formulas that allows it to hone in on any target the user throws it at along with it being able to shapeshift into any hand held throwing weapon possible through the thought of said user as well as an Amulet that can magnify chakra output and increase mental processing. He has also gained special skills with battle spear.
From Tobirama he gained master over water jutsus as well as skills in jutsu creation and configuration that allows for the creation of jutsus with enhanced output such as the Shadow clone jutsu. He gained skills in the use of the Wakizashi like the sword of the Thunder God.
From Tosen Hyuga Naruto gained knowledge of Jyuuken and the Jyudo, an adaptable form of close combat that Tosen developed that gave it skill in grappling alongside striking skills that Jyuuken doesn't have. Aside from that he gained a Byakugan that Kurama proceeded to heavily modify have it be more like the Sharingan but with qualities of the Byakugan. Tosen had a special talent called flash steps that allows him to move faster than even the Uchiha clan could possibly see. Naruto gains proficiency in the Tekko Kagi
Last but not least from Ryuzen Uzumaki Naruto gains skills in Fuinjutsu but also knowledge about something in Uzushio that will be important for his quest for vengeance. It is knowledge about the Rebirth Compound, a compound that can rebuild the human body to peak human performance . Naruto gained Ryuzen's special talent for club fighting.
All together Naruto has gained each of the most powerful ninja's combat skills and abilities that would make him a demigod on the battlefield.
At the moment Naruto is looking out on the ships deck seeing his home land for the first time. It burns him deeply as he sees glimmers of men, women and children walking the streets of the place on the port. Seeing them happy and joyful before the combined force of IWA, Kumo and Kiri with the leak of information from Konoha's leadership that caused the destruction of Uzushio. When the Ship docked Naruto went out to explore the Island with the first place being where Ryuzen hid the Rebirth Compound.
Naruto moving through the trees soon detects several unwanted guests as he sees Anbu but not the ordinary kind of Anbu. 'Root' thought Naruto as he gets out his sword and covers his face with his cloaks hood and a scarf which covers his face. He quickly hides and masks his chakra to lower his presence.
"What was that" said one Root member as he looks up in the trees.
"Don't know, let's check it out" said his partner as he looks towards the direction where Naruto is. Naruto sensing them coming picks up a rock and uses it to misdirect them As they move away Naruto moves around them thinks ' Why are they here, I better survey the area to find out more about this' as he moves towards an area inside of a possible hornets nest unaware, he has watchers of an unknown variety.
'He is stronger than most of these soulless drones of that warhawk and false monkey sage.' thought the shadowy figure as he follows Naruto to said hornets nest.
Naruto moving through the perimeter and sees some sort of base in the area with sophistication that hides a dark secret. Naruto looks for a subtle point of entry when he sees cracks in the wall done some how by an attack Naruto smiles at the entry point that was made for him. Climbing up the wall using the cracks Naruto sees a vent halfway up the tower. Moving to it he opens it and climbs inside closing his entrance into the mysterious facility. Naruto uses his night vision abilities learned from Dark Valkyrie and Romulus with Romulus having a more sonar based ability to see through walls. Naruto moving through the vent sees a jonin he knows to be truly scumbag of a human being that man's name is Asuma Sarutobi. He scowls at the man as he sees him fondles and gropes a woman like she was a whore. But Naruto has seen said woman before she was Tsyuki Sarutobi Asuma's sister in law who struggles in his grasp as he soon gets aggressive and tears her clothes off showing off her naked form.
"Give it to me bitch. There is no one here that will help you" said Asuma as he moves to rape Tsyuki however Naruto with quick thinking shoots Asuma with sleep dart and descends down from the vent.
"Shh quick climb up" said Naruto as he lowers some rope down to Tsyuki as she looks down at the unconscious Asuma he looks up at Naruto and the rope. Seeing this opportunity she climbs up.
"Who are you?" asked a frightened but curious Tsyuki as she looks at the masked individual in front of her.
"I will tell you when we make it out of here but I need you to follow me and stay out of sight for I have business here and I would like to keep things quiet. That dart will keep Asuma out for hours but not for long" said Naruto as he moves around the vents with Tsuyuki following him.
"Please ma'am tell me what is this place" asked Naruto as he glaces back at Tsyuki.
"This place is called the Pillar of Fire. It's some sort of warehouse of artifacts from clans that are destroyed with the biggest number being from the Uzumaki clan. I was sent here to keep these artifacts safe but I discovered they where trying to access secrets of each of these artifacts to use in their arsenal " explained Tsyuki as she looks at Naruto with questions.
"Interesting, where do they keep them?" asked Naruto, curious of these artifacts.
"They keep them in sector zero next to some artifacts of an unknown time period" answered Tsyuki as they move towards Sector Zero. Moving near the vent he sees two Root guards in front of the door. Naruto gets out two fast acting curare laced darts out of his pouch. Naruto aims them at one shooting and his partner.
Naruto drops as both become paralyzed by the toxin.
"What did you do to them" asked Tsyuki as she looks at the two guards.
"Fast acting curare they will be paralyzed for awhile while we do what we came to do" said Naruto as he goes to access the door inside of sector zero. The doors open and two Root members are walking forward.
Naruto with incredible agility blitzes both before they could react and incapacitates them both. "Help me hide these two" said Naruto as he and Tsyuki move to hide both members. They look around sector zero. Naruto for his part is seeing flashes of memories of powerful warriors who uses unique abilities in conjunction to their martial skill and fight like Romulus, Dark Valkyrie Christopher and Hashirama put together in their own unique ways. Naruto feels like he's about to pass out but wills himself to keep going he sees five boxes with engravings that Naruto recognizes from the glimpses of his genetic memories. He takes each one so they wouldn't be used. Seeing the Uzumaki main scroll Naruto takes it from where it is. He looks at the massive scroll it dwarfs even the scroll of seals by comparison. Naruto places everything in a large scroll and leaves with Tsyuki following. They make it out of the room but just before they get far a Root scientist spots them Naruto with swift reflex throws a knife at the scientist as he sounds the alarm.
The base is on high alert as Naruto and Tsyuki moves away from the area and soon the fortress as quickly as possible while avoiding the sensors. They both move into a cave to hide. But before they could do anything they are soon knocked out by darts with the dart Naruto was hit with being stronger than normal.
They are taken out of site of the area of the cave.
30 minutes later
Naruto is waking up groggy to find himself and Tsyuki tied up back to back. "Tsyuki, where are we?" asked Naruto as he looks around and finds himself unmasked.
"I don't know. We seem to be in a dungeon of sorts" said Tsyuki as she looks around fearfully. Before anything could happen Naruto and Tsyuki are soon surrounded by energy and appears in a room akin to a courtroom of sorts.
"Greetings" said a voice as a figure lands in front of them.
The figure appears to be a Warrior Tengu. 8 other Tengu appear in front of them each appearing side by side with each other in distinctive armor. Naruto sees the symbol of the Uzumaki swirl on their armor.
Naruto soon realizes that these Tengu are an Uzumaki summoning clan.
"Tengu I am Naruto Uzumaki" revealed Naruto as Tsyuki and the Tengu surrounding him are surprise at the reveal.
"Prove your claim" said the leader as he throws down the Uzumaki clan scroll. Naruto breaks the bindings holding him and draws blood from his thumb and places it on top of the seal. The seal lights up and proceeds to open the scroll shocking everyone in the room.
"Tell me your story young Uzumaki" asked the leader intrigued by the blonde as Tsyuki is surprised at Naruto's survival as Naruto begins his story behind his survival.
With Tsunade
Tsunade and Shizune are practicing in an old Senju safe house in the mountains they are each training to improve and surpass their original skill levels with the goal to become even better combat medic nins. Pushing themselves to new heights of skill and ability.
At the moment Shizune and Tsunade are practicing Taijutsu with each other.
"Come on Shizune, predict where I will be, don't just focus on my body language, focus on me I will go." said Tsunade as she dodges a kick from Shizune and counters.
'I wonder what Naruto is doing' thought Tsunade as she and Shizune continued their practice. Hopeful of a certain blonde.
Back with Naruto.
Naruto had gained the Uzumaki summoning of the Tengu Clan after explaining his plan to avenge Uzushio by destroying the Corrupt Konoha from within by cutting away the bad roots and leaves.
Tsyuki for her part was disgusted with how Naruto was treated as a guinea pig for the hopes of becoming a super warrior with no free will. Along with being interested in his meeting with the sage of the six paths and telling him off and speaking with the goddesses who have given him an important mission that will change the world.
"So Tsyuki what now. What will you do if you go back to Konoha Hiruzen will most likely kill you" said Naruto as he looks at Tsyuki in question as she thinks. "Hmm I think I will travel the elementals see the world. When Konoha has a new Hokage I will return and help raise Konohamaru" said Tsyuki as she smiles at the blonde in front of her as he smiles back.
"Well I wish you a safe trip and hopefully I can see you again when what I am doing is done." said a hopeful Naruto as he looks at the woman in front of him as he smiles.
The duo goes their separate ways. Naruto examines the boxes in a more secluded location on the other side of Uzushio in a hidden cave.
The boxes individually are similar but slightly different from one another in terms of design and engravement. The first box has engravings that appear to be Slavic in origins as Naruto from his brief interaction with the box knows the language. Naruto soon experience what can be a spiritual awakening as he interacts with said box further as he starts to see genetic memories of the final genomes of warriors in the past.
Naruto seems to see the genetic memories of a man a mercenary known as Nikolai Romanov the Cossack Mystic of the Neo Russian Federation as warrior who's strength and determination is complemented by his fighting prowess and his prowess he is the Federation's fiercest battle mystic that has defended his country from threats external and internal. Naruto feels the surge of his knowledge flowing through his mind and muscles. After the surge is finish he sees that the box transforms into a pair of enchanted bracers that belonged to Nikolai in his life still preserved.
Interacting with the rest of the boxes he experiences memories of warriors of other time periods some are the same as Nikolai such as Jonathan Greystoke the Mystic Knight of Great Britain, and Joseph Red smoke Apache Mystic of the United States.
The other 2 are Maluk Holy Warrior of Afghanistan and Lei Kung the Thunder Mystic.
He sees everyone of their combat skills and special abilities each one more dangerous than anything currently in the elemental nations.
Naruto looks at the master scroll and thinks 'Let's Rock!'
Timeskip a year and a half later.
Two Chunin can be seen at the gates of Konoha. Assigned to guard the gate for the most stupid of infractions.
"Hey Izumo tell me something" asked the other Chunin as he looks forward at the road.
"Yeah Kotetsu" asked Izumo as he looks at his friend in question.
"Why the hell do we always get the gate job" asked Kotetsu in a irate manner.
"Well maybe because you got into a scuffle with a client on the topic of Dichotomy and it's applications." said Izumo as he scowls at his partner
"What it sounds like idiotic nonsense that shouldn't be listened to" said Kotetsu as he looks at his friend.
"Ah excuse me sir but Dichotomy and it's limitless applications is actually very fascinating to look at when it's used in various areas I for one use it to teach a prince about warfare and empire building in a way to help point out ways that they both connect and disconnect" said a voice behind the two as they turn to see Naruto in his new form wearing an outfits comprised of Nikolai's bracers, a mystical headband with the engravement of a lion, a utility belt and a tribal armband with engravement of the owl symbol, shin and knee guards that has the symbol of angelic wings engraved on the center, a spear with the image of the golden eagle engraved on it. Standing right next to him is a woman who has long red hair and fox like features such as 9 tails and whiskers that makes her strong and curvaceous form a site to see all in a form fitting battle kimono.
"Hey kid how did you get behind us" asked Kotetsu as he looks at the strange kid and woman, unaware that it was Naruto while fighting off a nose bleed from looking at Kurama.
"Oh from the road it's just that you didn't see me move" said Naruto as he looks at the two in question.
"So you mind telling us who you and your female friend here are and your business here" asked Kotetsu as he looks at Naruto in question.
"Oh I am Alexander Ryutenno of the Ryutenno clan this is my fiancé Kurama Himawari soon to be. We are here to join Konoha" said Naruto as he created a guise based on Alexander's name and another name from a genetic memory.
"Follow us please we will take you to the Hokage tower" said Izumo as he and Kotetsu move to the Hokage tower with a possibly new clan. But either one doesn't know that Naruto is a member in an old clan with the identity of an old clan.
On their way to the Hokage tower two Kunoichi look at the boy in question and soon have a realization as the two look at Naruto.
"It's him, the boy from my dream" said Tenten/Satsuki as they look at Naruto in question as they both have hearts in their eyes as he walks towards the Hokage tower.
As Naruto and Kurama is walking, many girls, women and some men are looking at Naruto with looks of desire in his eyes as he walks inside of the Hokage tower.
"So Alexander you and your friend look like you have been around a lot of places" said Kotetsu as he looks at Naruto.
"Yeah I have so far I have been traveling different places unlocking what my bloodline entails to my abilities. " said Naruto as the duo listens with interest.
"Well your bloodline must be something else entirely" said Izumo as they make it into the Hokage building in question.
"You have no Idea" said Naruto as they walk inside of the tower.
Knocking on the Hokage's door Naruto and Kurama walks inside of the room to see one Hiruzen Sarutobi dealing with paper work the bane of all Kages.
"Yes can I help you" said Hiruzen as he looks at Naruto breaking away from his paper. Looking at him curiously.
"Yes I am Alexander Ryutenno of the Ryutenno clan. Me along with my love Kurama is here is wanting to join Konoha's ranks and rebuild." said Naruto as internally he wants to beat the man to death with his bare hands for his treachery.
"What does your clan have to offer" asked Hiruzen as Naruto internally smiles.
"Where do I begin" thought Naruto as he begins to tell his treacherous grandfather figure about his special abilities gain through a unique ability of his clan.
Hiruzen unknowingly brought about the destruction of his Shinobi order with this action.

The next chapter will cover Naruto's covert maneuvers inside of Konoha as he goes on a political killing spree.
Tenten and Satsuki will be attracted to the blonde as Kurama begins her new life with the blonde as a lover. Soon many women will be attracted to the blonde in some unique ways as Naruto begins his covert war in Konoha.
