Many years after Mockingjay, the President of Panem, Lucitana Rose, has reinstated the hunger games and destroyed District 13. Now, 24 tributes are reaped again for each Hunger Games, with quinquennial and quarter quells. This is based on the Panem Rose Discord server, which uses Brantsteele for the games. A rebellion was sparked during the 95th Hunger Games. Panem almost fell. But the Capitol squashed the rebellion, extinguishing any hope at a new future. Now, President Pitheart is in charge, and he refuses to allow Panem to break. With all his victors on a tight leash, he's about to welcome 24 new tributes to the 110th Hunger Games.
