I Almost Lost You (Sirius and Harry)

When the Battle of the Department of Mysteries was nearing an end,Harry Potter saw Bellatrix Lestrange casting a spell that would have knocked Sirius Black through the Veil. He came close to losing his godfather. Somebody had saved his godfather's life. Sirius becomes aware of that and knows either Harry or Remus Lupin had to be the person who was responsible for saving his life.

1. Introduction

When the Battle of the Department of Mysteries was nearing an end,Harry Potter's godfather almost did as well. Harry saw Bellatrix Lestrange casting a spell that would have knocked Sirius through the Veil. He came close to his end but something kept him from facing that fate. Something rescued him. Sirius Black survived and Harry is struggling to come to terms with the fact that he almost lost his godfather. Sirius and Harry finally get to be a proper family like what should have happened almost 15 years ago after James and Lily Potter's deaths on October 31,1981.
