Chapter 16: Wild Trip:

Donnie's POV:

I was getting ready to pack. Where am I going you ask? Borneo! That's where the Thornberrys found me. You see, my parents died trying to save a family of orangutangs and then those orangutangs raised me and then I was found by the Thornberrys. I had one heck of a history, huhh?

. . .

I was talking with my friends. "Thanks for inviting us, Donnie," says Charlize.

"And your parents are okay with it," I asked.

"Pretty much," says Nathan.

"And you're cool if my cousin comes along," asks Adam.

"Sure," I said.

"She needs this," says Adam, "she just found out her boyfriend was cheating on her."

"That is so sad," says Piper.

"There she is," says Adam.

"Hey, I'm Shannon."

"UUUUUUUUUhhhhhhhhh... hi," says Piper.

. . .

We were all taking a plane ride to Borneo.

"So, we'll be meeting Eliza and Debbie there," asks Adam.

"That's righ'," says Dad, "as well as Marianne's parents. Mine were quite going to come, bu' they'll be a little busy."

"You okay, Nathan," asks Charlize.

"I probably should've mentioned this before," says Nathan, "but I'm a little bit afraid of flying."

"Don't think of us as flying," I said, "think of us as riding in a sub, going through the seas, but what's this? We're being abducted by aliens! And they're taking us to the skies! Now, we're flying!"

"Donnie, shut up," says Charlize.

. . .

We have arrived in Borneo.

"Hey guys," says Eliza.

"What's up," says Debbie.

. . .

"It's so good to be here again," says Grandma.

"So, Donnie, how have you been," asks Grandpa.

"We've been busy," I said, "anyway, I gotta introduce my friends to the Orangutangs!"

. . .

We were going through the rainforest.

"I noticed you looking at my cousin," says Adam.

"It doesn't matter," says Piper, "I... I don't think I can date again!"

"I get it," says Adam, "the incident with Crystal!"

"Besides, your cousin's straight," says Piper.

Adam was going to say something...

"Hey, it's the Proboscis monkeys!" They were swinging through the trees. We then continued on.

. . .

"And here they-" We then saw Kip and Biederman were taking the orangutangs! "Hey, let them go!"

"It's nice to get back to what we're good at," says Biederman.

"Wait, look," says Kip, "it's that Thornberry Freak!"

"Which one," asks Biederman, "they're all pretty weird!" He then saw me. "Oh, the feral kid!"

"Let them go," I said.

"Let's go," says Kip.

They then got in their car and left. I then chased after them.

. . .

I was going through the trees, but I lost them. "Great," I said.

. . .

We met with my family in the village.

"It is good to see you all again," says Wanise, the medicine woman of the village, "but under terrible circumstances!"

"Kip and Biederman have the Orangutangs," asks Eliza.

"They have all the orangutangs," says Wanise, "they are poaching them all!"

"Those two are always causing some sor' of trouble," says Dad.

"Well, let's get this over with," says Debbie.

"I remember when you would never willingly be involved in these kinds of affairs," says Wanise.

"Things have changed," says Debbie, "after all, my husband's the chief of another village!"

. . .

Now, we're searching for Kip and Biederman.

"Is it just me or is Eliza talking to a sloth bear," asks Shannon.

"I'm sure it's just your imagination," says Adam.

I was going through the trees. I then thought I saw something. "Kip," I said. I then moved.

. . .

I was hiding as I watch Kip and Biederman take the orangutangs to a boat. I then thought about how my birth parents sacrificed themselves to protect those orangutangs.

"Kip! Biederman," I shouted.

"He found us," says Biederman.

"You are going to let them go," I said. I then leaped at them, and they used their weapons to fight back. I was in a fight with these two. I bit Kip's arm. He then threw me off. Biederman then tried to taze me, but I knocked the tazer out of his hand and it fell on him, tazing him. Kip then grabbed me, but I kicked him in his vulnerable area. Biederman gets up, but he's still dazed from the tazing, and he ends up attacking Kip. I then knocked the two into the water, but I took Kip's keys!

. . .

Everyone was happy that I saved the orangutangs.

"So, what about Kip and Biederman," asks Eliza.

"I don't think we have to worry about them for a while, now, how'bout that cake?"

"Hey, there's Shannon," says Adam.

"What's your point," says Piper.

"Girl, that's what I've been trying to tell you," says Adam, "Shannon's bi!"

Piper was shocked. "Well... I still don't think I'm ready," says Piper.

"I'll give you time," says Adam, "I promise."

Kip's POV:

Biederman and I were stranded on an island. I then screamed in anger.

Those two will be back. In the next chapter, Charlize tries to prove ghosts are real.
