As for Elliott/Prince Octavius, he finds himself in cyberspace that's connected to where Owen is. Both Octolings will encounter familiar faces and enemies as they journey onward.

Tartar 7 was a prototype for the Commander Tartar we all know and love. Sadly, Tartar 8 had died in the destruction of NILS, but the prototype version did not.
