Our job was to protect the two children alongside Midoriya and Bakugou - Me, Shoji and Ojiro. Our groups had split up, leaving Yaomomo and Aoyama to stay safe. As for Kaminari…well, he was playing his part channeling the villain's lightning for the duo.

From a distance, we heard a roar.

"That's where Iida and the others should be," I murmured. "Are they in trouble?

We should help."

Shoji shook his head. "We can't! Remember, our job is to protect Katsuma and Mahoro."

"Mister Deku," said the boy, as Midoriya and Bakugou began fighting the final boss.

"Bakugo," murmured the child. And damn, they were doing their best, but this was one hell of a powerful villain. And he was wailing on them -

Until Sero and Uraraka sprung their trap.

Uraraka , jumping into the fray to fight - but missing, blasted back and rescued from hitting the ground by Midoriya, leaving both him and Bakugou looking pissed. They attacked again, but the villain continued to repel their attacks. He's pushing us back.

"Are they okay?" Said the little boy.

"What happened?"

"Mister Deku!"

"Bakugo!"

Ojiro said, "Shoji, take Katsuma and Mahoro and go."

"Please, just do it," I told him.

"You can count on me," said Shoji, grabbing the children.

"We have to hold this villain back."

"I found you," said the villain, approaching us and prepared. I got it ready. My finishing move. Ojiro backing me up.

"Heartbeat Distortion!" I shouted, destroying every bit of the ground around the villain in the strongest blast I could handle.

"Twirling Tail Dance!" Said Ojiro - And the villain struck back.

"Ojiro!" I shouted - and the villain hit me down as well.

"There's the escape route!" Shoji shouted as I ran to catch up with him. "Don't stop. Keep moving!" He shouted.

"You two have to get out of here! Don't look back!" We shouted at them.

"Go!"

And the villain struck out at us and threw us down.

As my vision cleared, it seemed as though the world was exploding.

"What - what is that?"

"It's - Midoriya and Bakugou," said Shoji, staring in shock. I looked up and spotted them - both coming at the villain with their fists ready, blurring and erupting everything around them - and knocking that villain into the ground.

"It almost looks like Midoriya's using his full power," I murmured. "And as if - am I crazy - is Bakugou using - the same quirk?"

"That's not possible," said Shoji. "But it sure looks like it."

Later, Katsuma and Mahoro were reunited with their father, who had been in a hospital on the mainland. We were able to protect everyone on the island, but there was still tons of damage. And it would take time to repair. The Heroes Public Safety Commission immediately suspended our practical program. But we stayed the rest of our scheduled time. All of us wanted to help the island get back to normal. We couldn't just leave. Not when people needed us. And then, finally, it was time for us to go home.

"Shouldn't we, like, say something before we leave?" Said Kaminari.

"I know, right?"

"But we wouldn't want to interrupt the recovery efforts."

"Well, I guess this is cooler."

"Yeah, it's pretty hero-like."

"True."

"I can't believe it's time for us to go already."

"Eh, good riddance."

We were sailing away, and I grinned at the others and waved goodbye to the children as we finally left the island - one more villain down. Nice try, creeps. But we're Class 1A. And you'll have to try a lot harder than that to take us down.
