"I dunno, sounds a little archaic. Do women really respond to that?" Tails asked in an uneasy tone.
Knuckles grunted as he lifted his weight a couple of times before looking at Lady Walrus and Lady Goat 'who were looking at him lovingly'.
They both giggled while looking at each other before they looked at Knuckles as Lady Goat waved to him.
"Oh Yeah." Knuckles said as he winked at him and turns back to Tails.
Before Tails would try it out Knuckles stopped him by saying 'wait!'
"There is another thing. When you approach your lady fair, just make this move when you move in for the kiss." Knuckles said.
"Kinda like this." Knuckles also said, before he 'attempted to grab one of the girls' but ended up grabbing Sonic by mistake.
He then pulled Sonic close before using the 'dip' pose and kiss Sonic on the lips.
The Blue hedgehog was surprised as his eyes widened with shock.
"Uhhh, It's best if I just stick with the first advice. Thanks Knuckles." Tails said uneasily before running away in an awkward sort of way.
But when Knuckles broke the kiss and opened his eyes to see Sonic. He was surprised and blushed a bright red. He stood up 'still holding Sonic'.
"Seriously Knux?" Sonic said 'pushing him away as he rubbed his lips with the back of his hand'.
"Goodness. I-I I didn't mean for that to happen." Knuckles said in a panic.
He then smacked his lips as he felt something silky on them.
"Lip balm? Are you wearing lip balm?" Knuckles asked smacking his lips again.
"Huh. Tasted like chocolate and vanilla milkshake." Knuckles said 'making Sonic blush'.
"Ugh. Not my fault, Sonia kept nagging me to do it." Sonic protested 'still blushing'.
"You actually tasted sweet. Your lips were so soft." Knuckles said softly 'complimenting on Sonic'.
The Blue hedgehog crossed his arms and looked away.
"Never a word about this to anyone. Got that? I don't want anyone to know you are my 'First Kiss'! My sister would kill me if she found out!" Sonic said before blurting out 'First Kiss'.
Knuckles was dumbstruck as he blinked while Sonic groaned and face palmed.
"Wait. I'm your first kiss?! What about that chipmunk girl you dated. 'Sally' You kissed her right?" Knuckles asked in confusion.
"The kisses we had didn't count. Considering she complained about my lips being a little bland." Sonic answered as he sat down on a folding chair nearby.
"What about Mina Mongoose?" Knuckles asked.
"We never kissed. Plus she is dating my older brother." Sonic answered.
"Breezy?" Knuckles asked.
"That 'woman' did not count." Sonic answered
"Fiona Fox?" Knuckles asked.
"Also didn't count. She's crushing on Scourge." Sonic answered as he sighed deeply.
Knuckles felt bad before he sat down and wrapped an arm around the cobalt hedgehog.
"Hey look don't get so down. Believe it or not. Yer my first kiss." Knuckles said shyly.
"What?" Sonic said in shock as he turns to his friend.
"I am?" Sonic asked.
"Yeah. You are." Knuckles said shyly.
"Whoa. Wait. What about Rouge or Tikal? Did you kiss them?" Sonic asked curiously.
"Nah. Tikal never thought of me that way. Rouge only likes me for my looks and the jewels I once try to protect. That greedy thief never liked me for me like you do." Knuckles answered.
"But what about that Noctrunus chick 'Shade' you kissed her right?" Sonic asked.
"Not quiet. We never even dated." Knuckles answered.
"I only get kissed on the cheek by your sister Sonic. She never gave me a kiss on the lips. Not once." Knuckles said before chuckling.
Sonic chuckled with him before he looks up.
Once the two stopped chuckling, Sonic frowned as he recalled something.
"Knux? Do you think Tails forgotten about...?" Sonic asked before Knuckles interrupted him calmly and softly.
"...Sonic? Please no. We made a vow to never speak about 'her'." Knuckles sighed deeply.
"I know. It's just that. Don't you think Zoey would just remind him of her?" Sonic asked in concern.
"I don't think so. After Cosmo gave you the message and had you told us, I kinda thought about it a little. Still, me and you made a vow never to speak about it in front of him." Knuckles answered before he sighed deeply.
"Look. As much as we are glad she's not suffering. It's best not to talk about it. If we remind Tails about her. Chances are he'll start missing her again. It's a miracle that we remember her and the 'events' that happened in the galaxy, when no one else did. Besides, we both know Tails heartache was so bad he had to forget her. Let's keep it and the kiss between us. Shall we?" Knuckles explained calmly.
"Sure. Another secret you need to keep. But unlike the first one you promise not to tell. We are keeping it together." Sonic said 'holding Knuckles hand'.
Knuckles smiled as he giggled.
